    I needed assistance with a billing error. The operations manager, Jorge Soza was very rude and unaccommodating. Thankfully, another manager assisted him to correct the billing issue. I am not if he behaved that way because he did know how to perform the task but his behavior was unwarranted. The incident largely impacted my hotel experience. I am not happy.

    I booked a room (to pay at property) for 14 days for this month since December 8th, 2025. I called the day before checking in to confirm availability and to let them know that my family and I will be arriving between 1 and 1:30am because we are coming from South Korea (which is where the person I spoke to on the phone is from). He said it was okay and that he put in the notes that we will arrive for late check in. When I arrived 2 weeks ago at 1:15am, I was told by a staff that the manager cancelled my booking earlier in the day (when I was midflight). The reason behind the canceled booking is because they supposedly had an issue with ONE room and they were overbooked so they prioritized prepaid rooms (I am still baffled about this explanation). I asked the staff member what my alternative option is and asked how they can just decide on who gets a room and who doesn't. I was told that Expedia should have rebooked me with another hotel (that is not how it works). He reiterated that unfortunately, they are overbooked and I need to find an alternative option in the middle of the night with a screaming infant after spending over 13 hours in an airplane. The manager was supposed to reach out to discuss this matter and never did. I did not get any alternative options or accommodations for this inconvenience. I will never book with this location, and I highly do not recommend especially if traveling overseas.

    This hotel was good as it was well located to family members we were visiting and there was plenty parking available. Breakfast was standard and provided a variety. Cleaners came as frequent as requested and the pool was clean so family made use of it during our stay

    This hotel is very clean and the staff is super friendly!!! Only real complaint is that the shower had no hot water. Water is maybe a few degrees warmer than body temp, but I actually got cold in the shower. The maintenance person, Janes tried his best tobfix it, but thecproblem is in the walls of tgecdhower where the stop was placed atvtoo low a temperature to be comfortable. James stated that he was not able to get the plate off of tge shower tap without possibly breaking it...so we just lived with lukewarm water for 2 1/2 weeks. Also the bed was practically on the floor. You have no trouble getting into the bed, but getting out is another story. I dont know if this was on purpose because of the handicapped room or not,. That is honestly the only complaints that we had. Everything else was great!!!! Will definitely stay here again, but maybe another room!!!@

    Hot water for the shower was always lukewarm no matter what time you attempted to shower. The property allowed us to move rooms and the issue remained the same with the lukewarm water. I did have my room cleaned, however, no additional toilet paper was added when the room was out of toilet paper. There was only one waffle maker and a long line of visitors ready for a hot breakfast. The chocolate milk for the kids was always out of stock

    Great options for breakfast. Nice variety. One afternoon they had a tray of cookies which was a nice treat. Newly renovated rooms and everything was nice and clean. We did miss the pullout sofa they had before. The couch was a bit too hard. Could use a topper of some sort. Great location. Will be back!

    I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Most of my service was excellent. I asked for a late check out which they granted. However, staff kept knocking on the door to service the room before my late check out was over, a little irritating. The breakfast was fair, the orange juice I had to throw out, it was brown (yuck)!

    Kitchen well equipped. Option to borrow additional appliances is helpful. Pool was warm. Towels outside would help Bed is soft as are pillows. Table in studio not big enough for 2 to eat. Access to wine glasses would be nice.

    First, we were on the road three hours before we got a call saying that my room was going to be canceled when we got there. Our room just popped up so we weren’t left in the street when we got up to the room. The TV did not work. And the room was supposed to have a fold out couch. It had a small sitting couch, which was very uncomfortable.

    Stayed here for 3 weeks and had a good experience overall. Laundry room was right down the hall from my room so it was easy to do laundry. Only bad thing was my ac kept turning off 5 mins after turning it on. This didn’t happen every time but i noticed starting second week it would occur more often. Staff is friendly but housekeeping didn’t empty trash a few times. Pans are opposite of non stick so be careful. Area around hotel was good no problems i felt safe. I did appreciate housekeeping folding my personal blanket at edge of bed :)

    TV didn’t work. Sofa bed, if that’s what you want to call it, was awful. Only 1 staff person working and used that as an excuse to not be able to help us get extra bedding and wouldn’t try to help us with the TV. Says it was newly renovated but that renovation must have been years ago. Would NOT stay at this place in the future. Also, was not as close to the cruise terminal or airport as was told to us by the property. Was a 30min drive from airport and 30min drive to cruise terminal.

    Room cleaning could have been better, they only came every other day to change towels and empty garbage. They only did a full clean once in 12 nights. The kitchen was small. There were a few pots and pans, plates and silverware for 4. There were no spices, oils, etc. so it would have been very difficult to do anything other than reheat already prepared food. We liked the hotel and would go back.

    I normally have something serious to talk about when it comes to these hotels I’ve been staying at.. but this one impressed me. Not fancy nor is it anything really special but I will tell you this hotel was good to me! Love that it’s quiet around the area and clean! The staff were so friendly at all times and parking was fine. I didn’t try the breakfast because I was not waking up early enough for it most times. I would rate it a whole 5.0 but my only thing was I wanted new sheets on the third day and didn’t get it but that’s ok because it still was clean sheets. Anyway you’ll love it here. Not a dollar would be wasted!

    My family of 5 loved everything about the property except for breakfast. We would find our self going downstairs for sausages and milk and cook everything else in the room. Making this hotel our choice every time we visit Fort Lauderdale isn’t an option, it’s mandatory.

    I was pleasantly surprised with this establishment. We had to get a hotel room as our place was being tented for termites. My husband and I booked this place, walked into the room and just stopped. A two bedroom suite, a kitchen with full fridge and freezer, and just plenty of space because we brought a lot of things with us that could not be in the tented house. It was very quiet as we had the stairs to one side, no one on the other side, and no neighbors above us. The shower pressure wasn't really a lot, according to my husband. You just had to change the setting on the head. And something on the bottom of the tub/shower so that people don't slip would be good. The internet went in and out at times. My husband had to fix the chain on the toilet as it kept running. We had to learn which way to turn the ice trays in the freezer, as one way wouldn't allow the door to close. Gisela, the front desk clerk, was very helpful with our check in and all our questions, and even granted us late check-out as the termite company said we couldn't get back in until 11 a.m. and my husband and I had to make two trips back and forth with all of our stuff - it'd take time. My husband wishes they had another ramp to the side walk closer to the elevator area. Another entrance/exit to the establishment would be great (perhaps near 31st). But overall we felt safe.

    Paint peeling, front office staff is rude, most people who have given positive reviews belong to a certain tax bracket. That’s why the front office staff acts like that since they belong in that same or lower tax bracket. Blue collar friendly anyone above that avoid this place! We booked by mistake, never again!

    The housekeepers can do a better job, when i checked in, there was an undergarment on the couch from a previous guest. Also after a few days being there, i requested a "full service" but when i got back all they did was made the bed. The front desk staff were amazing, very pleasant attitude.

    The room had clusters of hair on the carpet and the air condition was leaking water flooding the living room. The next day rain was leaking into the bedroom . The hotel could not offer another room and they only sent towels to place on the damp smelling carpet. The staff and manager did not adress the issue . I would not recommend this hotel at all . In fact it seems to be a very old hotel that they trying to upgrade piece by piece

    When i booked this I chose to pay at property. When I got to the hotel I was told my room was cancelled after driving over an hour and that they sent me an email advising it was cancelled. No one called me to say I needed to pay before I got there and email is not a reliable form of communication. Very unprofessional and I will be notifying Marriot of this.

    This hotel was sold out when I arrived and my paid 2 bedroom suite was sold, after driving 5 hours with kids and arriving at 11:00pm it was very frustrating to find out we had no room, thankfully the front desk lady was able to accommodate us in a one bedroom one bed and a sofa which we had no choice since could drive not another mile as I was extremely tired. I hope I get a refund or some kind of compensation for this uncomfortable and inconvenient situation they put us through.

    The rooms are outdated, outlet colors are yellow. The rooms are only cleaned every other day. The building has a smell. Towels and sheets also has a smell as if they were kept in a closed environment for a while. The style of the resort feels like a motel. Behind the tv in the bedroom was very dusty. The bathroom door had issues closing. The tub drain malfunctioned. In the rooms the fridge are also outdated. Definitely not worth the price and need major renovations. Definitely would not recommend.

    Had a family meeting and we did book several rooms. I did book one for me on 05-23 for two nights and one to my kids for 05-24 for one night . On 05-24, late at night, during my kids checkin, after arriving from a long overseas flight, was informed that their room was not available due to overbooking, and that they would need to move to another hotel. After 45 minutes awaiting for a solution, it was informed that the room was not available @ the system, but there was a room physically available... this situation did cause a lot of frustration and stress. After complaining with operations manager next day, Dajahquan Smith did offer a 30% reimburse of the amount paid, and that we should contact Hotels.com in order to request the credit. Please provide us the credit on my credit card.

    There’s no room to accommodate luggages if you come early. Some hotels allow to leave luggages with them in a secured room if you come early. Breakfast area is small. Reception is small. No place to gather if you are a big group.

    Terra at Check In was delightful, an expert in the area and so helpful! Our room, 115 a double-suite was clean, spacious and the ac was quiet and cold. Our stay was perfect! And the security walking the property was icing on the “cake”. Thank you.

    Breakfast area was ill equipped for the amount of guests. Free breakfast didnt feel like a deal when there was barely anything left and no place to eat. Room was spacioys and comfortabke. Pool was great. Overall a decent place for an evening

    I liked that rooms were newly renovated but the TV never worked even after it was supposedly repaired after reporting it. Dishwasher never worked and was not looked at despite reporting. A piece fell off the wall in the bathroom and was never repaired.

    The suite was quite nice. The inky two complaints i have are the sheets were terrible! They felt like sandpaper. And the breakfast room was way too small for the number of guests and they couldn't keep enough food ready and available.

    This is ridiculous service. No one reached out to us. We picked this location because it was closer to Port Everglades. Instead, the location they sent us to was double the distance. They told us because we booked through Expedia, and it was a third party, was the reason why we were bumped. Even though they created the issue of overselling the amount of rooms they had. Completely unacceptable. DO NOT book here.

    We arrived at the hotel at about 1:30 a.m. after calling a few days earlier informing them of the late arrival and day of trip checking in on the app, when we got there they were overbooked and had given our room away, they did comp us a room at one of their other properties. We had to arrange our own transportation to the other property and thus didn't get in our room until 2:30 in the morning

    Can't say anything about my stay because the property canceled my already-paid reservation on the day I was supposed to check-in!! I will never stay at a Marriott property again. They obviously just want to overbook to keep their occupancy rates high and could care less about how they inconvenience potential guests. BTW, I found out I had no room at 3AM, just after landing in Fort Lauderdale. At least Orbitz helped to rebook me into a Holiday Inn Express nearby.

    The property has recently finished a full renovation, so everything is new and clean. Service is good. Suites are very spacious. Kitchenette came in handy. It was nice and quiet. We arrived at night, so did drive right by the first time because it is not prominent and the sign is small. They had no problem with me having a package delivered there, which was waiting for me when we arrived. Only minor complaint - the breakfast area is small and did get over-crowded on out second (of two) days. There are only four or five 2-chair tables, and a counter with 4 seats, for a hotel with two 3-story buildings. Would definitely go back.

    This hotel was great. Its newly renovated and our room was wonderful!! Wood floors, new bathroom, small kitchen with all dishes and glasses, etc. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay here again in the future. Breakfast was good as is the location. Nice pool as well. Very quiet at night.

    Overall everything are satisfied, staff is friendly and helpful, suit clean and renovated with kitchenware. You can cook easy and buy near by groceries store, drive to buy sawgrass mall and Walmart about 25-30 mins.

    Overall the hotel was great. I’m not sure if my room was recently painted or something but when you walked in it had a weird smell. Eventually I got used to it and was on there to sleep due to a business trip but otherwise I will stay again for business.

    This is an excellent place to stay, especially if flying out of FXE. The staff was friendly and very accomodating. The rooms are nice and have a full kitchens. The breakfast has everything you can possibly want.

    Appeared to be a scramble to get breakfast at 8:30am as breafast was only until 9am. Once the food was gone I don't think it was being replaced. I asked if they had any more fruit and I was told no. The coffee was pretty poor. Not sure if hotels in general are scrimping on decent quality coffee to cut costs! Apart from that a decent sized clean room with good parking on site.

    The proximity was key. We usually fly in to FXE a few times a month and never noticed this place but I was happy when we did. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. When we arrived at the front desk we heard someone complaining about the noise from a club but thankfully we didn’t hear a sound. I would definitely stay here again in the future but will remember to ask for a room far away from the club.

    The room was comfortable enough for us on the Night Before Our cruise. However the breakfast service was among the worst we've had in recent years. Most notable is that all the food was Stone Cold. That's okay, though, because when you're about to leave on a cruise you know the food will be good
