Stayed in a newly remodeled room when I and my neighbors would shower sewage would come up out from under the toilet and flood the bathroom and part of the bedroom this happened on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

Tom in the breakfast room is amazing. Love the new manager. I like the upgrades they’ve made.

Staff was all very helpful and friendly. You never seemed to be bothering them if you asked for something. Property was always clean and maintained. Highly reccomend

We really enjoyed the resort! Lots of different pools, hot tubs, and vibes to choose from. Clientele was very friendly, and staff was courteous and professional. It’s close to the beach which was amazing, but we also enjoyed hanging out around the pool too. Room was clean, quiet and spacious. We will definitely be coming back!

Spa experience was amazing! Robert gave a wonderful massage. Can't wait till the next one!

Been coming here for years. Time for some updates to the rooms

First time here and I will definitely go back. 2 blocks from the beach plenty of restaurants around. Staff couldn’t have been nicer. Having multiple pools and hot tubs to choose from was a pretty nice. Room was recently renovated with a mid century vibe, great mattress and pillows too.

Staff was nice and helpful. The grounds were nice, but everything felt dated and the rooms did not feel comfy.

The property itself was relatively clean.. But our room was filthy!! Moldy shower filthy floors😖

Property is in great condition and has obviously seen several improvements in the past few years. Safe is friendly and welcoming.

The staff are fantastic and the hotel has new amenities each time we go. The breakfast cafe was great and the pool bar is the ticket!

Staff and guests are amazing

Very nice upgraded room. Bed was very comfortable amenities included iron and ironing board. Microwave refrigerator beach towels and new air conditioning units. The complex is laid out very nicely with four pools and three jacuzzis. Now that it's so pricey the only people who typically afford to stay at the Grand are older men who have money but are not as attractive.

One of the best stays I’ve had in Fort Lauderdale. Staff and resort are amazing. Everything available from a pool packed with people to quiet courtyards to relax to rooftop decks to nap. Full bar and cafe to round it all out 😁.

No hot water in the shower first 3 days. Jacuzzi had too much chlorine causing chemical burns and allergic reactions. Food was blah. Drinks were overpriced

They are doing a lot of improvement to the resort. The apartment we stayed in was clean, but needs to be freshened up a bit. Paint touched up, better toiletries (for the $$$) some hooks on the doors to hang robs, towels and coats. Kitchenette, clock that works, again paint. Decor, paint.

Room was continuously kept clean, the location was immaculate, friendly staff and accommodating.

My room was very clean and I was pleased that housekeeping made up the room each day. Except for Saturday when scrambled eggs were offered, breakfast choices were minimal the other days. Every staff member I saw was very friendly, courteous and helpful

This use to be a great property but it seems like they are slipping. They are now charging for parking and have ended the happy hour. The staff is not as friendly as they use to be.

Staff was VERY friendly, helpful, and was always busy doing their job. You never saw them standing around. Always making sure the property was clean, guests were attained too etc. property was beautiful from the pools, to the scenery, to my room.

The Grand merged with neighboring properties and now has a different vibe as before. Been staying there 15 years and will not go back. Resort fee and they offer day passes and have loud music all the time. Sadly the property has transformed into a circuit party scene which was never the charm I wanted. Staff not friendly and did not like non guests having access to pools which where full of day people.

We always enjoy staying at The Grand. The staff are extremely friendly, and the guest experience is excellent. Some of the rooms could use some updating, but overall it is a great place to stay.

Nice place in good location, walkable to the Ocean. We'll probably be back. Hopefully when we do, management's selection of the TV channels offered in their guests' rooms might better reflect the tastes of their clientele .

Good experience but drinks were entirely overpriced. Brought our own drinks in after paying $32 for two glasses of wine. Ridiculous!

I wanted to like it there! Very tired property, it looks like it has seen better days. The room was insanely expensive for something that hasn’t been renovated in decades. Sadly very few of these hotels left and it looks like they are trying- there was noise from the renovations even on the weekend. The bed was uncomfortable, the pools cold and the crowd felt kinda tired just like the property.

Very pleasant short term stay.

What I least liked was the level of attention to the rooms. Very dated and below par on quality. Not even pictures on the walls. The mini fridge didn’t have a freezer inside so we lost some ice cream and the Roku TV was on a very small tv and just stopped working. Seems the property could use a little investment in the interiors because everything else is great!

The staff is beyond friendly and a very welcoming environment for all! Although clothing optional it's not mandatory and never felt uncomfortable!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Grand Resort Fort Lauderdale! We stayed in the Worthington. The staff was very welcoming. Our room was a little dated but well maintained. I did notice that they are updating many of the rooms. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, great dining options, and just a 10 minute drive to Wilton Manor. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or a fun-filled vacation, I highly recommend The Grand Resort Fort Lauderdale! We will definitely return!

Staff was amazing!

This was our first time here as we generally stay at another local property. The property itself is very large there are multiple pools and hot tubs. Our room was nice but could use a little updating.

Some rooms are nice and have been updated although still long enough ago to need updating but others are back in the late 70’s early 80’s. The power went out which wasn’t their fault but the backup generator apparently isn’t sufficient and rather than supply things like the ac supplied the microwave and exterior

Easy check in, friendly staff and guests, clean room, many tv cable options. Unusually nice new gym. Close to beach and restaurants. Personally I would like the 2 hot tubs a bit hotter. Great stay.

I had no idea it was for Homosexual Clients. Never go thru expedia ever again

Slept for a solid 2 hours until a transformer or something exploded woke me right up no power no ac. The ac unit was in the closet so the room could never get cold woke up drenched.

No smart tv, horrible hallways, is like staying at a bad college dorm.

The property was very nice but dated. The staff was very attentive making sure I was happy. Breakfast had a good assortment from breakfast sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, cereal and juices. The location is very walkable to the beach and a few restaurants in the area. Quick uber ride to Publix, Whole Foods or the mall.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Grand and look forward to visiting again soon. The staff are amazing.

Breakfasts were good. Self-serve and more than decent. Located near the beach which is okay but you really must have a car to have access to many dining choices or shopping. There is not even a convenience store handy. Pool areas were beautiful and nicely maintained. Our room was dated. Handy parking on site. In my opinion the resort is overpriced for what it is.

Bob who checked us went above n beyond in service and friendliness. Bob provided a private tour of the property layout, wasn’t pool side clean up, to bartender, you name it he ensured all patrons were happy.

The staff is amazing. The pool and spa are beautiful. The only negative point for me was the air conditioning in the room way too noisy.

Had to speak to someone about getting room clean as it was about 4:00 and I wanted to relax. Would it be possible to get an adult toilet for the bathroom? Upon awakening one morning, found 2 silverfish bugs in the bed. I didn’t invite them in for the night, not my type… I liked the card to get into the room, nice improvement over the other wrist thing. I did enjoy my stay overall.,

I ended up staying at the Worthington, and had a very large and spacious room. I like that the four resorts are connected, so that you can come and go between the pools and hot tubs. The crowd was mainly mixed, but I would say most guests were in their 40s 50s and up. I wanted to stay one day longer, but the room rate had gone up to $414, which is unreasonable for the room and resort.

Great location to the beach, restaurants and shops. Loved the ambience of the facility and how it was many hotels connected together. Very unique!

Great hospitality and comfortable accommodations as usual. Unfortunately cable service has been discontinued so TV service limited to Hulu, paramount, etc. and no loc channels or major network service.

Staff was extreamly friendly and accommodating and keep everything clean and tidy... Other guests were friendly and made you feel welcome
