All was well enough but the room had a moldy smell. Need to be aired out a bit often. Could have better breakfast option.

The hotel had a bad oder and smelled bad specially our room, we had to purchase air freshener spray. They have a small kitchen but nothings came in it, we had to ask for everything, glasses, cups, forks and coffee machine. No ICE machine on property, and so called breakfast, I would even feed it to my dogs. Will never stay here again.

The front desk guy was awesome and very attentive. The only take away was the tub was nasty had stains that look like mold or something. But the room size was large and love the kitchenette.

Room smelt like cigarette smoke, windows were left open upon arrival to room, the room we originally choose rep stated was not available. Bathroom shower looked like mold.

There were a cracked paint on the walls, and although the shower was painted on, the discoloration made it look like the entire thing had mold. And even when we were switched to another room, the shower was in same conditions. There was also a roach in one of our food bags when we were checking out. And we were removed from the first one we were in to another not only because of the bathroom, but also, because there were bugs flying around.

Everything seemed relaxed and very welcoming the staff were very accommodating and always available very knowledgeable and helpful however I noticed. a shortage of shampoo and conditioner in my room any room was pretty decent clean snapped up AC work nice view but basically there was no conditioner or anything to moisturize or smell nice afterl bathing other than that everything was very peaceful thank you.

The property was SPOTLESS from the moment we arrived, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority! One of my favorite touches was the 24/7 availability of tea and coffee, which made our stay feel even more comfortable and convenient. PLUS FREE GRAB TO GO BREAKFAST!! The parking was perfect and SECURE, and the surrounding area felt VERY SAFE and QUIET—PERFECT for families. What truly stood out, though, was the STAFF. EVERY interaction was PLEASANT, but I especially want to recognize a young man named AAndre who was working the night shift when we checked in. Despite our late arrival, he greeted us with a warm smile and genuine kindness. He was incredibly RESPECTFUL, PROFESSIONAL, and went above and beyond to accommodate our family, especially considering we have a child with special needs. His patience and willingness to help made a lasting impression on us!!! Thank you!! Overall, this was a FANTASTIC stay thanks to the cleanliness, peaceful environment, and truly amazing staff. We will definitely recommend everyone!

After a long flight, it was disappointing. However, it is a great location as it is close to restaurants and shops.

Hotel is okay for a night or two. The staff are very nice. Rooms are outdated, the toilet in our room had on/off issues flushing (we notified front desk). Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Shower needs to be redone. Was given two very small bars soap, and one tiny tube of shampoo/conditioner (thankfully brought our own). No air dryer provided. Don't think we'd stay again sad to say. Parking free and abundant.

the room was clean with the exception of the random hairs in my shower before I used it and didn't bother to use the fridge bc it was on the dingy side. There was no telephone in the room so I could call the front desk, but no biggie, I used my own phone to call. I tried to cancel my stay and hoped the lady at the front desk could help, but she was of no help at all, became very rude and abandoned the front desk completely. Very unprofessional and a poor representation of Extended Stay. I won't be staying here or recommending this place at all.

The room was not clean- stove, and air conditioner dirty. Room had a bad smell to it and not well ventilated. My clothes reak of that smell now. Dust on tv stand. Phone not working. Toilet initially not flushing, lobby did not pick up when we called and my husband fixed it on his own. Bed uncomfortable, made our back hurt, and we were only given three pillows total. Overall not a good stay. Front desk employees kind. We would have left and gone somewhere else but it was a short stay and other hotels were full. Would not stay here again.

Our room smelled like whatever the adjacent rooms or hallway smelled like. One day it was weed, then next it was burnt cooking oil. Literally one night we came back to our room to find a young lady passed out in the hallway with per private area exposed. Why have rooms with a kitchenette if the kitchenette isn't stocked with dishes and utensils. Literally made no sense. I wouldn't stay here for free!

It was a good experience. The room was very clean and organized when we arrived. The staff that were sat the front desk were very kind and anytime I needed they were very ready to help! The “not like” thing that I would say is the carpet of our 3rd floor corridor smells a lot! That would be the only thing that bother us. Overall, good experience for what we needed! :)

dirty room, floor was filthy… first room we were in stunk so horribly we had to be switched to a different room which i never complain but it was unbearable almost like mold or mildew. staff was accommodating but no where to sit in the lobby while waiting for a car.

Kitchen utensils were provided on request and they were in very poor condition. Stove took an inordinate amount of time to cook. Kitchen sink leaked. Room phone did not work even though it was changed after I complained. During my 8-day stay, the room was not cleaned even once. The pleasant and helpful staff (most) saved them from not getting a poor review.

The hotel hallways were nasty, dingy and stinky. When I got to the room it was disgusting and smelled musty. I had no choice but to stay the night because of how late I got in but the next day I checked out. Absolutely nasty, go elsewhere, save yourself the trouble.

Ok room/hotel but needs an update.. i’ve also never seen a hotel that shuts the Coffee off right at 9 o’clock. I think it was that time, plus no breakfast items as in the picture when you book. I asked if he can brew another pot he says that’s it, we cut it off! Most hotels leave Coffee during the late morning for you, or usually all day.. besides that average hotel great location overall people were nice.

I paid in full when I checked in but immediately regretted it when I saw the room. I did not stay there. I requested a full, immediate refund, which was received the following day. Thought it was going to be a fight getting refunded but it was not, which was the best part of my experience. I've stayed in several Extended Stay Hotels in the past but this was the worst. It's bordering on being a 'dump'! The building is very old and in desperate need of repairs and updates.

The carpets are filthy. The bathrooms are moldy. The stovetop is from 1960’s and the tv’s are not very smart. You can’t watch any of your apps from them!! There are no lounge chairs at the pool! A couple of broken folding chairs and no cushions or pool towels.

The bed and pillows were terrible. The biggest problem was the toilet didn't flush and the day clerk was extremely reluctant to give us a different room. Terrible customer service. The breakfast was non existent.A few muffins the coffee ran out. I don't consider this a breakfast and shouldn't be advertised as one.which ran out by the time I got there and .so did the.coffee

Wouldn’t recommend this hotel. I had requested Lilly towels and the first thing she said was no towels and then she said she was going to check like she didn’t want to work. Then for breakfast there was no coffee and they forgot to put the muffins. There were several people waiting for them.

The overall aesthetic of the hotel was ok on the inside. It was clean staff was freely and helpful. It was the beds and AC that were the issue. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a concrete slab to go along with a paper thin pillow. The AC felt like it was blowing cigarette fems inside. A lot coughing and dry eyes. Location was excellent. Our room was not very clean (the receptionist explained that they only clean the rooms every 14 days apart from changing the sheets and cleaning the bathroom after a check out). One evening when I got back to the hotel, the door to our room stood open, the front desk could not give any explanation for that. There were various other questionable incidences as well. I would not recommend staying here.

It was good fortwo nights stayclean very accessible and service was good. The studio room was good. There's a shopping center across the street and there's a lot of different stores. We went and bought snacks and drinks filled uprefrigerator used to microwave and the stove up.

Kori was very friendly and helpful. I liked the full size fridge and kitchenette. However the toilet wasn't working in the night and there was no maintenance staff on site to fix it but we were able to move to another room which was good.

The hotel is in a very good location, centrally located and accessible. The staff was very friendly, but the beds had a sagging mattress and one of the hot plates didn't heat up. The only downside was that I found cockroaches in the bathroom, and the bathtub wasn't clean. Otherwise, it was great.

Smell and odor

Breakfast was basically nonexistent; there was subpar coffee, and processed muffins. The laundry area was superb. Again the room was nice and spacious and clean, except that the attempt to resurface the tub in the bathroom was a failure. The hotel was directly across from a shopping mall, and that was an extra nice perk. However, I paid for five nights. I only stayed for four and have yet to receive a reimbursement on the night I did not use.

They need to get an ice machine

This was 100 percent the worst hotel I have ever experienced. To say the rooms were absolutely filthy is a complete understatement!! Needless to say we called and got a refund for all 5 rooms and went somewhere else.

the first morning i had to go ask for towels second morning had to ask if there was any to eat, they didn't replace items and my last morning the coffee and food were not there. it was 6:15 before anything was put out. Somone else come for coffee and they hadn't even started it yet. I will not be booking there again Cindy Boyce.

First of all I would like to say that the staff were friendly and professional, but my room #234 sucked. My original room did not have a working microwave. The staff did inform me that the only other room available had cosmetic issue with tub. It had black marks, but not mold. Upon entering the room I noticed the front door was uneven and had a slight open spot. I was hoping that no insect would enter. Then I proceed to the bathroom and saw that tub. It was horrible. Please review the photos. I would like a full refund.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all it is not what the web site present, very run down smelly dirty stains on bed sheets towels and pillows, walls were dirty with make up in the bathroom and the tub was so horrible I put a towel in the tub just to shower the only thing that was good was it had a clean refrigerator.

Don’t say breakfast is included when it is just coffee. However the staff was friendly. The person that checked us in was pleasant so was the morning person.

The property was dirty, the rooms were cleaned every 2 weeks, the breakfast is horrible.

The building needs renovation, rooms need to be upgraded worn-out cabinets in the bathroom.

Russ was an excellent front desk personnel, he made our check in quick and easy and we did enjoy our stay.

They had a dozen of fans drying up some flood condition. No food but nutri bar for breakfast and coffee when they advertise breakfast. We had to go out to eat. No chairs around the pool to sit. Unbelieveably cheap room where you couldnt pull up the window treatment I ccould go on and on but nobody cares. I definitely would say"STAY a WAY.

As soon as I walk in to the room it had a roach killer smell. I got in at 11:30 pm after a hard days work and I encounter that bad smell. I had to open the windows and much and I could and had to put the a/c full blast so the smell can go away. I covered my self all The way not to breath that smell.

This property was absolutely deplorable. The tub had a piece actually missing out of the inside,it was dirty, there was not a queen bed but only a hideaway type bed , not enough bedding and none available, doors broken and decrepit, loud all night, heater and air conditioning system was incredibly noisy . The price was complete robbery and bordered on criminal! That the hotel can up their price so drastic simply because there was flight cancellations and many activities going on, so all hotels in area were booked to capacity. Hotel staff were very kind when we had any interaction and manager was even contacted. They even agreed they have never seen pricing of this hotel go up this high before. This predatory pricing. We would like a response and an adjustment to our bill .

The location was perfect for our stay, within walking distance to good dining! The staff were very friendly and helpful and were quick to correct a reservation error by hotels.com to honor the original price. They provided anything we asked for. The breakfast is basically just coffee and muffins/cold cereal.The building and rooms were clean looking. There was a smell to our room that was initially odd, but that is often the case with hotels. We found the bed to be too hard (some people may like it that way).

However on stepping into the place, this was a feeling of no safety, reeking with the smell of weed and weird characters on premise. Before we could go into the room, we opted to leave and deman a refund. We are waiting on our refunds

It was the worse experience I have ever received. I tried reaching out to hotels.com to no avail. The front desk personnel had me on a wild goose chase and think nothing of it. No empathy, no care., unprofessional. No manager on duty and could not be reached by phone.

I liked the quick and easy parking and the check-in and out. The staff were friendly. We only had a stay booked for one night. The reason I rated this experience as poor is because there were a few things that I have never experienced before at a hotel. Firstly as we exited the elevator to get to our room there was a strong smell of Marijuana. One of the room keys didn't work. The room itself looked nice and clean on entry; however; there was a small dead cockroach by the closet area, I'm not sure if it fell out of the ironing board when I opened it. The bath tub had what looked like soap stains on it that couldn't come out, due to the type of material the bath tub / shower unit is made out of, so we did not feel comfortable to use it without waterproof footwear. The sink in the bathroom was blocked and took forever to drain, (more than 5 mins) which is not pleasant when brushing your teeth. The room had a Queen sized bed which was comfortable enough, the A/C worked well. Another concern, was that the smoke alarm was hanging off of the ceiling by it's wires, so I'm not sure if it even worked. If we had booked a longer stay, we would have felt it better to try and find somewhere else, but as it was only one night we were hardly in the room and due to the experience, even though breakfast was included in our booking, we did not feel comfortable eating there, so we checked out early and went to eat at a local restaurant. Bottom line review, we would not stay here again.

1. Elevator was broken for 2 days. Big issue for people with disabilities! 2. They shouldn't even advertise breakfast. Not sure what they're definition of breakfast means! 3. Staff seems to wish they were working elsewhere! Very rude and nonchalant. 4. TV remote wasn't in the room. Very annoyed front desk staff, reluctantly provided me with a remote and says "hope this works" and surely enough, it DID NOT WORK! 5. Floor is either hard wood or laminate, very sticky! I wouldn't be going back there.

This was one of the best hotels I have been in in a long time. It's peaceful, and clean and in a great location. I will definitely be staying here again when I need a hotel.

I would not stay here again. The walls are paper thin and there was always people yelling outside. We heard a fight loud and clear outside of the hotel one night. I found hairs in my towels and the elevator didn’t work half of the time.

This was clearly a hotel that locals use to go do drugs, party and other things. It smelled like weed everywhere but my room was dirty and still smoky when I walked in. I was too tired and it was too late to go anywhere else so I stayed but it was the worst experience. The elevator broke when I was leaving so I had to carry my bags down heavy flights of stairs, just a nightbare all around.
