The staff here really upgraded the stay. While the hotel is a bit worn they were fresh and efficient.

This property is in a great location, if you are going to do something at the port or on the coast. It is just located on a very busy street. We felt the rooms were very nice and comfortable.

To the point I refused to eat any of it incase hands used to clean toilets and other areas touch the others. In addition, pajamas that was folded and placed under the pillow returned and was tossed on bedside table or onto sofa. All of which was photograph and showed to from desk at checkout with the promised management would be notified immediately when in.

My go to hotel when we either fly in or out of Ft Lauderdale early or late. Near port Everglades as well for cruise ships

I liked that it was close to the airport. My bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. I did not like that I had to pay $23 for a continental breakfast that I find included in most hotels I stay at, especially for the price I paid per night. There was paint peeling off the wall behind my curtains. I did not like that I additionally had to pay for parking per night, again for the price I already paid per night to stay.

We enjoyed everything with our stay except the female staff person in the am. She has a, superiority complex, she would be wise to stay in her lane. Room/bathroom clean, gym clean. Elevators slow, but minor. Nice breakfast although many close alternatives. Grocery and drug stores walking distance. Shuttle very helpful.

Staff was very nice but the breakfast wasn't good at all, definitely not worth the $19+.

They have hourly cruise shuttles. Airport pickup. Close stores like cvs Starbucks and Whole Foods. Easy parking. Will stay again.

Had a great experience at Four Points Sheraton in Fort Lauderdale! Stayed the night before setting sail the next morning. Arrived from Detroit at around 11 am and they let us check in early which was so much appreciated. Alex at the front desk was awesome and very friendly. Our room was clean, was within walking distance to restaurants and drug store to pick up a few last minute things before our departure. Took a shuttle service from the hotel to the port, was very quick and hassle free, would certainly stay there in future.

The location to FFL and Port Evergreen was ideal. Also, plenty of resturants within walking distance. Liked the free shuttle from the airport. Very satisfied. Shuttle to cruise port would be nice.

The bed was soft but the property needs updating it’s a prefect location for overnite if your going to cruise the next day there some food eateries you can walk to on foot in under 5 minutes. The offer a shuttle pickup from the airport to the hotel free which was great. The staff was awesome and the breakfast was continental where you fix your own waffles, which was cool and the bar food we tried was good

The staff is very kind, they offer shuttle pickup, coffee, helped me check in early, they're great people who work there. The rooms great too. Short uber from the docks and ferry rides.

Great stay overall! The check-in staff was friendly and welcoming. Alex at the front desk provided world-class customer service, she was exceptionally kind and very accommodating to my family. She also went above and beyond to meet our needs, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. The complimentary airport shuttle service was incredibly convenient and ran smoothly, making our early departure (5am) to FLL airport stress-free. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Airport shuttle took a while for pickup but FLL was mobbed with traffic, so understandable. Used Uber to go to return just due to possible TSA delays. Pool was small, unheated and cold, next to the road with a privacy hedge. So did not use it.

The hotel and room were clean. The front desk staff were very accommodating and got a room ready for us quickly even though we were checking in early. They sent a shuttle to the airport to pick us up. They have a shuttle service for a fee to the cruise ship port. The location is good for shopping and restaurants. We would stay here again.

The hotel is old with some weather worn furniture, but it was clean, it was near restaurants, pubs, and shopping centers, and very close to the airport and port. The free airport shuttle was on time leaving the hotel. Old-school amenities like a PRINTED tv guide (great channels), a tub with a rubber mat, and a pen with memo pad were welcomed treats. Hotel bar and restaurant had great food: local draft beer, fries, and Cuban sandwiches. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Since I arrived early in the morning, after a cruise, I knew my room would not be ready. I had to wait a little bit for my initial check-in because it was very busy with flight crews. B3cause I had to wait, the woman at the desk gave me a 10%-off coupon for the restaurant. My room was ready before 11am.

Waited for a long time for the free shuttle from the airport and ended up paying for a taxi instead. Pillows way too soft, no support for your head and the road noise was a LOT. Very nice staff however.

Breakfast was horrible, cold scrambled eggs, hard bacon. That used to be free now it’s $17.99 each. Not worth it. The shuttle to the cruise port was $15 each that used to be free. The room price was $440 USD per night the heater in one room did not work at all only in the bedroom. They are nickel and dimming us now. The restaurant is just a small little place but 4 burgers with fries came to $135.

The rooms are very nice, but I had a remote control for the TV that the batteries died and I couldn't turn the TV all it was on all night. I asked for someone to come to my room and fix it or turn it off and no one ever came. The guys that were behind the bar were great. They like to have fun and it just made our wait for the room even better.

Very good location, especially for those that go on cruises out of Port Everglades. The property seems to be getting a little worn out. We’ve had issues the last few stays. This time it was the lack of any body wash in the shower. We had to use the hand soap dispenser from the sink. The in room coffee maker didn’t work until I fixed it. And, there was no coffee in the lobby. Just doesn’t seem to offer much value for the cost being charged.

Evening front desk crew were very nice. That's about it. Never called when room was ready like they said. We asked for a quiet room when booking and they couldn't have given us more of the opposite. Room was over the main entrance and next to elevator.

We had a wonderful stay due to the attention given to us by Michelle and Alex, they were so helpful making sure everything was perfect. The location was great and the room clean, thanks for making us feel welcome.

I thought the entire staff was gracious and attentive, but I would like to give special thanks to Keisha, who made sure that I was on the bus on time to get from the hotel to the pier. Not every hotel gives you that level of service.

We came back to the Sheraton, and Nate was so accommodating, locking up our luggage and even giving us a card key to use the bathroom. We spent the day there just hanging out and killing time. Sheraton is lucky to have a valued employee in Nate.

Everything was great, except we did not realized there were 2 hotels in the area under that name, so we took shuttle bus to the wrong place. And we had to Uber to the right one as shuttle would not take us. There was also misunderstanding about shuttle to the cruise line. I was under impression it was included service, not 25& pp charge.

The front desk charged my deposit two times in my credit card. I don’t mind they don’t provide shuttle bus but don’t put on the Expedia ad the price is included shuttle, the customer can pick other choice and that is a lie and misinformation. It is totally not worth base on their price.

This property was a little rough around the edges. It used to be a comfort inn or something along those lines before undergoing a refresh. It is fine for an economy style hotel. Was clean and easily accessible from interstate. Offers breakfast, but has local options within walking distance.

Room was clean and spacious. The 4* was due to little things: the tv remote did not work, the blackout drapes were difficult to close. Generally a nice room and friendly staff.

Really liked its proximity to the beach,airport and cruise port. Also liked walkable places to grab a bit or shop.

Room smelled awful!

I traveled from Sacramento to Ft Lauderdale and didn’t arrive until 9:45 pm to find out they canceled my reservation because card on file wasn’t working. They were sold out and I had to stay in a creepy very dirty motel

Arrived and told our room was ready and given our key. When we went up to our room, it was not ready. The attendant was upset that we were even up there so we went down to the lobby for another hour before the room was ready. no one let us know our room was ready. My husband went up and checked twice. Finally, there was no one in the room so he assumed we could Then go into our room. The elevator is very, very slow. The noise on the street at night is not the hotel’s fault but I guess the police cannot do anything about the loud vehicles that race up and down the street, making it hard to fall asleep

The Sheraton is an older hotel very close to the airport. Staff at front counter very friendly and efficient.

Stayed here for 2 nights before going on a cruise and the staff were very courteous and friendly. Stayed again the night after the cruise and there are no complaints. Giselle? I think her name was.. at the bar/dining area was very friendly. Would stay here again. My only advice would be if you don’t want noise to l request a room away from the highway. Otherwise, thank you!

We didn’t like that you had to pay for breakfast at the hotel. That wasn’t convenient for us. We left and went somewhere else that was cheaper.

Every day I had one less towel for my face and body. The room was paid for 4 people. One day they didn't bring the towel even though I complained! I had to get the others at the reception! One day they didn't clean the room. When we arrived, there was trash and the room hadn't been cleaned.

Bathroom has a odor

The best employee was Camila who was so customer focused to make sure our breakfast was good.

Our stay was nice. We just stayed for the night so we could catch our cruise the next morning. I will say hotel shuttle to the cruise port was double. If not triple what it cost us to get an Uber/ Lyft but that's okay. We canceled the hotel shuttle and got a lift and didn't have to wait in the long lines and the the lobby. But the beds were comfortable. Bathroom sink was falling apart. Didn't affect me any but they might want to address that. It was literally falling out of the wall. Staff was very nice and prompt when we asked for extra pillows. I would stay here again for our next cruise .

Comfortable and clean rooms with stores and restaurants nearby. The airport shuttle is appreciated although it would have been helpful to have it listed somewhere that one must call the hotel to get the shuttle to come to the airport to pick you up. We appreciated how accommodating the staff were with storing our bags due to our early arrival. We would stay here again.

Great stay, clean , easy parking

I really liked the pillows! I had an amazing sleep. The property looked upgraded. It was so close and walkable to many restaurants, grocery, etc. Very close to the airport. Quick bus ride to the beach and Los Olas Blvd.

Early check in was appreciated, stayed in king with sofa bed for child, 2 requests for sheets, when we unfolded we discovered dirt& bloody towels hidden under mattress cover, then we discovered the mattress was horribly stained areas could also have been blood. No other rooms available.house keeping called there was nothing they could do. I will never return and may never stay at this chain again.BTY This year I have stayed in hotels over 60 days so not my first rodeo!

It is is beautiful and very clean hotel. Staff are very nice and friendly. Housekeeping wasn’t very helpful. Didn’t come to do our room. But when asked front desk, it was done right away. Front desk was very helpful though. One thing that was inconvenient, it’s the elevator. It take forever to come.

Excellent customer service.

Pool was not heated although it has a heater system. Homeless person was sleeping on the North bench in next to front row parking. Lobby manager declined to give me a continental simple breakfast and coffee even though I stayed there for 3 nights and only needed a little something to get me going the last morning on my way to the airport. So I had to pay $15 for toast, yogurt and coffee.

Great art for my three day business trip.

Perfect location especially for a short stay with a Whole Foods, CVS and several nice restaurants in the neighborhood. Shuttle service was prompt efficient and all staff shuttle drivers and check-in were all delightful. Happy to visit again and recommend!

The toilet made a terrible noise each time it was flushed. The handle seemed like it was not operating properly. Otherwise room was great.

My stay at Four Point was wonderful. The staff was amazing and very helpful. We got there after 9 it wasn't a problem. My husband and I went to the bar to get something to eat the food was great. I would stay there again.

We had a room in on the road side of the building and there was ALOT of road noise all night long. Building was not very sound proof inside either- could hear doors shutting from the rooms. Pool was amazing! Comfortable and quaint, and staff was friendly. A lot of things were within walking distance from the hotel, which was a huge plus!

Room had a lot of street noise especially at night. The area was nice and walkable.
