Perfect hotel with a perfect location. Staff was very friendly and helpful with check in and check out. Rooms are clean and nothing to complain about. Will definitely stay again.

Was concerned at breakfast about the cleanliness of the utensils, cups and plates and was alarmed to see an elderly gentleman washing everything by hand in a sink at the back of the eating area each item was a quick dip and back into circulation. Not very hygienic. The room was clean and tidy and housekeeping was at a good level- reception was good.

The front desk is always very nice. Love the chairs and umbrellas to use at beach. Everything is nice and clean but the pools need more attention. They need to be vacuumed daily.

The breakfast options are great. The ocean steps away. 2 pools fun time. The staff is very accommodating.

-The one not great part was coming in to my room one day after it got cleaned, went to the bathroom to find the toilet cleaning brush in a broken container on the container dripping directly on my toothbrush. That was definitely a gross surprise. I brought it up with the front desk staff and they did try to make it right by giving me some chocolates and coupon to the resturant. Unfortunately I don’t eat a lot of sweets and I already had a coupon card that they give you when you check in. Really I would have liked a discount on my stay or at least a new tooth brush since I had to throw mine out. Thankfully when I came back later they did get me a new toothbrush. -In summary: it was great for the price and location, older style hotel, big room with a kitchen area with good closet space and a good buffet breakfast. If I come back to Ft Lauderdale I would consider this hotel as a good option to come and to.

Staff is absolutely wonderful!!! Couldn’t ask for better. Rooms are clean and comfortable. A little outdated and bathroom is small but other then that great place for the no money!

It's a very nice hotel. Definitely an older building but it's been cleaned up and repainted and looks fairly nice. When we first walked into the room the room looked great but later on I took my shoes off. I started walking around and the floor was so gritty. I assume with possible sand that we had wear shoes the whole time we were in the room. The free complimentary breakfast is a nice idea but the room is so cramped and trying to get around people wasn't fun. Only one waffle maker was working so it was a long line to make a waffle. The staff there just kept speaking to you in Spanish and then when you acknowledge that you don't know what they're talking about. They just kept talking in Spanish. Not sure if they could speak English and chose not to but I thought it was kind of rude. The biggest problem is the parking. There's not enough parking for all the guests. So they tell you to go to the underground parking lot. But you can only go down the one ramp because people park their cars up the ramp. Then people park behind cars that were down in the lower level. We were glad we didn't have to go anywhere at that time because some one blocked us. The lot is difficult to get out, very narrow. Was very nice that they provided beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas for the beach, and also so that the parking was free and they don't charge the resort fees. So those were definitely positives.

The premier hotel is a perfect peaceful getaway right across the street from a quiet section of lauderdale beautiful beach. Don't let the old school vibes fool you. The inside is modernized and that vibe of a old school hotel with their service, their hospitality, their employees, everyone here is friendly. The place is very clean, no issues I can find. This is my Fourth year in a row , staying here , I choose this hotel over all the fancy ones along the beach due to its quaint, quiet nature and If you're wanting to avoid the noise and have a peaceful private stay, this is your place.

Location was perfect

I've stayed here multiple times over the last 3 years and will continue to go back. As a solo female traveler, I feel safe staying here which is very important. It is away from the main strip which keeps it quiet, but is only a few steps from the beach. The rooms are simple but includes everything you need for an overnight or a full week stay. Front office is fabulous. Wish I could go back already!!!

This stay was great stay especially for the price! Perfect location right on the beach, next to major restaurants, breakfast included was very convenient and it has two pools. The rooms were nothing fancy but just what we needed to be close to the beach. Clean, kind staff and safe. Would recommend.

The view was beautiful. The bathroom is way too small and it needs a hook on the back of the door to hang up a robe. I will never stay there again.

Property is great! Super clean and the beds are comfortable. They provide bottled water in the lobby which is fantastic! The happy hour in the bar is great (bogo wine) and Diana the bartender is the best. The food from the restaurant is good and the breakfast is good. Parking is included which is a bonus. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Walking distance to so much including the water taxi which I recommend as well!

The hotel location is ideal for those who want to spend time at the beach while being close to many dining options. The staff if very friendly. However my issues/concerns were with the breakfast. Many other hotels have separate utensils for their food items, but not this hotel. You're expected to use 1 pair of tongs to grab sausage, bacon, eggs and hashbrowns. I dont eat pork, so this was very concerning. They also had 1 pair of tongs to use for the ham and cheese. There was 1 stafd member working the entire breakfast shift from washing dishes (many of whicj were still dirty), stocking and refilling items as well as cleaning the dining area. On the days it rained, they did not bother to pull down the covering for the patio area. Considering the size of the hotel, they should really reconsider remodeling their breakfast area. My last concern is the hotel is more on the older side, so there were some issues with the hot water lasting long enough to shower but they addressed the issue right away and worked to make it right.

I love the heated pool and it is very close to the beach, the beach towels and chairs and umbrellas are such a great bonus. The staff is so nice. The cleaning staff go above and beyond. They even given you water to keep you hydrated. I have stayed her before and will come again

Great spot if you want affordable clean accommodations. Not the best pools but they make up for it with exceptional customer service, a free breakfast buffet, great prices, and super clean (if not modern) rooms. Definitely a good deal.

We were very surprised at our stay at Premiere, the staff was beyond friendly, the rooms were very clean and updated to our surprise. It's a great location right on the beach and close to some very cute restaurants and cafes. I would definitely stay again.

This is my third stay at Premiere and it most definitely will not be my last. The location, free parking, free breakfast, free water, free beach chairs/unbrellas/towels can't be beat in the area. The room was super clean and daily housekeeping was so sooo nice. All staff are courteous and helpful. I can't wait to be back in the off season.

Very clean and the room staff was great. Use of the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas made it very easy to use beach area. Pool was pleasant and peaceful. One room improvement suggestion: need a shelf or surface near bathroom sink.

The hotel is very conveniently located on the beach, not far from local restaurants and nightlife. I was very impressed with the speed of checking in and the availability of a late night checking as I arrived close to midnight on the night I arrived to the hotel, the staff was incredibly helpful and super nice during the entire process as far as checking in as well as checking out and the amenities throughout as advertised I will definitely recommend this location for any travelers looking to stay at an affordable hotel in Fort Lauderdale.

I really enjoyed my stay here in January, 2026. It's a very low key, modest place, and appears to be a family run establishment. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I specifically chose this hotel because breakfast is included. My only real problem was that they did not provide a complete (bacon and egg) breakfast as advertised until well past their opening time of 7:00am. I'm a morning person, so I want my breakfast generally at 7:00am! If the complete (bacon and egg) breakfast doesn't actually start until 8:00 or 8:30am, that's not helpful!

The entire staff was so friendly and accommodating our entire stay. They manage to give above and beyond in amenities without the huge price tag of the chain resorts around them. Cannot say enough good about it. Probably our best stay away yet.

Some other highlights for the area is a cute little neighborhood just behind the hotel called North Beach with an outstanding bakery, juice/smoothie spot, taco truck & cute beach boutique. You also are steps to The Bonnet House & Birch State Park.

From the moment I got there Adrian at the front desk was so welcoming, to the lovely lady who escorted me to my room. I was located on the third floor in their second building, so I got a little tour of the property on my way there, and I was impressed. My room was absolutely gorgeous and super spacious. I wasn’t expecting a full on mini kitchen, and it did not disappoint. A huge bonus for me was all the different windows. There was a window in the kitchen and a window in the bathroom! I definitely would stay here again and recommended to all my friends. Thank you to the staff for making my best friends’s birthday weekend extra special.

I loved the cleanliness and decoration on the room. All white is perfect. A great touch are the beach towels on the bed. Loved the bathroom the shampoo. The food is good, great coffee. The restaurant didn’t open at 7:00am as advised. The staff were there quite late and seemed they had just woken up. It was a bit disappointing.

The proximity of the beach and the staff is amazing! Only thing and this is very small thing is the parking situation. The garage is very tight but the staff is so helpful they can assist you if you need help!

It was amazingly nice given the price. It is not a fancy hotel but it is clean and comfortable with lots of great amenities like free parking and free breakfast. Nice towels, free bottles of water, daily housekeeping, I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel location is wonderful, and the housekeeping staff is excellent! While it's nice to have breakfast included, it's very basic and the same each day. The man who works at breakfast was the only staff member who wasn't friendly and courteous, but who knows what's happening in his life? We'll cut him a break!

Hotel was in a great location! Between the restaurant’s continental breakfast, proximity to the beach and spacious suite- it was a great stay! The staff were very attentive and helpful. The complimentary beach chairs were the cherry on top! We travelled with our family and it was very pleasant and accommodating.

This was a very good hotel and suited our needs. The value was great and one of the few hotels that offered complimentary parking, beach chairs, umbrellas and bottled water. The room was clean, spacious and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay, including very comfortable beds. Three reason for not giving this property an excellent rating: 1) bathroom was extremely small for two people with no counter space, 2) one of the pools was filthy (visible dirt and algae), and 3) the reception lobby was not desirably inviting-it had an unclean, sloppy vibe and almost made us walk away from this property.

This place is a diamond in the rough. The staff of Sasha, Adrian, Steve, and Amaury were very helpful. The amenities were great, free chairs, umbrella, towels and water for the beach. Breakfast was included with the price of the room. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. It is a nice area to walk in, and lots of places to eat. I would definitely book here upon our return to Fort Lauderdale.

The staff went above and beyond! When we checked in every amenity was covered and we were personally walked to our room. On our check out date the hotel held our luggage for us and even let us use a private bathroom to change before our flight. They offer free breakfast and free bottled water. Loved our stay!

Friendly staff. Cleaning ladies didn't speak English but we were able to communicate. Front desk people were helpful. Sasha is excellent. Beach is right across the street. Very walkable to all kinds of places to eat. Publix grocery store is about a 15 minute walk. Shower is very hot. Be careful. Yappy little dog 2 floors down was annoying. The family who owns the property made me feel as if I was part of their family. They are thoughtful and kind and dedicated to ensuring you enjoy your vacation. The property is right on the beach. Water and beach chairs available for free. Free breakfast each morning. The price is very affordable and reasonable. I am absolutely returning again! My room was not very clean when I arrived however they quickly attended to each concern and I felt heard and cared about.

My room was clean and sparkling. Smelled liked heaven.

Staff was so kind and accommodating. Beachfront location was perfect.

1) I stayed post-cruise, and the European gentleman greeting me seemed none too pleased when I arrived at 7:30 a.m. Even when I asked him where I could get breakfast (not realizing they had it on site), he sent me down the street. As a solo lady in her 60s, I don’t think a complementary breakfast for one would’ve broken the bank. 2) The outside areas, especially around the pools, could use some grooming and clean-up.

The location is phenomenal. Feels like a retro hotel from the 80’s yet has really everything you need.

The amenities they provided made the trip a lot more enjoyable. They had free parking, free water bottles, and free breakfast. Saved us money from buying water bottles and going out to breakfast. The room was nice and clean. They provided toiletries also. Highly recommend. Great location too.

Super friendly staff, check in was a breeze and I came in later in the night. Bed was comfy, room was very clean, and the ends if the toilet paper were folded into bows and flowers.

The breakfast had a great variety of items, it was very clean inside and out, staff was professional and friendly and could not have been more accommodating. Well kept secret right across from the beach. Will most definitely return.

If I good give a 11 on a scale of 1-10, it would be a SOLID 11. First, free bottles water. The rooms are on the smaller side but very nice. The whole establishment is a family affair, and you are treated like kings. Parking is easy. The beach is just a few steps away. They have 2 pools 1 heated 1 not but the one that is not heated is not ice cold. Fantastic water pressure for the shower too. I can’t say enough about how great this place is. The FREE breakfast is a full buffet meal not just a slice of bread. Dinner is great too and reasonably priced.

The hotel room was nice and spacious, though the bathroom was pretty cramped. 100 feet from the beach.

Things I didn't care for: room, specifically the bathroom got a little musty due to lack of ventilation. Breakfast was all pork. Overall, would definitely stay again. It's more motel than Hotel in my opinion but a REALLY nice motel if that makes sense. Would recommend if you're going to the beach and not staying in your room the whole time.

A very enjoyable 14 nights stay where you are made to feel welcome from the minute you arrive and nothing is too much trouble for the friendly staff who are willing to advise and help you , i had a King sized bedroom over looking the hotel pool in the main building which was very clean and had a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge and safe all for your personal use and the room is cleaned daily , the hotel provides a complementary breakfast , free use of chairs and parasols and free bottles of water and unlike most bach front hotels does mot charge a resort fee , i highly recommend the Premiere Hotel.

The hotel was in a convenient location, the staff were outstanding, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

This was my third time staying at this property. Always a great stay. Room is spotless and gets cleaned daily.

For what it is Premier Hotel is excellent. Definitely 3 star, good value for the quality, comfort, helpfulness of the staff. All that was truly excellent. The only negative is the breakfast which is not good. But there are several good bakeries in easy walking distance and the proximity to the beach and everything else makes this place well worth it.

The location of the property was perfect! 1. The room had a strong sanitizing/alcohol smell 2. Breakfast was pretty basic. Unfortunately on day 2 they had completely run out of food at 9:30am. No replenishing happened in the 40 mins we were there. 3. Random shopping carts under stairs 4: peeling toilet seat, no bathroom fan, lack of sink drainage…didn’t make for the best bathroom experience.

I gave the "Property Condition" a1 star because they're doing construction on the place. The pool

Loved my stay at the Premiere Hotel! The front desk staff were super helpful, chill, and friendly, the room was just as described, and the beach is just a minute across the street in a calm, clean, and safe area. Breakfast was decent, and I really appreciated the free umbrellas for the beach.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Room clean and comfortable. Convient to beach across the street. Free parking was great! They also provided umbrella and chairs with beach towels for your convenience. Free continental breakfast which could use improvements. Save on parking and pay fir breakfast at nearby restaurants.

The property is older and has an open air concept. We encountered smelly trash bins during our walk to breakfast room, which is located in the rear building. There were no hot options besides the waffle machine. The location is great and staff is wonderful. I want to give extra thanks to the front desk man that checked us in late in the evening around 11pm. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.

A very simple, yet complete hotel. 2 pools, free hot breakfast, restaurant/beer and wine bar on site, direct TV and a friendly staff. No complaints here, oh yeah it’s across the street from the beach!

Cons: About 30 mins from the airport, a shuttle would be nice. This room is in the back and a bit small and outdated. It comes with a small tv, not smart, and the hotel weren’t helpful with resolving this.

Love the property but it’s starting to get run down. Our room had a strong Odor of cleaner/deodorizer for the whole stay. AC was freezing and did not respond to adjustments.

I was going to Ft. Lauderdale to spread my best friends ashes. needless to say, i injured myself at logan airport, breaking my hand and tore my achillies. when i arrived the staff helped get to my room, and placed me in the first floor (even though they have elevators. i'm sure it was for safty reasons) i've stayed at the hotel before and loved it! great hotel, great location, great staff, and a great breakfast. i'll deffinately stay again.

Only downside was parking, but the front staff again took care of it for you due to lack of spaces, and we did have a few creepy crawly visitors that the staff sprayed immediately.

Great location. The personnel are welcoming and provide excellent guest services. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Parking was a blessing. The only issue was the lack of hot water showering. The water wasn’t cold but barely warm. Still enjoyed this place and would go back again.

Breakfast good choices just too small area and people on top of each other . It has a Mexico vibe without the luxury you find in Cancun I greatly appreciate the people and cleaning staff. Pool not particularly clean so don’t even bother . Bathroom outdated . Elevator last time inspection 2023…? Elevator floor cracked and just morning good condition .

The room was very clean. The transportation was very convenient. You only need to cross one street to go to the beach. Beach chairs were provided, which was great. Breakfast was served pretty late on few days. The coffee machine and microwave in the room did not work.

Proximity to beach and walking to many restaurants

Directly across the street from the beach/ocean. Beach chairs/umbrellas available in the lobby:complimentary as well as free cold bottles of water! Allowed us to store our luggage there while we walked around the neighborhood and sat by the pool until check in time. Room was very clean and comfortable and cool! The courtyard with pool was nice and shady.

We checked in late at night but Steve at front desk got us in our room and let us know everything from complimentary breakfast to getting to the beach just across the street quickly. Our room is clean and have a killing beach front view. You can totally manage with no car staying at this hotel. Restaurants and convenience stores are walkable in 15 mins range. There are also several free bus stops that gets you further to las olas boulevard where you can take the free water trolley. We will definitely return to this hotel.

This was hands down the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff was very accommodating, and the location was perfect for walking everywhere you needed to be. Plus, there were beach chairs and umbrellas free to use on the beach. Also, there was complimentary bottled water in the lobby!

Simply put it was the best

Place was super clean. It’s a dated facility but kept up very nicely. My room was spotless. They do need to do some tho ha though to improve it. Things like chair height toilets, improve on shower water pressure, sinks draining properly are all needed. At least they were in my room. But I would stay here again as it is very clean and neat. And the location can’t be beat!!!

I visit Ft. Lauderdale every ~6 months and tend to stay in different hotels. I will now only stay at Premier moving forward. The location is fantastic right in the heart of Central Beach. The staff is AMAZING - there is complimentary breakfast, water bottles, beach chairs/umbrellas, and FREE PARKING. Almost all of the complimentary amenities are unheard of at other hotels/resorts in the area. The bathrooms are small like other reviews suggest, but the bedrooms are very clean and modern. Do yourself a favor and stay at Premier!

This is a hidden gem! The rooms were clean and quiet (not fancy but absolutely fine), comfortable beds, full kitchen, two pools (one warm and one cold), so close to the beach, a bbq for guests use, free breakfast, and beach chairs and toys for guests use. I don’t think we would ever consider staying anywhere else. My 11 and 13 year olds say this is the best beach they have ever been to as the waves were spectacularly fun and the ocean water was warm. The hotel screens guests to ensure no march break partiers. Highly recommend for a family vacation!

Premiere Hotel is very comfortable, clean and convenient. This is what you call value for money, no parking fees, no resort fees and breakfast is included in the cost. Breakfast offers an array of fruits, breads, condiments along with egg, ham, bacon, hash brown and cheese. The staff are very helpful, easy to speak with and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The beds and pillows are super comfortable.

The location was great, right across from the beach. Room was clean. Bathroom was small. The included breakfast was adequate, with a decent assortment of choices, but the hot items were not put out until an hour and 15 minutes after the start time of the breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Included were beach towels and chairs, and bottled water to take as needed.
