Breakfast was on point, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, the room was beautiful and spacious. I didn’t like the fact that I had to request my room to be cleaned, one day only the trash from the kitchen was removed. The shower floor in the bathroom needed to be scrubbed. Over all I loved the hotel and the staff.

Check-in was smooth, help was quick could of been more friendly and open and a better breakfast a vegetarian option.

Besides being close to the airport, we barely heard any noise. The rooms were pristine and clean, and the AC was working great. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay. Walking distance to Chase Stadium The bathroom ceiling was lower than expected and the breakfast attendant was a bit impatient.

Our stay was good overall except for breakfast time. I was there after Christmas during breakfast time. One lady scolded me in front of other guest because I had my plate on an uneven surface when I was serving myself. I was having a difficult time holding the serving spoon and holding the cover, so I placed my plate on the bottom. Whatever the case was, this woman sternly said across the room , " Don't put the plate there, then the food will fall and we have to clean it up!". I get constructive criticism, but it was embarrassing to be scoled in front of other guest. I'm an adult, not a child. I let it go and apologized. The rest of my party felt as if we were being watched like a hawk. She made comments loud enough to hear.

We crashed here for about 4 hours due to a flight cancellation. Beds were comfortable. Suite was very spacious and clean. That is about all we had time to notice.

Everything was perfect. The hotel was nice and the room was exactly as described.

The room was clean and spacious. Exactly what we wanted. But what stood out was Gabby at the front desk. She was amazing! We were heading out for a cruise and I needed some extra supplies (tape & stapler) she didn't hesitate to help me out. She was extremely kind, professional, and a happy person. We would definitely stay here again.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean lobby, grounds, parking area, halls, room. Very comfortable, nice location. We checked in just before dinner and relaxed for a couple of hours. My husband wen to the desk to ask if there was any place around that delivered. The clerk was very helpful naming a few places that ould be more than happy to deliver and explained how it worked. She even recommended her favorite place, which is who we chose to order with. Our stay couldn't have been any better.

The Manager and Staff have been so gracious and kind since we checked in. My husband had a medical emergency a couple if hours after we checked in. 911 was called immediately after i informed them of the situation. Even afterwards they have extended our stay as needed. Every day they have asked about his status . They have been very accomodating and we have enjoyed our stay. Thank you! Thank you! Hod Bless!!

Hotel was good, no complaints. We really liked the area the hotel recommended for dinner, Lauderdale by the Sea. Lots of places to eat, nice beach town.

Good location, other then having to wait 30 minutes to check as the desk was not maned the stay was fine.

They book me a room , the water pumps and the air conditioning units right in front of me , lot of noise non stop even night time , my kids couldn't sleep , i ask the front desk to find me anoyher room or i can upgrade , they said no availability even it feels like not too crowded

Stay was good other than noise from road. It’s a shame since I booked so early they couldn’t have put us in room back of property. Not sure I would have been able to sleep without ear plugs Also saw there was transportation to the airport. Would have liked to have known that.

This location is Not close to the airport as the description says. 20 minutes away. Not a good location if you’re taking a cruise or really want to be near the airport.

We recently stayed at this property because we were attending an Inter Miami game & the hotel is directly across from Chase Stadium. It was in walking distance so we didn’t have to pay for parking. The staff were friendly & helpful, the hotel was clean & well stocked. We would stay again if we find ourselves back in Ft Lauderdale.

The hotel is clean, nice, has friendly staff, and convenient for walking to Chase Stadium. There are some dining options nearby. We didn’t sleep well because of the sound of the traffic outside.

Room was generally clean and well lit. Staff friendly and helpful. Shower was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Small, baby roach in bathroom, but we have them from time to time in our bathroom at home in Florida. No nearby restaurants, a problem if you don't have a car. But it is a good hotel to stay in for an overnight for a flight or cruise.

Visited on a solo weekend vacay & my overall stay was nice! Every staff member that I encountered was pleasant - even the ones during breakfast. There was a little gunk on the bottom of the outer shower door. The location was also at least 15 mins from anything that I wanted to do & only had a few walkable restaurants/stores.

I did not like the fact that there were no restaurants close by.

The staff was very accommodating in helping me with phone calls and allowing me a late checkout as I only arrived at 6 am due to a flight delay. Cheerful and helpful staff

Close to the airport. Great value for the price. Very clean from lobby to breakfast area to pool and of course, our room. The front desk staff was helpful with suggesting a place to relax and eat (it was amazing). The breakfast selections, hot and cold, were plentiful. The outdoor pool area with its palm trees, umbrella tables and several loungers was very clean and very pleasant. We sat at a table with our coffee. Our travel companions agreed that we would stay here again.

Extremely clean and quiet! Such a great night's stay. The breakfast was very yummy also. HUGE shout out to Rosario at the Front Desk, who was incredibly courteous, friendly, and helpful! He made us feel very welcomed!

The room was very clean. Our only problem was that our room was right by the outdoor parking lights. The shade in the room was just a paper thin cloth that didn’t block any of the light. Room was brightly lit until morning when they turned the lights off.

Nice warm welcome and nice room also staff talk and check in on us throughout the stay.

A glorified motel!!

The room was clean. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, we enjoyed it. We were staying for the night before a cruise. Our departure time for the cruise was pushed back and the hotel was kind enough to give us a late check out for no extra charge. Super appreciative of that!

The cleanliness was awesome. I didn’t like the hostess at the breakfast area. Due to a doctors appointment we came back at 9:50. So I decided to get some oatmeal (which was still there) she rudely said breakfast is finished … it’s not hers and we paid for it. We won’t be lat if not for a reason.

The property was great, but it was Expedia who screwed me. I heard, they like to do this. I entered a one night stay for the next night on the 12th, and checkout on the 13th. after i booked , they said you are confirmed for the 22nd and the 23rd. I damn good and well, that I entered the right dates. THen they refused to refund me and change the date. so they played this game that they would call the hotel and see if they would change the dates and charge the $144 cancellation fee. So they charged me an additional $56, for $200 total, but when I checked out on the 13th, the hotel only charged me $156. Expedia deliberately screwed me out of an additional $56. I will never deal with those thieves again. Screw you Expedia.

The welcome desk staff were so professional and we felt welcomed. The room was lovely and my husband and I were able to get some well deserved rest.

It was a great stay; no complaints. The front desk staff was very nice, quick, and easy to check in. Clean room, comfortable beds. Outside rooms were noisy as you could hear traffic, but I am a light sleeper.

The only thing that was a bit of a bother was the traffic throughout the night. Otherwise it was a perfect place in a convenient location!

It was very nice i loved the home feel to it ,safe area convenient in every way !

The suite was great! seperate bed room with two beds and big TV, full kitchen and Huge living room with lots of space to open luggage. We stayed here once before and liked it so we came back on our next Ft. L trip. Were coming back in December and will book here again.
