I checked on Sunday and the room we went in to drop our belongings and left. We came back that night and when I was about to take a shower, there was urine all on the right side of the toilet. There was pubic hair around the toilet and in the bathtub. I will not recommend this place at all to no one.

First, the room maintenance and cleanliness were completely unacceptable. The shower drain in our room was broken, leading to standing water, and the swimming pool was noticeably dirty and not properly maintained. More importantly, the atmosphere did not match the listing at all. There is a large population of permanent residents living at the hotel, and their behavior and presence made my family feel incredibly unsafe throughout our stay. This is absolutely not an environment suitable for families. Between the lack of basic cleanliness and the overall safety concerns, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone traveling with children

Do not book this hotel.. i need to be shut down. The area is dirty the room smells like mold. The furnitures are old and rotten. Lots of weed smoking on the compound and i had a flight to catch the following day, i had to keep spray my luggage. This hotel is very tacky and need alot of maintenance. I couldn’t eat in the room it smells so moldy. I booked in a rush and didnt had a chance to read reviews plus i booked the wrong hotel, i should have been the one close to the airport. I said do not book this hotel. I wanted to change hotel and was told i wouldnt get a refund so i toughed it out. Hope to get my deposit back!!!!

Old, decrepit, moldy, AC loud and leaking water on sidewalks. Bathroom from the 70’s - tub is disgustingly old and dirty. No tissues, No drinking cups, and no coffee make in the room. I hand unplug the lamp to turn off the light. Refrigerator is unplugged, to use you have to get on hands and knees, climb under the table! Don’t waste money on rehabbing the facility - bulldoze the place and rebuild a new facility only nice thing to say the location is convenient.

There are multiple shops within walking distance. The staff are kind and helpful and the breakfast was great. It's a super bargain and I will be staying there again very soon

This property needs a total refurbishment. The tiles in the bathroom were painted a peeling on every wall, the pillows were lumpy, the entire building was grimy and in poor taste. I was very surprised that it was a Wyndham property.

A very bad experience. When I checked in, the woman at the front desk seemed like she had no desire to work she didn’t even say good evening, and her explanation of where the room was located was given with a poor attitude. The room had a strong musty smell, the sheets had cigarette burn marks, and the bathroom tiles were chipped and deteriorating. The breakfast was very poor as well there was no variety at all. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place, not even for one night.

There is no excuse for this. They could spray and disinfect the building like everyone has to in Florida. It’s a state full of cockroaches and you need to manage it. This tells me they cut corners on the most basic necessities. Poor uneducated management. .

So we stayed here last minute after driving all day, we were happy to find the economy stay. We were greeting by a friendly staff and promptly checked into our room. Right up front this is not a 5 star hotel but I really like the location and it was quiet for a good rest. There are no coffee machine in room but a coffee shop right next door, with donuts.

This place was OK. The rooms didn’t smell good, we rented two rooms and they both had issues, one of them smelled like sewer and the other one smelled like roaches. The beds were OK but the bathrooms needed maintenance.

There was a roach lying on its back in the refrigerator. Another one crawled up the wall from there later.I went there I couldn’t sleep thinking if I turned the light out, they would all come out. Pet fee was more than advertised. Wouldn’t accept my ESA Letter. I booked for cat and to save, but it was almost just as much and the quality was so bad as to make it not worth saving anything. Wish I went some place else for those 3 nights, but I booked 2 up front already.

We read that the pool was heated and it wasn't, there was light coming from under the door that goes outside, the window was cracked and had a quarter inch gap on one side going straight outside and the room was real damp and smelly. With all that, the staff was very friendly and helpful

The odor was so intense that neither my wife nor I were able to rest or sleep. The situation was so unpleasant that we had no choice but to leave the same day we arrived. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. I expected much better in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and basic sanitary conditions, I would like to get my money back.

Room seemed clean but had permanent yellow floor stains from pets by the bathroom. Paid an extra $50.00 for pet room. Staff was OK. No conditioner, only shampoo. Parking was fine but noisy in the morning with work trucks picking up workers stayin at th hotel.

Girl at the front desk was friendly. We canceled our reservation for this establishment minutes after walking in. The room was slowly falling apart. The tiles in the shower were flaking apart,the tub fixtures were rusty and outdated, the texturing on the ceiling was flakey. Theres a sign posted that if you take your breakfast items to your room to eat, they will charge you. Which doesn't make sense, because where would i sit to eat if the few tables they have were filled. This place would be a " quick nights rest" type situation, not for family stays or longer stays.

Without question the filthiest hotel room I have ever stated. I got there late the first night and did not complain to anyone. I spent the night and figured they would clean the room the next day. No room service at all. If this review would let me post photos, I would be happy to show you. When I checked out needless to say, I complained and I received no refund. Disgusting hotel.

This hotel really needs a refresh. It was fine for a couple nights when I was only sleeping there, but it's clear that there are people living there full time and it was pretty run down, with a tiny bathroom that had old fixtures and rust. The room smelled damp and overall it wasn't a great experience. The front desk staff were very friendly though.

Room was clean but needed a 2nd chair. The bathroom fan did not work. While it was very clean the chrome tub fixtures were rusted. For the brand i felt the facility still looked like an old LaQuinta. What compensates was rhe price and cleanliness.

Older but upgrades have been done. LVP floors, mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast is small, cereal, yogurt, oranges, toaster waffles. Towels are worn and tiny and TP seems less than single ply. It was clean and room refreshed each day.

The property is a little to much pet friendly. Our first night here we couldn't sleep due to 4 dogs in a room above ours barking all night long. The next day the owner came and removed his dogs(no he wasn't staying there) .

After our first night in the room we noticed our feet were filthy from the floors. I asked that our room be mopped and we did notice the cleaning lady was diligent with her swiffer, but the floors were not clean after her efforts. There needs to be a time when soap and water are used to clean the dirt that does not appear after a light cleaning with a dust mop.

We made several calls to the front desk regarding loud talking and music and she wasn't able to do anything except call a non-emergency number for the police. After 3 hours, us and several other guests called the police. Prior to that I asked about getting a refund so we could move to another hotel and she told us we would have to contact Expedia.

When we checked in, the front desk attendant was not welcoming and gave us very little information. We were simply told to go outside to get to our room, with no real directions. There was no available parking near our building, so we ended up walking in the dark to find our room. Later, we discovered we could have accessed it directly through the lobby, which would have been much safer and more convenient. That was never explained to us. The room itself was disappointing, especially the bathroom. It was not clean and had visible mold, cracks, and stains. There were even permanent marker instructions written on the shower wall, which made the space feel poorly maintained and unprofessional. When we asked for an extra towel, the front desk employee appeared visibly annoyed, which made us feel like we were inconveniencing her by making a simple request. While the price was affordable, cleanliness and basic customer service should still be a priority. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet even basic expectations, and I would not choose this property again.

Hot breakfast other than instant oatmeal would be great. We enjoyed the 24 hour coffee. Bathroom could be updated. There was a tub but no plug so it wasn’t useable.

The room was decent, and the bathrooms were clean. However, the floor felt dirty when I walked barefoot. It’s a small room, but acceptable for an overnight stay considering the price. The breakfast was minimal, typical of a budget hotel. The location is convenient, with many restaurants and shops nearby.

Room was terrible. The smell of moisture was unbearable for my asthma. The front desk changed the room but still very poor quality bed. We did not enjoyed our stay and the worse part is the lack of customer service from Expedia. Just a bot chat with no real solutions. I will never use Expedia for my travels.

Unfortunately, everything else was very disappointing. The walk to the room was unpleasant. The hallways were dirty, trash bins were overflowing with garbage falling out, and the smell throughout the area was horrible. Inside the room, the beds were nicely made and appeared clean, which I appreciated. However, the floor was not clean, and the room had an unpleasant odor. The bathroom, aside from being extremely small, had baby roaches everywhere. It was honestly scary and disgusting. The window curtains were also falling apart. After being stuck on a boat in the middle of the ocean all day and dealing with extreme sunburn across my family, we were completely exhausted and just wanted to sleep, so we did not complain that night. Although we had late checkout included, we chose to leave at 8:00 AM — just hours after arriving at midnight — because we simply did not feel comfortable staying longer. This stay was very disappointing, especially given our A plus one and Platinum membership status with expedia our expectations were a bit higher.

There was literally only one hand towel in a room with two double beds (3 bath towels though) It's an old motel, truly in need of a remodel - very dated, caulking and "repainting" everywhere. The room was very dark and the bathroom counter was weirdly low. The muffins at breakfast had a very strong chemical taste but the yogurt was good and it was in the location we needed. The picture shown on this listing is definitely NOT this location.

The room wasn’t the cleanest, we complained night one that a non smoking room smelt like cigarette smoke and they told us to check back tomorrow to see if they had another room available. Not only that the door didn’t easily close so we came back after housekeeping went back in and the door was open. Amenities were very minimal, multiple broken ice machines.

WORST HOTEL IN HISTORY. DONT even need to say anything else about this nasty and unsanitary hotel.

The room was "non smoking" but smelled steongly of cigarettes. The shower had no hot water and the tub was sticky. At check in the clerk could not get the printer to work to gwt us checked in and it took about 20 minutes to get a key. The room keys were deactivated at 8 am and when i went to the "breakfast" i couldnt get back into my room. The breakfast also consisted of cold cereal and toaster waffles, and every guest was required to share one toaster so there was a crowd waiting to eat this poor quality food. For the cost of the room, the quality of everything involved should be better. I also didnt appreciate the sign in the breakfast area threatening a charge if you take the cold waffle you waited to toast out of the tiny crowded breakfast room. Generally very bad. Not recommended.

Front desk staff was indifferent, bordering on rude. Breakfast consisted of defrosted waffles, stale Wonder bread, and Dollar Tree muffins. My husband is a late sleeper, and if I wanted to bring him anything from breakfast to our room, there was an additional charge. Water didn’t even reach tepid in the shower. No coffee pot, and the only way to watch TV was to log into their apps via our phone.

Room was just Ok. Was a handicap room with adjoining room door. Neighbors were playing bongos at 10:30pm. I talked to them to stay quiet. Walls seemed thin could hear them talking

The beds were hard and dirty, sheets were very dingy, roaches in the room and mini fridge, hairs in the shower that didn’t belong to us! And the towels were very nasty. It was a decent hotel but people slamming doors all night and smoking cigarettes and other things in their car right in front of the rooms is not nice when we have kids. Not happy at all but needed a place to lay my head and shower!

I didn’t stay because it was filled with a rich harsh smell of mold and mildew. Probably because there are old swamp colliers? But not sure. It was a major health concern for my fiancé and I am very allergic to mold as well. So we checked out 2 different rooms and they both reeked so badly.

Clean room, nice staff

On three occasions someone from housekeeping walked into my room while I was sleeping and taking a shower. They knock one time and before I get to answer they walk in. The room was very dated with no usb outlets for phone charging. The shower faucets not labeled and almost scorched myself. This hotel looks like a sanctuary for migrants. Many rooms had migrants with like 10 in a room.

We ordered delivery for dinner, and as we sat at the desk to eat, a German roach began its trek from above the front door and along the wall toward the TV. The guests upstairs were constantly in and out until just after midnight. When we came out this morning to leave, a homeless gentleman was camped out in the doorway of the room next door. I have to seriously question if the hotel provides any security. As for the room itself, it's old and starting to fall apart...bathroom fan separated from the ceiling, textured ceiling has spots that are bunched up (water damage), the mattresses needed replaced a few years ago, and no clock radio in the room. Last night was the second time we've stayed at that hotel, and the first time wasn't much better. This will certainly be our last stay.

The room was not clean. Dirty floors, sink, and entire bathroom. Shower was gross and had other peoples hair all over. It states they’ll change the sheets daily. That did not happen. I do not recommend staying here.

It was so nice...clean room, nice set up of the room, comfy bed and pillows and nice staff. Clean breakfast area and nice selection of foods to eat.

Parking felt somewhat safe ended up with a flat tire. Also the hotel doors were broken during my stay. They were supposed to be worked on but mine wasn't fixed. The hotel serms to be going or have been through renovations so hopefully this will be resolved in the future

The first room my wife killed a baby roach ant the toilet lid was stained with urine. Moved to another room and again my wife killed a baby roach and the table had dried ketchup on it. My wife went to lobby and the front desk personnel gave her cleaning supplies to clean it. The front desk personnel wanted pictures to give to housekeeping to them know it was unacceptable.

The room was nice, well maintaibed, but the floor was dirty and needed to be cleaned, the bottom of my feet turned black. And roach problem. Otherwise everything in the room was nice, comfortable bed, good cabke, nice bathroom.

Both staff members -checking in and out- were friendly. The room was dirty...hair, dust and crumbs on the floor. The linens seemed clean, but we didn't pull them back. We just slept on the top. The headboard had gross stains all over it. The toilet was dirty and the floor sticky.

The room did not look like the picture. And the bed is not comfortable. The room had a musty smell. And the bathroom is super small. The grounds of the property are well-maintained. But the rooms you can tell are old and painted to look better.

The staff was rude. Although they cleaning crew did clean every day in my room so that was nice. The "breakfast" was nothing at all really. The pool was the best part. My daughter and I spent the entire day there one of the days we stayed.

Very old hotel , it’s more for people staying longer term than a weekend visit to the area. Won’t recommend if you going for as a weekend gateway

The beds were very comfortable. The room and hotel were very clean. The complementary breakfast was great. I didnt get the older black ladies name but she was very friendly and kept everything packed and fresh.

Rooms were absolutely disgusting and reeked of mold. Offered two different rooms the first one had a puddle of water and reeked of mold. When offered the second room, there was someone else’s hairs on the bathroom sink and there was piles of dirt on the floor and what looked like mud in the bathroom. And still my credit card was charged even though I did not stay. Absolutely horrible hotel I would recommend staying far away from this location.

I enjoyed the brief stay I had at this motel. Wyndham did a good job refreshing it, and the beds are very comfortable. And the price was unbeatable was around $70 so it was worth it for my needs. I was in an accessible room and could hear people talking in the room next-door, but I plugged my ears.

The windows were cracked, the floors were stained, the beds were squeaking and the bed sheets didn’t looked very clean. The overall condition of the rooms was simply disgusting. As my family and I sat in the room, we quickly realized this was not a safe or healthy environment for our children. Within 30 minutes of checking in, we made the decision to leave. To make matters worse, I was not given a refund and had to book another hotel at my own expense. Please do not waste your time or money staying here. It’s absolutely not worth it.

Bed sheets were stained, toilet had no cover, just a piece of a different sized toilet. When asked if I could be switched rooms, they werent able to. Loud guests fighting on both rooms next to mine (which were told to leave). Ended up only staying one night, and they wouldnt refund me the rest of my stay

It was clean, and I was right by the pool, the bathroom was small, but everyone was very nice.

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The handles were corroded and left grime on your hands. The drain had plastic junk and hair in the drain and the front desk did not respond to my complaint about it.

It’s an older facility with basic necessities and nothing more.

The property was in fairly good shape. The rooms were large and very dated. The staff was good and helpful. The Kleenex staff did an exceptional job.

When asked if I can maybe have some orange juice, or at the very least a water...she pointed me to the vending machine. Fair... I guess! At least update the time if 9:00am is this hotels end time for breakfast.

Room was not clean. Floors were dirty, water was brown coming out of faucet. Evening person was very rude. Will never stay here again.

They are not a Wyndam I have stayed at Wyndams and this is a 1 star compared to the 3 to 4 star wyndam resort and hotels I have Stayed at. I found it very odd that they had all of these steel freight cargo containers on property. Is that where they are hiding the high class furniture that Wyndam have at there hotels. Either way I was woken up all night by loud trucks banging metal and I wasn't able to fall back asleep this was at 2 am 3 am and 4 am. So if you are like me and you have troubles fallen back to sleep this place wouldn’t be a good place to stay.

We were very unhappy about rm 147 did not have any table or shelf for toiletries. The shower barely sprayed water out. Floors flight… washed our feet before putting in shoes. When we checked out we spoke to lady at fyi t desk Sunday morning 4/27… she didn’t apologize or show any empathy… she shrugged and asked for the keys… never again!!!

Really big room, quick service

First of all, I am not too picky to begin with, and I knew this was not a 5 star hotel, which it is ok with me. However, the first room I received had stained sheets that were not been changed. The head of housecleaning was also very professional and nice, and even took pictures of that. We were given another room and that was a little better. However, the mattress was lumpy and the pillows were not good at all. I was able to find only one out of the ones in the two beds that I could use. THE WORSE was that when I got up at 2am to use the restroom, I killed a small cockroach by the sink and it became difficult to sleep after that.

Our room had no toilet paper or tissue paper. The mattress was too hard for us. Bathroom fixtures had rust on them. bathroom ceiling fan did not work. Bedside clock did not work properly. Poor soundproofing. Not worth $135 per night.

We enjoyed the area and there was plenty of stores and restaurants near by and the staff was excellent and helpful.

Floors were not clean. No tissues in the room. No coffee maker. For what I paid not worth it.

Room was dirty, bath tub was not clean and had a few bugs, bedding was dirty/stained/ripped. Towels were discolored and had hairballs stuck to them. Wouldn’t stay here again but we needed to rest before hitting the road home.

The bathroom was very small. The beds creaked when sat on or moved around.

In my room the TV didn’t work. I tried to call the front desk and the phone did not work. Using my cell I called the number on the phone and got central reservations and not the front desk. After 10 minutes I was talking to the front desk and was told that the maintenance person was not in the hotel and would come over when they come in. After 1 hour I responded to a text message about my problem and I received no reply. After 2 hours I sent another text and again no reply. After 2 1/2 hours someone came in and repaired the problem. The next day I went to get ice and the ice machine was not working. I had to hunt all over the hotel for an ice machine that works. Not Impressed with my stay or the service and I will not stay at this hotel again.

When i checked in i was served after someone who came in after me. The receptionist was distracted and checked me into a room that was already iccupied.!!

It is close to our baseball stadium..convenient location.

Towels were dirty, stained, floor were dirty, bathroom floor had pubic hair on it. There was construction going on in the morning, very loud and unpleasant.

Found roaches and got told bedbugs were normal there too by Marie at the front desk.

They had the refrigerator plugged into the back of the microwave. What the what. We usually stay at baymount however this trip definitely has been guessing future stays

The hotel is not upgraded as presented in the photos. The toilet was broken floors stain and dirty, bathroom door was damaged (had a whole). The mold smell was terrible!

When I booked this reservation, I thought this unit was suppose to be Handicap accessible. Tub and faucet needs to be updated to a walk in unit with new hardware. I thought the room was to have queen beds, we slept on standard beds. Room was clean.

The property itself was fine. On a main road, but convenient to getting around. It was affordable which is why I chose it. The staff was great! However, the curtains had some sort of substance on them, the comforter had a cigarette burn hole in it, and it was just overall a dingy room. When housekeeping made the bed, they made the remote battery cover into the bed. It was fine, but I wouldn't stay here again.

It was very worn down and beat up. I’m not picky, and I was pretty shocked by the state of the facility. The bed was clean and fine, but the bathroom was stained and no frills, saw a few hairs, stained caulk, bathtub had a weird bounce, water was tepid at best. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

The property was extremely dirty and unsafe. Multiple stains on the linen, in the bathroom and on the floor. I didn't feel comfortable sleeping under the sheets and was so scared I slept with the light on and my husband on the phone. If I had not already been driving 7 hours I would have left and asked to be refunded.

It is nearly impossible to get in contact with the front desk. However, when we were finally able to get in contact with them I informed them that I was going to have a late check-in and when I got to the hotel, the receptionist was very rude. The rooms weren’t clean or well-maintained and it had a smell of humidity that was absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms were not in good condition either.

Our stay was for me and my family. We booked a one night stay the first night was great no issues the front desk girl Ava is such a sweetheart! The room was dirty the floors were dirty we had stained sheets and towels, but we brushed it off since our check in went smooth sailing. What gave this review a bad one was the second night. We decided to extend our stay another night. We had left in the morning at about 8am went and did family things did not get back until 3pm. We get back our room door was left open, when we walk in we had no shower curtain, no sheets, no towels. It seems like housekeeping came and took everything to “clean” it. From previous experience I have never had this happen unless we were checking out not coming back. We asked from desk to bring our room linens back, took about an hour for it to happen, she does not knock walks right into the room with the master key they have then the housekeeping lady told us to get out so she could clean. I told her to just bring us the linen since we were staying another night, plus I was changing my infant child which she walked in on us doing, and she insisted on us getting out to “clean” the room. The floors were extremely dirty from the first night we stayed nothing was wiped down we had stained bedding sheets and also towels. We never got our towels at that. When we went to check out the older lady at front seemed very rude.
