The Receptionist staff were very friendly and helpful , really lovely . The only downfall is a small matter of milk or creamer for the coffee in the room is in a sealed container with sugars, stirrer, serviettes and small sachet creamer , lots of waste to get a tiny creamer and chambermaids don't replace creamers when bag is still full of sugar

This was in a great location, right on the riverwalk, nice bars nearby, and a healthy walk to the main strip of restaurants and stores. My room was fantastic overlooking the park and a sizeable balcony which I made excellent use of. The pool was really nice, and Asif took care of me at the bar which has a cool little happy hour. The gym facilities were also nice with lots of good equipment for my needs. They also had a car service that could take limited distances for free. One thing I would have liked is if the facilities (particularly the pool) could stay open later than 8pm.

It is a beautiful property in a great location.

Nice hotel, great location, very quiet. Only minor issue was a slight screeching noise at all times when AC was running. Only improvement could be a small convenience store-type addition to lobby to buy drinks, snacks, etc. That said, we would stay again.

I had a problem in my stay at the Hyatt Centric Fort Lauderdale. The toilet was leaking since the first night. The next day in the morning I went to the hotel counter to please fixed the toilet.I arrived at 6:00pm to the hotel it was not fix. First they told me they fixed, then send somebody to fixed. That maintenance man ask the front desl to to be moved to other room. They told him they could not. And 1/2 hour later the toilet start leaking water. Front desk call me and told me they were going to move us to other room. I call the hotel manager for a credit and he told us yes. I CALL BOOKING THEY TOLD NO PROBLEM, BUT THEY DIDNT. THE PROBLEM IS YOU HAVE TO CALL BOKING MANY TIMES TO MAKE SURE THEY ISSUE THE CREDIT. IS DIFICULT TO MAKE A CREDIT VIA BOOKING.

I love the location, confy bed, large room. very easy to reach restaurants and other parts of the downtown Miami I coulndt get the invoice from the hotel and booking syas get it from the hotel. we couldnt solve this part and couldnt make this expense

Very nice hotel in Las Olas, and right by the river. Good gym, nice pool, and a good place to have breakfast onsite. Valet parking was a little steep - $45 per day + tip. Maid service was a little slow, but always done very well once cleaned.

Around 9:45 PM, while leaving for a dinner reservation, my friend and I were assaulted by another guest on the property. Someone from the 8th floor threw wine glasses filled with an unknown liquid substance directly at us. This was not only intentional but extremely dangerous—this could have resulted in serious injury. What is even more concerning is how the hotel handled it. We immediately reported the incident to the front desk expecting urgency, concern, and action. Instead, the staff was dismissive and failed to take the situation seriously. No meaningful steps were taken, no sense of accountability was shown, and we were left feeling unsafe and unheard. This is a serious safety failure. A hotel of this standard should have clear protocols for handling assaults on their property, and the lack of response is unacceptable. Guests should not have to worry about being attacked and then ignored when reporting it. I strongly urge management to review their security measures, surveillance practices, and staff training. Until then, I would not recommend staying here if safety is a priority , BEWARE!

They out us on a room at the pool area and it had no open windows at all and in the morning, there where people talking just at the glass wall. It does not work at all. I like the location but couldn’t see anything!

Super comfy beds, approved by my kid. Super friendly staff. Very spacious rooms. You can hear street noise though. However its center of downtown so I expected that. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was generally friendly and the room was nice. Two major complaints: I had breakfast alone so sat at the bar. After ordering I noticed at least an inch of stagnant water behind the bar. I asked the bartender and he said it had been there for a couple of days. It brought into question the commitment to hygiene if they would actually serve food while the servers were standing in over an inch of stagnant water. I was also concerned for the bartender who while standing in the water was operating a coffee grinder and other electronic appliances. Clearly a shock hazard. I brought the issue to management who feigned interest but laughed at me as I walked away. The second issue is that the wi fi in the room didn’t work.

The property itself was clean and efficient. Lots of construction and roads closed in the area right outside the hotel. A little challenging maneuvering sidewalks and paths to get down by the water and walking paths.

paid for an upgraded room w balcony and it faced a construction yard filled with dirt and dump trucks and workers up banging at 7am.

Service is great; unfortunately my room smelled HEAVILY of cigarette smoke. I called reception and they very quickly moved me to another room, so really zero complaints about service, they were fantastic. But ewww, who smokes in a hotel.

We went to a concert near by, and chose this hotel. Excellent choice by the way, everything was amazing. We only had one complaint. We dinned at the restaurant but I couldn't reheat my food the night after the concert, because we didn’t have a microwave in our room. Which would have come in handy. Other than that our stay was excellent.

I stayed at the Hyatt centric for four days and had an amazing time. I did a solo birthday trip. Everyone in the hotel was very accommodating and friendly special thank you to Rodrick’s who worked front desk she made me feel right at home. She extended herself. She was friendly from the moment. I stepped in very kind and patient ,everyone There was super awesome clean hotel. The restaurant in there is amazing. Just go ahead and book the stay

This was a quick get a way with my wife. We picked the hotel due to its location and comfort. We will return.

We were in room 1110… close to us (not sure which room, no more than two doors away) someone started blasting the music around 4 am… we couldn’t sleep… UNREAL that people can be such inconsiderate. Also, the billing is very confusing as far as credits and charges from the amenities..

Beds are bad too soft mushy

The service for this property was great as far as room service and valet parking. But a 0 for housekeeping and management getting back lost items. Our Jamaican Housekeeping stole our clothing and it has yet to be found. It’s really sad that they have housekeepers that looks through your clothing and steal your items when they think you out for the day. It’s really sad and I hope they put a stop to this working by digging deep.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Personnel were friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. The bar/restaurants serves a wonderful, quick breakfast with incredible service -Alex was exceptional. There are wonderful restaurants and riverfront walking opportunities close by.

From check in to check out the whole experience was amazing and super accommodating. They made traveling with my toddler a breeze. They were on top of all requests that we needed. Everyone was so nice and inviting. The only downsize was no self parking and having to pay $40+ per night which can really add up.

The restaurant Moxies that’s diagonal tot eh hotel was amazing. It’s literally a good spot to everything. YOLO restaurant is really close and a vibe. Enjoy it all.

This was my first time staying in Fort Lauderdale and I chose this hotel for its relative proximity to downtown Fort Lauderdale. Great hotel, fantastic restaurant and bar although I wished that you could’ve ordered room service after 10 PM. My room was on the 12th floor with a great view, I chose a balcony room so I could sit out and enjoy the morning sunrise. This is a great choice that I highly recommend.

It was a beautiful experience. Everyone was very polite to us. I enjoyed the beds OMG, the pillows they were like sleeping on clouds. Convenient to reach the beaches and restaurants. I will definitely go back again and again. Some hidden fees that was not mentioned at the time of checking out.

Im a local and stayed here for 1 night to celebrate our anniversary. It was a great hotel. Clean and spacious room. Nice view from the balcony. The pool water was the perfect temperature. All the staff was very nice. The location is great and walking distance to alot of restaurants and nightlife bars. Will definitely recommend staying here. Also the bikes they let u use to a A+.

The property was absolutely beautiful, and the staff made our stay even better! From check-in to check-out, the service was top-tier. The bartender both nights was amazing—super friendly and even wished me a happy birthday, which meant a lot! We ordered food from the hotel restaurant, and let me just say… those wings were everything! Fresh, crispy, and full of flavor—the wings and fries hit the spot. The drinks from the bar were also excellent, especially during happy hour. Highly recommend grabbing a bite and a cocktail here! We stayed on the 15th floor with a view of the pool and the city—absolutely stunning, clean, and peaceful. The only downside is that parking is $40 per night, and unfortunately, there’s no alternative. But aside from that, this was a fantastic experience. 🌟 Highly recommend this hotel for a stylish and relaxing stay in a beautiful setting.

Took advantage of the location to walk to dinner and have drinks. It was great. Service top notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beat. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting las Olas Blvd.

Noise level at night til rack of dawn. Cars racing all night long. Loud roaring engines line your at a race track. Tired screeching Windows and patio door poor sound proof. 2 nights I could get no sleep til about 5:30 am when the race car engines roaring and all scratching went away. I would not recommend if your need to sleep at night

Hotel was excellent and close to airport

We have stayed here once before and had no hesitation in booking again. Modern hotel with good facilities and friendly staff. Easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Only a 15 minute taxi ride to the port

There are 2 small water bottles in the bedroom, but be careful, if you are not a Hyatt Elite member, or even if you are but did not book via their app, you will end up paying 6 dollars plus taxes for that sip. Most hotels offer this as a compliment to all guest, this is the least I would expect for those on the higher end side. Nice bathroom, good shower with all toiletries available. Good option, but for a less than 12 hour stay, all I wanted was a good shower, a couple of cold bottles of water, call room service, have food delivered to my room, eat and crash. Which did not happen.

Hotel is beautiful but nighttime can be noisy from the city street noise.

Good location. If you don't want to valet parking can be a challenge depending on the time of day/night. No room service. Accommodating of late check-out.

Additionally, I had a wonderful dining experience at the hotel restaurant thanks to Michel, the waiter. His friendly demeanor and attentive service made my meals even more enjoyable. Overall, the hospitality at Hyatt Centric Las Olas exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

This is my third time staying at the Hyatt Centric Las Olas. I always appreciate the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. This was my first time booking a room with a balcony and i must say it was not really worth it. Unfortunately the view wasnt the best and i felt like the sliding door allowed for the outside noise to permeate the room. They have great black out curtains but i would strongly suggest noise cancelling windows/doors. I was woken up numerous times through the night by loud noises i thought were actually in my room. I didnt experience this disturbance my other times so i attribute it to the balcony doors. Other than that i would stronlgy recommend staying here.

Great stay! We booked for the last night of a girls trip as the hotel was close to the airport. Check in and valet was seamless. We also booked a reso at Room 901 (highly recommend this!) which was a cute speakeasy vibe with approximately 4-5 tables. The beds were comfortable and our room had ample space!
