If you’re looking to book this hotel , run away as fast as you can . This hotel property was extremely dirty and not up to date , you can tell immediately from the presence of the room as soon as you walk in the room . It’s very uncomfortable to be in there the floor panels are outdated there are many stains through out the room and the price is very un reasonable.

The breakfast was only coffee and prepackage muffins. Was not impressed at all I paid for what I got. We only needed to rest our heads down for one night because of a mix up with our reservation at a next hotel. The kitchenette was rusty we couldn’t use the microwave because of the amount rust. My sister woke up in the middle of the night and killed a few baby roaches, we were not impressed at all.

The room that I got had a weird smell and the door could hardly open when using the key or hardly close you had to fight with the door to close , I couldn’t ask for a room change cause it seem like it was the only double room available on the 1st floor. Breakfast is only like chocolate tea/coffee with muffins and nutritional snack bars . The is a kitchen area in the room it was well kept though and the bathroom I can say the same the water heat was prefect and the beds are hella comfy

Actually Orbitz allowed me to book this property even though it was tented and being fumigated. I then spent 90 minutes explaining why I couldn’t check in. Orbitz made it extremely difficult to get a refund. Eventually they did get me a new room at a similar hotel. Thank you to the final 2 agents who helped me. Initially I was put on hold and ghosted by 2 agents.

At 7:30 am the offering was sparse blueberry muffins, oatmeal, coffee, and tea. The lobby/office opens at 7 am. There was water dribbling in the tub, and water would not warm up for a shower. The tub was dingy, not necessarily dirty, just needing replacement. Struggled to close the door; appeared to be some damage to the top bolt. The staff was friendly but seem understaffed as we waited about ten minutes for the clerk who was getting towels and sheets for another guest.

I love the location, prices, and privacy. I did not like that the hotel had mold on the bathroom ceiling, the bathroom sink drain was nasty , the shower has a leak, while taking a shower the water temperature changed by itself. Under the kitchen sink the bottom was cracked up and really unpleasant to see. Pest issues. Elevators are filthy.

First room had a moisture problem. Possibly AC leaking on the carpet. Staff was kind and helpful. Changed the room. The new room was just fine. The manager Cera is very nice.

There were many people loitering outside the lobby....not my demographic....it was the cheapest place to stay on short notice...so I understand why

Place was a complete dump. Avoid at all costs. Clearly this hotel has fake reviews or maybe the guests are blind and can’t see the bugs. Take my advice and pay a little extra for a reputable establishment.

Hotel was run down. Rude Front desk staff told me they had no rooms even though i had a reservation. I've yet to receive a refund.

Nothing about the room we had looked like the photo. Room had dirty carpet, I would not let anything touch the floor. I had to clean the handle on the fridge with my make-up wipe to put in the the refrigerables that we were traveling with. It was non-refundable by the time we checked in so I toughed it out to build up my immunities. Will never stay in an Extended Stay America Suite again, no matter where it is located. The grounds leading to the parking area were equally nasty, they were littered with cigarette butts and trash. Hotels.com should not offer this property. It will be difficult to trust the properties you offer going forward.

The room was old, broken and dirty. The door had a one inch gap at the bottom, the AC unit sound like a jet engine going on all night, the fridge compressor would not turn off, the mattress was lumpy and old, the white sheets and white towels were badly off white. I could go on but that says enough…never again!

I work at a dated property in Tallahassee saying that I did enjoy my staff overall. The manager was very transparent upon check in and wanted to know if any issues arise during the stay in which it did my sink started leaking the next morning. I went to the office spoke with Andy whom was very helpful in trying to get me into another room but due to our schedule of attending a family funeral we said it was okay we will make due since we were leaving the next morning. I would like to say I would like to give a shout out to Andy for going above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

The location was excellent They advertise a restaurant that it’s closed, the property is dirty and they don’t clean the room at lest you asked for it and they charge for it. Also it doesn’t feel like a safe place thats why we left earlier.

The air conditioner was very loud, and the first night I stayed there 4 different times people kept knocking on my door waking me up. It is not a safe place to stay with a lot of homeless people or drug heads all around this property. After one night of staying here I went to the front desk to let them know I was checking out and I was not going to stay another night. I also advised them I would only be paying for one night and not the three that I had made the reservation for and the girl at the front desk told me that I would only be charged for the night I stayed. This was a complete lie, and I was charged for all three nights. I would advise anyone who is thinking about staying at this hotel to run away and find another hotel. It is a horrible place to stay and should not even be allowed to participate with Expedia.

The front desk staff was accommodating and friendly. There were a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot and the rooms and furnishings are old. The room also had an unpleasant smell. It served the purpose of allowing me to get a couple hours of sleep.

There was pubic hair in almost all the towels that were supposedly clean. Guy was hanging out in parking. We continued to stay because it was close to where we had business. The guy at the desk didn't help at all.

The room was old and all items were old and in my opinion not safe for use. Luckily we just needed to sleep and go to early morning flight. This is an only option to go to airport for a one night stay and it’s only worth 49-69$.

The room was old and all items were old and in my opinion not safe for use. Luckily we just needed to sleep and go to early morning flight. This is an only option to go to airport for a one night stay and it’s only worth 49-69$.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever been to. I would not recommend it to no one, and it’s in a bad area with a bunch of drug dealers. Service was bad. The room was disgusting. The tub was disgusting. Just a horrible experience altogether.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

Staff was friendly, but the people in the place, looked like they were ready to mug you. To many people in the balconies, looking at what we were getting out of the car. Didn't like the Weed smell in the hall way.

Don’t go there, we didn’t stay there we have leave, dangerous area, prostitutes and people smoking marihuana, lady at the front desk ver rude fighting with another customer, bad bad!

Dated facility and not well kept. We arrived at midnight, and by 6AM, we left. Next door, a couple were fighting and screaming.

First smelt horrible, eventually got it changed. Room we ended up with was spacious, but the floors were NOT mopped (slate floors) the tv remoted didn't work (ended back down to the lobby to sort it), then the next morning we discovered that we didn't have an ironing board (went on the hunt to find one, and then overtime the room we ended up with, I realize didn't smell too pleasant either even after I sprayed a scent bomb in the a/c vent. Not sure whats going on with this property, but I wouldn't recommend it. It looks nice fron the outside, but based on these experiences I've had here, I NOT ever gonna consider this property again. I'm checking out in a few hours.

The experience made me feel in a $30 hotel for 3 hrs and I paid mor that that for the entire night I LITERALLY SLEEP ON TOP OF THE SHEETS !!!! I am believe the owner lives like that !!!!

Very bad worst experience ever. Staff was sleeping, I had to call Customer service to contact staff member. First room was not clean, Staff gave me two other room keys. I was told to check and see if either room was clean. The bed had stains On sheets, My wife killed five roaches. The tub was not clean. I left the property Didn’t stay one night and I booked for two nights. I’ll never book again

It smelled like cigarettes when it was a "smoke free" room. Sheets were dirty and couldn't sleep because of the other customers being loud in the middle of the night.

There were cockroaches on the bed and in the bathtub.

The property was clean but the extra 100 for the room after I had made the reservation that what I did like it not information .So I lost 100 when I book the room cause there is no refund. Bottom line I did get the room I did stay because of their clean up deposit

Very run down. Dirty, unsafe neighborhood, in need of repairs, very sketchy, rough clientele. We won't stay again. We were fooled by the online photos which do not match the actual property. Interior was nothing like photos.

I did not stay as the guy at the front desk was extremely rude and the keys were not made for my room properly. After several tries and the rudeness I experienced, I left.

A $100 deposit is ridiculous the rooms are decent come with a stove and refrigerator but no pots pans or sliverware? Not even paper cups. Microwave and decor is out of date

They take a $100 deposit above your room rate. The deposit shows as a payment not a hold and you can't have it released. So you have to call and ask for it to refunded.

The staff was nice and did the best they could but the property is HORRIBLE the entire place is dirty. They showed me many rooms and most of the showers looked like they belong in an abandoned house. The smell of mold is insane. I'll never stay here again

The assistant general manager Cera was awesome my husband and I will return just because of her. She was very professional and sweet.

Not to amazing , First room , I was giving was the bed was not fix & clean. Second room the door wasn’t working 100 percent it took at least 10 to 15 just to get the door to open

Overall it was awesome the only thing I have a problem with is that it had a lot of nets playing around in the room and it was a lot of noise like door slamming stomping under the floor just a lot of noise but it was okay

The rooms are spaces and clean, maintenance appears to be on top of things once its reported. Some of the long term guest are very unclean. And keep in front of their doors dirty. They sets in front of their doors with their room door open, like they're in an apartment setting. Was not happy with check in, the agent was having a personal conversation with two ladies. He did not even asked them to step to the side while checking me in. I had to stand to the side. First room was on the second floor, no direction to the room. I had to asked about the elevator. Get to the room, the shower was leaking, and water on the floor in front of the shower area. Was moved to the first floor, there was another scavenger hunt for that room. There was a lady setting in front of her door and blocking my door, that was just inches away. Bout door mats was dirty including having cigarette butts on them. The fridge was not working had to put my food in the bearly cold freezer. I reported same the morning and when i get back to the room the fridge was change to a new one. There were some other issues that i reported to the agent on checkout. The lights between the two beds was not working. The hotel can be a nice place if attention is paid to it.

Most that stay here are homeless. My neighbor screamed at his wife the entire time. People that couldn't afford the night sleep outside until they can afford a room again. Ghetto children screaming and running around. Florida is so expensive that the poor and disadvantaged are forced to live in places like this. There are 3 ESA hotels within a mile of each other all exploiting people that are down on their luck. This place is too expensive for the quality, but they will get it because no one has any other choice. That's why there's 3 of them, and they're mostly full. they can maximize profits while keeping the poor and disadvantaged both poor and disadvantaged. It's a trap. This is where our country is at.

The sink in kitchen was broke so we had to do our dishes in bathtub. The staff was aware of the issue however no one bothered to fix it. The laundry room was disgusting and all machines were out of order except one washing machine. I already put my money into the washing machine and did not notice dryers were out of order. The front desk refused to refund my money. I called corporate office twice about issues and they refused any kind of assistance. I even asked to move to a different location they refused. I used to be in hospitality and I know we'd certainly never treat our travelers this way!

The room had stains on the carpet that were frayed and were disgusting. It stank of cigarettes, the bathroom had paint stains everywhere, I didn't know if it was paint or another mysterious fluid. I fought with a cockroach that came out of the ceiling while I was taking a shower, I suffocated it with water from the shower until it went down the drain. They said the elevator was broken, I had to climb three floors with three heavy suitcases and no one at the hotel offered to help. I had a reservation for the same hotel the following week. I canceled and booked elsewhere.

I can see now that many other reviews have similar complaints. I should have read the reviews before booking but if so many people are making the same complaint, why has Hotel.com not updated the listing to reflect what the hotel actually looks like? And how can they possible justify the outrageous rate that I paid for such poor accomodations?

I would never stay here. Has bed bugs, very dirty property, room smells terrible ( either weed or smoking). Beds are worn out. Trash all over the property. I counted minutes of the night to get out of this place.

This was the WORST PLACE EVER. Front desk clerk was rude. Mean and the place was filthy. Our room was disgusting!!!!! Mold on ceiling. Loud neighbors. DO NOT BOOK!!!!!
