Great, huge, "cool" room. Great location, 1/2 block to beach. Would stay again.

The landscape was adorable and the pool area had a bar area along with tables and lounge chairs with umbrellas. The room came with a little kitchenette with lots of seating. All the amenities were included like a fridge, blow dryer, towels, soaps, shampoos, etc. My only difficulty was the parking decal. I was worried about being towed but was advised to just park in front of the property and come to their sister hotel located next door in the morning for one. So that was easily done in the morning. The stay was for 2 nights and we made the best of it. Everything was within walking distance. Truly a great stay

It was a great experience everything was answered in a timely manner. Definitely a place I’ll recommend and stay again.

If you’re looking for a cheaper place close to the beach this is a great option. Very close to everything, beautiful views, and nice outdoor area.

Cute boutique hotel that needs some TLC. The positives are the location, security gate, room size, community areas, outdoor kitchen area with ice maker and filtered water. The negatives…there are ONLY 4 crappy lounge chairs around the pool. Those should be put to the curb, support bars go through your back with sagging canvas. They need a dozen new loungers instead of dining tables and chairs. Also purchase some useable beach chairs instead of the junk they have that is low to the ground and rusty. Beds are lumpy, pillows are tiny, shower doors don’t seal shut in room 1111.

The room wasn’t clean. I can see dust at edge of the ceiling. Big stain on the stool underneath the table. The 2 night stand lights was broken as well as the iron. There was no staff around when I get there. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It

I loved the location, it was easy to walk to the beach and surrounding restaurants. The room was bare bones, though clean was run down. The locks to the door aren't very secure. The furniture needs updating. The A/C works perfectly, the shower head has to be angled to the wall or the water shoots up and over the shower glass wetting the floor. With a little elbow grease and update this would be a gem.

I go to Fort Lauderdale atleast once a year and I always stay at Elita. You cannot beat the value and the proximity to the beach. The staff is extremely helpful and is available whenever you need them. The hotel is clean and well equipped with beach towels.

My stay at Elita Hotel was awesome! Before you even THINK about booking here, please note the following: this is an older property hence why the price is LOWER than the surrounding hotels and this is a SELF-SERVICE hotel with no front desk staff. Upon arrival, you have to enter a specifc code to get into the property gate, then you obtain your key from the lockbox next to the hotel room door. The room stayed nice and cool the entire stay with the a/c on and there is also a ceiling fan in the roon for extra air circulation. The room included a mini fridge, safe, king bed, tv and a small table with chair. The bathroom was also nice with a stand up shower. I wish the vanity was bigger but it was fine. I did hop in the pool that went up to 6ft. Surrounding the pool are tables, chairs, and a dining area where you can bring your own food and hang out by the pool. The community "living room" is where you will obtain extra supplies for the room if you happen to run out. If you do need to contact staff, send a quick text and they reply back SUPER fast! BEAUTIFUL view of the ocean from the 3rd level sun deck and from my room! SUPER short walk to the beach where I was able to rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the W Hotel staff and was also able to order food and drinks out there! This hotel is centrally located out of the way of the "busy area" and rambunctiousness. The surrounding restaurants are really good! I enjoyed my stay and would love to stay here again!

Getting in was annoying due to a 6 character code that must be entered at the gate each time. Parking was questionable and even though I paid for a parking pass, I never got one. Otherwise, no complaints

Messaging on both Expedia and phone with apparently different people doesn't work very well. The bed was made with sheets that didn't fit it.

Overall it was a great stay. When issues came up, the staff was very attentive. This property is great for a younger crowd, for the mature traveler it's ok.

We did have a beach view from our room through a small area.

The Elita had very easy parking and was very nice and quiet and was an absolute pleasure to stay at. The price was much better than alternatives.

Staff was very attentive and responsive to any needs. The room was very clean and roomy. The air conditioner worked perfect and the bed was extremely comfortable. There were plenty of towels and amenities to use for the room, pool and beach. Very secure with gated entry requiring a passcode. One suggestion would be more mirrors in the room outside the bathroom for getting ready for a night out but other than that everything was perfect. We did not have to use parking but it is available for a fee daily. Convenient walk to down town

Location was good, staff kept checking in to make sure things were good, noticed things that wasn’t up to par-stains on the wall that I thought was throw up or diarrhea but ended up being wallpaper glue which was also peeling.. floor felt so dirty I kept having to put socks on to walk to the bathroom and take them off when I got back into bed-they reached out they came and cleaned it. Last day I found broken glass on the patio the section where the flooring was wood-told management about it and never heard back-probably still there as we speak. Gate can be loud closing.. door to the room doesn’t close all the way I’ve had to come back multiple times to double check that it was closed-it was not make sure you push the door all the way. The bed sheets kept falling off-if you were sleeping with someone else it definitely will be unbearable i stayed by myself..I did have a single basic hotel room but I feel like it could’ve been better for the room aspect

The whole place itself is a little ran down. But it’s not in terrible condition. The room I booked wasn’t the most clean. You can definitely tell the rooms only get a quick wipe down and linen change and never get a deep cleaning. The front desk hours are very limited and I barely saw any staff on the property. BUT, when you message the property, they get back VERY quickly, willing to resolve any issue or question you may have. Overall, wasn’t a bad place to stay for the price.

I didnt travel there by car so im not sure about parking, but the staff and conditions of the room were great. The guy who checked me in at their front desk down the road was awesome made me feel welcome and helped me store my luggage.

Great place for the price! Not your typical hotel with front desk service, but had a nice array of amenities. Room was a little small, but we weren’t in there much. We spent most of our time at the beach which is only skip, hop and a jump away.

Very stressful to check in. First night fire alarm went off 5:45 AM my kids were terrified. Pool and bath towels looked like rags, shower pole and curtain falling off every time when we open and closed to shower , supposedly it had breakfast area terrible i would never prepare a breakfast in the designated area not worth the money i paid.

I know It’s not the staffs fault, but it sometimes can be a toss up when staying at a hotel where there is not front end staff to intervene about expectations. However, the customer service was always a text away so any complaints I had they took care of them swiftly and I truly appreciate that. I would stay again!!

The room I stayed in had been hastily cleaned and it showed. Just a few minor things like the shower and sheets not being fully clean but for the location and price point it made sense. You’re right off the main strip and only a block from the beach. Excellent walking point and far from the main clutter of downtown. Nice location just make sure your room isn’t one of two without a view! Felt dingy to be in the back with peeling wallpaper and a tiny window. Outlets also were worn and wouldn’t barely hold my charger in. Ac was nice tho worked like a charm.

Had a nice bar by the pool but wasn't open. The livingroom where we had to wait to check in had no TV. The bag holding room seemend a bit shady. A small closet located in the forst floor. No staff on site to assist. Check in instructions could be better. They should have staff on site to assist!

Lots of noises, not family recommended. Lots of young people on the property drinking and listening to loud music. Walls are thin and you can listen to everything from the rooms next to yours.

In the room, no refreshment at that price with two bottles of water when you travel from far away. No glasses. The room furniture’s are damaged.. and seem to wash with only job which is a strong smell. Mattress and pillows are awful. -bad experience for that price

Room was ok everything was self check in only thing I don’t like I paid 40 dollars for parking pass that I never received so I feel like it was no need of paying

They fixed the AC when I asked them to, but there were March break kids everywhere and it was very loud throughout the night Ns someone even tried to open my door at 4 am

I contacted the hotel staff and advised them of the situation. They responded and apologized for the inconvenience. The staff member assured me that she would follow up and attempt to refund me half of my money despite their no refund policy. The follow up never occurred but I wasn’t expecting any refund due to their policy. Book at your own risk.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time here . Customer support was amazing , you could text the hotel and I’d always get a reply within a few minutes. The check in was at 4 but they had my room ready by 2 without me even asking .

Wouldn’t book here again. No hotel staff on site is the biggest issue. Everything is do it yourself. They don’t service your room, it’s impossible to get clean towels & rags and there are no amenities. The pool had trash floating in it from the night before and when I notified the person on the other side of the “text massages” she replied, “maintenance told me the pool was in excellent condition”. It’s a bunch of young spring breakers staying there so it noisy and they left trash everywhere everyday. There was piles of trash outside my hotel room & a housekeeper cart they stayed there my entire stay. I asked for an extra clean towel & wash rag because my room came with only one and I was told to look in the “living room” that was a joke. The have run down outside furniture & overall it was a poor excuse for a hotel. Two positives: the room was clean when I checked in and when I asked to be reassigned to another room because the outlets were faulty, they reassigned me after offering to run the most obnoxious extension cord across my old room. Do not stay here unless you care nothing about your stay.

Hi. Everything was great at the Elita. The only thing I can say that I did not like is that when you get to the Hotel, there is a reception area with no one in it....all day. You have to walk down two buildings to actually speak to a receptionist/manager. There should be a sign on the Elita Hotel telling you where to go. Other than that ... perfect!!!

Clean room

Poor experience, poor housekeeping, the curtains don’t work properly I end up fixing it, parking situation is terrible you pay online and you will get ignored when you ask fo a receipt. Never do it again!

Room was good neat tidy

It was very nice, only thing is mattress was to soft and my back was killing me.
