Never again Quiet No microwave, no coffee in room , no closet, cheesy iron and no pool. I paid 170.00 for the room. I will never stay in a Tru Hilton again. Very disappointed. Trash cans full and something on my bed sheets. Didn't see it until the morning because I did not sleep under the sheets on that side of the bed.

The room was generally clean, however there was a tile missing in the bathroom and the shower leaked quite a bit when we used it. There was mold around the shower grab bar. There was some sort of green goo as we entered the building and we cleaned it ourselves before the maid made it up to the room to clean it for us. The staff was friendly and bright generally speaking. The breakfast was small but nice and had a few hot items as well as your typical cold items. There was plenty of parking. It was located in a convenient area close to Carowinds and other stores. Overall we liked it, but probably wouldn't stay again because I don't like green goo greeting us or mold in the shower. My wife also didn't like the lack of storage. There was also no safe, or pool, or hot tub.

I loved how they had a lounge area downstairs with a pool table and tic-tac-toe. They had 24-hour coffee and tea which was great. They texted everyday to check in. The breakfast with subpar.

Everything was great. I LOVED the movable desk. It allowed me to roll the desk to comfortably eat and wake tv. As well as, work on notes and watch tv or the news/weather. The water was too hard and dried my skin out terribly.
