Took over 15 minutes for a member of staff to appear to let us into reception, leaving us standing outside at 10pm at night. WiFi didn’t work as they had trouble with connecting it to Apple devices so the reception desk had to call a number and spend 20 minutes to connect a phone to it. The room was ok, shower curtain was mouldy at the bottom and you’re given a tiny bottle of shampoo and a small bar of soap. Definitely not worth the high price they charge, thankfully we only stayed for two nights.

The ONLY positive from this room was the location… it’s close to the cruise port.
- 0.5/5
Found two roaches, room reeked of cigarette odor, moldy shower curtain, hair strands in bed and in towel, weird rust stains throughout room, “breakfast” only consisted of packaged oatmeal and sugary snacks.
- 1/5
The shower was broken and the free breakfast wasn't good.

The hotel was absolutely disgusting, it was filthy, there was an unpleasant odor throughout the property, and it felt unclean from the moment we walked in. My husband is a 22-year Army combat veteran who has slept in every kind of environment imaginable during his military career, and even he was extremely uncomfortable with the conditions. He honestly felt like we were going to leave with some kind of illness or infestation from staying there. The only bright spot during our experience was Yazmin. She was kind, professional, and helpful despite the condition of the property. Unfortunately, excellent customer service from one employee could not make up for the overall state of the hotel. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property to others.

Brandon and Crystal were very nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Front desk was helpful and pleasant . I stayed at 3 different locations in my last trip. This hotel was the nicest. Clean comfortable and very spacious. My room smelled like egg. That smell.was very off-putting but I gather someone cooked eggs prior. That was my only problem here.

the mattress cover having obvious bodily fluids on them was traumatizing.

Don’t expect this hotel to be similar to other extended stay hotels. It’s a 2-star. Adequate at best. Shabby, smells bad, poorly lit hallways, fur $100 very over priced. Weren’t even enough coffee cups for the cash and carry breakfast and the desk clerk couldn’t care less about this. Luggage cart broken, no plants!

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the room was clean, and there was plenty of space. Most of the staff members were pleasant and helpful during my stay. The staff overall was fine, except for one employee, Marcy. When I asked for a coffee cup one morning, she seemed irritated and briefly said, “I’ll bring them, bear with me,” while on the phone. She walked away and never returned. After waiting about five minutes, I gave up and went to Starbucks a few blocks away instead. What made this more frustrating was that coffee cups were unavailable 4 out of the 8 days I stayed there. It’s disappointing to offer complimentary coffee but repeatedly have no cups available. In addition, Marcy rarely acknowledged guests, smiled, or made eye contact during my stay, which did not create a welcoming atmosphere.

Every staff member I spoke to were helpful and were very pleasant. This extended stay hotel has everything you could want withing walking distance and they keep the place very clean. The coffee was hot and fresh each morning. The breakfast options were nice. Plenty of parking. The bed was comfortable. We will stay here again

Cleanliness upon arrival was great. Staff was helpful up until today-I was aggravated, made to feel upset and embarrassed after going through hell for the past couple of weeks! I told them the manager and housekeeping, that I was staying-through the door, yet they kept knocking on the door-I got stressed out and frazzled-I was in the bathroom!! I had been staying here long enough for them to know who I was. I know they got the reservation to extend my stay this morning!! Usually, the staff isn’t so intrusive. The front desk agent and/or manager could have called me as well-asking me if I was going to stay!! But instead-they had to come to my room-knock on my door-disturb me-and embarrass me-for raising my voice-I couldn’t make it to the door right away?!? Because Of this-I was made to feel like a crazy person-that was making everyone feel unsafe! They were flipping it around on me! I will NOT be extending my stay anymore! I will not stay where I’m made to feel horrible!! I’ve stayed at this hotel once in 2023 and in 2024-never had an issue, until now. Also, the weekend rates for this weekend are ridiculous anyway-I’m sorry I even extended.

Close to the port, room was very clean, lots of restaurants nearby. While I understand mistakes happen, we did have one very uncomfortable situation. We were sound asleep, and around midnight we were awoken by what sounded like multiple women at our door trying to get in. We assumed they were at the wrong door and just didn't realize it. All of the sudden our door actually opened, thank God we had the emergency bar on, so it slammed to that and then stopped. I yelled they had the wrong room from my bed and they left. The hotel offered us 10% off our next visit as we checked out the next morning.

The young lady who checked me in, Yasmin, was a delight. She was able to get me checked in quickly and made sure I knew where everything was before I headed up to my room. The room was adequate. The shower was broken but usable. The holder for the toilet paper was not mounted on the wall when I arrived so maintenance had to come repair it, but they didn’t even check the shower. I also wasn’t impressed that there were no towels in the room and I had to go to the front desk to get them.

Elevator not working (only works sparodically as per the pizza delivery person), no toilet paper or hair dryer in the room (had to ask at front desk for these). Breakfast was pathetic (granola bar or a pre-packaged muffin). Evening staff was fantastic, daytime maintenance man was fantastic, morning desk clerk (heavy set man) was rude, grouchy and totally unhelpful. Floors looked nice but were dirty,

The elevator went out my husband and my mother are in wheelchairs. We were due to go to Walmart to pick up some things, but learned that the elevator was down and did not get fixed until the next morning, but we were iffy about that because he could not reach the maintenance guy for the elevator just so happened. I woke up at 2 AM to check to see if the elevator was working because we were here to get on a cruise boat and if the elevator was not working, I was gonna lose $7000 on a cruise that I have been planning for three years and it was a birthday Cruise and Mother’s Day for my mother and myself. Maintenance should be on call at all times and should answer their phone immediately when there is an emergency and not wait until hours and hours and hours later, I am disappointed in this extended stay all the extended stays I’ve ever traveled and stayed in were excellent

Not much Room was dirty. I selected the room as I need a recliner to sleep in and that is what was pictured. No recliner avail. Barely Breakfast was horrible. No coffee. Very dirty. Hotel is housing homeless people. There was the smell of weed everywhere. Prostitues in foyer. We were stuck in elevator. Water damaged walls and floors in room. Place was disgusting.
- 3/5
Definitely not what the site shows as the hotel and rooms are worn out and need to be renovated. Elevators were not functional all weekend and unacceptable.
- 5/5
The location was great! The staff we dealt with for our reservation was full of life, very easy to talk to and she gave us good pointers on where to find certain stores.... The breakfast was pretty much snacks.
- 1/5
Serious problems: 1. Breakfast consisted of small plastic-wrapped muffins, child size yogurt, and coffee. Never seen such a nothing, and they claim it’s breakfast— rip off. 2- Room cleaned only once a week, even if you request after 3 days. Wish they had told us. Rip off. 3- and the worst… no extra toilet paper… one roll for 2 people per week. We asked, and were told they didn’t have any. Unbelievable, but this actually happened. Recommended action plan: sell to someone else because management has no idea how to run a business in hospitality.

The staff was great… Crystal was wonderful! It was dirty, people lived there more motel. The bathroom was soooo dirty. Around the faucet wasn’t cleaned nor the tub. Had to clean the BR before giving my kids a shower. The trash room was disgusting. Had people idling in hallways, big men standing and eating in hallways, throwing trash on the floor. No housekeeping. Carpets were moldy. Ugh! I could go on.

Elevator was not working. Had to use stairs. Dirty kitchen and bathroom. Toilet fluid would not flush. Staff was very helpful to handle luggage up and down the stairs. The AC was very quiet and cooled the room well. Maintenance was quick to repair toilet and install new batteries in the for lock. Location was very good for walking for anything needed.

The employees were friendly Both elevators were broken They advertise free breakfast - just coffee and muffins and no seating area Difficulty flushing toilet

Upon checking in: A/C unit leaking water all over the floor and was squishing out from under the vinyl floor planks. Had to ask for towels repeatedly to wipe up and cover the floor. Humidity in the room was very high because of all the moisture and smell was not pleasant! The second night, neither mine nor my husband’s room keys were working and had to be reset. No hair dryer, the least of our issues. The front door was stuck when we tried to leave the building, and we had to push it open. In my opinion, a major security issue, not to mention the 2 elevators were making horrible scraping and cracking noises that resulted in our friends, who were staying there as well, ended up getting STUCK in the elevator and the fire department had to come and get them out!!! We missed our shuttle to the ship, we were going on our 1st cruise, my friend was paralyzed with panic from being stuck in the elevator for more than 15 minutes. The front desk Lady told us in not so nice words, not to talk to other guests, that were coming in and out of the building, about what was going on with our friends stuck in the elevator! I was promised a 50% refund, and I have not received it yet. The picture of this extended stay is nothing like it. Very used and no updates in years. The bathroom is a whole other story!

Unprofessional staff, roaches , mold and rats outside the parking area . I requested 4 nights back after realizing staying there was destroying my mental health. They refused , even though I checked out and gave them the key back .

The floors were filthy in the room, my feet were black. Their breakfast is is packages of oatmeal and coffee. They have no ice machines, and the kitchenette in the room has no potts/pans and no cutlery.
- 4/5
Crystal is absolutely amazing at the front desk! She made my stay with my kids so much more memorable. They allowed us to leave our bags at the front desk after we checked out so we could explore the area before heading to the airport. The only downside was the elevator was not working when we left so had to carry our luggage down 3 flights of stairs. But other than that the stay was perfect! Thank you again Crystal you were amazing ?
- 4/5
was ok but not as good as expected. Place clean enough until you looked at the soles of your shoes....
- 0.5/5
Only thing went well they offered to hold our luggage behind the check-in counter. the closeness to the Port. I went to check in, the place smell horrible everyone was just sitting at the front desk, the lady did greet us Understood we couldn't do early check in, they did offer to hold our bags however there is no holding space only behind the check-in counter. we went to get coffee came back, there was no place to even sit and wait. A family came down and ask them didn't you hear us ringing the elevator bell we were stuck for 15mins. the answer was we didn't hear anything. that was the last straw, I told the person that we will not stay there.

Clean room pet friendly
- 4/5
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location, for us, was excellent as it was only a short drive to the cruise port. Unfortunately, it was quite expensive for an overnight stay. The breakfast was lame. A dried out muffin in seal plastic, a coffee and maybe a small yoghurt. I expected more.
- 3/5
The shower is worst and the room floor is sticky
- 2/5
Biggest complaint was there was NO breakfast offered as listed. There was a coffee machine with only sweet cream sweetener in a pump with a small selection of muffins and oatmeal in a pocket. No milk for the oats or regular sugar. They called it a coffee bar which is accurate—nothing close to breakfast. Got to the room and there was no hair dryer. Note stated go to the desk and request. We did and they had none to hand out! I understand doing this due to thefts but either offer one at check in or make sure you have enough for all rooms. One issue to think about-we were in a handicap accessible room which was not a problem. However the bath had a high step in tub and with the shower running stepping into the tub was very precarious even with the grab bars as the tub floor was slippery! Even I was very unsure stepping into it. Needs to have some permanent anti slip coating on the tub base.

This place is absolutely great the property is clean the rooms are clean and the staff is amazing the front desk host crystal is very sweet and helpful I enjoyed staying here.

Awful hotel!!
- 4/5
Was a great location, good price, and the staff was kind.
- 3/5
We traveled by car for 4 hours and arrived an hour early. Our name was placed on a list was told maybe in 15 minutes we could go to our room. it never happened at 3 pm we got our room. Our fault bad timing. we could not use the rest room in the lobby because we didn't have our pass key. Desk clerk looked like she slept in her uniform. There was no complementary coffee or water available. No vending machines for beverages or munchies. The breakfast offered was a joke. the coffee station where the creamers were had caked on old smelly creamer incrusted on it. There was no fruit, no protein no cold cereal no bowls for the oatmeal were available. I kid you not, there were 4 spoons and six yogurts if you like yogurt. Just hard dry mini chocolate and blueberry muffins. no plain creamer and no napkins. At 5 pm I asked one of the maids where the ice machine was and she informed me that I had to make my own with the trays in freezer in my room not good when you are only there for a night. FYI they needed to defrost the freezer. No shuttle to the port no shuttle to the airport but we knew that from the beginning. there was one bench in the lobby and one bench outside not enough seating for amount of guest there. The elevator broke and both were down for several hours not good when you're on the top floor and pushing 70. We have used extended stays quite a bit, but after this stay, our worse stay, we will be looking for other options.
- 1/5
Staff was not trained at all. Property is old, dirty, and need of repair and improvement. Breakfast options are basic. It was quite and slept ok

Front Desk Staff are amazing, especially the Female staff, she’s amazing will give her 5Star..👍👍
- 5/5
Crystal is the best she very helpful and has the best customer service
- 2/5
Very outdated, needs more than just a fresh coat of paint. Beds stiff and running water has very little water pressure.
- 2/5
Service was just ok floor was damp
- 5/5
The customer service was top notch! Lots of things to do and see in walking distance. Good value.
- 2/5
The shower handle was broken, the room smelled of burnt pasta, and the hotel was dirty. I would not stay in an extended stay again. Also, the grab-and-go breakfast was a joke. The pictures online are VERY deceiving. Also, the elevator that we took dropped before it went up and didn't seem safe, so we lugged our luggage down the stairs in the morning.
- 5/5
The staff was very nice. My room was clean and the bed was comfy. There are lots of places to shop and dine within walking distance.
- 1/5
I there was also garbage bags lining the hallway when we arrived to our floor and they were still there the next morning. Would not recommend this hotel at all!
- 3/5
It was alright.
- 2/5
Place is pretty rough. Staff was not the friendliest. Airport shuttle was advertised on the site but they don’t have one. One main reason why we booked. Breakfast was a joke and super sketchy. They would bring out a tiny cart with some random stuff on it it. But nothing seemed very clean. Decorations falling off. Front door don’t work half the time and you had to force it open. Wouldn’t stay there again.
- 2/5
Can walk to port and convention center/ needed update-paint chipping, toilet paper dispenser pulled out and lying on counter/elevators jerky and slow/basic beds/shower head you had to unscrew to get minimal pressure/no central air/staff was fine and quiet in room.
- 2/5
There were no amenities. No coffee or tea pot in the room or hair dryer. Had to leave early for the airport. No coffee service in the lobby or anywhere until 6am, which was just a half hour earlier than when we left. This was one of the most expensive hotels we booked and the most disappointing.
- 3/5
Wasn’t really a breakfast- just some breakfast bars and yogurt
- 5/5
This location is perfect for the cruise port, so many shops, places to eat and grocery store with in walking distance. Crystal at the front desk is li d and sweet.
- 1/5
From a non-guest sitting in the lobby charging a phone making everyone uncomfortable, to falsely advertised “breakfast” offered, to blood on the sheets, hair and toothpaste in the bathroom, cigarette and weed smells all through the hallways when supposed to be “non smoking” this was the WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had. We left within 30 minutes of checking in— and only stayed that long to find another hotel. Absolutely horrible and disgusting
- 5/5
My stay was awesome thanks to Crystal
- 5/5
I stay here for a week and crystal made sure I everything was ok with my stay I recommend everyone to stay here
- 5/5
Crystal was amazing her guest services is the best
- 1/5
The room air conditioning was broken. The toilet leaked under the flooring when flushed, so it would seep up through the cracks in the vinyl tiling. They didn't have any other rooms available or maintenance on call to repair these problems. Then, the morning desk person was late getting breakfast setup and she had a bad attitude when we were trying to grab oatmeal packets and paper cups to cook it in our room nicrowave. We told her we had a flight to catch, but she should have been better prepared and set it up before 6am instead of starting at 6:15am!
- 4/5
The room was clean and staff were welcoming. Luckily we were able to check in early.
- 3/5
The pictures on the Expedia website are a little misleading. This hotel is quite tired and is badly in need of updates. I guess if your expectations are low, then this would be something that would be suitable.
- 3/5
Front desk staff were very nice. Housekeeping staff were not pleasant and unhelpful. Hallway carpets were dirty with trash on the floor. We had to run the AC constantly or the room stunk. The dresser drawers stuck/didn’t close. The room is bare bones. Bathtub and shower curtain were stained. Water pressure in the shower was non existent. Would not stay again.
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 1/5
Absurdly overpriced. Our desk table had one leg attached using blue tape...
- 1/5
Very dirty hotel. Unsanitary conditions.
- 1/5
Hotel smelled like urine, walls were filthy, pubes on the toilet when I walked in blood on the shower curtain toilets don’t flush well. How dare anybody have the audacity to call this a hotel
- 3/5
The room was clean enough, it was definitely in rough shape, and the hallways were pretty dirty. The ladies that checked us in and out were friendly and pleasant.
- 2/5
Worm furniture. Terrible shower. Had to go to front desk for a hairdryer
- 1/5
The room was horrible no hot water it had a weird Oder of …wet??? Just not it and they charged almost 400 a night don’t do it
- 5/5
Ok
- 3/5
The room looks old and in poor condition. Some of the plates surrounding the electrical outlets were broken. No USB ports. The continental breakfast offered was meager. However, the staff was courteous when I checked in and checked out;
- 3/5
The listing is inaccurate. There is no pool or shuttle service. The bed was about as comfortable as sleeping on concrete. There is a cooktop and microwave but no pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc. I will not recommend this hotel and will not stay there again.

The facility was average. The staff was great. The room was clean but I found the shower faucet a bit unusual and even after 2 days I was still unsure of how to adjust the faucet to receive the warm water. I did not experience any of the amenities.
- 4/5
Staff courteous, great location for our cruise layover.
- 4/5
We stayed here one night pre-cruise. The location is very close to the terminal at Port Everglades. It was clean enough. The only in room amenity was a small tube of shampoo. Hair dryers were available for the asking. The.staff was very friendly and helpful. Firm, comfortable beds. Carrabba's is next door so very convenient for dinner. We skipped the grab and go breakfast at the hotel for a bagel and good.coffee across the atreet at Einstein's bagels. $28 Uber ride with tip for 4 people Uber XXL). Smooth and easy!
- 4/5
The room was very clean, functional if not fancy, and it served our purpose very well. We appreciate the refrigerator and microwave, stove top, ability to get kitchen utensils from the front desk. Employees at desk were able to respond to our questions and needs. Location in Harbordale is very good as well.

Yes
- 1/5
Clueless don't stay there!
- 4/5
Staff was extremely friendly, room was very clean!
- 2/5
The room smelled bad. Like mold and stale cigarette smoke. There was a cigarette butt in the kitchen sink. The artwork on the wall had holes in it. Quarter size holes. The front desk staff was friendly. They offered me 50% my next stay but nothing for the current stay. I told them I don’t think I’ll return.
- 3/5
Internet speed too too slow
- 2/5
Overall feel of the hotel was sketchy. Key cards did not work...had to insert it, wiggle the handle, etc. and maybe by the 5th try, it finally unlocked. No coffee maker in room. No blow dryers. For an extended stay there were NO kitchen supplies. Tiniest shampoo bottle ever. Took 10 minutes to get hot water each of the three days. Bathroom door knob was in danger of not being able to open.
- 5/5
Yes room are excellent...staff professionals and helpful. ...
- 2/5
The hotel needs updating. The rooms are good size but showers lack good flow, and furniture needs to be updated
- 4/5
Yes the room was spotless. The young girl at reception desk was courteous and helpful.
- 2/5
Hotel is neglected and barely kept. Rooms smell horrible.
- 1/5
You lied to us. Have to think about ever using expedia again. Shame on you. I will take this up with your company when my vacation is over. There were 2 parties going to this room. Each paying $25 for a shuttle that was supposed to be free. Not happy. You will need to make it right or i will gladly spread the word.
- 2/5
Room smelled like smoke. The advertised "breakfast" consisted of some cereal bars, stale muffins and instant oatmeal and some yogurt. No fitness. Was working in my room at 9 am and some workers knocked and said they had work to do in my room. Seriously? On the plus side, room was relatively clean and bed was good
- 1/5
This was the most dirtiest place I ever stayed at. the carpet looked like it hasnt been clean like in months. I encounter 2 roaches in my bathroom. We couldnt sleep f how disgusted we felt
- 2/5
Booked a queen studio. When we arrived, our room was no longer available. We had to pay an additional $11 to downgrade to double full bed studio. We could barely fit in the bed!
- 1/5
The room was in terrible shape. Curtain rods falling off, counter tops filthy, and the room smelled like something died. They gave us a different room, however there were crawling bugs. Never again!
- 2/5
Hotel was not clean - lobby felt unkept and hallway to room had lots of cat litter all over the floor. Room had broken shade that could not be openned. When i mentioned it to the front desk they vacuumed some of the litter up but did not address the shade.
- 5/5
Hotel was unable to find reservation until we called
- 3/5
Had a small bug problem in the room and was immediately offered a discount. Other than that the room appeared clean at first sight.

- 3/5
Very limited services. The shower does not drain well. Staff was nice.
- 3/5
Very basic room totally without charm. It comes with a kitchen but no kitchen utensils. Thin towels, tiny bar of soap, no other amenities. Bare minimum "to go" breakfast, no coffee or tea option in room. Massive room size, suitable for family.
- 1/5
But worse of all was the fact that we couldn’t sleep at all due to some guest banging doors every 20 seconds throughout the night and you can hear literally everything. Other than that, don’t count on complimentary breakfast, it’s a joke. More like a tiny corner counter with a coffee maker - Didn’t even bother. The entire building is old and not well maintained. The carpets all around are gross. Obviously not at fault of the staff. Location is convenient, that gained the ONE star. But that’s honestly it.
- 4/5
Room was okay. Hallways needed a good vacuum
- 2/5
The room smelled awful stove tops were not clean we opened the microwave and it was disgusting and the hallways smelled rotten
- 1/5
Paid 250 for a room that was not clean. Bedding is stained and dirty. Was told new sheets would be brought up and they weren’t. Went down to front desk and was now told that I had to bring the dirty bedding down in order to get new ones. Went into bathroom in room to find cockroaches crawling on the toilet.
- 1/5
No the kitchen was not fully equipped. The staff was very unprofessional, hotel is very dirty. I don’t recommend it to anyone.
- 2/5
Will not go there again
- 3/5
Room was okay clean nothing fancy we only stayed one night
- 3/5
Everything is around, there weren’t breakfast in hotel at all but around the area was breakfast place
- 1/5
No hairdryer in room. Room was in disrepair—curtain rod halfway off the ceiling. Grab n go breakfast consisted of a prepackaged muffin. Coffee was awful. No napkins available. Staff did not seem to care.
- 5/5
Great thank you ☺️
- 2/5
Amenities and room.
- 3/5
Hotel need to remodel!!
- 1/5
I will be asking for my money back. The shower didn’t work, the hotel was dirty, have a video of a cockroach crawling through the bathroom, a shower faucet did not work, and are booking stated that breakfast was included and only tea, coffee and prepackaged muffins were available. This was a huge disappointment and I won’t be back again.
- 2/5
Staff are friendly and helpful. But the property needs repairs and updating. No ice machine at all. The elevator doesn't work practically ever. We had to carry our things down the stairs when we checked out. Even saw someone being brought down the stairs in a wheelchair. Not really worth the price we got charged. Sorry but wouldn't recommend. Feel bad for the staff
- 2/5
I had to move into three different rooms in the span of an hour. Very disorganized staff definitely not customer friendly!
- 5/5
Good stay
- 5/5
Clean area and hotel. Check in was quick and simple. Clean room. Spacious.perfect spot for us to stay plenty places to eat at.
- 5/5
Kitchen we nice to have and shops are walkable.
- 3/5
Room was clean but it smelled like curry from a past guest and at times I could smell cigarette smoke coming from a neighboring room. Was disappointed to find out there was no fitness center and the coffee bar should stay open at least for another half hour until 10am. 6-10am would be perfect!
- 4/5
Here for 1 night prior to cruise. If needed more than 1 night I would find another place. No common area to sit and have coffee in am. Place is in a tired condition.
- 1/5
Filthy place, everything was broken. Had to lug the luggage up and down the stairs as the elevator was broken. Toilet didn’t flush and sink didn’t drain. Total waste of time and money
- 5/5
Loved everything
- 3/5
First room we were assigned had a broken AC, but they upgraded us to a suite.
- 5/5
Yea
- 5/5
Everything perfect and clean.
- 2/5
Good staff support, but the breakfast advertised was terrible...the people staying there are all dock/construction workers and they fill their thermos with coffee in the am...there is no coffee or food at 730 am it is cleared out. There are no ice machines..if you want a cheap stay near the port/airport..this is the place to stay
- 3/5
The room was wonderful. The only issue I had with the hotel was that they left us stranded at the cruise port. When we came back from our cruise. I had called the night before to have the shuttle come pick us up. She took all my information where the boat was coming and everything we arrive back at the port, and I called to make sure that they were coming only to be told that no they do not pick up
- 1/5
Dirty hotel . Filth under the bed. Dirty overall. Absolutely nothing for breakfast worthwhile. No decaf noreal cream no fruit. No ice machine. I am going to request a refund
- 2/5
First room we got wasn't clean. Weird smell throughout the hotel. Our friends room had the smoke detector chirping the whole night. There was no toilet paper holder. It just was just very disappointing for the price.
- 1/5
Showers are dirty area not safe
- 3/5
Ok
- 5/5
Easy and close to convention center. Clean room. Helpful and nice staff
- 4/5
Yes, clean and nice
- 3/5
No ice machines, no hair dryer, no water pressure in shower, misrepresented breakfast. Would not recommend.
- 5/5
the room is very nice, the person at the from deck are very nice, very nice for parking no charger
- 5/5
Alex at the front desk was very personable...even provided a dinner recommendation. The room was sparse, but adequate. The only weird thing about our room was the height of the showerhead--it was only about 5 feet off the ground. I requested an accessible room so I'd be sure there were grab bars in the tub/shower, but still expected the shower to be full adult height!
- 3/5
We stayed here for 2 nights before our cruise. The location is great with many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Very close to the cruise port. The heavy set African American lady working the front desk was rude to our 21 year old daughter. I sent her down to the front desk to get an additional face cloth because there were 3 of us in the room and only 2 face cloths. She was too lazy to put her cell phone down and get a face cloth in the room directly behind her. She told her to come back in 30 minutes for it. We ordered in pizza and had a 2 litre soda and she asked for 3 disposable cups to use and her response was “No ma’am those are for breakfast”. She had very poor customer service skills. The breakfast was the worst included breakfast I have ever seen at a hotel. I went down about 30 minutes before breakfast was over and there was absolutely nothing there. They did go and retrieve some prepackaged muffins, yogurts, nutri grain bars and prepackaged hard boiled eggs. That was the extent of their breakfast. There wasn’t even any cups for the coffee. One elevator was out of commission our entire stay and the second one broke down during our stay. They have done a lot of renovations to the rooms but have neglected the windows. I’m guessing they are the original windows when the hotel was originally built. There was a foul smell outside the hotel like sewer or something. It isn’t something we normally smell outside here in Canada. Maybe that is normal there.
- 3/5
Nothng much unique..some good eateries nearby..not much for breakfast..no outdoor seating area for guests..so so stay.
- 5/5
Room was excellent
- 5/5
Courteous and very helpful,
- 5/5
Not fully equipped, but they have kitchen supplies at the front desk for our use.
- 1/5
So much was wrong with this hotel. As we were checking in, there were 2 young women selling vapes to a guest. The whole hotel is in great need for updating. I booked 3 rooms for myself and family, and all 3 rooms smelt of pet urine and cigarette smoke. The floors were sticky, and furnishings were outdated. The stovetops were filthy with stuck on food and rust, and the refrigerator had food in it, so clearly the rooms are not cleaned dsily. It was so terrible that we dared not to even sleep under the covers. We asked for oter rooms but there were none, as there was some type of convention going on and there were no other available rooms. This was the most unsanitary environment I've ever seen. The rooms were so disgusting that we left before the sun even rose. Sleeping in our car would have been a better option.
- 4/5
Staff definately was courteous
- 5/5
The bed and the bathroom and the kitchen sink was very tidy
- 5/5
Yes, very welcoming.
- 4/5

- 1/5
This hotel should not be available for booking on hotel websites. It’s a low income apartment option tourist trapping people heading on cruises. It was infested with cockroaches, everything was moldy, rusted and the poorest quality. The pillows were completely flat, towels very small and stained. We reported the roach problem to the manager letting him know we saw multiple roaches in the room and we he said nothing and wouldn’t even look at us. Horrible experience. I feel disgusting having stayed there.
- 3/5
Room was okay but no staff to help and not flexible to even accommodate any emergency help.
- 5/5

- 4/5
Well there were a few thing that was not so good but hey mainly, the friendliness of the staff. They were so helpful. The rooms were all right. Basically we enjoyed our stay at the end of the day. It was good.
- 1/5
Mold in my room, i immediately checkout out and left.
- 5/5
Man at front desk was very helpful and suggested a few nearby restaurants.
- 3/5
Staff was great but the room was less than clean or in good shape. Stains on towels, curtain and less than clean bathroom. A washcloth was found hanging on the shower curtain bar.
- 2/5
The room was notably not clean in several areas and the amenities are not nearly as nice as presented in their website. The front desk staff was disengaged and acted like we were imposing on him.
- 3/5
Upon check-in, front desk staff (Shaniqua) was excellent, Friendly & helpful. The room as extremely basic. No extra pillows, no blankets (just the sheets on the bed), no dishes, bowls, glasses, pots/pans, etc for the little kitchen area and NO coffee maker. Never stayed at “Extended Stay America” before so not sure if this is standard but I don’t know how someone can stay in a place that has nothing to offer customers. There were 2 small plastic glasses and the bathroom and that’s it! In fairness, perhaps if we were staying longer there might have been some kitchen items. But still no excuse for no coffee maker. Bed was very basic. TV was good. Window shade was torn. Expected more for $235 for the night.
- 2/5
The air conditioning not good
- 4/5
Clean room .
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly
- 3/5
Rooms are sub par best. Not very clean. The towels supplied need replacing. Musty order in room. Large hole the window screen. Nothing good to say about this establishment other than room rate for the area.
- 5/5
We thought the floor in the room was not as clean it should have been but other than that everything was great.
- 4/5
it was fine for me
- 4/5
Clean room.
- 5/5
Some additional landscaping and maybe a better area for pets. With seating
- 5/5
Def my favorite hotel
- 5/5
Enjoyed it
- 3/5
The room was clean. Hotel was very old & needs a good renovation, as the hallways were a bit overused. Smelled of smoke at night & pot in the am. (Nonsmoking property)Didn't look closely at the ratings. I should have booked a little closer to the other entrance of the port. The staff was courteous. Glad it was a shorter stay
- 2/5
..
- 5/5
Okay
- 2/5
Half the parking lot was closed off due to repaving, wish that was told to us as parking was awful. Entire facility smelled of weed every floor and the elevators. Beds were so hard and the shower dripped the entire time. Was told I would be able to park for cruise and was never asked nor offered to extend parking so I had to leave and find somewhere else to park for the week.
- 3/5
Price was good, front desk girl was really nice. As far as quality you get what you pay for, room and hallway had a wet kind of mildew smell. Toilet would only flush part of the time
- 5/5
Awesome
- 3/5
Didn’t get the room I booked . When I got in there the previous persons wash cloth and pubic hairs were in the bathroom and the tub was oily …. The room was funky but ig that’s what you get for the price ….
- 1/5
At 2:30 in the morning, I was woken up by someone screaming down the hallways and banging on the doors and it sounded like someone was being murdered. The fire alarms were sounding off for what seemed like 10 minutes. The police were called and were able to subdue the situation. We were not able to sleep well at all after that. At 4:30am you can hear the beeping of trash trucks working and the banging of trash containers. Overall the experience was horrifying and traumatizing.
- 5/5
Great job
- 1/5
It was a total disappointment, from the parking to the restrooms. The breakfast was terrible: the coffee was cold, there was no sugar, and the bread didn't look fresh. The parking lot was littered with trash. Not recommended 0/0.
- 3/5
Well, the property was getting the parking lot redone so parking was very limited but a lot of the people that were in line waiting to check in or looking for people were all kind of seedy and you have a sort of unsafe feeling because their signs posted everywhere to remove valuables from your car. So obviously that's an issue. Also, the valve in the shower was really unusual and difficult to use.
- 1/5
Terrible
- 3/5
Bathroom has mold, and the flooring is swollen and wet like there is a leak in the floor. Otherwise, an okay place to sleep for a night. Breakfast sucks.
- 5/5
Is a good hotel recomended 100%
- 1/5
Wouldn’t go back.
- 1/5
If you are looking to be profiled by the manager Alex and bullied by the entire staff of the hotel where you are staying, this is your place! I booked almost 10 nights and extended nothing but emphaty and respect to every single staff members. The big back dude of the night shift is beyond rude, the other one is just weird. Shashuka or whatever was very nice at first when no work was requested, but apparently requesting towels (or cleaning them myself)
- 5/5
Super easy check in- they even accommodated my early check in request! Coffee- although it looks like mud- hit the spot and actually wasn’t bad😃 so try it.. room was clean, bed was comfy and the view was superb.. plus, LA fitness was less than 5 min- you can walk there.. and shopping plus Publix in same plaza- so very good place and will make it my ‘place’ to stay when I visit..
- 4/5
The front office desk was friendly and helpful.
- 1/5
A staff member knocked on the door while I was using the bathroom. The TV was on and with the bath fan going, was unsure it was my room and not the neighbors. Once my door was opened, I understood it to have been my room as confirmation. The staff member never announced themselves. When they opened the door, they blew past the lock. Were it not for the latch being across too, they would have walked in on me in the midst of using the bathroom. I find it troubling that a staff member would show up and Not announce themselves, that the key they use allows them to bypass a bolted lock (typical of a Manager's key), and the lack of Security associated with this Unprofessional approach. I urge management to review their policies and procedures, retrain the staff, and exercise added oversight to ensure higher levels of professionalism and security. When things like these go overlooked, it begs the question what else are they allowing to go on at this property. I shudder to think this might be the least they are up to.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 1/5
Rooms are self service. I had the staff open my door twice while I was in the room. Breakfast is coffee muffins yogurt fruit and granola bars. And coffee was usually out. The toilet was stopped up from day one. Towels were limited. Even room service came in to look in the room and never cleaned anything and never came back. Advertised room service and breakfast. Highly disappointed. They told me to take my own trash out to their trash room.
- 2/5
You cannot have maintenance breaking down the door to change a bed of an occupied room. The hotel front desk was contacted to request maintenance return to the room at a reasonable time; when I the female solo traveler is out of the room. I was told by the front desk agent the maintenance had to come in the room now! The agent was ver rude and I had to contact Expedia to call the hotel! It was after Expedia called a female agent knocked on my door inwhich I told her I’m packed and checking out. To make things worse I was not feeling well and partially dressed I was alone and felt completely violated, uncomfortable and unsafe.I am a hospitality industry owner traveling for business and this experience was the worse I’ve experienced in my over 20years of traveling. I had to cut my trip short and checked out immediately. As a business brand owner I must suggest that the staff needs proper guidance, and training! Contractors must also respect the integrity and privacy of guest. This experience was a personal wake up call and I rather spend more money and be safe than spend less and compromise on safety and security. I am grateful to Expedia to take action swiftly and relocate to a safer environment. I trust the Senior Management Team of Extended stay to do their part and correct the issue so no other female solo traveler will experience what I went through. All the Best!
- 1/5
Elevator only works half the time having to use stairs. Bathtub does not drain. AirCon very noisy. Breakfast offered is like a connivence store, packaged muffins, fruit bar, packaged oatmeal and coffee. No airport shuttle available, pool or gym. Refused refund as booked by third party (Expedia). I stayed 8 but wanted out by 2! Avoid..

Traveling with a dog and finding a nice pet friendly hotel can be an issue. This was a good find where the room and staff were excellent. The only issue would be the dog walk area could be more clean. I think there might be a vagrance/homeless issue.

Nice quiet area and hotel is back in the cut

- 3/5
The staff so so involved with each other and was not as friendly as most hotels. Our bathroom was also not very clean. You could tell they did not sweep or vacuum the corners and there was hair and trash all in the corners of the room
- 2/5
The property was rated decent reviews within the pass month from several guest, it was nestled between a holiday inn and an embassy suite, in a decent location. The pictures advertised painted the place as being updated and well maintained. To our surprise it was somewhat rundown. We had a broken door that wouldn’t lock properly unless you slammed the door. Brought it to the attention of the on duty manager Alex so they could fix it before we returned back to the property. It was not dealt with. The individuals coming in and out of the property made you think otherwise about booking a stay there. With having little ones and the issue not being rectified in the timely manner, I decided to scrap the booking there and find another property to house my family. They were reluctant to refund the cost of both night voting that they could have moved me different rooms. At that point it was too late to rectify the situation.
- 3/5
It was an average stay. Room was nice but we went there for the kitchen & they were out of kitchen supplies we needed so we had to run to the Dollar Store to get supplies. Elevator was out for a short period while we were there. Nothing else was wrong with the room & it was convenient for where we needed to be.

Amazing hotel, I had an amazing experience!

Hotel is old. Accommodations old. Poorly maintained. Guest services was lacking friendliness--wanted us away from front desk as soon as possible. Was a stop over before boarding our cruise. Will not stay here again
- 5/5
This is a wonderfully located pet friendly property. It is well maintained and spotlessly clean. The suite I had was a perfect size and I would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

I stayed here a few times before the property is. Clean it’s actually the cleanest Extended Stay I’ve been too, no smell and I love the front desk CLERK KAYLA she definitely goes out her way and is a real sweetheart.

This my first time I complain about my stay, the room its been empty for long time, smell terrible, the sink in the bathroom was clog and toilet bowl not working properly. The elevator out of service and the customer service not friendly and helpful. Overall I really regret booked this hotel. I want half of my money back!
- 2/5
I didn't like that the elevator broke down, there's no ice machine, no daily house keeping & there was a roach in my room.... When told about the roaches the manager was very apologetic, the other staff was polite as well.....

The stay was fine and the service was fine. The included breakfast is just coffee and packaged muffins mostly. They didn't have regular coffee creamer. Just sweet ones. The people who worked there were very nice. The room was fine. Nothing extraordinary. Just a room. I would probably stay there again. In walking distance of restaurants and shops.
- 5/5
The staff is very supportive!
- 1/5
We arrived very late due to a delayed flight but we had previously been assured as long as we checked in by 2am we were ok. After landing we called multiple times to confirm that we were still on our way, but the phone just rang every time. We took our chances and taxied to the property. However nobody was around to let us in. We called the front desk with the phone by the door and still no answer. We called the reservation line and they said we could wait longer or we could go to another location. Someone did eventually let us in but in the 1.5 hours in the middle of the night we were stranded and unsure if we were going to have a place to stay. Very disappointed in this experience.
- 3/5
Close to airport and cruise port. Lots of restaurants, grocery store and shopping within walking distance. There is NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE however it was advertised on expedia website that there was. Fortunately we had called ahead to find out the procedure for a pickup and were informed that they had no shuttle.
- 1/5
My air conditioner unit in room continued to leak the entire time i stayed. The floors were soaking wet. They had no way to accommodate. They also complained immensely when i asked fir additional towels to clean the mess. Never sent anyone to fix until i was walking out the door to check out. The room had rusted furniture on lamps and no charging ports in the room for phone. Never will come back very upset and not satisfied as i was here for business

I usually stay at Hyatt place close by Extended stay America good value, but minus the pool gym bar and cooked pre-manufactured breakfast. But other than that Extended stay America I felt a disconection between the glossy advertisments and the product. Good location, close to amenities. The hotel is like a motor inn, no vibe or atmosphere, no common areas. The rooms are spacious and beds comfortable, each room has a kitchenette great if you want to keep it simple. cooking items available clean from reception, Carabbas the italian restaurant next door was good and affordable.

After a long day of air travel it would be nice to have a cold beverage when you get to your room but unfortunately this hotel had no ice machine. For $200/night you would also expect the desk clerk to give you a granola bar even though you missed the cutoff time by five minutes. Hotel rates in Fort Lauderdale are ridiculously high. If staying the night before a cruise you probably would spend less with a room and taxi ride from MIA than the overpriced FLL hotels many of which have no airport shuttles.

Service took a bit to get help after a couple ring to get someone to check us in. Bathroom in one of the rooms booked was not cleaned but they were able to move us to another room. Overall stay was good!

The staff was kind and accommodating, however quite unorganized from my experience. I was put in a room that was still being cleaned, moved to another room and had someone knocking on my door in the evening and morning because they didn’t know I changed rooms. The bed and main area was clean. The bathroom definitely needed a deeper clean. Fingerprints on the door and soapscum in the shower.

I have to be honest, we only stay here due to the price being cheaper than the other hotels in the area and also evening close to the cruise port. The hotel needs a remodel, carpets in the hallway holds a very old smell. We went down for breakfast at 8:45am, there were no more eggs or yogurt left, breakfast was supposed to be over at 9:30am, lots of time to have refilled. Our friends went down at 9:10am and they still had not refilled any food. Staff did not even greet us when we arrived but I have to say the gentleman on checkout was a little more friendly.

On the plus side, it is close to the cruise terminal and has nearby shopping and restaurants. On the minus side, the elevator was not always working and we had to carry our bags up to the 3rd floor. Water pressure in the shower was very weak.
