    The hotel is set in suburbs with lush tropical vegetation - nice to walk around. The room was comfortable to work in. The pool was fine. It's difficult to get anywhere without a car. No bus, and taxis can take a long time to show up. The breakfast was limited. No fruit or croissants, unexciting bread.

    It took 45 minutes for the airport shuttle to arrive to pick us up and that was the start of a disappointing stay. The hotel was dark and felt kind of grimy. The pool was one of the dirtiest that I have ever seen. It was covered in a thick layer of bugs and had a dead frog floating in it. The main positive is the location- walking distance to a few restaurants and shops.

    Great place to stay. Food could use some upgrade as did not like the eggs. Most people just want scrambled eggs, not premade omelets that were not good. Staff was great, pool was clean and very nice to swim in. Jets on hot tub could use a little tweaking as they were very strong and actually hurt.

    The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure you enjoyed the property. The breakfast that was included was surprisingly better than what we anticipated. The property actually was a good location near the cruise port and there was a shuttle organized to take you to the cruise ship so that was great. I communicated with this property beforehand and I greatly appreciated that they got back to me very quickly and followed up on questions I had. The rooms were a bit worn and the elevator was very slow but then of course we weren't paying for high luxury and the nice breakfast compensated for that. I could tell the rooms were very clean as the bathtub was thoroughly cleaned - rarely do people use them but I do and I like a clean tub. For the price paid I felt we had a reasonable deal. One of the beds was not that great as we had two Queen beds - it had a large dip in the middle but otherwise we slept well with the good air-conditioning.

    Shuttle was amazing - Frank was fast. Love the communication from the hotel - particularly about the availability of cruise port shuttle on-site. Staff was excellent - friendly and helpful. The room is where I had issues. Bed was comfortable but I always check for bed bugs. There were no bed bugs but there were crumbs in the bed and the mattress was filthy - see pic. There was also a hair in the bathroom and a crumb on yhe floor in the room. Hotel needs a facelift but really staff was excellent. Breakfast was excellent - waffle machines, scrambled eggs, bagels etc

    Close to the airport and cruise port, free breakfast The rooms are outdated. My family and I stayed 2 different nights there since we went on a cruise; first stay- room was ok; didn’t seem cleaned, dust everywhere and pooled water by the fridge. The sink was clogged and slow drained. Second stay- the AC did not work, the room was so hot! Rooms were limited so we just stuck it out. Pricing is a bit high for the quality of rooms; front desk staff are nice though. Evenson helped us make sure my family and friends were close to each other.

    Room was clean but the facilities are old and not updated. Breakfast was good but the area is not great and watch for the prices for the shuttle- they charge $15 per person each way in addition to parking your car for $10 per day, it was cheaper and more convenient for us to drive our car and park it at the port.

    Bad - However the surrounding area was very seedy with sub par restaurants and homeless people.. The elevator seemed on its last legs, slow and creaky. The suite door wouldn’t close on its own and finally all the paint on the doors were chipped, giving the impression of a dumpy hotel. Not what I expected from a Hampton Inn.

    This place gets points for being so close to the airport and really great staff, but that’s about it. The space is dated and has an odd smell. The pool was overly chlorinated to the point of being foggy, but my kids did like that pool toys were available. After staying at another Hampton Inn for the other part of our stay, this one was really disappointing. The air conditioner would kick on and off all night not keeping a consistent temperature. It was hot and then freezing. The bathroom was fairly clean and had a shower only. We had to pay $10 for parking overnight, which is weird because the other Hampton Inn near the airport doesn’t require that, despite being the same distance. Overall, it seemed like a really old/dated space that someone attempted to sloppily cover in paint. It was a place to sleep, but doesn’t match the feel of other Hampton Inns.

    Airport shuttle took 45 min. Were told 20 min. Driver said we didn't call. Obviously we did since we knew how long to wait. Hotel should have told us in advance we had to call upon arrival at airport. We were told by an airport employee to do this. I went through 3 different #'s before reaching some one.

    We got in later so didn’t see pool area etc. very disappointed in this hotel especially for what we paid. Girl at front desk was very nice. Our room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed for a bit, same with hallways and elevator. Hallways had a funny smell. I would not recommend this hotel.

    Alton, at the front desk in the mornings, was very kind. He offered us a late check out when we had 2 hours before heading to the airport with the shuttle. Currently, the hotel does offer shuttles to the airport free of charge. They go once an hour. I did see posting of shuttle to the cruise ports (Everglades and Miami). They do cost per person, only at certain times. Port Everglades was $12 per person/cash. Miami was substantially more. And you had to pay 4% more if paying with a card. We had a 2 queen bed room. It did include a mini fridge and a microwave. Our fridge had a huge chunk of ice on the back was wasn't getting things very cold. The beds were nicely made, but very hard and noisy. My neck and back are still sore. The maid service did come in to the room on day 2 and give us fresh towels and make our beds. We haven't seen this in a hotel since before Covid in 2020. So it caught us off guard when we returned from getting lunch. The water pressure in the shower was less than we like. But we we happy to have a room to stay in unexpectedly.

    The room was not maintained and was not cleaned, the floor felt very sticky and when I tried to wipe it off I saw it was very dirty like it was not mopped for quite sometime. The shower was dirty too I had to clean it before my family can use it, however, the hotel location was in a very nice spot because it was just a walking distance to McDonalds and other restaurants. The hotel also had a strip of stores across it. Airport shuttle was well coordinated. We did not try the outdoor pool since it was so busy during our stay. Pool is small. The staff was attentive.

    Staff was courteous. The place could use some repair and attention. I understand the hotel gets a lot of use and this happens. The breakfast ends at 0930 and there were many guests disappointed it was not until 10. They had to ask for yogurt or a banana at 9:20 because it was already put away.

    We arrived one hour prior to check in. The lady at the front desk said the room wasn’t ready yet (which I understood) however, approximately 15 guests arrived after we did and was able to check in. One hour and a half passed and the lady at the front desk said our room was still not ready. Now we’re 30 minutes past check in and still no room although guests were still arriving and checking in. It wasn’t until I called the corporate office and they called the hotel, that we finally got our room. I don’t know if it was because we used a third party to make our reservations or what but, they didn’t honor the check in time or offer any compensation for being late. The black ladies were rude and insulting towards my wife and I. They didn’t tell us anything about the hotel accommodation or offer us water like they normally do for Hilton Honors Members. I will NEVER come to this hotel again!!!

    I never tried the breakfast so can’t tell you how it was. The only really bad experience was that my parking area smelled like a really strong urinal along with those other smells that go with a bathroom. It was bad! Other than that, it was a typical South Florida hotel. Not bad, but not a 5 star either. The room was clean.

    However, the shower in our room didn't drain correctly and there was water all over the bathroom floor, and into part of the next room. The design needs to be fixed as the drain itself did work. It took 3 large towels to clean all the water up. We also heard a hum because our room was close to the pool. That was bothersome. Nice staff

    Bad management, bad staff. Room was cleaned the first day and nothing after for days. We extended the stay on Momday for our employees staying there, leaving a CC to charge the room. Tonight they called us at 9:30pm to say they were being kicked out! I had to go to the hotel to fix the situation. All of it because someone didn’t do their job correctly

    This was a fine place for an overnight before a cruise - but I would try another location next time. There was a bit of a dingy smell throughout the hotel, hair on the floor of the bathroom when we arrived, and a bit of dust here and there throughout the room.     The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. It is off on a side street and was quiet. However the beds we had seemed to be worn out and the breakfast was pretty much the same every day.     The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful however, we were not told ahead of time about the loud construction going on, my bed was filthy, red stain on the comforter, bugs in the bed which I caught and baggied up to show the manager. Very unsafe area around the only pub for food within walking distance with drunk homeless people yelling at us for money. Very disappointing. The manager did comp our stay when I showed her the bugs!!

    Common areas under renovation. The breakfast area was absolutely jammed with people. I think a better solution could b3 worked out. Otherwise, it was fine.

    The staff took care of our issue with ease and quickly. The issue was the air conditioning and it was not reading correctly. They called right after the left and said we are moving rooms. They moved us room and it was still a wonderful room and stay!

    Horrible experience. The original room we were given smelled awful and we had instant breathing issues because of it. 2nd room we couldn’t get into the room. There was no 3rd room. We demanded refund and left.

    You can tell this hotel has a lot of people in and out and the mattress felt about ten years old and creeped every time you moved. The place was dirty , like house keeps couldn’t see the dirty shower and left over guest hair. It was gross. Walls are thin. And I asked for a wake up call and never received one. There was no attendant at the front deck for about ten minutes while I searched and had to yell hello for someone to finally come out of the guest area dining from the floor. Woudl not stay here again. I should have been given a refund

    Had to wait hour and 20minutes for room after the assigned checkin in time. Tub was not wiped and still contained hair from previous guests. Stained duvet and cover, asked about but wasn’t replaced.

    Although my room was adjacent to the hotel gym/workout room, after I expressed concern, staffer, Abdul, offered to move me / got me drinks, ice, showed genuine appreciation for me. Took a chance on staying first floor and worked out great! Didn’t like that I was denied Hilton Honors benefits since I had booked with Expedia.
