    Room was nice & clean cozy. For a great price can’t beat that. well accommodated for the king size & nice hot water. Internet wasn’t working couldn’t watch netflix or nba Finals tried contacting staff but no answer overall i was able to watch via ipad but that’s only complaint.

    The king bed seems to be a queen size, also the mattress needs to be change. The male staff with the dreadlocks need a customer relation training immediately. I was making an inquiry and he was having lunch. I was told I had to wait while he has his lunch. While I appreciate being safe, the security guard posted by the entrance door at night gives the impression that the hotel is not safe. I recommend that a booth be set up on the outside the hotel for the security.

    This place was a dump mold infested front lobby was dirty people hanging out all over the place I refused to to stay there and left lost money in this dump but safety 1st booked at comfort inn payed cheaper but cleaner and safer i do not recommend anybody to stay at this La Quinta just out right horrible trying to get total refund pictures on website is totally deceiving would rather sleep in my suv that’s how bad it is….

    Nothing interesting really just regular, like the fact there was breakfast. Carpets need deep cleaning and there was a little permanent piece, piece scratches. Deep cleaning the carpets would add a more natural clean look. Front desk need organizing.

    The outside of the hotel needs some maintenance. The room was okay, but there was definitely room for improvement. The carpet had stains, and the elevator and common area floors needed to be swept/vacuumed. I wouldn’t stay here again. It was a quick trip and we were barely in the room, so it worked for what we needed. I also didn’t like that we were assigned a room at the back of the building near the storage room and emergency stairs. As two women, we felt a bit uneasy, but like I said, we were barely there anyway.

    Security to keep homeless out, smelt like cigarettes, lots of people who live there for weeks at a time…if your on vacation spend the money go elsewhere…closer to the beach safer it looked in general wasn’t familiar with area. Breakfast pretty good.

    Beds were terrible. We didn't sleep the 2 days we were there. Staff were ok. The hotel was very shabby. They did not clean rooms at all and when we asked for clean towels it was like we were a burden. Shampoo and soap was out when we got in the room and they said they have no one to refill it that they don’t have staff on the weekends. Very unacceptable.Breakfast was just ok. Could of been a lot better.

    Well, this was a first in all of my decades of travel, tohave a hotel that does not use good cleaning practices inside of the room, no less do they care about keeping the food each morning such as eggs and sausage at any heated temp. The items referenced above were literally on the cold side on both mornings of my stay, not even warm, which would have still been problematic given that you are serving your guests these items every day. I only know this because I set out from my room toget to this food area as one of the first people each day and went directly to the eggs and sausage since that is what sounded really nice, but upon sitting right down after putting them on my plate, my first bites of each item was cold cold cold, not even warmed. Just disgusting! Maybe the staff that are preparing these items are okay with no standards in food preparation, but this is never okay with foods that can cause such harm just at room temperature warmth, no less when cold. Now, the room I paid so much for had rug areas torn upward between the entry to the room and where the bed was, so catching that regularly with my feet was not exciting. Just so disappointing!! I would recommend to anyone that has standards to steer clear of this hotel until they show that the guest actually matters.

    This property was super dirty. The bathroom we’re disgusting, with hairs and mold. During the day I saw several random people from the street walk into the hotel . The place don’t feel safe, it seem to operate like temporary housing but with very little safety controls. I had stay at La Quinta before and after this experience I am never staying again. Even the pictures on Expedia do not represent the reality.

    I checked in and checked out the same day. The room was ok, the outside of the property was really in need of a facelift. The front desk was shabby and very unkept. The staff however were all very friendly a d welcoming. And refunded me when I left. I paid a bit more for the Sheraton a few miles away.

    Sketchy people hanging out outside the building/parking lot. Random people from the street ( not guests) wait to come in with guest with keycard through the front door to get breakfast. Put in their big bag and left. No real security. Staff seems to be miserable, and not friendly. Check in took forever same with check out. Had to wait in line 15 min just to give them my key card. Very expensive for the condition Stay away, book elsewhere. I wouldn’t even pay $50 a night for this place

    Receptionist at front desk was very pleasant professional and nice I'm going to start by saying I have stayed at many laquinta locations and aside from a location in Fort Myers this location is lacking not from the employee's but room issues tv in living room not working only the TV in the bedroom portion trash cans had no garbage bags conditioner bottle was empty I always suggest to my friends and family when traveling to check out laquinta

    So this property really looks beat up on the outside but the commons areas on the inside are not bad. The room I had 315 was ok except the bathroom, the bathtub needs to be changed as the color on the tub floor looks black and the bathroom wall tiles in the shower looks like it don’t get scrub….there is clear evidence of scum in the tiles grout and also in the corners of the bathtub. Hair was also stick to the shower curtain. A part of the ceiling in my room looks like it had mold. I also found a hair accessory on the floor next to the bed. The room had a mini refrigerator and microwave which was good. The hotel is across the street from restaurants and shopping (Publix, Marshall’s, Chinese food, dollar tree and a few others)

    The smell in room 401 was nauseating. We kept rubbing Vicks under our noses masking the stench to be able to stay in the room. The windows were all bolted, we could not get any fresh air. We love La Quinta but this location has some serious maintenance issues. Horrible experience.

    Everything was “ok”. The outside of the building needs to be pressure washed. My daughter got in the pool….smelled no chlorine. I told her to get out. The room seemed clean and smelled good but the bathroom needs an upgrade from the walls, door, tub, floor, and trimming…which was badly chipping. The back of door was dirty. The front desk were all nice. I didn’t encounter no one else. Breakfast was ok….wasn't nasty.

    This is a cheap hotel in the area where you can rest before departing to the airport or the cruise. Before booking online You should check out the lobby and the building. Lobby smelled like ammonia from dog urine. Every part of the building was dirty and outdated even the outside. At 3:00 in the morning multiple cars were broken into and alarms are going off The night we were there. The staff was very friendly though I will say that and there's free breakfast.

    The property is run down. Dirty, outdated and the room I was given had been broken into before. The door hadn’t even been replaced properly…. I submitted the pictures to Expedia as evidence and was only given a reimbursement for 2 of the 4 days I prepaid… very disappointing

    Breakfast was good but the area was crowded and ran out of stuff fast even on the week days. The room we got was assigned to another couple so we had to go back down and get another room. Then during our whole stay our keys wouldn't work and we had to keep getting new keys.

    We stayed on a Sunday night and it seemed like the Ladies of the Night were in full swing. Sketchy people were frequently in and out. The bathroom shower curtains never stayed in place. Housekeeping was still cleaning after 8pm vacuuming. Really got very little Sleep

The bed and room was fine with full soap, other dispensers TV/Dish, even with multiple resets, did not function correctly; this was very frustrating - the guide was never accessible and never complete (for a hotel).. I have Dish at home. There were no USB charging outlets other than one on the backside DISH receiver (noticeable only if you looked for it).

Check in and out were super easy and quick. The room was clean with no suspicious or weird smells. The air conditioning worked great. The price was right about what i expected it to be.     Clean room but it really needs a facelift. Entry door was off so it didn’t lock fully. The bottom of the bathroom door was damaged looked like water got into it. The towel rack was loose. And the AC was bit noisy. Would stay again but in different room. The staff were very friendly. Location was good.

    Hallways smelled like weed. Wanted to charge an additional $50 to check in 23 minutes early. There was a mess on the floor by the elevator all night. Instead of taking the 2 minutes it would have taken to just clean it up, they just threw a wet floor sign but It and left it.     The staff was extremely rude. The outside parking lot had trash and it smelled like piss. The room fridge was pack with disgusting food. From the previous stay. I called about my 75$ deposit and the receptionist hung up in my face. My wife called back and she explained she was upset because of a negative interaction she previously had with another customer which had nothing to do with me. The beds were not comfortable I got no sleep. The hallways smelled like dirty rug and the morning breakfast didn’t have much at all just an overall lousy stay

    The check in woman did know what she was doing. She served others while I waited to be finished with which made me fel pushed aside. The place seemed run down but was being renovated but the floor I was on smelled bad due to the renovation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They need to pay attention to what the room condition is like and fix the problems like the TV not working properly, shower curtain bar was damaged and the water pooled on the floor, toilet kept running, hallways and rooms were dirty and needed cleaning especially the carpets. Breakfest was small and always the same items. No decafe coffee, etc. Parking was good but the trees needed attention due to branches hanging loose and could cause damage to vehicles if they fell down. Overall, the place seemed run down and needs alot of upgrading.

    I do not recommend this property. Upon entering the lobby we observed badly cracked floor tile in the entryway. That was our first sign that the property was not kept up. We wore our shoes when walking in our room as it was not clean. In need of a major renovation. Past guests hair and handprints were visible throughout room. Motorcycles in the parking lot played loud music. Decent location. Close to a Publix grocery.

    The staff was friendly and attentive, however! my questions went unanswered. The toilet was malfunctioning and wouldn't flush, causing inconvenience, while the bathtub experienced slow drainage that lasted about 20 minutes each time. Imagine three grown individuals needing to use the bathroom and shower this situation was quite perplexing. Every morning, I was told someone would come to address these issues around 8am, but no one ever arrived. Upon my departure, I spoke with the general manager and am now awaiting his call.

    First off when i arrived the front was dirty,the elevator took forever to come down, the hallway smelled like mildew, the staff was all into their phones and showed no kind of help until i spoke, had to figure out the hot water procedure i had to turn it all the way to the cold side.     The staff was extremely polite and courteous, and the room itself was clean with a comfortable bed. The TV was a little small.I would stay there again in a pinch. We didn’t mind it. It’s just a little dated and needs some updates and the pool wasn’t heated. They also charged us for showing up an hour early. All in all, for an airport run the next morning, it was fine.

    I wish I could give it a zero star- I have never felt any more unsafe at any other hotel before, not to mention how run down and dirty the entire building is. Front desk clerks are not helpful and have poor attitude, they reassigned my room twice in 24 hours after I checked into my prepaid room for 3 nights. Very first night I woke up at 1:30am to a man trying to get into my room with his key card. Thankfully after trying for a long time, he left. I thought maybe he got the room number confused at night. Next day I come back to my room after work, just to find out my key card is cancelled and someone else is moved into my room, watching tv- mind you, I have left my clothes in there since I had two more nights left. Front desk clerks never apologized, acted all confused, saying I can just go into another room while looking for my clothes. Lady clerk who refused to tell me her name saying she doesn’t have one, had such an attitude as if I kicked her out of her room and had a man try to break in in the middle of the night. No apologies, no accountability. This is a serious safety and liability issue. I will never stay at this chain hotel ever again.

    This hotel looks decent in pictures. When you walk through the entrance to the lobby it seems updated. As soon as you walk through towards the elevators it starts to get dirty. We head to our room and it was absolutely disgusting. There were dirty shoe foot prints on the bathroom floor, the shower wasn’t clean. I would not recommend staying here. We decided to leave and check into another hotel. I typically don’t write reviews but this one definitely needs one.

    Hallway and Room smelled like mold and mildew. My eyes started to burn, and my wife started to cough. We went to front desk let them know about it and that we couldnt stay here. Dawson was working the front desk and he was professional. He said he canceled the room but we needed Expedia to process a refund.     If I could give this place a negative review I would. This was a horrible experience from beginning to end. I booked a king room with a couch for a quick in and out trip for me and my friends. We arrived around 4:20 for check in which was at 4:00. We were informed by a very rude front desk attendant by the name of Colleen that our room wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be for an hour. This was a great inconvenience as we had an event that we needed to attend which was the whole point of our trip. Nonetheless, we leave and come back in said hour. She informs us that the room is still not ready but I can get the check in completed in the meantime. I explained that all of that had already been completed online beforehand and she says there’s no point to do that because it needs to be done in person. Why would I receive an email and text message to complete the early check in from the hotel if I have to do it all again upon arrival. Colleen lacked compassion and empathy especially for someone working in hospitality. She was on her cell phone texting while she should have been helping us. When I said it doesn’t seem like she’s trying to accommodate us she stated that she isn’t. Needless to say we canceled the room and left because what person in there right mind would spend money to be treated that way. I was charged some miscellaneous additional $150 for the room which makes absolutely no sense bc it was prepaid. When asked about that amount she lied and said it was refunded to my card.

    I had a total of five nights booked under two separate reservations. When it was time to move to the second reservation, I again requested a different room. Even though the room was considered an upgrade, I still did not feel safe and asked to be moved. Once again, I was told that because I booked through a third party, no room change could be made. At that point, I was completely frustrated and decided to leave early. I was scheduled to check out on Saturday but ended up leaving Friday due to the conditions. To add to the experience, I have not received my receipt or my deposit refund. I am requesting a prompt refund for the unused night, an explanation for why room changes were denied despite clear health and safety concerns, the immediate return of my deposit, and a copy of my final invoice.     I’m disappointed as La Quinta is usually my go to hotel. The housekeeping staff was nice and friendly. The front desk never greeted me unless I said something first. The 2nd night of our stay, there was a horrible smell around and inside our room, almost like it was bad cleaning products. There was incident in the parking lot but we couldn’t see any camera footage because there is no management that works on the weekend. They advised they would call me and never did and it’s been 2 weeks. The maintenance of the place is run down and not as nice as the pictures.

    The facility is dirty. The room is dated and dirty. The mattress and mattress covers has brown soil marks. The floors are dirty. The key cards work only after multiple tries. We moved floors to have both rooms on the same floor and the second room was also dirty. We stayed because we had no where else to go. We went and bought a cover for the beds to sleep with a little peace of mind. It was one of the most uncomfortable hotel stays and don’t plan to return unless the condition improves.

    Furthermore, during the evening, entering the hotel, there was the strong Marijuana scent on the premises. There was no security visoble on site to prevent such acrivity from happening. The breakfast can be diverse with more options being made available. Additionally, water can be made available for the guests especially during breakfast with the juice, tea and coffee.     Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth, but the room could use a little extra love. The sheets were so starched they could’ve stood on their own, and the area didn’t feel like the best part of town. A softer touch all around would’ve made the stay much more comfortable.

    I had paid for my hotel in advance. Due to the USA government shutdown and delayed flight I arrived at on at on the 9th November at 4:00am and I was told that my credit was charged and I couldn’t get the room which I paid for. I was then give a handicap room which untidy, with a dusty/smoky aroma.

    There is not much to say about the staff being dawson is a new employee. But we ran into some issues when we checked in. 1. I booked double rooms and asked to be on the same floor with connecting rooms but got king rooms, 2.one of the rooms someone had already checked into that room So we had to go back down to front desk. 3.They give us two other rooms but they where on two different floors. 4.In one of the rooms tolite wasn't flushing properly.

    The front desk and maintenance staff were accomodating however housekeeping needs to do a much better job at proper cleaning of the rooms. The trapway & weir on the outside of the toilet seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in days and/ or weeks, the walls behind the bed head were dusty. There should more to house keeping than just replenishing fresh towels, toilet paper & body wash. On my 4th day of inquring why hadn't my room been cleaned after returning from being out all day, I had to request for it to be serviced, the maid only remade the bed didn't even change the sheets, replenished the towels and vaccumed the floor that's it. I paid too much money for my accomodations to be given poor housekeeping service. The breakfast was ok, however consider having more options because providing the same choices everyday gets stalling.

    It was nothing like the picture that was online, the rooms were not clean when you left the bed sheets back. It was dried up blood stains on the mattresses. I also noticed a staff member cleaning the floor with a stick and a towel mopping it smell like smoke it was stuffy. The only thing I appreciated being there was the front desk. Lady was very helpful and me getting my money return back.

    I had to make an emergency trip and booked a womb based on the roof to use and the pictures. Needless to say, this was the worst decision. I've ever made the tub was filthy. The room itself, what's d and ji? It needed paint various other upgrades being that I checked in really late and I was tired I stayed the duration. But I will never stay there again and will never recommend it. The breakfast was mediocre at best.

    I arrived on Thursday 5/12/2025 and left Sunday 5/15/ 2025. The property was extremely old run down. The carpet were stain and filthy and has not been cleaned at all. We asked the front told us even if we did not want to stay they would still charge my card. So we had no other choice And I would have to fight Expedia for my money. The pool was closed and was not opening till Monday. The toilet in the room we had to keep shaking the handle, in order for it to flush. The outside of the hotel had a bunch of hoodlums who hang outside all day and night and was not staying at the hotel. Very unsafe

    I would give this place zero stars if I could. I booked this place though Expedia and booked it where I could cancel if I needed to. When I got out I could smell weed so strong. I told my wife we are Not staying here. Went in to cancel and the lady behind the counter said we could cancel however there would be a one night charge. This is their policy. I called Expedia and they hung up on us 4 times. Stay away from both of these companies. Stay far away from this place. Update EXPEDIA charged me for the stay.     This was a terrible experience upon arrival. After arriving at the hotel from a long distance, we were meet with our reservation being cancelled without any clear explanation or any documentation to state the room was cancelled. To top it off the front clerk stated the refund was sent to a third, which was not true upon confirmation. In summary, proceed with caution. It seem like they were trying to have me pay for the room twice.

    Property was being renovated when I went there and it was very noisy. They should have informed guest during booking online that there was going to be construction around the property. Came in late got my room and there was a condom wrap on the floor and the TV did not work. The room was not clean so we were moved to another room that was ok. I truly hope they update their rooms and the cleaning products they use smells, or it could be the carpet that smells. But there is no fresh smell when you enter the room.

    We prepayed for a full week stay and confirming again early in the morning. When we arrived early that evening, our room was resold and our reservation was cancelled. They had no more rooms available. Though they cancelled out reservation, they didn't tell hotels.com and kept our money. Fortunately the parking lot is a camp ground for night workers and indigents. They never bothered coming out to remove us from the parking lot where our children were able to slept in the car. Fantastic stay.

    I booked this online.The app said there was a pool as well as airport shuttle. Once there the app welcomed me and said where to find the pool but in the live visit we were told the pool was under constructionand not available. Then we were told there was no shuttle at this site. More upsetting was that I reserved two rooms,on my credit card. But at check in the front desk mandated two credit cards for the separate room "reservation fees". The front desk was not welcoming. One of the rooms keys did not work, after activating TWICE. The final upsetting detail, was we reserved non-smoking rooms for an asthmatic person. The halls were a thick stench of marijuana.

    We didn’t have the greatest experience, not only was our itinerary change from a double room to a single king. The hotel checked us out and took our belongings left them on the floor in the lobby and then told us we checked out, but had no record of us being checked out then said it was a glitch and some of our items were missing Navigating this with Expedia at the current moment. We booked this hotel because it was dog friendly around the outside of the hotel. There is a lot of trash a lot of chicken bones. It is not safe for animals to walk around in that area. The carpets look like they have never been clean would not recommend staying as it appears to be a party hotel

    When we pulled up there were street walkers in the parking lot. The room smelled like mold. The elevator smelled like drugs. There was prison wire and walls outside the window. I’ve never felt so unsafe with my family. We were there 10 minutes and they refused to refund me.

    Parking lot feels unsafe for your car. Lobby is dirty, staff looks like they don’t care. Pool was closed for undetermined period of time. We saw a homeless guy filling up water bottles and taking 2 big plates of food from the breakfast buffet, exiting thru a side door. And for the grand final I got verbally assaulted by a man when we were alone in the elevator, which has no camera.
