    being stranded in airports for the last 24 hours. The room was clean, bathroom clean, fridge clean, however the couch was peeling, and the water in the shower was lukewarm. I could overlook those things because i was a drivable distance to the beach, in a paradise, and it was affordable in an emergency. Just be ware that the hotel is right next to a night club that plays loud music late into the night.

    On one side of the hotel, there is a club so if you go on that side of the hotel, you’ll get no sleep on the other side of the hotel. There is no club. They need to let people know because they don’t get the music off till 2 AM in the morning.

    Very affordable and clean! Comfortable beds; big room; no moldy smell (or any other smell). Very quiet at night. I would definitely stay there again. They refused to accept the Florida tax exempt certificate.

    This is my go to place when I stay in Fort Myers. Plenty of places to eat and socialize within walking distance. The rooms are always clean and free of odors, and the amenities are just fine. No one in the area is as excellent for the price.

    We really enjoyed our stay. In my option, it is a good location. I'll likely stay here every time I visit. Check in was the highlight because it was virtual. I've been all over the world and that was my first time experiencing that and it was quick and simple. The ONLY real issue I had is, we stayed two nights and did not have our room clean after the first night because I forgot to remove the do not disturb tag. When my wife went to get two towels, the staff member response made me feel like she thought we were going to steal the towels. I know the hotel is near the beach and people likely take them there and forget them or take them even. Nevertheless, I didn't appreciate it. Other than that I like the place and will be back.

    Kind of a weird property. The check-in process is conducted over a video terminal, which took 3 tries to create a working key. It was inexpensive, but an overall weird experience.

    I didn’t have any issues there. I didn’t have any problems with the electronic check-in. I stayed there for four days. My room was on the opposite side from the bar, so it was quiet. The breakfast is good—there aren’t many options, but it’s still good.

    My room was very clean. I only stayed for 2 nights. The room was bigger and nicer than expected. One of the best fridges I've had. The cleaning staff was friendly. The only thing needed in the room would be a dresser to be able to put your clothes away. I used the desk which surficed. This was my first time using a kiosk for check-in. It went smoothly.

    Room was a bit run down. Hotel is next to an outdoor bar, and it gets very loud every night. We had people two rooms down who lived at the hotel -they were outside doing drugs and drinking, threatening and mocking us as soon as we arrived. Not cool

    The hotel pictured was not representative of the actual place. The front looks maintained, but the actual motel is quite old. As a single mother traveling with my son, I was scared when the checkin process was through a kiosk and the only staff was behind bulletproof glass. The rooms are all open air in the old style. I was given a first floor room which made me feel very unsafe. We left after 1 night and scrambled to find something else.

    No human being in the hotel lobby. All transactions were done to a machine. No receipts given. Security deposit not mentioned on booking.com reservation. Did not get deposit back or a receipt. Told to call some phone number which I did not hear through the machine. It was an all around bad experience. Plus the pool was filthy and the grounds were too. Used qtips and unidentifiable crap all over the ground.

    The room itself was clean, however two out let's didn't work, the hair dryer was broken,( a loaner was given although we were told in 2-24 that they would replace it.. didn't happen), the AC/Heater was about 90 decibels.. couldn't hear TV when it was running.. which was all the time as even when the off button was push it made noise... When the compressor kicked it you thought a jet was taking off(this was due to the motor starter(capacitor) had a hard time starting the motor.

My acct is still waiting to have 100.00 credited back. Fix this and call me with an explanation. I signed for 144.95 and not another 100.00. I expect credit back

    Please pay attention read well !! Worst experience ever front desk is through a kiosk “victor” there is night club right next to it. The add specifically states their rooms have a wired internet connection as well as wifi. Well the wired connection does not work, nobody working on site had any clue about a wired connection and the wifi was laughably poor. The room was clean, rate was cheap but if you have a choice I would go elsewhere.

They wanted to move us to the second floor and we were both exhausted from being at the beach.All day and we both have physical limitations.

    The room was okay. It was very outdated nothing fancy, a good enough bed, restroom and TV. The breakfast was minimum 1 cereal, toast, waffles, apple and orange juice and coffee -powdered creamer. The worst thing is the Mexican restaurant next door that blasted music from 7:00 pm until 2:00 am. closing time. It was loud enough to compete with the in- room television.

As for the breakfast situation they offer is pretty sad and what made it even worse were the guests touching all the muffins and bread with their hands rather than using the tongs. So I suggested to the front desk to put signs to use the tongs.

    The room was ok...nothing special. The side of the hotel that our room was located on had a very loud DJ playing music next door until 2:00 am. So loud, in fact, we could hear it above the TV. If the front desk was manned with a real human, they would've heard it, too. By the time they finished at 2:00, we got a whopping 2 hours of sleep before we had to get up and work an 11-hour day. Since the club is obviously not going to relocate, we'll be staying elsewhere next month when we come back to town.

    Except for that I was put right next door to an older man who apparently was a nudist, because he had his curtains wide open and he was completely nude the whole time. Not that I wanted to look. It's just that when I walked from my car to the door of my room that's what I saw.

I was not expecting this. and got upset... I thought it was some kind of ripoff.     I booked a room, showed up, and there was NOBODY in the lobby. I had to be helped by someone on a FaceTime call, so that's immediately unprofessional. Also after a long awkward silence, I was told I couldn't check in when I arrived. They also wouldn't process a refund, so I had to call my bank to dispute the charge and pray for the best. I cannot afford to waste 80 dollars rn, it's the holiday season. Extremely disappointing.

    After making my reservation for only a few hours I asked for a first floor for handicapped (no elevator) found a none working toilet, had floating fences and all dirty. I asked to have another room, they said they didn’t have. Wouldn’t give me a refund, they promised to have the problem fixed and properly cleaned, nope! That was a nightmare, I had to go to Wawa’s to use a much cleaner bathroom! Totally disrespectful and poor customer service. Disappointed and disgusted.

    I couldn't get enough change to do laundry. They provide a washer and dryer, but they wouldn't give me change to use their washer and dryer for 2 loads of laundry. There's no human to deal with in regards to check in and/or any problems you have. It's a computer that checks you in with some guy on a screen. The floors in our room were deplorable. Just walking around for like fifteen minutes in the room left your feet literally blackened. The beds were comfortable.

    I have never been treated so horrifically at the front desk as my experience last night it was a complete disaster. A woman actually walked out and went home. The front desk clerk left and went home. She had no intention of assisting me. She actually spent the entire time blaming me so this is the last time I’m even gonna book through hotels.com. I didn’t get any back up. She didn’t help and this place to say damn mess. I actually want a full refund. This is crazy.

    It was a comfortable stay. The main thing that I'm not happy with is the $200 deposit which used to be $100. Some people don't have that extra $100 or it's all they have left to their name and then that person goes without eating etc. So I'm not sure that I'll be staying again in the very near future. I've stayed here more than a few times in 2024. Sorry but a $200 deposit is ridiculous especially at times like these when people are struggling.

    Overall the stay was good enough for me to come back. Rooms were clean. Only negatives is there’s a sports bar right next to it that plays really loud music and depending on what side of the hotel you’re on you can hear it in your room. Also had multiple power surges where the power went off and on. No storm so not sure why it happened but I use a CPAP machine and the constant outages made it turn off and woke me up.

    The staff was good about refreshing the towels and bed. The property was clean and quiet. I didn’t know the shampoo was out till I was in the shower. Luckily I brought some in the bathroom of my own. It was the morning of leaving so I didn’t ask or report it. The breakfast could be better. Long wait for waffles. Second day we went to Mel’s Diner! Very good service and food there!

    Our room was fine but the one next to us had bed bugs. I was actually surprised by this because, I’ve stayed here before & seen how well they clean the rooms. It’s always been my preferred place because of that when I visit. But, they’ve dropped the ball apparently. The poor little girl was ate up by the bugs and management gave them a hard time about switching rooms. They had also found roaches in their room. Because of how their situation was handled, I can’t give the place a good review. They also have a kiosk check in with someone on video call. I found that extremely weird & unfriendly.

    Average bedroom facilities. Don't look forward to a nice breakfast though. Your options are VERY limited. You get the following: Croissants, 2 types of cereal to choose from, bread (no toaster available), and a waffle maker with syrup. If you're lucky, you'll find some milk. Only two types of juices. Orange and apple. The lady who was working in the breakfast area in the mornings are not very friendly, and when asking for something, you hope and pray she understands you. If so, you get bit of an attitude. The reception desk wasn't physically manned once in 4-days we stayed there. You have to talk and deal with someone virtually when checking in and out. The staff cleaning the rooms are from Haiti, and barely speak english, but seem to understand it ok'ish. The lady working in the breakfast area, doesn't seem to understand english, and can't speak a word....and the breakfast really sucks. Don't look forward to it. For the money it's ok, but overall, I won't choose this place again, purely because of the breakfast and staff language barrier issues...and a short tempered lady manning the breakfast area. Oh...and don't be late. Breakfast is only served until 9:00am...not one second later. She'll start cleaning around you while you eat, and remove the food and shut off the juice machine while you're still eating...no chances of getting a second piece of bread or another cup of juice one second after 9:00am. Also, there is an extremely noisy club jamming in the evening behind you.

    The room was basic but spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. There was not a person on site at the front desk. The area was a little rough but we had no problems. The check-in process was completed remotely with a video chat on a kiosk. It went relatively smoothly but I had to put my credit card through 3 times before they said the $100 deposit was paid. I was charged all 3 times and they were not able to remove the 2 extra charges. Their solution was for me to contact my bank and dispute the charges which is inconvenient.

    The walls were full of holes badly spackled and not painted, there was a construction crew redoing the roof all night till 3-4am. I didn’t sleep at all. There was no one physically there to help guests, to the point police came looking for a fugitive and asked for assistance in person and was denied because no one was there in the office, its all done over video chat. The breakfast was terrible, no eggs, no sausage, no yogurt, no syrup, stale nasty cereal that messed up my stomach and a weird smell of mold in the building. Worst hotel stay ever for me, I want a refund they denied me one and told me bye bye. I didn’t sleep at all, the room was not clean or up to code, they had a dehumidifier plugged in to account for the mold. And the pool was green nasty, not clean. No breakfast, no pool, no rest. What was the point of my stay, if not to acquire those very things?

    The bedroom is decent and clean, the beds were ok. There was a token with someone online for you to make your reservation, he charged my card twice even after I said it showed approved. At the checkout I had to show my card statement to the machine so the guy could call for a manager. A manager came and void one of the transactions. Beware of how many times they charged you the deposit!!!! Breakfast was a little disappointing, but ok, you get what you’re paying for.

    I reserved 2 rooms and they were 10 rooms away. They should have been together. The check in was a zoom link with someone off site and not very personal. There was powdered creamer for the coffee. I would not stay there again.
