Pointe Estero Beach Resort

Our suite was comfortable for a family of 6 (4 kids ranging from age 17 to 10).

Excellent resort. Stayed over the weekend and ended extending it to another day. We are certainly coming back.

They just need a better services with the pool/beach towels. There is none for more than 12 hours to replace the wet towels.

Nice hotel. Room was very clean spacious and nicely decorated. the kitchen was fully equipped. The beach area was very quiet and not too crowded. The hotel BBQ grills and griddle outdoor area were perfect with tables and chairs. Cute outdoor sitting area with fireplaces and tvs next to the pool. There are bicycles available for rent.

The rooms are GORGEOUS. Basically a condo with full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room,, dining room, etc. The hotel staff only works from 8 am - 5 pm so if you have an issue outside those times, you have to wait. The beach is beautiful but the water is a LONG walk away. Pool is decent size. There is a nice covered barbecue area as well.

Everything was perfect highly recommended to everyone, staff very hepfully and 10 to 10 i hope to be there anytime soon.

All rooms have a screen covering top to bottom on the balcony. Feels slighly obstructed but still a wonderful view of you chose a beachfront room. Your ocean sounds are interrupted by AC condensers on top of surrounding buildings. This hotel offers alot of amentities more than most. No breakfast, but has coffee, endless towels and full kitchens in units. Property grounds are the nicest across this entire stretch from the beginning of Estero to Bonita Springs. Close to Lovers Key. Hotel has a great coastal vibe for the area. We enjoyed our stay and recommend. Staff was very nice. Rooms are clean.

Everything was absolutely perfect for our stay here and the staff was the most helpful. Our condo had everything we needed for our stay. Loved having a fully equipped kitchen for cooking breakfast. Truly taken care of down to the smallest details like laundry detergent and extra garbage bags. 10/10 we cannot wait to come back!!!

Amazing suite with two bedrooms and two nice bathrooms, nice kitchen, nice dining and living area, nice balconies with beach/ocean views. The pool was very nice and there is a nice outdoor pavilion by the pool with a large fireplace and tvs. It was outstanding to be right on the giant beach. Following the sun, it was perfect to have pool time in the morning and beach in the afternoon. Loved it.

We had a beautiful view of the beach in our spacious 2 bedroom condo with all the necessary amenities. The only issue we had was the water in master bath wasn’t very hot. Love the touch of the grills and blackstones. Pool area was well kept. Would’ve loved a pool side place for frozen drinks. But they have done a beautiful job with the place!

The property was special and our stay was excellent. Spacious, clean, friendly staff and the beach was clean. Seating area at night with fire pits made for a nice way to end the day.

We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with views of the ocean. The condo was very clean and the amenities were very nice. It was the perfect getaway for our family of 4. The location was also nice being not too far from the super market and walking distance to a convenience store. I would highly recommend staying here!

Beach view was absolutly outstanding. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was so big and beautiful and had everything you needed. Would be nive if they had a little breakfast area for sure.

I had a two bedroom condo and the room was fantastic and the view was perfect. My only issue is there is nowhere to eat on site nor any water filling stations. Other than that, the beach location is fabulous and the staff were very kind. The pool was great.

The pool was warm (which we loved!), and the grounds were beautifully maintained. Our room was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One detail we especially appreciated was that they provided laundry detergent — such a thoughtful touch that made traveling so much easier. Overall, it was a relaxing, stress-free stay, and we would absolutely come back. Highly recommend!

We were scheduled for two days cleaning. Only got one. But, gave us all clean towels half way through the two week stay.

The room floors weren spotless, but the condo and the grounds overall walere wonderful. Staff were courteous & helpful when asked, but I learned beneficial info from ither visitors that should have been relayed at check-in. There are very few restaurants within a 5-10 mile radious, & poor signs to locate them. We received a list of restaurants that provided addresses to Map out online.

Hotel was loud, everything was closed. Loud work going on at this hotel and the one next to it. Beach was not taken care of very well.

Could not beat the ocean view!!

Check-in was sketchy because we arrived there after 5:00pm and we did not receive an email with instructions. Fortunately after a wait a manager wandered by and made some phone calls to get us checked in. The beach is okay, although be aware of sand fleas on the attack. We were covered in bites after the first full day. Most of the good restaurants are in either Fort Myers proper or Bonita Springs, so there is a bit of driving to negotiate. Otherwise, there are still local restaurants open but lots of construction around which you need to navigate. In another 6 months they should be mostly back to normal. The 2-bedroom condo in which we stayed was very nice. If your focus is the room itself, it was fine. Views from the balconies were great.

The location is in the middle of nowhere, no restaurant in the resort. Even the restaurants nearby they do not deliver food . You have to go pick it up . Also , there was only one taxi driver around and it will take him forever to come and get you . The ocean is so far way from the resort and there is a charge for umbrella and chairs. I loved right way since the first day I got there .this proper needs to close down

The property was great. The only issue was that there wasn't anything going on around the resort.

Staff was great. Room was awesome with a great view and the property is right on the beach. Still rebuilding some outside landscaping but pool area is totally accessible. Hot tub was not operational but didn’t miss it…it Florida. Overall had a great stay and would recommend.

Great condo and complex. The pool was shut down during our stay and there is construction going on around the property. It wasn’t too noisy in the condo but it was outside. I would definitely stay here again. Nice location, staff and condo. Just be aware of the kinks they are still working out. Please support the area and help them come back from Ian!

Amazing staff. Condo was perfect for our needs. Contained everything we could need. Loved the three balconies. Area is still under construction, but it was quiet.

I was surprised how great the place looked after the destruction. They are doing a great job renovating it. They were still working on grill area but the pool was awesome. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a quiet relaxing vacation. The kids loved the beach. They found lots of nice shells, even sand dollars. Even seen large blue crabs on our walk towards lovers key. We’ll be going back there for sure!!

The place was amazing even though it wasn’t completed we didn’t know that the pool is still under construction and a lot of construction going on around us, but the apartment was amazing. The views were amazing clean beautiful new when everything is completed I’m sure it’s gonna be spectacular. Would recommend.

The 2bd beachfront condo was exactly as described. The layout was perfect and the views were amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed the screened in balconies The only thing that would have made it better is if 2 chairs and an umbrella were included in the price and not rentals from a separate company. But otherwise we were just extremely happy and will definitely stay here again.

Layout of the property is very good and quiet. We were there over a holiday weekend and there was plenty of space for everyone. The shade around the pool was awesome when you needed a break from the sun. Dining was close by and had a good selection of what your looking for. Only thing we didn’t like …..the common areas (hallways) are not air conditioned.

We were very pleased with our stay at Pointe Estero. The property was very clean and the rooms were big and spacious. A nice kitchen with plenty of utensils and cookware. The balcony is amazing. The view of the beach and ocean was wonderful. Will definitely be staying here again.

The property was in good condition. The lobby could have been cleaner but it was right off the pool which caused it to constantly have wet floors.

1) The apartment smelled of grease/fried food. The smell never left the apartment. The appliances (stove & microwave) appear to be very dated; perhaps the smell is trapped in the vent. 2) The nonstick skillets should be tossed in the trash, as the material is scratched and peeling. Not suitable for your guests. We had to go to Publix to purchase a skillet for our breakfast. 3) The patio furniture could do with extensive cleaning or perhaps replaced. 4) No restaurant on the property or nearby. 5) The beach here was not very enjoyable. Too much seaweed in the water and the sand was actually dirty (brown stuff). We decided to go to Sanibel Island's beaches instead as they were much cleaner. *On a brighter note, the rooms were of decent size and the wifi was very good.

The hotel is old and smells like mold a little. They sprayed the rooms, it helped a little. There's everything you might need, but no attractions. The beach is huge and amazing. No waves! 30 dollars for 2 chairs and a beach umbrella per day, until 5:00 pm. Now stores, someone is passing with a big cooler of ice-creams. **Nothing much to do in the area, we went to eat ice-cream at night. The hotel is quiet, relaxing. Very nice bbq area next to the pool, you can rent the room next to it, with a big kitchen and a/c(don't know the price). No one bothers you, you just enjoy your vacation. I do recommend! I won't go back because it's enough to be there once.

The rest of the stay was great except when we waited for elevator. Please fix!!

This was the second time we have stayed at this resort. We absolutely love it! Nice, quiet area which was perfect for our family. It’s safe and clean. Very friendly staff. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay.

The resort lost power in the middle of the night due to the weather. The generator never kicked on. Was scorchingly hot. Ceiling was leaking. Very disappointing. Very expensive resort.

Everything was nice ice machine on more then one floor and room cleaning would have been nice. Room cleaning was as advertised but not in season I was a week to early I suppose.

We stayed in 504 and it was beautiful. The views of the ocean from the TWO large, screened in balconies were fantastic. The beds were comfy and the property was quiet.

Amazing location on the most beautiful beach in Fort Myers. The condo unit was beautiful and nicely laid out with enough space for the entire family.

The entrance and the hallways had a bad smell like garbage. It was very humid the week we were there but in any event it did smell. We hoped there would be a restaurant there but we went to the one a few doors down. Over all we were pleased.

Beautiful view of the Gulf, very comfortable furnishings. Multiple balconies, good size rooms. Very quiet. Only slight negative is the very large master shower has a waterfall head only. Not enough water pressure to be effective, but the other bathroom tub/shower works fine. Will definitely return.

The property and room was nice; however, not very sound proof. We were kept awake at night listening to the people above us slide their chairs on the tile and walking back and forth. They were very loud. Also our main TV had a line down the middle and the other TV kept freezing. I feel like for what we paid the TVs should have worked and the rooms quieter.

Clean room-one room had king bed and other room had 2 twin beds-I wish the other room had two full side beds but that wasn't a big deal. kitchen.washer dryer.easy walk to beach. nice pool & hot tub.easy to get to from airport.good restuarants around. Quiet & relaxing which is what we wanted!! the satellite TV was not working-it was raining-said you could rent DVD's but no DVD player-again-not a big deal-went to a cute local movie theatre & that was fun. would def go back!! :)

We were only looking for a hotel room but received a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with kitchen, dining room and a huge balcony with Gulf view on the 14th floor for the same price. The beach was extemely wide. The pool was nice too. Several restaurants with a range of prices were within a 5-10 minute walk.

This unit was very run down, unlike any other time we stayed: Washer was broken Shower faucet in hall bath was about to fall off and very hard to get it to stop dripping. piece of cabinet in from of kitchen sink was falling off and had be previously taped. took over 7 minutes to get hot water after faucets were turned on.

The property was nice for what we used it for

Cons = no restaurant or bar on premise. Neutral = Parts of the room were sleak and modern (eg the shower was amazing!) while they had the cheapest light fixtures and damaged mirror in the same bathroom.

Eddie at the front desk was so nice and accommodating. He told us all the local restaurants and where to go, was always smiling and had a great attitude!! The free bikes to use were such a plus here, we did didn’t have a car and walking to places was pretty far, but with the bikes it made it nice!! Our room was clean and nice, would definitely stay here again!

This property is amazing. Great rooms. Great staff. Long walk to the water because of a very Long Beach. Swimming pool was relaxing. Highly recommend and looking forward to going back.

Was amazing! Eddie at the front desk is the man. Someone should be looking to promote him. Hes on top of everything and his customer service is incredible. We would come back in a heartbeat and will definitely recommend to all! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

The way

The room, pool, and beach access was great. The floors must have been kind of dirty because my one year old had very dirty knees and feet from crawling around the room. Also, at night we heard a loud thumping noise which woke up my kids one of the nights we were there.

We loved the area where this resort was located! It’s a few miles from the busyness and crowds of the Times Square area. But yet there are restaurant options super close. Or many more just a few miles down the road. Our room was huge! It had a beautiful view of the Gulf. We loved having the kitchen! We stocked it with a few things for breakfast and lunch from Publix, which was close by. The pool was clean and so was the entire resort. Highly recommend!!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The resort was perfect, the accommodations exceeded my expectations, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We are already planning our next vacation to Fort Myers, and will absolutely be staying at Point Estero!

Our room was not well cleaned. There were plastic tooth picking tools in several areas. Disgusting. Took way to long to get clean towels half way through our stay. We only got fresh towels once this whole week. Water didn’t get hot and took 20 minutes to get somewhat warm.

The room was really nice. We enjoyed the access to the beach, swimming pool, and hot tub. Our room had sliding door access from to the patio from each bedroom and living room, which was cool. We also had a view of the beach and view of the inland gulf as well. The master bedroom had a nice size walk in shower that was cool, including windows to look over the inland gulf. The only thing that really needs improvement are the pillows. Theybwere extremely soft, felt like all the air seeped out as soon as you lay your head down. Investing in firmer pillows would have been awesome. We had 2 pillows, and we had no pillows with some support. Otherwise, while the room and stay was excellent.

We just had the best experience on this hotel, huge 2 bedroom condo allows you to take your family and have the best time. Fully recommended.

Love the spacious condos with two bed/two bath and two twin beds for the kids. Love the free bike rentals which we used to travel to the main shopping area and to the park.

Great place to stay has everything you need from beach towels to frying pans. Partial beach view condo was wonderful. Pool was had lots of chairs in the sun and in the shade also. The condo was very spacious and clean. Not a lot of restaurants in walking distance but a quick drive gets you to a variety.

We’ve stayed at this resort multiple times and this was just as good as the times Pre-Covid. The rooms were clean and updated. The views were amazing. We will back again!

The room was amazing, large and spacious. Gorgeous view from the large patio. Only thing I would suggest, have some type of indoor game room, lounge, vending machines, food options.

The beach was not packed at all the entire time we were there, which was a plus in our books. It was so easy to rent an umbrella and chairs. The only down side was that it is about five miles from the northern end of the island which is where all of the restaurants and excitement are. You have to drive to get there which can get quite expensive with parking. The hotel its self had great views, comfortable bed, and was huge! We booked a one bedroom suite and were given a two bedroom for some reason. We would stay here again!

Arrived with them not finding my Hotels.com reservation. But luckily a beautiful room was provided, although we were charged. Upon checkout money was returned as my reservation was finally found. The room was amazing! Very clean and comfortable. We especially loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, and that one room had twin beds. Washer and dryer in the room was great! Beautiful views from our 15th story room, very quiet. Plenty of place to spread out. Will definitely return here again!The beach was very family friendly, water was warm, gentle, and clear. Complementary coffee in the lobby was nice. Staff was great, especially Penny in front desk! You will not regret staying here!

Great location- away from the over crowded end of the island! Awesome view from our room, you could see the gulf and the bay! Only two complaints- the dishwasher didn't run well and there was no silverware basket for it. Second, the screen for the window in the bathroom was not attached at the top, so the wind kept it flapping a lot. Nice pool, nice beach, nice check in staff!

Beautiful resort and wonderful stay! It isn't very close to a lot of dining/shopping options, so be prepared with transportation as it is quite a distance from downtown.

Very well maintained and clean resort. Pool was perfect. The beach right outside the hotel was amazing, perfect white sand, virtually empty! Best place to watch a sunset. Our unit was two bedroom, two bath with a complete kitchen, dining room and living room, and TWO ocean front balconies. Seriously the only minor issue was very low water pressure in our bathroom, especially the shower. We will definitely stay here again!

The beach and pool were lovely. We were blessed to have great weather. Our 2 bedroom condo was perfect for a sisters get-away. I misread the information as I thought there was a pool bar onsite. Thankfully there was a grocery store one mile down the road but we would have loved to have been spoiled with pool themed cocktails made by a professional.

Great condo. Layout was very user friendly with 2 bed rooms and 2 full baths. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of screened balconies, with a small off of each bedroom and a larger one with a table and chairs off the living room. The condo is right on the beach, with a chair/umbella service available there as well. We liked the location with nice shops and restaurants less than a mile up the road

Our flight was scheduled for late afternoon, check out is at 10 am. They let us use the pool, and keep our vehicle parked there until we were ready to leave! That was really awesome, especially since we were not ready for our vacation to end!

Would come here again! We had a 2 bedroom gulf view room & it was perfect. The kitchen has literally anything you could need. Bathrooms were very well stocked with towels. Balcony was big. Pool & hot tub were nice. I liked this area of the island, it was quieter.

Great location right on the beach. Beautiful pool area with plenty of chairs/loungers and pool was indeed heated and the hot tub was powerful and really hot which we thoroughly enjoyed. Only issues is that the room while comfortable and spacious looked a bit worn out; with a non working dishwasher and rust in the dryer unit. Excellent service from management company.

We were booked here 2 nights out of 9. Looking forward to coming back and staying the entire time! It was hands down our favorite!
