Hampton Inn by Hilton Hallandale Beach Aventura

Quick response to bathtub not draining properly. Proximity to Aventura Mall and adequate parking swayed my decision to stay at this property. Room without complimentary drinking water. 2 bottles therefore requested from front desk on same night as check in; they were the only ones provided. Not advised of hotel's policy regarding complimentary bottled water. Room not cleaned during 2 nights stay nor policy advised at checkin to avoid retaining left over food or trash in the room. No substitute offer given to provide fresh towels. Why are Room charges applicable given hotel's policy????? Bathtub not properly cleaned and drainage not properly functioning Complimentary continental breakfast and tea/coffee not hot After a day shopping, I prefer to return to a clean room with at least a bottle of drinking water. Doubtful I will return to this property

I always stay at Hampton Inns and this branch did not disappoint. The consistent cleanliness and friendly, accommodating staff of Hampton Inns never fails to amaze me! On top of these, they accept pets and my dog loved staying here - barf!

They had pretty decent breakfast and easy parking. Entrance automatic sliding doors could use an update or repair it make a terrible scary noise when opening and closing. Bathroom tub either wasn't properly cleaned or need to be replace bad stains was clearly visible. Checking was for 3pm and got there at 2:51pm and was told to come back at 3 pm because room wasn't ready...really!!! So Pity!

Location is great. Heated swimming pool is a plus. Hot drinks and small fruits available at all time is also appreciated. It's a bit outdated so the room AC tends to be on the loud side.

Overall, this was a very nice hotel that met our needs. We stayed one night before our cruise and we would stay again if we cruise again out of Miami or Ft lauderdale.

I booked through Trivago and it states thet the hotel is 2.7 miles to the Hard Rock Stadium. It is not, it is 8 miles and therefore more expensive in a Taxi ensure the information given for your hotel to be accurate

The hotel is located in a good area, near to aventura mall and beaches. However the room was close to the elevator which was very noisy and the hotel is quite old.

I liked the parking, under the palms and along a taller building. The king size room was a perfect size not too large. I do wish the windows open it created a stuffy feeling.

This location is in serious need of an upgrade / makeover. The furniture in the rooms is beat up and outdated. The wallpaper is peeling at the seems throughout the hotel. Just in general, the hotel needs a major interior facelift

The location was ideal for our visit to the area. It was dirty, like - really dirty, the carpet in our room left my toddler’s feet blackened!! The bathroom was in need of multiple fixes (broken bath drain plug, damaged shower curtain rail). The breakfast are was insufficiently sized for the volume of guests and was absolute chaos to get any food at all!

The staff were great but there was only a reading light on one side of the bed and the grounds crew started a really loud leaf blower at 8 am, and we were on the 7th floor but still felt like we had been blasted out of our room!

The condition of this hotel was not the greatest. We got a handicap room and it was very dusty. I was disappointed for the price we paid, on the website it showed the it's a very beautiful upgraded hotel.

I extended my seat two nights because of bad weather.The front desk had to do new reservation and they totally screwed that up. They had a girl that was training with no one shadowing her and she was left alone at front desk! It was awful

Breakfast is good and very convenient. The location of the hotel is perfect for my needs. Room was clean. I have stayed at this property for many years and was dismayed about maid service every other day. By the end of the day my garbage pails were overflowing. The hotel's breakfast space could not accommodate everyone who needed a table. I would suggest removing a shelf holding photos at the end of the room and adding a few more tables. Alternatively I would suggest putting some tables outside by the door to the pool which could accommodate breakfast guests.

The breakfast and everything else was great. We tried to stay an extra night at the same rate we had paid for the 3 nights and the receptionist at the front desk said we couldn’t in a very unpleasant way. We also asked for a late check out and was given just 30 minutes. All other hotels we have stayed gave us an hour. We were able to get the extra night at a cheaper rate in another hotel.

The breakfast was very good and the ladies that took care of. It were very kind and nice. Everything seem to be very good clean. The tub and shower was fiberglass and it had a very slippery bottom for elderly people. I had to use a towel so I didn’t slide around and the coating was peeling. Every everything else was fine. I enjoyed my stay.

The property is a bit far from what we wanted to stay, but in busy travel season it is the best of what we can find. Location is close to beach, many shops around. The pool is small, not sure if it's heated or not. Breakfast has a variety to choose from. Overall I recommend this hotel if you don't want to live in a busy tourist area.

The main entrance sliding door is very loud when opening and closing. The front desk staff very seldom smiled except for the one lady with her hair in locks. All of the other staff were very nice and friendly. The drain in the bathtub was clogged and the towels were rough to the point, I had to pat dry my skin after a shower. The tension on the room door is a bit too strong making it difficult to push open the door when carrying something in hand. However, the overall experience was still very good.

My overall stay at the hotel was excellent, and I truly appreciate how helpful and welcoming the staff were throughout my visit. I especially want to highlight Kelly, who consistently went above and beyond. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and warm customer service made a noticeable difference and elevated my entire experience. She is truly an asset to your team. All of the other staff members were also kind and helpful. However, I did encounter one issue during my stay: a few workers did not seem to speak or understand basic English. I completely understand that not everyone will be fluent, and that’s perfectly fine. But I do believe that staff interacting with guests should know a few essential English words especially those related to guest services to ensure clear communication. For example, when I asked a young lady to take my dirty towels, she stared at me for a moment and then returned with clean towels instead. Aside from that small challenge, everything else was wonderful. The hotel was clean, the service was great, and Kelly’s exceptional hospitality stood out above all. I would definitely return and hope that the hotel continues to invest in basic English training for all front-facing staff.

Hotel is a little out dated. Needs some updating for sure. Breakfast options weren’t the greatest.

We arrived early and asked to have our bags checked as we were going to football game. We were told there was no space to hold our bags and after 2 hours of waiting we saw another person checking bags. When we asked, we were told “room just became available “. The woman at the front reception was no helpful.

We have a wonderful time here at the hotel. Breakfast was good and parking is very convenient. There is the yard house restaurant and the casino across the street from the hotel. Staff are wonderful and friendly. There are coffee, cookie, and fruit in the lobby. We enjoyed our stay. We definitely will stay here again in the future. Thank you for a great time.

This hotels is nicely situated near Chase Stadium and Hard Rock Stadium. It was easy to get an Uber to each. There are some nice restaurants about 5-10 minute drive north. Gulftstream shops and racetrack are about 5 minute walk. Staff is very friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean. I’d recommend this stay to anyone traveling in the area.

The room felt moist and damp, needs to be aired out. Shower curtain very short resulting in the bathroom floor being wet during showers. Parking very good.

The room was musty and not clean. There were stains, dirt, and trash in the room like it had not been cleaned. There was a moldy smell and humid carpet. Breakfast has really declined at Hampton Inn, the offerings were very low quality.

The Hampton is a fine place to stay if you’re in town for a couple days and don’t want to spend a lot of money staying on the beach. It’s close to the Hard Rock Stadium and North Miami Beach. However the surrounding area can be a little sketchy so be careful driving in areas you don’t know. The hotel itself is safe in a safe area. I felt safe during my stay. However there was a lady smoking in the parking lot leaning against the car next to me and gave me a look when I tried to park in the open parking space. That wasn’t very comfortable

24/7 coffee and tea was a great feature. Gym is small but has a lot of weights and all the essentials. Breakfast is really great!

The hotel is great! My husband and I came down for our honeymoon and stayed for 3 days. We would absolutely stay here again. The breakfast was delicious it was a little different each day we were there. Everyone was so friendly and every time we left our room there was always someone cleaning. The employees at this location take pride in their work and making sure all the guests are happy and comfortable. The pool was clean and there were always towels there for you to use and they have music playing as well. Thank you for a wonderful experience and stay.

Continental Breakfast was not the same everyday which was nice. The bed was soft , clean and comfortable. I did not use the internet access during this stay. We didn’t use any transportation at this hotel. Overall stay was nice but the downside was pool was very small , limited parking once everyone is in for the night.

When I arrived they struggled to assign me a room. They stated their system was down although they had internet. I arrived around 8pm- hours after check in time, the front desk attendant had me wait like 20 minutes without any real option on what I could do. He then remembered to look at the hard copy of arrivals. This room had been pre-paid and I had even called before 3pm check in time to request extra pillows and blankets for the sofa bed. My request was also not addressed, this was a bit disappointing given that I took time to contact them and when I was checking in they had no other options for me in regards to a room assignment.

Everything was great! Staff was wonderful, quiet, extremely clean! And smelled amazing!! My family and I enjoyed 3 nights and this is definitely a place we will be returning to.

Breakfast is chaotic with limited fruit options. Small portions. Hotel breakfast area is not big enough to accommodate the crowds. Overall is OK

Housekeeper on Thursday, August 7, 2025 did a poor job of cleaning the bathroom.

A/C was too noisy when compressor went on. Especially at night trying to sleep.Told front desk about A/C hopefully they fixed it for the next guest

Breakfast was wonderful! They kept all food stocked during breakfast hours and cleaned tables off as soon as a guest left the table. Beds were comfortable, the hotel was quiet, showers were great. It was very close to a Target which was nice to stock our fridge with water.

We had a great stay! I was very impressed with the attention to detail and friendliness of the staff. There was complimentary coffee and tea always available. King bed was comfortable. The hot breakfast was very tasty. We also liked the location. An easy drive to beaches in Ft. Lauderdale or Miami. We also checked out the Hallendale beachfront, which is just 7 mins away. My husband and I would definitely stay here again!

Staff was so nice and it’s close by everything I love it

I was charged $250 for damaged sheets that I didn’t damage. They sent me a bill with the wrong address on it. I asked the day before what the two charges were and no one could give me a straight answer then all of sudden I am being charged $250 for sheets.

It was too hot on the walkways. The housekeepers were melting. They work too hard and on top of it the A/C was not working. On my room it wasn’t working 90% of the time until I call front desk and they called an expert but still the room wasn’t cold like I like.

Very varied and delicious breakfast. We loved everything, I would have liked to stay longer.

Beds need new mattresses. You could feel the spring in them. Made ur a very uncomfortable sleep

My stay here was great and talk about options for breakfast. The pool was very clean. The hotel was proper and the check-in was such an easy breeze and check out as easy as it was to check in. The inclusion of parking was a great addition, not having to worry about that. And the facility was clean and the staff was efficient. If I come back again, this will be my go to place to stay.

Great place to stay!

Everything was good until i walked into the room. The stench of cigarettes was unbearable. The bathroom was dirty. They didnt even bother changing the bar of soap from the last time a person stayed in the room. Please save your time and avoid this hunk of junk hotel.

This was my fourth stay and as usual, everything was good. The room was clean and spacious, there’s a parking lot, pool, fitness room and it’s close to everything I need.
