Staff, location and the facilities were exceptional My husband and I recently stayed at Pier Sixty-Six in Fort Lauderdale, and while the property itself is beautiful, we were extremely disappointed by our breakfast experience. Before our stay, we reviewed the information provided by the hotel, which indicated that breakfast would typically cost between $30 and $60 per guest. Based on that information, we expected a reasonably priced hotel breakfast. To our surprise, the final bill for breakfast was approximately $330 for two people. Our order was very simple and included eggs and only three beverages. We were genuinely shocked by the cost, as it was far beyond what we had been led to expect and, in our opinion, completely unjustified for the food and drinks we received. The issue is not only the price itself, but also the significant gap between the advertised expectations and the actual charges. Had we known the real cost in advance, we would have made a different decision. This experience left us feeling disappointed and misled. Transparency regarding pricing is extremely important, especially at a luxury property where guests rely on the information provided by the hotel when planning their stay. We hope management reviews its pricing communication so that future guests can make informed decisions and avoid the same unpleasant surprise we experienced.

First time there. It was amazing. Introduced with some champagne. Amazing staff. If I had to nit pick on anything. Have the pools open til 10-11pm. At least the adult pool. Make the hot tub warmer.

This was a hidden gem! It definitely has a resort feel and all of the staff have excellent customer service. I enjoyed their shuttle service to Los Olas Blvd where we enjoyed the shoppes and restaurants. It also goes to Foet Lauderdale Beach which is great. My family and I will return soon as we had a great time!

This is a beautiful property that is well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful and there are lots of choices for dining, partying and relaxing.

The room was very nice especially the views, staff was amazing, and I loved the adult pool. My husband and I can’t wait to visit again.

We appreciated the kids club, though it felt a bit pricey. More complimentary activities for younger children, especially under 6, would make the experience even better since the water slides aren’t ideal for that age group. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and see great potential in the hotel. A few small improvements for families with young children could easily make it a 5-star experience.

The room was luxurious, spacious, highly techy and had every amenity needed for a relaxing stay. The ambiance, and overall service were exceptional. Every detail reflected excellence and hospitality at its finest. Our stay was wonderful! Beautiful view, great restaurants and bars. We want to come back with our daughters!

The one thing that we didn’t like was the 20% service charge on everything. $4-$5 tip is a little much especially when you are drinking all day. However, the service and everything else made up for it! We will be back.

This place is not cheap but we felt it was worth it for the luxury and service. The proximity to cruise ports is terrific. Service top notch. The adult pool is a slice of heaven before a cruise.

Gorgeous hotel. Staff was kind and accommodating but not overly in your face. I was in for work and didn’t have too much time to explore the property but did sit by the pool early and found it peaceful and pretty. Breakfast was lovely and overall look forward to returning.

The room was exceptionally clean very innovative. I also met the girl that prepared my room Jamie she was very nice polite fabulous and fantastic. As we walked in to the facilities everyone was professional unique. I would definitely recommend Pier sixty six even if it’s for an overnight. I would definitely come back .

Absolutely beautiful resort! Could not fault anything. Location good. Decor beautiful, everything just perfect. Rooms big and very comfortable.

Beautiful hotel with an excellent renovation from its original structure. Room, view and balcony were really nice. Only one minor disappointment was the lack of a sit down or buffet breakfast in the main lobby. There was a decent cafe style kiosk in the lobby with many food choices however. I prefer a setting with sit down tables however.

Very luxurious property overall however the one black mark was the fact that they sold day passes to the pool and the rest of the resort. Consequently, when we try to use the pool in the middle of the afternoon, we were unable to secure a chaise lounge. I think a resort of that caliber needs prioritize, their own hotel guests over day pass purchasers. we won’t be going back there for that very reason.

Our shower didn't work in our room when we arrived. We did not receive any proper instructions how your shuttle service operated! We received a link to your Shuttle map, which was useful to see where your Shuttle was. On arrival, we should have received a WhatsApp message with a link to your Shuttle online map, and instructions on how to book the Shuttle instead of finding out from your driver on our last day!

I split time between Pier 66 and Four Seasons on Ft Lauderdale beach. Both are excellent with superior staff and assistance. As for Pier 66 tremendous location on intracoastal and main highway expands over intracoastal using the best but busy 17th street causeway. Views of harbor, ocean and surrounding view of Harbor beach from an incredible 365 view in tower. (It circles by the hour) The location provides 5 star pool, restaurants, and marina that have so many options you never have to leave the location. Room was clean, well built with large TV, beautiful view and porch for evening. Most part quiet with all activity around area. So if you want top shelf 24/7 location reside at Pier 66 it’s all included.

Loved the whole hotel, from the staff, service, decor, pool and even the smell !!! The hotel is fun, friendly and we all really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back soon. I didnt like when i was sitting around the pool that there was music blaring out of the restaurant on one side and a live DJ on the other side, both playing different music. The restaurant should have turned off their music when the live DJ was playing.

Well maintained. Some of the kids staying at the hotel were not well supervised. Running around in waiting areas in front of the hotel when they shouldn’t have. I almost was run into by a child who was doing this. I have bad knees and a spinal fusion and consider myself a fall risk. This unsupervised child could have easily knocked me to the ground while he was horse playing. Unfortunately l would have had made the hotel and the parents responsible for any injury to me if l fell. This is inexcusable at such a high end hotel such as this.

Great buffet breakfast and good price too. Worst is the valet parking which is expensive and inconvenient. I hate valet parking.

Absolutely gorgeous facility. The staff was top-notch. My son really enjoyed the waterslides. We did not get an opportunity to use the kids club, but we did glance through the windows and it looked really cool. There are several food options within the resort, but they are pricey. I would definitely stay here again. We had such a perfect view to see the cruise ships coming in.

I rarely write reviews, but this property and their staff absolutely deserve to get a 5 star review! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hotel in FT Lauderdale. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. The valet service there is by far the best valet we have ever found at ANY hotel anywhere.

Overall the staff we very polite and helpful I tried on 6 occasions to contact the Manager who failed to respond to any of my requests. The Elevators were not acceptable - at times only one was working resulting in long wait times and annoying stops at most florrs for no reason

The hotel was lovely. The staff friendly and helpful. The pool was great for children and adults alike. There were some lovely families present and everyone chatted. It was good for my daughter because there were some English children that came off the Disney cruise as well, so she was in her element. The lifts took for a lifetime. In room food options are ok, but just ok. The food quality is ok to good. When asking for English breakfast tea I was told that unless I ask for cold milk in the notes section, they won't bring any milk at all. When I did ask for cold milk, they brought hot milk. Even my Half American Half English 4-year-old knew something wasn't right. Although, the tea brand of English Breakfast was actually a very good brew. On the last night, my little one and I left the pool early, with the intention of having a film night before flying back to NY the following morning. Of course, the TV decides not to work, I phone reception about three times over two hours with no resolve. I ended up removing the TV from the wall, disconnecting the power so it fully rebooted and it worked. When I phoned back to tell them not to bother sending anyone now, I didn't get an answer. Other food options in the area are a little harder to get to.

We had such a wonderful time at this hotel. It felt like a resort! My kids played in the kids club. They created a rec room with air hockey and all the other fun games that we were playing in. But the best part was the pool and slides the restaurants were great and the staff was very friendly

The staff is absolutely exceptional! Hands down the best service I’ve experienced. Updated rooms with beautiful bathrooms and extras. One of the best stocked mini bars I’ve seen. Better to stay Wednesday onward as many restaurants are closed earlier in the week.

This was a great place for a low key family spring break. Great pool. Free shuttle around the area was key, because it’s just far enough from things that walking is a bit much and constant Ubers would erase the savings of not getting a rental car. My kids (12, 14) loved it too. We would go back.

Everything about this resort is wonderful. The only suggestion I made was that they should offer a free shuttle to and from the airport and it would be nice if the shuttle were more available. We were unable to get it on the days and times we needed. Also, the food and drinks are very expensive so off property eating is more affordable.

A shuttle service to the beach is provided, and there is also an on-site water taxi pier (#5), which made it easy and enjoyable to explore the surrounding areas. The food was excellent as well. We will definitely be returning!

My flight was canceled 3 times and didn't get their to Tuesday was supposed to be their Sunday and the would not help me with 2 days reimbursement was over $1000 dollars lost and would not help with a extra day stay at end that cost me over another $1000 . I knew they could have done something didn't seem to care at all.

Beautiful and clean. Room was wonderful. However, as I arrived at 4pm, had to wait for my room to be ready. As expensive as the property is, I found it troubling that you offered no shuttles to the cruise ships. Was told to call a cab or ride share. Hard to believe.

I was very impressed with Pier 66 - everything about the hotel was top tier. The hotel is new so everything was up to date and spotless. I ate at the greek restaraunt three times while I was there. The greek salad was the best that I have had. The cheesecake was worthy of traveling for. The breakfast buffet was incredible. The water taxi stops right at the dock and makes stops up and down the intercoastal. Take it at night too see all of the mansions lit up. Of everything I have to say that I was most impressed by the staff - to a person, exceptionally well trained, professional and friendly. The only things that I didn't like were the pens and the phone in the room(I found it difficult to hear). This is an an exceptional property!

Brilliant resort. One of the best we’ve been to. Renting a car made it easy to move around outside of the resort. Super clean, great food and drinks, great room, roof top bar was great, attentiveness was fantastic.

The large walk in shower and heated toilet seat with touch point features to operate the toilet was amazing. My only concern was the bed blocking the wall mirror and the blinking light on the smoke detector. I would definitely recommend this property.

Staff had excellent, 5-star customer service and etiquette. It stood out and made the stay extra enjoyable. When something went wrong which is sometimes inevitable, the staff's great customer service saved the day.

The staff is so well trained and very congenial. They cant do enough for you, everyone seems so happy and helpful. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. We ate at all five of the restaurants...they were all a cut above. We are already planning our next visit.

Lot of little details that makes a big difference. Welcome drink at check-in, beautiful tray of towels at the pool the attendant brings over for your setup.. The whole staff makes you feel very important and valuable. Top notch service!! Just completed a 1 billion dollar remodel.... Wow very nice decor and very cool vibe. Rooftop restaurant bar is also amazing!! Just a great place... Definitely stay here if you have the opportunity!!

This is by far the best hotel experience I have had in a long time. Sometimes a hotel has a 5 star rating with 3 or 4 star service. From the friendliness, to the attention to detail, to the responsiveness to request to the spa attendants making sure i was comfortable at every turn, the amenities, cleanliness and everything in between. I knew my experience was going to be great based on my exchange with the young lady who checked me in. I immediately felt like I was in the right place. Can’t want to go back. My new secret hide away.

There was a view of the beach, the canals, the resort, planes & cruise ships arrival and departures, and the city skyline in the distance. The pool manager Kyle truly went above and beyond to make the weekend special. He not only helped us get our section set up for my niece’s birthday, but he also surprised her with a complimentary drink, which made her feel so special. Throughout the entire weekend, every time we saw him, he made sure we were taken care of with kindness and genuine hospitality. His attentiveness really stood out and made a huge difference in our stay. At the front desk, Rachel was absolutely wonderful. She helped us check in smoothly, answered all of our questions, and made sure our room was perfect. The front office manager, Murat Atakan, was also very accommodating, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The staff across the resort were consistently friendly, warm, and welcoming. From the restaurants (which were both beautiful and delicious!) to every single team member we interacted with, everyone treated us with such care. This truly was the best vacation I’ve ever had. It felt like being on a tropical island at a luxury resort, yet it was right here locally. The atmosphere, the service, and the way we were treated made it unforgettable. I’ve already been telling everyone about how amazing our stay was, and I cannot wait to go back again and again!

Pier 66 was a great place to stay located downtown Fort Lauderdale

The rooms were a highlight—spacious, clean, and well-appointed, making our stay comfortable. The waterfront location along the Intracoastal Waterway is beautiful, but it’s not walkable to Fort Lauderdale Beach, which was a drawback for us. Thankfully, the hotel offers a shuttle service, which was a big plus. However, coordinating pick-ups was frustrating—it often took multiple calls and over 30 minutes to arrange, which disrupted our beach plans. The restaurant hours were another letdown. The poolside restaurant closes at 5:30 PM, despite guests still enjoying the pool until at least 8:00 PM with plenty of sunlight. Extending service hours would make a huge difference for families like ours who want to relax poolside longer. On a positive note, the breakfast restaurant had a nice touch: free meals for younger kids and $20 for slightly older ones, which we appreciated. However, the food quality disappointed. My wife and I tried the pistachio croissant, which was clearly two days old—stale and far below the standards of a 5-star hotel. If it’s not fresh, it shouldn’t be served, especially when guests have high expectations.

This is hands down the best resort in Fort Lauderdale and probably all of south Florida. Amazing staff, beautiful rooms, and amazing food everywhere you go. 100% would be coming back.

Hotel is really great, location is not. It seems to be significantly less guest focussed outside of the weekend e.g breakfast unavailable, other than the absurdly expensive cafe. Location makes it difficult to not use their extremely expensive options. I know it’s my own fault… but $15 + tax and service ($19.26 total) for a packet of chips from the minibar, that contained about 10 chips is obscene!!

The owners and management team leave no detail undone. They have elevated every single experience from check-in (not just a welcome drink but the most dedicated and authentic client service experience) to the room (beautifully appointed and incredibly clean- and the toilets- wowwwww! Heated toilet seats and every other amenity for the toilet!) to the pools (there is a family pool and an adult only pool)- so nice and clean and comfortable and the customer service again is outstanding. The cocktails are creative and soooo good (had an incredible avocado margarita and a toasted coconut drink) and the food was very good! They also gave out trials of no-booze Margherita and fruit. The pool area was kept so clean. The towels and lounge chairs and daybeds- just immaculate. Now- the spa. THE SPA. Outstanding customer service. My own dedicates attendant from check in to the time my masseuse came to collect me. My attendant brought me water when I was in the sauna, fresh brewed tea when I was relaxing in the sanctuary, and checked in on me the entire time. The sensory shower, snow room- not going to spoil it with too many details. You must get the stone massage and ask for Lady Di from England. She was amazing! The whole team is too-notch and know how to deliver a first class experience.

Five star treatment at four star prices. We hadn’t the nicest stay here after returning from a Disney cruise. So close to the Pier and the airport.

The 3 bartending ladies were overly rude and unwelcoming to me and my guests. Told us the bar was closing at false times, and no kindness was shown. In fact they were making rude comments towards my guests and I even days after the encounter. We also were never told about pier 66’s strict Dress code until arrival at the entrance which we then were turned away in an unkind manner yet again. Please fix these issues for your future guests! Was not pleased with the experience on the staff end of things!

Food was good, the ambience was super relaxing, pool was amazing the pool side service even better, rooms are comfortable. The only thing they dont tell you upon booking is the $750 hold they place upon check in which is a bit absurd id say, as well as the valet parking is they only option and although the team is great, respectful, the 64 per night is a bit much. Besides that we enjoyed ourself. The pier top was a nice experience i recommend making reservations because you will be waiting forever at the bar for service. There was 2 gentlemen at the bar and not one did they acknowledged us upon trying to get they attention. We had a gentlemen outside the bar who was purchasing drinks of his own give us his spot and got the bartender attention for us. The resort is already pricey so overall i would stay here again but id be a bit better prepared.

Loved everything about it however the toilet and water was running a bit brown. Told my bf to ask about it but he said it was fine. Still don’t know what it is.

From the moment I arrived, my stay was nothing short of amazing! I was greeted with a bellman (Alfred) ready to take care of my luggage and assist me to my suite. The front desk staff was always friendly, ready, and available to help with all my needs. Not to mention, a flute of prosecco and a glass bottle of water being presented to me at check-in. After taking a "awe" moment to look over my beautiful suite and the amazing balcony view, I was greeted at my room door, by room service with complimentary succulent chocolates and cold refreshing glass bottles of P66 water. Further, there were numerous amenities to take advantage of without leaving the resort. The cafe, poolside, and brunch spots were great. Moreover, Zenova spa and wellness dont owe me anything! They gave me exactly what I needed(Relaxation and Rejuvenation). Thank you Gabby and Ronald for a great spa experience. In addition, the complimentary sprinter van service was very useful to get to other destinations.

Pier 66 is beautiful! The redesign was well thought out. The linens are superb. Its like melting into a cloud. With that being said, the staff are what we loved the most! No need went unanswered especially when asking for the fourth key. We almost put the bell man in our pocket for personal supervision. This will be are go to place moving forward! We will see you again Jorge and the rest of the lovily ladies. Thank you for taking care of us. We will miss you until we see you again...soon enough!
