This is a lovely property, overlooking the beach. Our one-bedroom condo was well-furnished and clean. The staff were friendly and the location excellent, close to restaurants and fun activities. We highly recommend it, and plan to return.

I am so happy I chose this place for a relaxing weekend—what a beautiful, wonderful spot. I simply love it; the rooms are absolutely lovely and fully equipped—spacious and clean. The staff is friendly, and the private beach is beautiful, offering everything from floats and umbrellas to chairs and loungers. There is free parking, too. Although it is a 3-star hotel, it is better than a 5-star one. My husband and I fell in love with Hotel Casa Playa. Rest assured, we will be back soon.

This place goes above and beyond when it comes to service. They did their best to get us in early when we arrived. On our last day we had a late flight and they allowed us to stay on site and use their facilities until we left mid afternoon. They supply chairs, umbrella's and towels for the beach. No need to rent or buy anything. They also have two brand new grills on their beach patio so you can grill your own lunch without having to leave. And they have a nice cabana to eat it under. They supply margarita's all day which is fantastic. They were extremely accommodating. I'd definitely do an ocean front room. The balconies are screened in so a great view and no bugs. The room was spacious with a full kitchen to make breakfast. The bathroom was really big. Plenty of space to store you clothes. The property is clean and well maintained but it is older. So there are things that aren't perfect but its hardly noticed. You are right on the beach and at the right end of town where its quiet. We had the beach to ourselves most of the day while further down in either direction it was packed. It's an easy 10 minute walk to the restaurants so you can just leave your car. If I ever go back I'm definitely staying here again. You get more than you money's worth.

Location. Super friendly staff. Access to the beach Very noisy guests. The accommodation on room 704 where out dated. The bed was so high me and my wife struggled to get in. We are not young. The shower was clogged and we reported it but no one showed up. The elevator was scary to get in plus it was never cleaned.

Everything is perfect. The location right in front of the beach. I can bring groceries and feel like home. 10 mi walk to restaurants Staff super friendly and helpful. Definitely a place to comeback back.

- it has its own private beach - very clean room - quiet location yet still walkable to restaurants, bars and other beach condos - amenities (pool, barbecue grill) - beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels - hard to adjust the A.C.'s temperature and T.V. volume

The picture at the time of reservation was deceiving, the property only shows rooms with ocean view; which was the reason for the reservation. Our view was to the parking lot. The keurig coffee maker was broken. The closest restaurant or bar is half a mile away, not bad, but other places have bars downstairs.

Can't bear the location. Quiet, right on the beach. Close to the pier and all the goings on. The pull out couch was not very comfortable.

This location was wonderful for us. On the more quiet end of Ft. Myers Beach and absolutely gorgeous. We walked out the door right onto the beach. Chairs and umbrellas were provided, and good parking. Felt very secure.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms and property were very well maintained and clean. The staff were helpful and very friendly. We loved that beach chairs, tables and umbrellas were provided. The room was well equipped.

I thought the room was very clean … only interacted with 1 staff member who cleaned the rooms… very nice!

Staff was super helpful and friendly. It was nice having chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Room was a little run down. Doors to the closet were leaned up against the closet. It was unusable. Coffee maker but no coffee. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Building was quiet. They could make some simple adjustments to make this a more enjoyable stay.

We were on the 6th floor, beautiful view from our room from the balcony and the bedroom window! All the staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The management team thought of everything. There were coolers in the rooms, beach chairs, tables and umbrellas. It was perfectly located

-I do think it might be helpful to have a basic first aid kit in the room. The beach is covered in sharp broken shells and we did have 2 minor cuts to tend to and it would have been helpful to have some bandages in the room as I wouldn’t typically think to pack first aid. -it might also be helpful to have a simple cordless vacuum in the rooms to help stay on top of the sand that’s tracked in. -it should be noted that traffic is pretty crazy if you need to leave or come back to fort myers beach on the weekend between 10-5. There’s only one road in and out. Not complaints, just suggestions/notes. We have no complaints overall. Loved it!

The accommodations were immaculate and as described. The parking is great. The bed’s headboard was on the opposite side of the elevator shaft. It was very loud and rumbly. It made sleeping impossible. I would not stay at this resort if I got an accommodation like this again.

Good location if you want to be away from public area. Be prepared to set up your own chairs and umbrellas on the beach, they provide them but you have to set up. Found a hair ball in the bathroom, otherwise room and resort was clean. They could use some hooks to hang suits and towels. They also had two grills and bikes to use. Nice spot for a few days.

After 18 hours of delays in flight, lost luggage,and having to rent a car just to get there because of all that. It was alittle piece of home and relaxation! Staff was so accommodating and kind! View to die for! My friends and I want to thank them for being the bright side of our vacay!!

Exactly what we love in Florida... steps to the beautiful white sand beach, quiet setting, and the resort provides beach chairs, umbrellas, and even the margaritas!

Riley was very accommodating, anything we needed, was taken care of! No complaints!!! That we had to leave, lol!

I would definitely stay here again. Staff was friendly. Beach was beautiful. There were a couple days when all the umbrellas were already being used. I think they had 9. My only suggestion would be to have a bigger supply of them. The pool was also really nice. Fort Myers Beach in general still has a ways to go but beautiful as always!

Great location right on the beach - easy to access room - keypad lock was very convenient (didn’t even need to go to front desk - like ever). Room is dated, but clean and comfortable. Hard to find coffee on morning one - nothing walkable - but short drive to Margaritaville found coffee!

The location was excellent and the outdoor facilities were well maintained and provided everything you need for the beach. The room was right next to the elevator with poor sound deadening. Made it hard to sleep. There were no lights, other than the overhead. Seeing inside the room at night was challenging. The material condition of the unit was not great. Could not get the ac to work, bed drawers broken and sink in the bathroom is coming off the wall.

Very clean!! The burner in the kitchen didn’t get hot so we didn’t cook in the room. It was t a big deal to us but might be for someone who wants to cook. We were going to make breakfast in the room to save money but decided to go out instead since the stove was barely warm.

No curtains in the bedroom, just blinds. The room was very bright in the morning making it difficult to sleep in.

Mostly happy with our stay. Room photo shows a dresser, but there is not one. Instead, wire roll out baskets under the bed which were not very useful.

The washing and dryer machine old and rusty and needed $2.00 in coin to operate. Initially did not have $4. Ava was sweet and helpful in getting us the necessary change. My husband was participating in an annual Roy Hobbs baseball tournament. We have to have access to a washing machine and dryer.

The tv was extremely small. The furniture was uncomfortable. There was no long mirror. The water never got cold.

I liked the ease of check in, cleanliness, access to the beach and friendliness of the front office staff. Also the free use of beach chairs and umbrellas. The only thing I didn't like was the constant running of the beach replenishment pump which was very noisy. But the temporary noise does not impact my assessment of Casa Playa.

Stunning Gulf Views! Newly renovated. Close to dining with available trams if you didn’t want to walk. Chairs and umbrellas for the beach aplenty. Laundry was right across from our unit (403). Reasonably price for location and size. Would definitely come again!

This place is absolutely gorgeous!! The staff went out of their way to make sure that our stay was perfect! Derek and Danny even delivered complimentary drinks to us out on the beach!! Casa Playa #405 is absolutely the best Bayview unit. Can’t wait to return.

Elevator was down one day and the place is a little far from all the action

Great location! This is far enough that is a bit quieter, but still within walking distance to great restaurants and the farmers market! Staff is truly outstanding. They were very personable and attentive. I have not one negative thing to say about this property. He was absolutely exceptional!

Room is bright and beautiful and well cared for. It was spotless. Check in was very easy. One suggestion would be to have the door on the toilet and shower area open out rather than into that area

The room was very large, clean, very quiet, had everything you needed for your stay. The staff was very helpful and pleasant! Loved our stay will be coming back again. I wish you could get on to the tv in all rooms. Wish they left instructions for the tv’s.

Around the property still some construction due to Fort Myers still recovering fro hurricane but almost all you see around is brand new. Overall it was an excellent weekend. I will return for sure.

Nice property. Very clean. Right across the beach. Love that chairs and umbrella are readily available. The elevator broke when I was there, but they fixed it very quickly. I recommend this hotel.

Half of the lights didn’t work, shower head was broken and spraying everywhere, dresser was broken, dishwasher didn’t work, sheets were on the bed but only blankets were small throw blankets. Breakfast was advertised but there was none. Also guests are responsible for stripping linens and taking out all trash. Overall very odd place. Wouldn’t come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Playa. The office staff were great. We happened to be there while beach restoration was going on so there was a lot of noise, but we loved being able to wake up every morning and walk out to the beach. We had the beach pretty much to ourselves. We would definitely stay again!

Updated, decorated nicely.

I loved my stay at Casa Playa Beach Resort. The room was clean and big. The pool was also very clean and in great quality, Beach access was private and very easy to access . I loved they offers shares, lounges, umbrella and toy to use at the pool and at the beach. If I have a negative it will be the elevator is very slow and while in my stay it broke down, tho it was fix in less than an hour. Over all I loved my stay and will definitely book again.

Only packed light due to washer and dryer being on premises. Unfortunately one washer worked and no dryer available. Had to go to laundromat to wash clothes on vacation. Not cool. The staff did offer to wash their towels for us but we could have done it at laundromat. The elevator hardly ever worked. It was delayed and often took forever for the doors to open. We used the stairs because it was faster. Bed was completely uncomfortable. Curtains had stains. There is no where to put clothes. Only a hanging option. The location is very nice as it is walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Perhaps they will get the elevator and dryers fixed for future guests.

Absolutely loved this beach property! The open-concept layout with the stunning ocean view was my favorite part. So relaxing and peaceful—perfect for a beach getaway!

The 1 bedroom condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It exceeded our expectations. The view of the beach and gulf was beautiful. We spent most of our time on the patio enjoying that view.

I loved how the unit had everything you could need. The complimentary chairs and umbrellas were the best part!

Our room was spotless and well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that made it easy to enjoy meals at our own pace. Whether we were cooking breakfast with an ocean view or relaxing on the balcony during every sunset....every detail was just right. Casa Playa is the kind of place you don’t want to leave...warm hospitality, amazing location, and all the comforts of home. We’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been hesitant about writing this review due to the fact that I wanted to make sure that it truly reflected my entire experience while staying at Casa Playa! From my interactions over the phone with both Derek and Danny prior to my arrival, I knew then & there that my experience was gonna be an unforgettable one! I came to spend my birthday weekend at Casa Playa and I can honestly say that I have found my home away from home for years to come when I come visit Fort Myers Beach! I was greeted at the front desk by Danny, who makes the most incredible Margaritas hands-down! To Derek, I am forever grateful to you for helping me with my umbrella and my beach chairs. You, sir, are a gentleman and a scholar. In a nutshell, all I can say is this trip for me was a memorable one, one that’s gonna go down in the books for sure! If you’re looking for a quaint spot to retreat from the loud noises of the world and to find your happy place, you won’t be disappointed staying at Casa Playa Beach Resort!

Our one bedroom beachfront condo was immaculate, and included everything you would expect to make our stay comfortable, including a full kitchen, dining and living areas, oversized bathroom and separate bedroom. Our particular condo appeared to be fully renovated with new appliances and furniture, and as clean as could be. The pool and pool area were clean and inviting, and the grounds were well maintained. There were more amenities than I could list, including complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas, bikes, valet carts, various beach games, activities and equipment, and beach towels. The beach was just steps away from the building, making access a breeze The property is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and bars, but just far enough away to feel secluded when we were at the beach. We will definitely be staying here whenever we visit again, and you should too. You will not be disappointed! My family and friends will definitely continue vacationing here. From the moment we checked in, it felt like paradise. The surrounding areas and our room were incredibly clean. I appreciated the option to borrow beach chairs and umbrellas to enhance our beach experience. This is truly one of the cleanest hotels I have ever visited.

Location, pool we liked. However, wish there wereore services. Says,"resort" but needs more . Help with umbrellas and chairs, better elevator, better shower doors that work Kleenex and more than 1 washcloth. Coffee and tea and creamer .bicycles to use are a plus. We love tween waters Inn for its amenities

Went with some friends for a Long Beach weekend and it was perfect! Had a hiccup one day but staff resolved it for us quickly. We will stay there again

Our stay was great, good location and great views! Very clean and nice room.

When we entered our room it was dirty, had to wait over two hours for it to be cleaned! Supposedly the last person who had stayed in the room had left 5 days ago and somehow when we arrived the room was dirty. The manager was nice but he didn’t seem apologetic about the situation just said “oh your check in isn’t until 4pm anyways” making it seem like the room being dirty was okay.

I love everything about this property

This condo was extremely clean and efficiently laid out to have everything you need with plenty of space still. All of the upgrades in the condo are beautiful just as the pictures and the kitchen was very well equipped, even though we didn’t use anything in there since we were only there for one night. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property. The room was beautiful and so comfortable. The front desk person I talked to was so helpful, professional and super nice!

We are an autism family and the balcony was concrete and screened in, which helped put us at ease. Also, being welcomed with margaritas started our vacay off on the right foot! They had lounge and Adirondack chairs as well as umbrellas and towels for the beach. The pool was super clean and refreshing as well! Will 100% be back.

The property was centrally located for all walking activities. Available parking to all amenities. We really enjoyed ourselves. Will be back.

This was our second visit - first since Hurricane Ian. We love the location of this property, a quick walk to Times Square and our favorite bars and restaurants - but located on the north end where there is less traffic and the beach isn't so crowded. This is an older property and isn't fancy in any way but it has just what you need to be comfortable and is immediately on the beach. The pool is perfect. Easy self check-in. Only downside is the very slow elevator. Will stay again!

The property is very well located on a quieter part of the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. The condo buildings on each side are still remodeling from the hurricane so there was more noise from that but much fewer people than I'd imagine are there when all of those are open. There was a strange pump/pipe situation on the beach outside that was noisy at times but again, understandable with the hurricane damage. The room is perfect for one or two people. One FYI: "bay view" is really parking lot view so try to get ocean side. I couldn't give all 5 stars because I reached out through Expedia messaging about a few concerns (Poor WiFi signal being one) and never got a response.

A very quiet and clean mini-condo. The property website warned of possible disturbance thanks to reno's happening to the buildings on either side and beach restoration. Couldn't hear a thing. And the beach restoration is almost complete. At least 50+ yards of beach from the building to the shore. Spotless. And the staff were very responsive to questions via email.
