    Once in the room I turned on the tv and had crack on screen. I informed staff at front desk they looked at it and said they will note it. The bathroom walls had paint peeling and several patchs not finished the carpet felt sticky. I am not staying here again I was disappointed on La Quinta.

    initially when i got there i was a bit taken back by the outside but from check in to check out the experience was great, the breakfast was good , not much choices but fresh the coffee station near the front desk needs replenishing on schedule, the staff was very friendly and engaging the room was clean and cold the way I like it However the mattress was a bit uncomfortable the TV needs to be a bit higher/ height wise overall a pretty good stay, the Inn smelt very good

    Not much Room 222: 2nd room given. Wall sockets were loose No hand soap No lotion in canisters Bathroom doorknob falling off. If it would have fallen off it could have trapped someone in the bathroom . Shower faucet is backwards; goes from off to hot ( risk of burn to someone) instead of off/cold/ hot First room 238: AC was set at 60 on cool, but blowing warm air. No lights worked in the bedroom area. Only lights working were in the bathroom/entry. No phone working : HUGE safety issue.

    This was one of the worst stays that I have ever had! I had to change rooms 3 times due to the fact that the room was dirty, stuff was broken, and because it was some of the staff was down right despicable! If it not been for 2 of the staff members, I would have lost my cool on the first night and demand that they shut down the place. Never again! They put a bad taste in my mouth for Laquinta Inn for me!

    Good location and ok rate for the area, Staff was present. room was ready. Good water pressure and hot. Strong odor and moldy. Breakfast was minimal and not well attended. Crammed into a small space, difficult to get around the tables to get to the closet where the food was. Mold across the ceiling in the room. Parking lot was small and my cover was covered in pollen by morning.

    I am 4' 9" tall and the bed is WAY to high with no easy way for me to get in. I asked for a step stool or something that I could step on. They did not have anything that I could use. Instead, I had to use the rolling chair with much difficulty. Getting up in the night was a scary proposition. I carpet was filthy. I took a shower and walked barefooted to the bed and my feet were very dirty. I would not recommend this hotel.

    The room was in poor repair. The bed had a metal piece that stuck out that I cut my leg on. The shower didn’t have a stopper and leaked throughout the bathroom, the toilet ran all night.

    The bed was comfortable Breakfast is advertised for 6AM-9AM, The first time I went down at 8AM and found they had run out of pretty much everything. There was make your own waffles, and some cereal left. People kept knocking on the kitchen door to ask if there was any yogurt, or fruit, or even forks that could be brought out. All answered with a no. The second attempt I went down at 7:30AM and found the same bare breakfast as before. There is a giant empty bowl with a sign on it of "only one fruit per person" a refrigerator with three tiny mushy unwrapped muffins, bread for the toaster, and make your own waffles. Pitiful. I didn't even bother to go down for breakfast after that. There is signs all over the building of no smoking, but throughout the morning you can smell marijuana wafting down the hall. My room had two remotes, none of which made the TV work. Bathtub had someone else's long hairs in it, and the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed after the last person stayed there. And that's not going into detail of the water damaged photos hung around the room, the carpet being ripped under the hotel room door, and the trashcan not even having a bag in it. Over all it was a huge let down. But this was an unexpected last minute trip due to a death in the family. So I didn't research as much as I would if this had been a planned vacation or something.

    We stayed at this hotel because our flight back home were canceled due to weather. It was the cheapest hotel for a reason. This hotel is dated, the pool was unavailable for the 4 nights that we were there, they advertised a laundry room which we were told by staff they did not have. No one came to clean our room or change our towels the whole 4 nights 3 days that we were there. They advertised business center which is just a computer at a small desk and chair at the check in desk. The WiFi/ broadband was poor , it timed out frequently. The one good thing they have is the breakfast. That was very good and was hot and fresh every morning . It’s definitely a “budget friendly hotel.

    The check in and service staff were fantastic. Unfortunately it's a dated property and I was quite grossed out by the carpet in the room. I walked around bare foot in the room, when I got in the shower - I could see how much dirt I had collected from the carpet ;-/ Needs a good steam cream or even better a carpet replacement. Also there seems to be no hand soap provided.

    Things have gone downhill since covid. There policy is that your room isn't cleaned until you've been there for three nights and then you have to request it . The breakfast was fair but nothing to write home about. They have a pool but no chairs around it. I'm not sure that I will stay there again.

    They refused to accommodate a wheelchair bound paraplegic with a wheelchair shower chair. Most humiliating experience ever. It was appalling, especially because this facility has a medical supply store next door. The price of the chair is in the $50 price range. They made me buy my own shower chair. Made the reservation and made it clear to them that I needed that long before arriving into Florida. Unless you're a disabled person like myself, you will never fully grasp how horrific this entire experience was.

    My room raised concerns. The spring mattress felt uneven, wavy and sloped into the center. I did not receive housekeeping for the full four days. My sheets stayed unchanged and the room stayed untouched. This created discomfort. The hall carpets need a deep clean. I noticed cleaning teams on my first day, so progress has begun. The ground floor held a strong marijuana smell each evening. The smell moved through the elevator into the upper floors. I serve in law enforcement, so this created a serious turn off. The elevator floor felt sticky and the elevator worked with poor efficiency. Breakfast tasted ok. I suggest small daily additions such as bananas or other simple items to lift the experience. The front area of the compound felt clean, secure and well lit. The back carpark area needs stronger security coverage at night. I did not feel safe in that section after dark. The property holds solid potential with targeted upgrades. A more private breakfast area, a brighter and updated lobby, stronger lighting in the rooms, light air fresheners in shared spaces and improved seating at the pool would raise the standard. The pool also needs more privacy. I valued the friendly staff and parts of the compound that felt secure.

    It feels like the hotel its constantly being patched up, duct tape and paint. Card key readers rarely worked. Elevator was useless. Amenities were non existent (besides a non heated pool with no chairs to lay on around it) staff is relatively friendly and breakfast is adequate. Rooms are old like everything else. Clean sheets/towels. Overall, its a stopover hotel on your way to somewhere better. Wyndham is just squeezing the very last drops of this very old establishment.

    Honestly, i was pleasantly surprised! It felt nice, and clean as soon as i opened the door. I was expecting mid, as I was only staying over to sleep. But the room and service was on point! I'd do it again! Not sure if it was recently remodeled or what, although my first time there, the room was tidy n clean, this includes, hallways etc. Most definitely i felt safeand front desk customer service was good also!     Checked in to know running water around 3pm. They said the water would be on in a few hours. Which was a lie. So i went out after i checked in to give them some time to sort out the water issue and fix it . Came back to the hotel very late that night amost 11pm still no running water. So imagine traveling to get to your hotel paying to stay in, hoping to use all the amenities only to find out that there is no running water to bath and when you use the toilet have to leave your waste in it. Also they want to talk about they can't give you a refund or even take something off your bill. When they didn't clearly live up to their end. I'm sure if the water issue was my fault i would have had to pay, so why not be fair about it and pay the guest. It's so sad when they only stick to rules for their benefits.

    Once checked in they had no running water. Once it did come on was on for very short time then off until 5:05 am. I understand maintenance issue how ever the toilets couldn’t flush so your mess stayed in there all night long. The smell was bad and made me sick had to use trash can to throw up.     The air conditioner whined all night making difficult to sleep and even gave my wife a migraine headache. I asked to change rooms but was told there were none available even though I only saw 3 other guests. I asked for an extra pillow 3 times but never got it. Employee was rude to me when I asked about it. The only positive I can say was the parking lot was clean and the front desk clerk was polite but obviously ineffective since my request never was addressed. We checked out much earlier that planned. Please fix the air conditioner and provide a requested pillow.

    If it was refundable I would’ve left. Dirty exterior, limited parking near the only entrance that worked, dirty rooms. Light a match and start this place over. It is crawling with drug addicts and probably hookers too. Drug addicts knocking on doors to use showers. Nothing worked(tv, phone), pool closed. Burns and stains on fixtures, countertops, walls, carpets. Got treated like a thief when asking for more towels from housekeeper who didn’t do any room service. Maintenance couldn’t fix tv(prob didn’t pay the bill for the cable provider). Overall just not a big pace you want to stay at. Do not stay there. Wyndham should really revoke their name from this property.

    It was ok until the last night where we felt bit unsafe. Also the female front desk agent that worked on 10/4/25 approximately 5pm was not the greatest. We called the front desk to be let in from the east entrance as our key was not scanning and even after 10 mins she never let us in. I had to send my 11 yr old around the building to then let me in and we went up to the room and key was deactivated. This hotel has too many locals and not the type of property for me and my family and will not book this location again. The LaQuinta on 441 is actually a bit better than here. I do however love the manager Anita who is super friendly and kept an eye on breakfast area making sure it was clean. The tv had a line straight down it, I had to place a chair by door to feel somewhat safe because there was a guest nearby that kept yelling at his partner to open the fn door, the remote power button kept getting stuck. There was no security that I saw on premises for the two days we spent there. My kid likes to go to the pool and we were unable to at least do that. I truly dislike when hotels offer pools as an amenity knowing that it will not be accessible. Such a disappointment.

    Arrived to hotel and was assigned a room where it smelled like stale cigarettes, bathroom drain was not working and ac didn’t have a thermostat to change temperature. We had to ask to get our room changed , in that new room bathroom had a bad smell and black spots on ceiling. Sheets and towels were not changed at any point during our stay , trash not taken out either. Not able to go to the pool , breakfast options were very limited. Hotel did not match the pictures when booking online. Overall wouldn’t stay there again if visiting the area.

    It had been a while since staying at a hotel due to the Pandemic. We were pleased that this hotel had very few changes and no extra charges from the Pandemic. Hotel was in good shape.     Absolutely horrible we had to ask for toilet paper we had to ask for towels the room was disgusting and dirty. The entire building smelled of cat piss and weed. The rooms do not look like the picture and it is just disgusting. We drove 20 hours and by the time we got there, we were too tired to change rooms and they charged us for the full night even though it was disgusting and dirty. Then the breakfast was lacking. It is not what it was advertised. Do not stay here!!!!

In addition, she canceled my reservation without letting me know. When I inquired about it, she informed me her manager approved it and it was to late to reverse. The whole encounter was crazy and embarrassing. Teija needs customer service training to control her attitude and anger.

    Place was filthy, reeked of weed, the sofa bed looked like someone was killed on it and was soaked in blood, there was a full blown man laying in the hallway of the tried floor, I was awakened in th middle of the night by the sound of a cat in heat and we had to clean our own tables off in the morning from other guests so we had a place to sit and eat the almost non existent free breakfast that was never refilled.

    Orig booked the La Quinta at 3800 W Commercial Blvd, Tamarac, FL. Called a few days beforehand to confirm that we would get ground floor as we had our dogs with us. We got there to check in, and was told no pet friendly rooms available. So went to the La Quinta nearby on FL-7. Thankfully, Allen provided great service & took care of us...even though the room was more expensive (same room, same hotel chain, 1 mile apart?!). The hotel itself was ok, carpet in the room was dirty (vacuumed but desperately needed a steam cleaning), but everything else was clean. Staff was very friendly which made our stay tolerable.

    The staff was super sweet and respectful, but the room smelled like mold. The fridge froze all of my groceries, so the money I spent on food for the week was wasted within the first 24 hrs of my stay. The curtain for the window had cigarette burn holes all over, the peep hole on the door was stuffed with wet toilet paper, the rug was moist, the AC did not work properly, and the Internet barely worked which made working remote extremely difficult

    Decent stay. No where to sit outside and chill after the pool closes. Completely smoke free property. One way in and out. The door sirens go off when you go out one of the side doors. Beds were comfy and the water was hot.

    First I like to start by saying Shakira is amazing, I checked in at 2am and she accommodated all my needs at that time, she went as far as making sure I had breakfast due to the time. We need more people like Shakira. The continental breakfast was everything, fresh and was replenished so everyone ate. The place is outdated and needs work done but my room was very clean and had all I needed for my stay. The only thing I may say is the pool was not clean I did not get in but was able to sunbathe. Everything is near by which is a plus I will definitely stay again

    I was upgrade to a suite but the tvs did not work. They were fixed. I was charged twice and was told id get the second charge returned in a couple of days. Overall experience was very poor

    Everything in this hotel is old except the elevator. The beds, the draws, the shower faucets , the toilet takes long to flush. It looks like nothing has been updated in years, there is board across windows on the 3rd floor. Service was good

    Bed wasn't made in my room for the entirety of my stay. I mentioned it to reception and they said they would look into it, but nothing transpired. Phone in the room was plugged out so no incoming calls and despite my friend asking reception to check on me, they didn't. The female staff( reception )were friendly but male staff at reception were not. Would not stay there again.
