The hotel is conveniently located however the staff is all dry, cold, and not welcoming at all. Check in was dry and not pleasant as a Marriott member. The food was not tasty the salsa was thick and pasty, the bacon was too crunchy and greasy and the turkey sausage looked gross. Definitely not going to be returning or recommending.

Clean room and good for pre night cruise stay and has good locality to restaurants and bars and shopping even AMC down the street. Could have better selection on breakfast and thr shower water pressure could be better otherwise it was ideal place to stay.

When I asked my question, the employee responded rudely by saying, “Don’t you see the sign is on the wall?” I found the comment disrespectful and unprofessional. Guests should be treated with courtesy and spoken to politely when asking a simple question. Unfortunately, this interaction negatively affected my overall experience at the hotel.

Jody however is very rude and unprofessional speaking about me in the lobby . With saying she has a regular room we don’t have anything available with her reservation they didn’t give me an option or asked me if I wanted to upgrade my room such an horrible experience I just took the room she said that’s the only one available room at the moment. With such organization you should be able to accommodate the volume of business plus other options available so because I was very tired from a long tip to Florida.i took the room that was giving to me without any other options

It was a great second stay for us prior to our cruise! Would recommend. Clean, comfortable, and appreciated the breakfast and gym.

Breakfast was cold considering it started at 6am and we arrived 20 minutes later. Parking was $30 a day which was extreme for that location.

It’s a good and comfortable hotel. Although our side is conducive to vehicle noise on the street and it’s difficult to sleep even late at night. Bring some earplugs.

They even asked me at check-in and I was still charged. Called them same day of checkout and they reversed the charge immediately.

The manager, when I checked in was only concerns with their self. She was particularly unpleasant and affected my stay. I will not stay at the hotel again, even though I am a loyal Marriott person because of the experience.

We actually really appreciated the staff. They went out of the way to take care of us, which is what other hotels often lack. Things like getting us in our rooms as soon as possible, checking up on us and stopping by to ask if we needed anything, or to let us know our door wasn’t completely closed, taking our trash off our hands when seeing us walking with it, etc. Besides that, everything was clean, food was great and upkept, location was good, and the elevator was quick lol

Check in staff was rude and condescending. Got a late checkout but housekeeping was banging on the door at 12:05pm, noon which is normal checkout time. Everyone kept asking for their stupid Bonvoy number. Without it they treat you terrible. Make sure you have a Marriott rewards number or you’re a second class citizen here. I couldn’t find mine. So I said forget it. When I called for late checkout they were snooty and rude. I’ll never stay here again especially with all the other options in town.

Breakfast was terrible, at 930 a worker took waffles from machine and brought it back to the back room and it was obviously meant for them and them told other patrons that no more waffle existed, all still with 30 min remaining, not right.

The room was in good condition and the staff was friendly but the housekeeping service was faulty. The room was cleaned after 4:30 pm and on two occasions the room was not cleaned at all, even though on one occasion it had been announced.

The situation of the hotel is good. However, the Staff are rude and lack basic courtesies. One would get better treatment in 2 Star than this hotel. I will never go back again and will never recommend it to anyone. It positively is not the Marriott I know of. If as a Marriott member my family and I received such shoddy treatment, I shudder to think what non Marriott Customers receive.

The breakfast was average. Staff was friendly. Biggest issue was that the water in the tub was yellow so we did not shower while there. I also think that if you pay for a room to stay somewhere, parking should notbe an additional charge.

The hotel was very clean and great hospitality. I would give it 5 stars but I gave it 3 because our room was facing the road and it sounded like a raceway all night. We didn’t sleep due to the noise.

My tv did not work and waited 1.5 days for it to be replaced which took an hour of the maintenance man in and out of my room. Not the best hospitality after a day of work.

Everything is good about this hotel and within 1 min walk to Las Olas Blvd…the only dislike was the front desk person. She was rude at all levels.

Only negative was that we had to drive around the block, several times, before we could find a place to park. We paid for parking and walked to the hotel entrance. The parking signs for the hotel were not readily visible.

Agent at check in is not Customer Friendly, very unpleasant and did not seem to appreciate the business. A customer traveling after long delays and just excited for a break should be greeted with a pleasant face, not a sour attitude.

This was a business trip. I had a package sent down earlier because it was too bulky to carry on a plane. The staff stored the package for me, helped unpack it, and allowed me to check in early. That’s all worth 5 stars. The onsite parking garage was very convenient. To top it off, I had a nice room on the top floor, and the shower was awesome – great pressure, nice and hot, plenty of space.

The property is in a good location just a short walk to dining and stores. The hotel and our room were clean and quiet. The hot breakfast was very good, with pancakes, eggs, bacon, bagels, cereals, oatmeal and more. The pool was small, but the gym was good. The parking was easy. We would stay here in the future.

Cleanliness- 10 out of 10. The bed was not that comfortable for me but that is a preference thing. It was very firm. The a/c wasn’t that great at holding temperature. It seemed to get hot before the air turned on. Otherwise great. Just not worth what we paid for it.

The hotel was nice. The location is really near las olas so lots of restaurants nearby.they have a free breakfast that was decent. Bed was comfortable and decent shower pressure. The printer didnt work while we were there so we had to wait for about a half hour to get our stuff printed since there was only one agent at the Very Busy front desk. Would stay there again though.

A very busy hotel with many people staying for a night and then go to the cruise. I stayed for 7 nights and while I would stay here again it would only be for a night or maybe two. Room dated but clean. The bathroom was great. The self served laundry was a good touch priced at $2.50 is good. A cvs is nearby and you can walk a publix supermarket nearby. Receptionist were helpful.

Solid hotel near Las Olas boulevard. Clean, friendly staffs. Parking was extra $30. Only stayed for one night, wouldn't mind staying longer next time. The bathroom sink had hairline crack which doesn't seem to compromise the function yet but probably needs to be replaced in the near future. The next day I just realized that I left my pants in the closet and called to check if they found it and if I can retrive it - was told that they'll check and get back to me but didn't get any call back.

Close walk to downtown las Olas, which has nice nightlife and restaurants. The area seemed to have many closed restaurants, that were open and busy the last time we were there. This hotel is convenient to CVS for last minute things if you forgot. Great for Uber to cruise port.

Booked a non smoking king bed and was given a handicap room. My husband was not happy at all. Very annoyed. They refused to give me another at the time.

We chose this hotel for it's walkability and dining options. I hate hotels on busy highways that are not walkable or only have a strip mall or gas statiion. It is close to the "river walk" area. There is a 24 hour CVS nearby. The breakfast was great. The staff was attentive and friendly. They connected me to a top-notch shuttle service. On the downside, it is on US highway 1 and it takes a while to get across on the lights

The hotel was clean. The room was clean. The room was very comfortable and the staff was excellent. One complaint this morning when I went down for coffee they ran out of coffee at 7:45 AM. Didn’t have it back till 815 820. Not that big of a deal, and was the only snafu. I will certainly stay here again.

We “fled” from the west coast to Ft. Lauderdale due to Hurricane Milton and only stayed 1 night in the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and we were allowed to go to our room at noon. We were unable to have breakfast the next morning as we had to leave for the airport at 6am. All in all, a very nice hotel but unfortunately far too expensive to spend a long time here. An additional US$ 30/day was charged for parking in the hotel parking garage Otherwise we would like to stay here again (without a hurricane).

Often there was no one at the front desk. Saw four different front desk employees during stay. Three were nice. One seemed unfriendly. Could have been having a bad day. There was a car permanently parked in the handicap parking space even though the posted sign read 15 minutes maximum.
