    We really enjoyed our stay at Omni Hotel Fort Lauderdale. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. All areas were clean, fresh and well maintained. We stayed for our 35 Wedding Anniversary and they provided welcoming and anniversary amenities that we enjoyed and helped with our celebration. We would highly recommend this hotel whenever visiting Fort Lauderdale. We will be back.

    Excellent experience overall. From check in to check out, extremely satisfied with staff, facilities, restaurants, food, pool, bars, room, and location. The proximity to the cruise port is a huge benefit, especially with the shuttle that goes to the port. We came back from our cruise to stay here. Our family loved the property so much that it will likely be our go to property for any future cruise or even visits to Fort Lauderdale. Honestly, nothing was bad. Wish we spent more time here.

    The pool area was great and staff at pool was friendly and attentive. They have a rooftop lounge that is awesome.. we didn't get a chance to go to the sports bar but , they do have one on property...the location is prefect if you are cruising, or just on vacation..they have complimentary car drop that took us to the beach ..its must to stay here.. we will definitely be back...beautiful hotel, great location. If I could rate higher than 5 I would... no issues from check in to check out..

    I’ve heard the spa is very nice, but I sadly did not get to get to, the downstairs sports bar is also very nice with having games as well I had booked an executive premier balcony room and last minute asked if they had an ADA accessible room with the same layout and they said yes, but ended up in another room that was not the same it was charged still. Someone who had joined me at one point at the hotel and came up to the room once had an altercation when I was not at the property. When I was on my way to the property, I called the hotel and requested that if anyone tried requesting to go up to my room that was under my name with no guest, added onto it to not let them. This person had an education with staff when I was not there, and I spoke with staff and did everything I could to help them and a situation to remove this person from the property which resulted in me getting banned, even though I called taking precautionary measures, and sadly this hotel, treated a handicap person with unfair treatment, and disregard with the assumption she was drunk and telling me it’s my face that he almost got hit by cars while letting him order the street instead of providing a safe environment out of concern. Does does break ADA rules with more information that will be explained by unfair treatment towards me, somebody who took precautionary measures and helped hotel staff and tipped them out because of what they dealt with, but was not fair to me that I got banned when I did nothing wrong.

    Stay at the Omni was amazing. Free upgrade to large room with balcony definitely a surprise when we checked in. Room had champagne on ice, extra water and towels when we arrived. Don’t sleep on the chocolate covered pretzels either! Pool area was amazing with plenty of seating. Bar right by the pool with plenty of servers taking orders from your seat. Location was good just 10-15 mins to beach and Las Olas. Property is new so super clean. There’s a cool bar on the rooftop level called Ibis that is worth checking out for a drink. Food overall at the hotel was average not bad just expected a little better based on the price point probably the only downside.

    Although the hotel was fantastic, there was a cheerleading competition held there the same weekend we were and it was inundated with screaming children that were unattended. The hotel staff worked as hard as they possibly could to manage this, but we could not use the amenities because of the amount of kids that were there . It was very odd to have Uber. Lyft or taxi arrivals go to the side door opposed to the main door.

    Super posh! Nice clean hotel with a beautiful pool area and very comfy beds. We stayed there the night before a cruise and when we woke up and opened our curtains we could see our ship waiting for us. They even had a complimentary shuttle to take us to the port that morning.     When large groups arrive, the hotel closes off certain areas to accommodate them, leaving the rest of the guests without access to those amenities. Last weekend, I experienced this firsthand. One day, the pool was closed, and the next day, one of the restaurants and the pool bar were also shut down. Additionally, some areas of the lobby were closed, making the overall stay less enjoyable for everyone else who wasn’t part of the large group.

    Parking was easy, valet service was fairly quick. Staff were nice in all areas, especially the bellhop to take luggage to your room, all extremely nice, helpfuland personable. Rooms were modern, new, and very clean. The food choices could be increased especially for those with food allergies - limited menu options. Limited in dining for breakfast, we were not able to order in-room dining for breakfast as we had hoped all weekend because they only allow five orders per time slot, which is ridiculous for a hotel of this size with over 800 rooms. That was very disappointing. We had a very early wake up call and needed breakfast at 6:00 a.m. and there were no other accommodations available for food allergies as the market did not offer the same food as in-room dining that would have accommodated our food allergies. When I asked the staff for other options no one was able to escalate and provide any other options to accommodate even though they did have gluten-free bread at one of the other restaurants. The pool was also closed for half a day on the day we wanted to use it. We were given credit but didn't change the lost experience and when we asked for a later check out to accommodate they were only able to provide a very short extension, not as much time as we would have liked in order to fully enjoy the property as we had hoped we would.

    The room was very clean. Staff were polite. Breakfast at the reef76 kitchen and bar was not great due to options (Buffet) being limited and food was cold but the staff were friendly. The parking/valet service at Omni was the worst in my opinion because as guests of the hotel parking shouldn’t be that expensive $68 per day when there is a free parking spot just 3mins away. Well I decided to go park at 3mins away spot which turned out to be a good walk to see spots around the hotel to explore.

    Upon arrival, there were hidden fees that were not disclosed while booking. And upon departure, there was a destination fee that was not mentioned at the beginning. Cesar at the front desk was horrible when I inquired about the fees, he told me that I did not have to come back to the hotel!! He was very mean and ugly. The room itself was really nice. Although, the housekeeper opened my door with the "Do Not Disturb" Sign on it to clean. Ron, the Bellman was extremely courteous and helpful! But I do not think I will stay there again.

    I love this hotel so much. Second time visit and I never want to stay elsewhere in FL. I’ve never slept on a more comfy mattress. they have a shuttle to take you to a cruise but if you are on Disney, you can WALK TO THE SHIP! Doesn’t get any better than that

    Our room was not cleaned on the first night, and despite calling to schedule housekeeping, no one ever came. When we went to the front desk to address the issue, we were met with a dismissive attitude and made to feel as though we were being dishonest, which was extremely frustrating. Service throughout the hotel was inconsistent. The poolside restaurant, Tide Coastal Kitchen, had wait staff who came across as inattentive and unwelcoming, almost as if they had already assumed we wouldn’t tip—which was far from the case. We tipped generously throughout our stay, no less than $20 each time. In contrast, the team at Reef 76 was excellent—especially Edgar and Maine, who were friendly, professional, and truly made an effort. On our second night, there was a very uncomfortable situation where a parent was loudly and aggressively cursing at their child in a public area. It was disruptive and inappropriate, and no hotel staff stepped in to address it, which was surprising for a property of this level. Overall, we spent close to $3,000 on our stay, including parking and dining, and an additional $120 in tips. While the property itself is beautiful, the service and overall experience did not reflect the cost. We were even contacted by management afterward and offered a complimentary night at their Orlando location

With multiple events at the convention center, the hotel restaurants were unable to handle the crowds and kitchens were backed up.

    Amazing place. Pricey but worth it in my opinion. stalff was amazing and upgraded us as well. If you are going to embark on a cruise at Terminal 2 you can walk to the ship. lots of things within walking distance. Restuarants and bars are top notch and views were exceptional.

    This property was awesome, and we loved every aspect. It was a great location on the water with beautiful views. We were at the Omni two nights before a cruise, and wished we had booked for more nights prior to our departure. We will definitely stay at the Omni again since we often cruise out of Ft Lauderdale!! We loved everything!!

    We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel is brand new, everything looks very clean and stylish. The amenities are wonderful. We were surprised with an upgrade and special delivery of champagne and snacks for our anniversary. The pool zone is truly amazing, rooftop bar is top of the top.     Rooms were nice and clean but hotel service made the experience feel rushed due to the volume of people in the hotel. We were not aware of an event happening said day as our check-in so due to the event traffic, we had to sit for over a hour to park with valet. Called the hotel front desk to ask about how we can park to check in and she was abrupt saying it’s nothing they can do about it. Ordering food and drinks at the hotel bar took forever to come. Bartenders had too much going on to focus on requests as we tried serval times to get their attentions and a couple times had to remind them about whatever we asked for. If we knew there was an event at the convention center, we would have rethink our stay. Seems like most of the focus was on the event.

    Then was told valet wasn’t answering there phone to get my car brought up. So we went down and requested my car and was told it would take 20 minutes to bring it up. After 30 minutes I requested to speak with the manager of valet. He refused to come out. And don’t forget, I paid $65 to park for one night. What a clown circus that operation is. After 45 minutes I finally got my car brought up.

    The most significant problem is the valet/Uber pickup and drop-off setup. The design is an absolute disaster. The drive is full of tight turns, there’s little to no clear signage indicating where to go (or not go), and traffic quickly bottlenecks with no way for cars to exit or reroute. The average wait for a pickup or drop-off was 40 minutes to an hour. One evening after dinner we actually chose to be dropped off several blocks away and walk — only to arrive and find a valet line of well over 100 people waiting for their cars. There simply isn’t enough staff or leadership outside directing traffic and managing the flow. Service at the front desk was inconsistent. One associate in particular was quite snooty — eye rolls when we asked questions, no assistance with getting connected to the hotel WiFi (just handed us a number to call), and when we inquired about late checkout we were quoted $300. We then requested just one extra hour until noon, were told that was fine — but it was never entered into the system and we ended up locked out of our room with our luggage still inside. Housekeeping was also hit or miss. One afternoon we returned at 4:00 PM and the room still hadn’t been serviced. The rooftop bar

    Check-in was smooth and welcoming. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, modern, and comfortable. One of the biggest advantages was location. The walk to the courts was under five minutes, which made the stay far less stressful than driving back and forth and dealing with traffic and parking. The amenities were a plus. The gym is excellent, the pool area is well designed, and the common areas are comfortable places to relax. Room service was good, and the kids menu was reasonably priced. There were a few drawbacks. Elevators were slow at times and housekeeping missed our room for part of the stay. The rooftop bar had strict dress code and age policies that felt less welcoming for a hotel environment. Overall, the convenience, comfort, and quality of the hotel made the stay worthwhile. I would consider staying again, especially for tournaments or short getaways where being close to the venue matters.

    Beautiful new property and friendly staff. But the lines for parking, valet, check-in and the coffee shop are longer than Disney World! Ubers can’t find it and you feel like you are trapped due to the crazy traffic near the valet. It’s good for a pre- or post-cruise visit. But if you plan to leave the propert, I’d suggest reconsidering. I feel bad leaving a 3-star review but want to be honest regarding the chaos.

    Check In took over an hour, valet took almost 2 hours just to park my vehicle. There was not enough staff to accommodate guests that were checking in. The pricing at the restaurants were extremely high and not worth it. Also, I was told I would get free drinks, which I had to ask for on my own and the drinks are only for beer and wine only. Considering the amount paid per night, it isn’t worth it and something else should’ve been included.

    Where do I begin? Staff, service and room was great. Beautiful hotel with room was spotless. They've only been open for 2 months. They were not prepared for this weekend with the volleyball tournament going on and the Marathon Health and Wellness Expo. There were poor directions and signage so the people for the convention center were coming through that hotel's entrance which caused a major gridlock approaching the hotel as well at the hotel. Since there is no self parking (only valet) you could not get your car or even get back to the hotel. I ended up paying to park across the street because after 1 1/2 hours, I gave up on trying to get to the entrance of the hotel. There were very short staffed and the valet workers were doing the best they could but they were very disorganized. One guest said her keys were lost for 5 hours.Check-in took over 30 minutes. I mentioned I may need to stay an extra day but wouldn't know until the next day and hope they won't sell out. The front desk agent told me "we have 811 rooms. It's hard to sell us out." I tried all day Saturday to go to the front desk but every time I did, the line was wrapped around in the lobby. The phones in the room do not call directly to the front desk. Of course, when I went early Sunday morning to extend my stay I was told they were sold out. This was definitely a weekend when all hands needed to be on deck (higher ups). It was very clear the staff had very little direction and overwhelmed. Very frustrating.

    The hotel is nice, ambiance and customer service were excellent, BUT THE VALET IS ATROCIOUS. From waiting over 30 minutes to losing my car keys and making us late for both of our soccer games is just unacceptable behavior. I think the hotel really need to fix so as not to take away from the beautiful architecture and ambiance that the hotel offers.

    I don't usally do online hotel reviews, but I'm very torn about this hotel. On one hand, this is a very nice hotel - it's brand new, has large rooms and a nice fitness center. On the other hand, it took me 45 minutes in line just to check in (with no explanation or apology from the front desk staff) and all the restaurants are overwhelmed and it's difficult to get served. Even the line for the carry out coffee shop was over 30 mins this morning. Lastly, the ride share access is very confusing to the drivers and they end up going to the adjacent convention center (in my case) or circling the hotel trying to figure out how to get in. I left plenty of time this morning but still almost missed my flight because my driver couldn't figure out how to get to the pickup area. If none of those things would bother you, then I'd recommend this hotel. However, if those things would bother you, I'd suggest waiting a few months until they get their 'new hotel' kinks out.

    New building but still some small issues. Elevator needs a key scan on both sides, otherwise reaching across people to scan and choose floor. Lobby is a lot of wasted space so takes awhile to walk through to coffee shop. The pool restaurant was serving compressed/3D printed? chicken, was very rubbery and unappealing,would expect real chicken for the prices. At reception was offered 1 welcome drink but none for the second person in my room until I asked and they shrugged and said "we are not supposed to but I will this time" Had confirmed reservations at Ibis Sky lounge but was not in their system when we arrived so was told "well we can try to fit you in tonight" Staff constantly made us feel like they were doing us a favor for the most basic things. On arrival we walked by 5 valeat and 4 bell hops, none of whom offered to help us with our luggage. On departure 2 bell hops assisted us when we were halfway through the lobby. The location is really the only good thing about this hotel, and its proximity to Cabbarra's (delicious and quick and they serve excellent chicken!). The Omni staff need a bit more fine tuning for superb customer service scoring. May or may not choose again.

    Beautiful room and hotel. Still having growing pains, just opened. Staff helpful. Good food in the restaurants and priced well. Minor things needed to improve, such as more hooks in bathroom for towels, daily housekeeping VERY LATE in the afternoon, needed to call to get it done. NO SELF PARKING on site, valets sent me to the Hilton across the street, and they charged $50. Valet service was $60 at the Omni hotel. So definitely check into that if you have a car.

    It’s the cleanest and most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. Customers are obviously always top of mind here. Also, we watched all of the cruise ships come in and out of the port from our room. Free shuttle to Fort Lauderdale beach and Port Everglades.     We ordered our meals (great uber eats selection!) delivery as well as ate at the sports bar spot downstairs. For the two of us without drinks it felt pretty expensive and was loud ~100 bucks for an appetizer and 2 mains. The morning we left we tried the coffee shop downstairs. It is good. The food and drinks were good. The service was excellent along with a very kind manager who stopped to ask what we thought. Everything is new and some of that newness is the staff figuring out the way things work best. The check in felt a little unoptimized and some procedures like checking out, valet, and advice on where to go felt a little bit wobbly. We would absolutely stay here again and recommended my dad who comes in town occasionally to also stay here.

    The hotel features a beautiful swimming pool on the 10th floor with an amazing view of the cruise ships and the canal. Everything is clean, chic, and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooftop bar offers stunning city views and has a very stylish, upscale atmosphere. The lobby is spacious with multiple seating areas and elegant décor, making it a great place to relax. The restaurant and sports bar have a great vibe, complete with a pool table and a golf corner, which adds a fun and unique touch. The complimentary shuttle to the beach is a big plus—the drivers are very helpful and knowledgeable, always happy to share information about the city. They were welcoming in us staying in their beautiful lobby area after we checked out of our rooms, until it was time to go to the airport. The food was delicious on site. We ate in the sports bar and upstairs in the pool deck. The only disappointing aspect was paying $11 for a tiny açai bowl.

    Cleanliness, all staff were great from hotel to dining , great food options, beautifully decorated ~ especially for holidays, shuttle service and driver were great, room amenities & options exceeded expectations. We did not make it to pool but im sure it was beautiful as well.
