Staff was very nice and small bottles of water are free at desk. Would not stay again due to noise cleanliness price .

Shower was not clean- hair on the shower floor and drain and was still there after they "cleaned" the room.

However the toilet wouldn’t flush the first night stay. In the morning the maintenance person came and resolved the issue but I had to wait until the morning so i dealt with a toilet no fully flushing. I removed linen from a pillow case due to is being wet. The next day I asked the staff to change the linen while she was actively making the bed. The attitude was very nasty and she left without putting another pillow case on the pillow. I didn’t realize until it was time for bed.

The girls at the front desk (both in the afternoon for check-in and in the morning for checkout) were awesome! Very pleasant, courteous , and helpful. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, consistent with our expectations for Marriott. Loved the location and the dining options so close to the hotel. Will definitely stay there again.

This is a GREAT place! Just won’t book with Expedia. Will go through my Marriott Bonvoy and get points!

The room was clean and fresh. However, the bathroom shower needs upgrade. It is older and there were areas of spotty mold. The shower curtain did not fit the shower area properly.

The room was not stocked with towels and toilet paper, so we had to request once we got in the room. One of the front desks seemed like bothered when we inquired about services.

The manager Suzy is absolutely amazing. There were several issues with my stay and she stepped up to the plate resolving the situation expeditiously. I’m beyond pleased and lastly, she has an amazing team as well. Thanks a million😊

Hotel was beautiful. Room was very nice….BUT I had a brand new bottle of Polo Red cologne lifted (stolen) off the desk under the TV. I can only assume it was house keeping that did it. Would not recommend this hotel, nor will I be using Courtyard Marriott again.

Safe and quiet setting…even though so very close to highly populated, travelled areas. Hotel was nice and comfortable. Stephanie at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Britney did a great job with housekeeping and Kiki was also helpful and pleasant. Stores, walking and food options just outside front door… others a short drive. Would stay here again.

Nicest hotel we’ve stayed at in a while! Super clean and beautifully maintained. Kiki the housekeeper on floor 6 was amazing and so nice. Our room was spotless. Also the very kind gentleman working at the cafe for breakfast. We will return here again!

Beautiful property

We chose this hotel for my wifes 40th Birthday. Our plan was to have dinner near by and then finish the evening at the hotel bar. We live near by so this was kind of just our own way of getting away from the norm. Upon check in we found out the hotel had let there liquor license lapse and the bar was not open. Had we jnown this when booking we would have chosen another hotel.

The hotel itself was nice. Loved option to order food from restaurant after a long day of travel. Indoor pool- small but enough for kids to swim a bit. Great location. Hated the wide open shower- so cold and not private at all if sharing room with others. Unfortunate that there's no continental breakfast & no coffee or breakfast until 7am!

We stayed at the Courtyard for a tournament in Rock Hill. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Travel sports can be expensive. This property is very affordable compared to hotels in closer proximity to the tournament site. I have to say it was much nicer, as well. Added perk: Starbucks was within walking distance, so were great restaurants and shops. We will return!

Liked the village area around the hotel, walkable shops & restaurants. Having an indoor pool for the teens is always a must. Staff was top notch friendly & welcoming!

Super friendly and helpful front desk staff. Everything except the shower seems to be spotless and I can walk on the carpet with my white socks and they’re actually still white! But the shower does not appear to have been cleaned in months. I wiped off a small section of the grout with a washcloth and a ton of dirt and mildew came off with just one swipe. The mildew in the shower is super gross and the conditioner was empty. Parking is a bit limited. No tea in rooms, just coffee-Hilton always has tea. It’s an inexpensive touch. No free coffee/tea in lobby either. The little café in the lobby that has breakfast and dinner has very limited options that were drastically overpriced, especially since you can easily walk to several other options. I walked down to Panera to get a salad that was half the price of what I would’ve paid in the hotel.

The Kingsley area is amazing. Great dining options and beautiful areas for walking.

We were on the interstate side and it was pretty loud.

A very clean and quiet hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is located in an area with great shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Overall you have a nice hotel which is well located for our needs. Unfortunately there was a thunderstorm which caused significant water damage to our hotel room (rm 311) and we had to me move in the middle of the night to another room. The new room also had a major leak (rm 313). I worry about the structural integrity if a rain storm can cause this much leakage into rooms.

Everything was great, can’t complain

The property was surrounded by a lot of places to dine. Also just minutes from the local Walmart. It was a very nice property I was just unhappy that I was placed in a handicap room and that wasn’t what I booked. Also, the noise level was very loud in the lobby area and there was no noise control.

We love staying at the Marriott in Kingsley. It is a beautiful hotel, great staff, and in an excellent location. We will always stay there when traveling to Charlotte & Fort Mill.

This hotel does not offer an included breakfast, and the cafe in the lobby is very expensive.

I arrived in the hotel and had a reservation. However it was sold out and on top of that they charged me the fees. Very disappointing.

The staff was nice and the location was convenient. The beds were HARD and the pillows were too soft. It was an odd combination which left us waking up several times during the night, and also sore. I paid extra to have the breakfast included…there was no breakfast? Very confusing.

New, clean, excellent staff, outstanding location The “evening shift” was truly pleasant to deal with. Crazy, prices at the breakfast bar! It was insulting! Almost $3 for a half pint of milk?? Fortunately I could walk a short distance and not get robbed like that. Truly bad business practice. I spent money down the street that I would have spent there were it not highway robbery.

Location was key for us. We were able to walk to our dinner reservations at Epic Chophouse. We had drinks at the hotel bar beforehand. Quiet hotel with great service. We will stay here again.

Parking is terrible, all in the back, front spaces offered only for fuel efficient vehicles. Room refrigerators was extremely small, my cooler was bigger. Would not recommend Coffee pot in rooms were terrible. My room wasn’t cleaned for the first 4 days had to ask for towels. Prices of these rooms were high for the quality

The shower…water went everywhere. Was not advised that he room would not be clean unless I requested it. However the staff was very nice and explained. Housekeeping was gone for the day and I was able to get more towels.

Location is good. Rooms are tiny if traveling with a family, over priced. Resort prices but no amenities or benefits. Could hear other toilets flush and doors close from our room. Won’t stay again.

The property and location were good.

This used to be our favorite hotel in Ft Mill but has really gone down hill. When they host an event in their meeting rooms, the parking is nonexistent for guests. We had a quarter mile walk to get back to the lobby. Had to find street parking.

The hotel is nestled in an adorable shopping and dining are called Kingsley. Lots of cool restaurant, spas and salons within a block or so of the hotel. The hotel itself is not warm and welcoming. Very industrial in feel. The area is so nice that its still a great place to stay of a night.

Great hotel overall, however the condition/cleanliness of the shower was terrible. Please have the cleaning staff scrub the shower grout … black mold can be prevented if cleaned more frequently!

I’ve stayed here several times and it has always been a great experience. Hotel staff is very accommodating, location is terrific. I’ve stayed with family for kids soccer games and also stayed here during business travel and it’s a perfect spot for both.
