Never ever again.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. We had everything needed for a one night stay.
- 1/5
The room I was in needs a deep clean and/or refresh. The room was dirty. With visible build up of dirt and trash in all corners. The bathroom was well worn. As, the mat that lined the tub evidenced. Not only was the elevator excruciatingly hot, the room I was in was a bit too warm as well. The ac unit struggled to keep the room comfortable (which it did not). There was no iron in the room. I did ask for one from the font office. They kindly obliged. Compared to the photographs…this place was not as pictured. Would recommend ALL avoid.
- 2/5
was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room and common areas did not feel very clean, and overall housekeeping standards seemed lacking. In addition, the surrounding neighborhood felt unsafe, especially during the evening hours, which made it difficult to feel comfortable during our visit. While the staff was courteous, the cleanliness and location concerns outweighed the positives. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again and would recommend that other travelers carefully consider these factors before booking.

I was only in Florida from Saturday May 16 to Sunday May 17 for my birthday. I chose this hotel because the price was very affordable, and they offered shuttle. I paid for 3 nights (15-18) so I could check in Saturday morning and check out Sunday evening (to accommodate my flight. The shuttle (uber) was excellent, driver friendly and helpful. The disaster started the moment I saw the property. The "Office" wow, no words. The staff were helpful. I had booked a NON smoking room. (called & checked in Friday night) I have asthma, and once I opened the door, I began struggling to breathe from the smell of smoke. The bed was made, the room looked ok, BUT the refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker/cups etc were in the bathroom. I felt like I was going to vomit. I was picked up by my friend and was out for several hours trying to figure out how to book somewhere else, saddened by the fact that I wasted over $300.00 (including insurance) I returned and packed up my things. By this time I had shortness of breath, was wheezing like crazy. I checked out and went to stay with family. The staff said I could ask the 3rd party for 1 night refund. I would really love to get my full refund. No disrespect to the people who stays there but that place is the worst place I have stayed at. I am still traumatized by the experience. I have video and pictures to proove it happened. NEVER again

This place was horrific. It smelled horrible, the bathroom was dirty and moldy, it’s not convenient to the beach. We checked in and immediately checked out. Luckily the front desk staff was so polite and understanding of the experience and gave me a full refund. Just do yourself a favor and don’t even book
- 4/5
Room is clean, just needs a paint job and furniture replaced.
- 2/5
We booked the none smoking room but the room smells cigarette
- 5/5
Super recommended!

There was yelling going on outside. There were people hanging around the outside of the office that were obviously not staying at the motel. The fee to the airport was suppose to be $15. per person, stated at the time of reservation. It was changed to $20. per person effective 5-1-26. The $15. quoted should have been honored. An additional $2. was added to our bill because we didn't book directly. This was not disclosed. Not that much, but it is unethical. We will never stay at this location, or Days Inn/Wyndham in the future, and not so sure about using Expedia in the future.
- 4/5
Easy to call hotel to send shuttle
- 3/5
The location was a perfectly fine place to stay for the one night before our cruise. The staff was nice enough to get us into our room well before 3:00 since we arrived via plane several hours before check-in. We were able to use the hotel pool during our short wait for our room. The hotel sent an Uber to pick us up at airport instead of a shuttle, but that was fine by us. We did have a bus shuttle to take us back to the airport. The hotel seems outdated, but overall clean.
- 3/5
Old Florida hotel rooms are updated but quality of the upgrades are sketchy..
- 3/5
The property served our purpose for a quick place to stay overnight
- 4/5
This was a good stay.
- 1/5
Floor in room so dirty, feet black after walking on them. Looked liked it had not been mopped in days/weeks, Next to Amtrak rails. On busy road.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They provide shuttle service to and from the airport via Uber. The room was clean and up to date. The pool was clean. Ample parking. Although their restaurant was not available, there are fast food places near by.
- 5/5
The front desk staff was very helpful. The room was clean. Shuttle to the airport was available.
- 3/5
We booked this hotel last minute because our flight got canceled. They did order us an Uber to pick us up from the airport which we really appreciated. However, the shuttle doesn’t start until 5 AM so we were unable to use it and had to pay for an Uber, even though they advertised shuttle service. The beds were comfortable but the washroom and bathtub is very dirty. Front desk was helpful and there is a gas station close by to get some supplies.
- 4/5
Convenient location just off I-95 and walk to Wawa in 3 minutes). I've stayed here before and would definitely stay again if in the area.
- 4/5
Nice enough for a 1 night stay
- 4/5
It’s was close to my school and clinicals
- 1/5
Avoid this property! Convenient location to the airport, and the shuttle was helpful, but other than that, there is nothing positive we can report. It was dirty, dated, and was just icky all around. We never took off our shoes, including in the shower. The shower curtain had mold at the bottom, the ceiling above the bathroom sink was peeling badly, the room door didn't close tightly, and we felt uneasy for the 8 hours we were there. Lots of noise from other guests. The ONLY reason we stayed there was that our flight was cancelled, and nothing else was available in the area because Formula 1 was in town. I literally can't believe we paid ($210) to stay there - they should have paid us. But I can't even name a price I'd be willing to accept to stay there again. Just gross!
- 4/5
Guest services was very resourceful
- 4/5
Nice stay for one night with airport shuttle included. Breakfast would be nice if included but a WAWA is down the street.
- 5/5
Everything was nice
- 5/5
Good micro and frig. Near outside food.
- 4/5
Convenient to get to the airport. Clean, but nothing fancy, good for what it is.
- 3/5
No airport shuttle - had to take a taxi and get reimbursed. No breakfast.
- 3/5
Airport shuttle service great and we were allowed to check in early. Pool and room were clean. Decent place for one night close to the airport and the port. Reception staff did not seem to enjoy their work.
- 2/5
Needs better conditions
- 4/5
Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was great after a long day of flying. We flew in from Fort Lauderdale to leave the next day for a cruise from Port of Miami. They got us a complimentary uber from the airport to bring us the hotel, all we had to do was call when we arrived at airport and got our bags. Uber was great. No shuttle to Port of Miami but had no problem getting a decent priced Uber to the port the next day. No hotel breakfast but WaWa is walking distance :) Good for a short stay between other travel plans.
- 5/5
Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were clean.
- 5/5
All clear
- 2/5
The tub was squishy so we didnt take showers due to not wanting to drop into the room below us.
- 2/5
The bed was clean, but the toilet seat was disgusting with grime on it I had to clean it before I could pee! The floors turned my feet black, hairs on towels and all over the tub, and fridge had smears all over it! There was a gap around the door and we could hear all the traffic noise. I believe everyone was smoking pot! The customer service was good as they let us check on super early! The shuttle to the airport was nice and clean!
- 2/5
Bed linens was dirty, had trouble getting into room using key card
- 2/5
Airport shuttle and the staff was helpful
- 4/5
Not going back
- 4/5
It was close to food places
- 4/5
Bed and pillows were very comfortable, great for couples the bed was huge and comfy and the room is very roomy. Bathroom was clean.
- 3/5
Shuttle was a complimentary uber from the hotel which was great! The room itself had an odd smell to it, and the shower had a weird spot to it. Idk it might be mold so it made me uncomfortable to shower. Im happy i was only there for 1 night
- 2/5
Our bed was horrible, it was like trying to sleep over a large crater. The whole place was just sketchy.Loud music after midnight , had to call the front desk to get it shut down. We were there for three nights and I asked for something to be done about the bed no response until the last night when they finally moved distant to another room. Would not recommend unless you're desperate.
- 5/5
The room was very clean with nice ambiance
- 1/5
Badly in need of demolition.
- 2/5
Area around the property did not look great and the overall field was one of not being very safe
- 2/5
Ther literally a hole in the wall to the outside world lol
- 3/5
We weren't able to use airport shuttle as our flight was delayed . Rooms are nice and clean but property feels a little unsafe out side
- 3/5
Proximity to highway, easy on and off for one night is perfect.
- 4/5
Hotel was clean. Hotel location was o.k. Lots of visits to the hotel from police.
- 4/5
The airport shuttle was a nice addition.
- 1/5
The airport shuttle was not easy they send a Uber to pick us up from the airport that one wasn't bad but when we was leaving to go back to the airport they called a next Uber to take us because the shuttle was not there. The shuttle what supposed to take us to the airport was a jeep and his name came to my phone he said he was minutes away however, a Uber driver in a sports car pulled up to pick another lady but the man inside told us to go with him i told him that our bags would not be able to fit in this small car he said they could fit i asked him what is the name of this Uber driver he said he doesn't know i must asked him. Only two of our bags fit in the back truck, two went in front seat and the other bag was placed between us which was very uncomfortable we wasn't able to buckle up it wasn't like the other Uber driver didn't show up he did and they canceled it. I would not recommend no one there the office staff was not pleasant at all. The washers and dryer was good.
- 1/5
We booked it mainly for the free airport shuttle, but our flight was delayed and we missed it. When we arrived around 12:15 AM, it took over an hour to check in with only two people ahead of us. The front desk staff was rude and completely unhelpful. The area felt very unsafe, especially late at night. There was security in the parking lot, and at one point they sent someone to check our room before we could go up—without any clear explanation—which only made things feel more uncomfortable. The room itself didn’t feel clean, and overall we just didn’t feel safe or at ease. We barely slept and couldn’t wait to leave first thing in the morning. Bottom line: cheap price, but absolutely not worth it. Avoid this place. ⸻ If you want, I can dial it up even harsher (or tone it down slightly depending on where you’re posting).
- 3/5
Please breakfast
- 3/5
They left without us and we didn't get our 5am wake-up call because phones don't work in rooms which was terrible
- 5/5
Our flight was delayed and we didn't get in until 3am. They held our room for us and check in was quick
- 1/5
The dirtiest place I’ve ever seen, staff was rude, looks nothing like the picture shown
- 1/5
AirPort shuttle was great
- 2/5
Rooms were outdated. Bathrooms were not cleaned well. Shuttle from airport was convenient but we left too early in the morning to utilize it on the way home. Cheaper to take an uber than pay for the cruise port transportation if you have more than 3 people in your travel party. Next time I will choose somewhere else
- 3/5
Roaches in the bathroom, staff would not allow smoking in your own vehicle while raining outside.
- 4/5
Room was clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
The staff was very accommodating and friendly. There is a convenience store a block or so away which had great sandwiches. The road is very loud.
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
The room was clean, the parking good. For 1 night is good
- 1/5
Room was dirty, door didn’t close property so made it very loud when facing the road. Pool had a chair in it. Did not feel comfortable staying there.
- 3/5
Airport shuttle was easy to find and a plus.
- 3/5
No issues with parking, but property was not as advertised. It was old, dirty with some sketchy characters around. Registration was a converted hotel room. Also had to have the key card recoded at least once a day because it would not work in the lock. Tub was dirty. Stairs were damaged and unable to use. I've used Days Inn several times but after this experience I will not use again.
- 3/5
The room was very loud, we could hear all the noises from the road and outside
- 1/5
We got there late and
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff
- 2/5
The airport shuttle was the best part of our stay. Our room smelled strongly of marijuana and there was a used soap and wash cloth in the bathroom.
- 2/5
The property was in shambles. The room was cleanish, but everything looked like it could use a refresh. The staff was super rude, including telling me and my son to catch the next elevator rather than letting us get on with him when there was plenty of room. We also had a lady walk by that was clearly tripping on something and mumbling nonsense which turned out to be one of the cleaning ladies. I don't know what she took a hit off of while she was on her break, but she was clearly on something. We had booked 3 nights but didn't feel safe staying any longer than we already had. Luckily the manager refunded our money for the next 2 nights.
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and the room was nice. Only issue I had was the floor was still slightly dirty that made my feet dirty after showering.
- 1/5
Police visited hotel. Fire department visited at 3 in the morning. Fridge was all rudted and leaked. Was not impressed. Left a night early it was so bad.
- 3/5
Although website says breakfast included.. there was NONE. Staff just said ‘yeah I have to get my manager to remove that’. No real dining choices except a Wawa station about a10 minute walk away
- 5/5
the room was very nice and clean!
- 5/5
Five-star service! The staff at this Days Inn location is exceptional. The front desk was incredibly accommodating and handled all my questions with such grace and kindness. They are very solution-oriented and made my visit much easier than I expected. The hospitality here is top-notch, and I will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in the area!
- 2/5
Property smell like drugs all over the place
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful when we had an issue getting the door open and keys didn’t work. Beds were comfortable.
- 3/5
The staff was good and the communication was also good. The rooms, especially the bathrooms could use some work. The exterior was unattractive. Fellow guests were smoking weed and the dank odor detracted from our enjoyment.
- 1/5
Felt like I was sleeping or trying to sleep on the road. The noise from car traffic and people on the walkway until 4 am. The smoke from the weed coming through the vents was overwhelming.
- 2/5
N/a
- 3/5
Check in staff very nice and helpful regarding local restaurants. Appreciated having a shuttle to the airport at 6 am.
- 2/5
The staff was excellent. The property location was terrible. It is right off a very busy road, and we heard car backfires and traffic all night. We did not feel safe in this location. The door to the room was not sealed properly, and the room was very noisy. I appreciated the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport, and the staff was phenomenal; however, I would not recommend this property.
- 2/5
We stayed jn
- 2/5
Rooms are ok, but outside is chaos
- 5/5
We were worried when we got to the hotel cause it didn’t look like much but staff got us in rooms by 1:00 and the rooms were clean, fairly modern and everything you need. For the price it had great value for $. Airport shuttle arrived exactly when they said. Staff were great! Lobby was being renovated so that would be better if you have to wait for room or shuttle…Pool area could use some attention..
- 3/5
Updated, clean room where they try to make the most of the space and the age of the property. The main issue is the location of the property at the corner of railroad tracks; interstate hwy and 4 lane hwy. The noise is unbearable 24 hours a day. Not a place to rest.
- 3/5
When we got to our room there was water all over the bathroom floor- had to call front desk twice before someone came and looked at it- walls were paper thin and our neighbors were very noisy and were up all night
- 1/5
The door barely closed was warped like some9ne tried tonbreak in kinda damage folks walking and talking on their cellsphones outside tgeir rooms till 3 am striking all kinds of buisness if you know what i mean
- 5/5
Didn't use the airport shuttle. Rented a car from MCO.
- 1/5
Terrible
- 1/5
Room keys didn't work You have to have the card physically on site and not on your phone They only take cash if you pay an extra 150 dollars And only take cards if they have a chip. Bathrooms are very small and not properly maintained with low water pressure.
- 2/5
We arrived late due to plane delays, had called ahead to inform the hotel, but when we arrived for our prepaid room, were told we were marked as a no-show since they needed to close their books for the night. They had luckily not resold our room, but the experience was odd. We were then required to pay an additional non refundable $2.00 fee on a credit card, even though we had booked and prepaid, and were then given a room for which the door did not seal at 4:00 AM in the morning. PS: Elevator was broken. We propped a chair under the door handle to try to secure it. The morning staff during checkout was not much friendlier. No place to wait for shuttles inside, no coffee or anything, had to stand outside in the heat, crammed with dozens of other folk, waiting for a shuttle to Port Everglades. For the price of over $200 for the night (more like 7 hours), I’d never return to this hotel.
- 1/5
The sheets were dirty, stained, and torn. They do not iron the sheets, so when you go to bed, the mattress looks all rumpled—as if someone else had already slept there. I asked to have them changed, but the replacements I received were just as stained; furthermore, they weren't truly white, but rather a dingy off-white, as they appeared to be old sheets. They didn't even change the sheets for me; I had to do it myself because there is no housekeeping staff on duty at night, nor is there any personnel assigned to handle emergencies. The hotel needs to replace these old sheets with new, stain-free ones, as their current condition creates a poor impression on guests and makes them hesitant to lie down on bedding when they cannot be certain it is truly clean. Additionally, they did not provide enough towels in the room.
- 1/5
Our room had black mold. The key cards did not work. The hot water was backwards the front door lock was backwards….never again
- 1/5
Front did not fit or lock properly. Located where 2 highways intersected with a rail line and planes taking off from the airport noise was unbearable. Bathroom had rusty soap dish
- 1/5
The airport shuttle was not easy to find, so we ended up paying for a cab ride over. Only a portion of it was reimbursed . Upon entering we were told we would have a room overlooking the pool, that was incorrect and upon entering the unit the bathroom stunk so I asked for another room. Our second room was the same except there was dirt and mold in the bathroom. The ceiling you could tell had had a leak and was patched. Overall this was a horrible unsanitary stay in Fort Lauderdale that was way overpriced. We had stayed in toronto at Best Western on Eglinton and we paid 1/3 the price and it was clean, gorgeous and included our breakfast .The price was overinflated due to the demand for people connecting with their cruise. Had I had a car I would have left and found somewhere else , this is unacceptable to be charged over $300 U.S. I feel i should be reimbursed for my stay at this establishment, many other customers were complaining about this motel.
- 2/5
The airport shuttle pick-up area was not easy to find. The Ride-sharing pick-up area was located @ area "H". Area "H" did not follow area "G" but was in the opposite direction...Housekeeping never cleaned the room. Housekeeping never stepped inside the room. Fresh towels were handed to me @ the door. @ the same time, I handed housekeeping plastic bags full of trash. Clean trash bags were handed to me, in return.
- 2/5
Room smelled bad. Had to have door open to air it out. Mold in the fridge and microwave broken.
- 4/5
Every thing was good
- 1/5
This property was HORRIBLE !! Roaches black mold filthy tub and they don’t want to give you your money back or another room to stay
- 3/5
Shuttle from the airport was a uber but it seemed to work out fine.
- 4/5
This property is rundown and had some spots with black spots, could have been mold. The staff was friendly however and gave us our room early. For a one night quick stop it was average. Airport shuttle was clean but late this morning, make sure to take an early one to not be late for your flight.
- 3/5
The hotel needs some upgrades
- 3/5
Noticed it said free on the website. Called back and clarified airport not cruise port so now free. WiFi password should be given out at check in. There was a $2 per day surcharge for "booking through a third party" even though I used the Days in Web site. Mirror on the wall is crooked, two of the drawers would not close. There was an ice bucket but no glasses to use, other then two coffee cups. They did manage to get us a early check in even though it was not the room we ordered. Called the switch board to book the shuttle to the airport the next morning. I asked three times could they accommodate the amount of luggage we had and was told yes Arrived downstairs no record of our reservation. Told by manager, it should still be ok even though there were 15 people waiting with luggage. Shuttle arrived, I push one of my bags over, told driver 6 bags he said no room. Accused by manager of lying. DO NOT RECOMM
- 1/5
Would not recommend staying there.
- 5/5
Unfortunately our flight was too early for the shuttle to be of any use.
- 3/5
Nothing around this property it should be knocked down or at least condemned Remove from hotel .com not good for business.
- 4/5
The first room they sent me to was not serviced yet but they set me up in another right away.
- 4/5
The staff was fantastic. Helped us with directions got us in our room early so we could head down to the beach. The room was clean! The only downfall was traffic noise all night long.
- 4/5
Ok
- 1/5
Great professional help but terrible rooms….outdated carpet beds etc with all kinds of late late noise and activity outside!!
- 5/5
Quick check in, airport shuttle, clean room
- 3/5
Staff was very nice and accommodating. Noisy location.
- 2/5
Well below average. Very unpleasant area. High traffic noise. Did not know that it was a motel. Pictures on website are very very outdated
- 3/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The facility was worn down (broken elevator and vending machines, washer and dryer in the open hall). The location was very loud next to a busy road and a train. It was too expensive for what we got. However, it was fine for the 1 night stay between the airplane and the boat.
- 4/5
Good for the price
- 3/5
Floors were dirty and grout in tile floors was planked with dark gunk in grout and where you can see the grout it’s a light cream color. Not clean or well kept. AC sounds like a freight train when it’s running.
- 2/5
This property does not have breakfast, a shuttle or even an actual front desk. And it wasn't kept up.
- 4/5
Room was perfect for quick overnight stay
- 3/5
The room was dusty, and I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste none was in the room. The tub was not clean at all
- 3/5
Room was clean but right beside train tracks and a very busy highway. So noisy!
- 1/5
arrived using a cane because of a recent broken femur surgery, i waited at least 20 minutes for reception to clear 1 client, after i checked in i was told i had to place a parking sticker in my windshield!! disabled and not any offers to help. got to my room and it was totally filthy. next morning went down to have breakfast at the on-site restaurant and guess what? no restaurant!! the reason i chose this hotel was because of my limited mobility. i will definitely be refusing the charge on my card
- 4/5
The check in lady was super nice but if i did it again i would get a Lyft to the cruise port.
- 1/5
Room was clean. Bathroom filthy outdated cigarette burns on the wall. Pick up and drop off service poor. Late to pick up offered no assistance let off at arrival instead of departure and told to walk.
- 4/5
The accommodations were ok. Housekeeping was there everyday. The front office staff was nice. It’s close to the airport and easy access to Port Everglades at a reasonable price.
- 3/5
Staff was good. Room was ok. Not great.
- 3/5
Not the cleanest. Nice staff. Bed was comfortable. Very noisy on the front of the building but didn’t matter much I was tired
- 3/5
Room was clean, shower was hot, no bugs, bed was comfortable, there was alot of wear and tear on the place though and it needs updating for the price paid which was median for the area, door to the room has a visible gap you can see light through, poor sound insulation
- 2/5
Price was cheap for the town but still felt overpriced for the facility. The front desk was a 1 star experience. We walked thru a sketchy neighborhood to Wendy’s. The pool was above average for outdoor and not heated.
- 2/5
The room door was not in that you need a lot of strength to open, and it slammed super hard but still it remained slightly ajar, one has to push it hard. It took 2 attempts at having the room keys programmed. I went out for food my son stayed behind and someone from housekeeping knocked then truly just let himself in to deliver a coffeemaker, cause the one in the room was dirty with coffee pod still inside, that entry was not right. The only thing that was ok was clean sheets. That was a gross experience and it wasn’t cheap either for one night stay, just because it’s like the lower tier of the Wyndham family of hotels doesn’t mean that the conditions where what they were.
- 3/5
Very noisy and a train went through very close by about 2am.
- 1/5
Got in at 9:00 pm. Turn over the blanket, and the sheet had hairs on them. there were no housekeeping so the maintenance brought me the new sheets and blankets, and hand them to me. We had to change our own sheets.
- 2/5
Bed was on but that bout it
- 1/5
Everything was bad
- 3/5
Lets the say the best part of this stay was that the room was clean and the gentleman named Chip that checked us. It was definitely not the Days Inn of Wyndam we had expected. It looked sketchy but the parking lot was full and we never felt unsafe.
- 4/5
Staff are a little nonchalant, but they handled all requests. The room was for guests visiting from out of town, so it was mainly a place to sleep and eat breakfast before heading out to tour S.Florida. We would use this spot again.
- 3/5
Actual hotel is older, needs updated, no restarants around BUT staff was very kind and helpful
- 3/5
All employees at the location gave good service. Poor locks on your room require resetting key cards almost every time I left the room. And they charged extra fees outside Hotels.com reservation total.
- 5/5
Easy check in and out
- 4/5
Management very nice; staff generally helpful; second stay we found eyelashes in the shower shelf and a hole in the shower curtain. Oakland Park is not a quiet road - so don’t expect minimal noise unless you get a room on the backside of hotel.
- 2/5
Check in was breeze but the room had roaches upon entering. One in fridge and one on the bed under the pillow. They switched rooms and nothing more was offered. Stay at your own risk and check for bugs.
- 4/5
The room was fine
- 2/5
The room smelled like stinky feet and weed and the toilet wouldn't flush. It was in a loud area too.
- 5/5
As far as the room being clean, it is pretty clear that the floors, microwave, sink and bathtub do not get cleaned. With such amazing service, having a 100% clean room would really give a complete experience. I recommend adding the above items to the room cleaning list going forward. Thank you all for such a pleasant stay.
- 4/5
Staff was great and rooms where surprisingly clean and updated.
- 3/5
Its not the Taj mahal, Its clean, beds are comfortable. Its a quite noisy hotel, there's a train track behind the hotel, and lots of car noise from parking lot. They could use some sound proofing in these rooms. Has a nice pool. Beware they charge a 2.00 fee extra if you did not book through them. Kind of a sneaky unecessary charge if you ask me. not like they are doing anything to improve the facilities. Staff was okay. Can't say the checking manager was very friendly. Wasn't rude, but I felt like I was interrupting her. Then checked me into a room with two queen beds, and not a King room which I paid for. Just verify everything what your reservation says, or they could give you what they want.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly. Shower had mold. Bathroom was less than clean. Beds were fine
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff
- 4/5
Staff was courteous
- 1/5
The most horrible stay ever. The bathtub needs serious repair, the card keys did not work, almost every time we came back, the card key had ro be replaced, no room cleaning, no towels provided the next day and when towels were provided, they were smelly. No coffee or creamer in the rm for the next day.
- 4/5
Good
- 4/5
Yes and the staff members muk-a-luk boots was a very nice touch on a cold day
- 3/5
room was clean. staff was friendly and helpful. low rating due to the noise. this property is right on a major road and there was traffic noise all night long. very hard to sleep if you don't have earplugs.
- 1/5
A fairly run down hotel. Road noise. Under Reno so check in was difficult to find as it appeared to be an adapted hotel room with poor signage.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly, room was clean, just wish they was sound proof since the train tracks are right there
- 5/5
The room was clean and check in/out s
- 2/5
The room was disarray
- 1/5
Staff is friendly but the property is run down.
- 1/5
I was unaware this place is in a bad part of town- horrible / all night long screaming and cursing down hallways and in balconies. Police in the lot- domestic disputes in the parking lot — absolutely horrendous. No wouldn’t even eve drive by here again let alone sleep there.
- 4/5
Transportations connecting the airport and the cruise terminals
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
Staff was welcoming but the building is in bad shape. Very bad first impression once you arrive. Left shortly after arriving, didn’t stay the night. Had to forcefully tackle the door to get it open.
- 3/5
The convince to the airport was an attraction. The shuttle service was great. Our room had a slow running toilet, which I thought would overflow. Rm 401, needs to be looked at. The TV service could be better. Halfway through a movie we got the weak signal message, with no service for the rest of the evening. I would stay again for the convenience
- 2/5
Found a condom on the floor after we checked in, they moved us to second room and could not get the door open.
- 2/5
The room is outdated needs a major upgrade. The staff needs to have that welcoming smile . Which i didn't see. Only one gentaman in the morning seem very helpful.
- 3/5
The property is in serious need of refurbishing. There was mold around the bath. Too much noise from the street. The bed is too soft. Check in and out was easy and the staff were nice.
- 3/5
When the restaurant is re-opened it will be better.
- 1/5
The room was very dirty and had an unpleasant odor. There were bugs on the walls, hair in the shower, sticky floors, and a strong smell that seemed like a mix of humidity, cigarette smoke, and mold. Overall, it was an uncomfortable stay and I would not return.
- 2/5
The room was fine, but the location is horrible, and I was awakened by someone screaming obscenities at 12:30am. I do not recommend this hotel.
- 4/5
Good staff and clean room
- 4/5
All good.
- 5/5
Room was clean and didn't stink like most smoking rooms. Staff was friendly, and loved they provided shuttle services.
- 1/5
Called the shuttle service and got told there werent drivers available so they would cover an uber. We waited an hour outside for it, called to check and apperently came 30 min into our wait?!? J(we stood at the correct locatio with crying children on the curb of the hotel shuttle place; but than heard just left without us. (Did it even come at all?) than Told us “just call a taxi. Give us reciept we will reimburse” We booked because of shuttle service! Over the phone we were reassured three times that we will get reimbursed for an uber; once we arrived via uber; they only reimbursed less than half of the fare with the recipt in front of them. The rooms smelled like weed, couldn’t even go to the bathroom it was so strong. Be prepared for a full on traffic noise outside and doors with gaps. If i could give negative I would. Stay Clear.
- 4/5
Nice clean but very old place. No ceffee machine..
- 5/5
The room was clean, the staff was very helpful. Early check in was not a problem, all I did was ask if "I could check in now?" 10:00am, Not a problem. Its not a fancy place, but it was clean and it has an airport shuttle and friendly staff. Its near a RR and on a busy street. I would suggest a room in the back, preferably on the North side, away from the train.
- 4/5
It was all good except they did not provide a coffee machine as promised.
- 2/5
Room was deplorable very dirty and smelly Lots of road noise and train noise Bathtub leaked on the floor even when shower curtain was closed Floor was dirty. Awful stay. We stayed on night and then switched hotels
- 3/5
There was one woman at the front desk that could not have been ruder!
- 1/5
If I could give a negative ten stars I would. This hotel was disgusting. The bathroom stunk like urine, the beds looked like they were never changed, the towels were stained and the door barely opened without a huge push. This place should be shut down by the board of health. I left the premises as I felt unsafe and the unhealthy conditions concerned me. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
- 4/5
👍
- 1/5
All five days that I stayed there they never went to clean that room.
- 3/5
Need a bit of renovation, especially the bathroom. Parking was ok, the location is fine.
- 2/5
The location was noisy. The hot water didn't work
- 2/5
NOT Enough electrical outlets, nothing for cell phones. We did find a roach as we turned on lights Sat night. NEVER Again! You don’t want to be here.
- 4/5
mostly clean
- 1/5
Grimy, that's the word I take grimy.I made sure I have my shoes on it all times because it was it was just nasty. My key card stopped working after the first time.I used it crazy
- 2/5
It’s actually not super close to the airport as advertised - atleast a 15-20 min drive - this was on a Sunday with little to no traffic. The check in office smells of dried urine, the room also had a weird scent. Room door did not close properly. I used this hotel just for a 6 hour layover but will not stay here another time. Property is very old, elevators super slow.
- 1/5
This has to be the worst, yet most expensive hotel I’ve stayed in. Cigarette holes in all the bedding, mold in the fridge and microwave, dirty stained bath tub, white stained chair, pee splashes on the bathroom floor, exposed wiring behind the electrical wall plate, and the list goes on. Trust me when I say take the drive to another hotel. Then they have the audacity to offer a $25 compensation. Laughable and offensive.
- 3/5
For the price, this hotel served its purpose for staying overnight before a cruise. There were many restaurants nearby but it's on a busy road. Our sleep was not great with all the noise.
- 1/5
The sheets on the bed were dirty. The bathtub had hair in it. The staff didn’t know where clean sheets for a king size bed were kept. I could smell smoke from cigarettes in the bathroom. I am sadly disappointed in this motel.
- 5/5
I would like to add, Google star ratings are not the same as a hotel star ratings. Obviously this place is not a 5 star hotel. But for the price, was a very good value for what it is. Place was clean. No complaints. Good place for an affordable stay near the airport. Shower, fridge, microwave, bed was decent, good pillows, no bugs that i saw, And the cruise shuttle was easy to book through them for the morning. I do have to say the place is near a busy main road, bring ear plugs, because traffic can be loud. But this is not the fault of the hotel, and to me doesn't effect my star rating.
- 1/5
Horrible place, dim lighting and extremely noisey. Train passing through. Loud bikes reving engines. Very dirty, rooms smells bad
- 1/5
Dangerous location
- 2/5
dump
- 1/5
Very loud and kind of hood. People sitting on the stairs talking arguing in the late morning. Office smells like smoke.
- 1/5
This hotel should be condemned - it is unsanitary, there is evidence of people living on the property and the customer service is poor. We arrived at 12:30 am after a long day of travel,. At check in we asked for confirmation the cot we requested would be in the room - the single attendant at front desk stated he was the lone employee and would not be able to assist. We proceeded to our room on the third level - upon entering the room seemed extremely unsanitary. There was urine in the toilet, the shower looked dirty and when the bed sheets were checked they were full of hair. It was absolutely disgusting. With no other options we slept on top of the sheets with our clothes on. Through the night there was banging, yelling throughout the night both in the adjacent room (and outside on the balcony) as well as the room above. When it was daylight outside we grabbed our bags and prepared to leave for a different hotel. We contacted Expedia immediately and they called the property and the front desk said they would cancel our second night and partially refund our credit card for half of the charge. After 1 week and several attempts to contact the property and get a refund they have still not refunded the second night. Expedia has also tried to help and has been unsuccessful. I would recommend people avoid this property.
- 1/5
If I could give it zero stars I would. Area is not ideal for traveling with a child. Seemed like a lot of drug addicts and homeless were hanging around the hotel. Rooms was not clean and the water coming from the pipes had a yellow color. Biggest issue is the front door to the hotel would not lock. Staff were rude at the front desk. Pictures on the site were not accurate.
- 2/5
The rooms was dirty
- 3/5
Room has water damage but was ok overall
- 1/5
Bedding was filthy and stained. The television was not working. Police activity
- 2/5
I was uncomfortable with the check in staff making a copy of my credit card. This is clearly not secure system.
- 2/5
When we got to the room, everything was wet and the room felt moldy. We had to leave our door open to air everything out. We had two queen beds in our room and one of the beddings were filthy. Crumbs in every corner. Staff were friendly, but place is outdated and not in a walkable location to anything as advertised. For a one night stay it’s doable, anything longer look elsewhere.
- 1/5
People loudlt playing music all hours in the parking lot. Room was dingy and mold in the bathroom. Paper thin walls with someone shouting all night. Uncomfortable bed with scratchy sheets.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly!

This place needs to be condemned!! The fixtures are dirty and rusted. The bathroom sink and tub are either stained or poorly cleaned. The walls have some sort of spatter- Lord only knows what it is!. The franchisee/owner business practices are rather shady. They charge a "$2.00" administration fee for using Expedia. They stated they were not able to give me a receipt when I checked out because I booked through Expedia. When I asked them what they total for the night was; once again stated that because I booked through Expedia, they did not know. Maybe they are used to dealing with less sophisticated travel clientele but I did not believe a word they said. I have booked through Expedia with reputable hotels and they are always able and willing to give me a receipt upon check out. The whole experience made me feel extremely uneasy. Because of my travel plans I had to choice but to stay there. But if the circumstances had been different, I would have NEVER stayed there. Please don't refer any of your customers to this place.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Parking was easy, rooms a bit outdated, no bugs, it was just a little noisy. I can deal with the train sounds but the employees push a cart around and it’s so loud it woke me up. Planes also fly by as it’s near the airport.
- 4/5
Staff are polite and friendly.
- 5/5
The staff were extremely kind and helpful with getting us complimentary transportation to and from the airport. They also got us into our room early as we were exhausted from delayed and cancelled flights. There is a Wawa next door which is very convenient for food and snacks. The beds were really comfortable.
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
Had to call three times to arrange for the airport shuttle. No instructions at all prior to the call. Was assigned a fifth floor room only to find out that none of the elevators worked so had to carry a weeks worth of baggage up five flights of stairs. Room 510 was filthy. Used coffee packets still in the coffee maker. Easily my worst Expedia hotel stay experience.
- 5/5
The room smelled very musty but was clean. Electrical plugs were not working for a cpap machine to be used. The check in was flawless.
- 5/5
Staff was great
- 1/5
Bathroom was dirty, bed bugs and it was very noisy and I had to get for work @3 for business
- 1/5
The microwaves was so dirty and old. The bathroom was gross and with mold. Don't reserved with thos hoyel
- 4/5
Room was nice but definitely in need of upgrades. Was very disappointed to find out that the airport shuttles aren’t available to early morning flights which I would of chosen a completely different hotel had I known that information in advance
- 4/5
Overall, a good experience. But obviously not a 5-star hotel. Air conditioning makes a creepy sound. But after a while we got used to it. also, the keycard we had to reactivate a couple of times. everything else on point. clean, nice personal and helpful. convenient located only 20 min with uber to the Sawgrass mall. Also, the shuttle service is nice.
- 4/5
Clean room and great staff

- 4/5
Friendly staff
- 2/5
Was okay
- 1/5
I mentioned to front desk and she said did u take a picture. Didn’t seem concerned. She did not take the time to look at the room.
- 3/5
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. This is an old hotel that has had some updates. Our room faced the main road. It was clean except the floor was sticky - may have been residual cleaner. Requested a non-smoking room, but there was definitely the odor of old smoke and air freshener attempting to cover it up. Window and door were not well insulated and road noise was very bad - including a high-speed chase at 2 am. The AC worked well and the noise from that helped a little. Would not recommend just because of the noise and smell.
- 3/5
One elevator was broken. Had to go back to check in for keys to work.
- 3/5
Not the most quiet place , lots of road noise and trains passing but not too bad
- 4/5
Clean room, hard working and very helpfulstaff
- 2/5
Everything. I chose this hotel, which looked clean and had a pool, restaurant, and full bar, to fly in the night before a cruise. Nothing in the communications from hotels.com or the hotel itself indicated that there had a been a fire, the hotel was under renovation, the pool closed at 6 pm, and the restaurant and bar were closed. In fact, I got an email from the Days Inn while I was flying in reminding me of the restaurant and bar - several hours before I arrived. I was terribly disappointed. The neighborhood did not feel safe, I was afraid to stand outside my door. For food the staff suggested I cross a busy highway at night to a chicken place. The room was dirty, the bottom of the tub was black (cleaned but nevertheless black). The refrigerator was missing all the crosspieces on the door. The lamps were corroded and the light switches did not all work. There were stains on the bathroom floor. Although the staff were nice, I would rate this the WORST hotel I have ever booked through hotels.com, and I would like at least a partial refund. And although I know the shuttle to the port was an outside contracted service, the driver should be fired - he was rude to all the guests, and berated an older man using a walker - even calling him "stupid" - and the rest of us were quite upset. This was a bad experience. I look at the picture shown here and laugh - this was worse than a Super 8 or Motel 6.
- 3/5
All things were adequate for a short stay
- 2/5
Was unable to check in due to not having a bank card and $150 cash deposit and on top of that even though I was denied the stay was STILL charged the full amount of the room
- 3/5
We arrived early but were able to get into a room. My brother and I shared a King bed but it was big enough. The room was spacious and clean. There was no direct phone service to the front desk. We had to use my cell phone and call the local number.
- 2/5
The room did smell bad and plus I did feel unsafe
- 1/5
Smelly dated
- 4/5
The check-in staff very friendly and efficient.
- 2/5
Smelled moldy
- 2/5
Another review about the regular guests here is probably accurate - an unknown man on a scooter approached me in the parking lot and asked me what room I was staying in without a thought. It’s an unremarkable brick motel with external hallways and only 1 of 2 working elevators. They were understaffed on a late Friday/early Saturday before the MLS Cup when we arrived and we were initially given a key to an occupied/unclean room. There fix was another non-smoking room that yet had the odor of smoke. We cut out a night early.
- 2/5
Room was fair-bad smell in the room. Area was not good.A lot of homeless people walking around.Told not to walk at night in the area. Very noisy traffic & trains.Room definitely not soundproof.
- 1/5
My mother walked around in her bare feet and the floor was so dirty it turned them black. The street noise kept everyone up all night. The nearby train is so loud it sounds like it’s in the room.
- 3/5
Yes
- 1/5
Awful place that had a musty smell throughout. It does not have the restaurant it advertises. Bath tub was not clean. Elevator is a scary one!
- 2/5
Just a quick overnight. Lord of noise and traffic.
- 4/5
Bathtub could use a good scrubbing, went to take a bath to soak my aching feet and it was yellow. Corners of the tub had chunks of dirt on he rim. Other wise all was great. Super easy check in and check out.
- 4/5
Only stayed one night and the place was just right
- 2/5
My reservation was cancelled by the time I arrived and the only room available was a smoking room, which was uncomfortable as a non-smoker. I reserved a shuttle ride for the next morning. When I got to the front-desk, the driver was unavailable. The clerk had to call me an uber.
- 1/5
I had to cancel. It's terrible.
- 2/5
Sketchy people around, next to loud highway, and trains.
- 1/5
This hotel needs a renovation two dedades ago. But you know that
- 4/5
The room was clean and the staff was friendly.
- 3/5
Reasonably clean, and cheap. 100% fine for the price.
- 1/5
This place is a total dump. I would stay away and not stay here.

- 4/5
All is good
- 5/5
Room clean. Easy in-out for an overnight. Didn’t use the pool, but checked it out. Nice enough and maintained regularly.
- 3/5
Hotel was old and although room updates looked recent, walls, exteriors and over look of property looked a bit run down and shady.
- 2/5
The reception area was not very impressive. It was very small and one of the staff there was not pleasant to talk to. The room was ok, but the bathroom condition was so bad. It was dark and dirty. I can see black mold marks around the bottom of the bathtub. The Hotel did not have its own car to pick us up from the airport, but arranged Uber ride instead. I think that was the only good thing we get. Also, we had to cancel the transportation to the cruise port the next day after waiting for the bus for almost an hour. It was $15/p, but we got the refund back from the hotel. Anyhow, we had such a bad experience staying at this hotel.
- 1/5
Rest of room appeared clean.
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
This place states that they offer a breakfast which we did not find out until we got there that there is none. Beds are uncomfortable. They state that they offer shuttle from airport to hotel. The shuttle we did not realize was Uber which does not accommodate a scooter which we did have so we had to fetch a taxi they did reimburse us our money after we arrived but not the full amount we paid. Bad enough that for our return stay that we had booked we cancel and stayed else where
- 4/5
Apartamento muy limpio y confortable
- 1/5
Very old, outdated, questionable for sure, didn’t feel quite safe, random $2 charge at check in, office staff wasn’t friendly. This was a heck no to staying at that hotel ever again.
- 1/5
room was dirty
- 1/5
Room was not clean and smelled of urine. Homeless people loitering in stairs and hallways. Office was run down and dirty and employees checking us in were rude and gave no information. Unsafe feeling as many rooms occupied by transient people and smelled of drug use. Would like to request a refund full or partial as we stayed less than 2 hours due to smell and condition of property.
- 3/5
The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant. The shuttle wasnt available but she ordered us an Uber to the airport. We were asked if we wanted a smoking or non-smoking room and we requested non-smoking however the room had clearly been a smoking room at some point. My traveling companion had to use her oxygen due to the strong smoke odor.
- 1/5
All of it
- 1/5
The tub was dirty—I ended up having to clean it myself. The room was extremely humid even with the AC on. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not stay here again.
- 2/5
Air condition did not work. We figured out breaker had tripped. Room reached of pot
- 3/5
The office staff appeared tired and rushed. Working out of the temporary office seemed to be a challenge for them.
- 2/5
Staff was nice and room was clean. The door on room had a big space that let in too much noise. We had a front room toward the street which the traffic was very loud.
- 3/5
Only stayed overnight. My stay was fine.
- 4/5
My room was spotless. The lock on the door was shaky but I was able to double lock the door. The staff, not all staff was not as friendly. No one said anything about a restaurant being onsite which would have been very helpful. I appreciate the transportation from the airport. I would stay again.
- 2/5
Do not expect a hotel service, is basically a motel!
- 3/5
Needs renovations to update looks of rooms
- 4/5
Had a great stay. Not too far from night clubs and restaurants
- 4/5
It was clean. Staff was nice.
- 4/5
For pick up was difficult because the phone doesn’t work so I called back home to get the instructions for pick up
- 3/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and the staff was pleasant. When I booked the reservation, I booked a king room, but there were no king rooms available at check in so that was disappointing. My husband and I ended up with a 2 queen room.
- 1/5
Room had a musty smell and was greeted multiple times outside our room by a crack infested drug addict. Not making our stay feel safe. Watch staff try to remove her during check in. Should have just given key back and moved to another hotel
- 4/5
Yes
- 1/5
This place is a mess! Starting from checking in at the office which is in old room. (116) the elevator button on the fourth floor did not work. The room was OK except all the mold in the bathroom. If I would’ve had a cut on any part of your body I feared I would’ve caught MRSA. Hotels.com should be ashamed to have this days in on their website.
- 1/5
The places is worn down, must and not cleaned properly
- 5/5
All good. Easy check in and friendly staff. Room was OK. Could use a deep cleaning but you get what you pay for. Pool ok. Pool needs cleaning and chlorine ... swimable
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Clean room, comfortable bed and convenient location. Staff at check in were welcoming and friendly. Nice cold fridge and working microwave. Good WiFi and plenty of TV channels. The only thing that let it down was the noise from people outside smoking drugs all day and night, which I could smell in my room. Definitely bring ear plugs or ask for a room higher up as possible.
- 5/5
Hi
- 3/5
I stayed one night so i could close to the airport. The staff was nice and helpful but the hotel was what you would expect for a 1 star hotel. I was afraid to let my feet touch the floor so i kept my sandals on. The bed was reasonably comfortable but the outside noise and traffic was non stop. It served it's one night purpose but i wouldn't stay there again.
- 1/5
Worst experience ever. Unclean, bad smell, old. I will never ever book this hotel.
- 1/5
transportation was convenient. Rooms did not have coffee pots....no restaurant attached....no close shopping or food places...next to busy highway, airport, and train tracks...walls paper thin
- 2/5
Booking and check in were very easy. The room had a musty odor. The bathtub had a ring and the floor of the tub was soiled. On the last day of our stay the room was never made up… ie fresh towels, made beds. Spoke to manager at check out and he was sorry and asked what could he do, but accommodations were already paid through Expedia. Parking was easy, noise from nearby train could be heard throughout the day and night. Was just a mediocre experience.
- 1/5
The office is a room they put a counter in. The lady that checked me in never even looked at me. The entire office smells of weed badly, obviously she was using it. The room is run down with an ancient mattress and it reeks of weed. If I had a choice, I would have left.
- 2/5
Need to be more clean the rooms, towels
- 4/5
The room climate was great
- 1/5
None of the amenities advertised were available. There was no lobby, no business center, no restaurant or breakfast area at all. The pictures advertised are completely a miss advertisement. Apparently they were undergoing some renovation. But this was not shared prior to making my reservation. More over the makeshift office had an immense odor of marijuana. In fact, the smell of marijuana lingered throughout the entire place. The smell even came into my room as though were coming through the vents. Absolutely disgusting. Extremely dissatisfied. I will never stay at this location and will likely never stay at any other Wyndham location. Extremely dissatisfied.
- 1/5
The tenant next to us kept screaming profanities and then banging on our door. When the Hotel staff finally became involved they told us we were banned from future stays. Very very unfair and I will be filing a lawsuit and submitting Claims.
- 4/5
The location is perfect, tho some issues with other guest my cause the police coming around more than one time during the night, so there’s that
- 5/5
Overall it was amazing
- 4/5
None at this time
- 4/5
Its was Good
- 3/5
I think this is key information that should be shared widely, so persons can make more informed choices. The breakfast option contributed to me decision to stay here. Whether it would have been satisfactory is an altogether different question. The accommodation served it's purpose but it was nothing to shout about.
- 4/5
Overall the room was clean and it came with what was needed. Microwave and Refrigerator. There is an elevator and its close to wawa which opens 24hrs so very convinient.
- 5/5
The staff are awesome and always accommodate us.

Room was great the only thing was the tub. The tub which had me unsure if I wanted to set into. I couldn't seat in tub because of it for my bath. I had to stand.
- 5/5
Everything is close by…
- 4/5
The Inn has been renovated . My 5th floor bedroom was very nice with great space . Being in the back of the building is preferable to the front. It’s quite still to be done. Public halls are covered but are standard fare concrete. Railings are a bit dodgy, Office:reception needs a complete renovation Overall great deal for the price
- 4/5
It was ok
- 2/5
Linens were stained and the WiFi was weak. No complementary anything not even a bottle of water Only stay if nothing else is available
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Very excellent
- 3/5
Room facing major street, felt like you were sleeping in the middle of the street….no sound proofing at all. Room condition (inside) was excellent for the price.
- 2/5
PS. And it was a non smoking room.
- 3/5
The tub didn’t drain and the handle for the shower would fall off, the bathroom looked kind of dirty honestly

The girl at the counter was wonderful. The place itself is disgusting. It was filthy, smelled and toilet seat cover was filled with cigarette burns the computer chair was so old it had a sunken seat. I was suppose stay three nights, I checked out the first night.

Bathroom dirty

Everything was great
- 5/5
Very active patrons very late at night. The staff was amazing. I immediately locked myself out of my room (like a genius) and the staff laughed with me instead of at me.
- 2/5
It was nasty room stink, all type of stuff
- 4/5
The pool was not kept. Very dirty. Even after being closed for two days for maintenance.
- 5/5
Always great customer service.

Bad area not safe
- 5/5
Had a nice stay
- 1/5
One of the worst properties I’ve ever stayed at.
- 3/5
Staff was very friendly but the hotel was in bad need of repair. Location wasn't the best as it is on a very busy main road. Room was decent for a short stay. No breakfast offered but plenty of places nearby to grab a bite.

Terrible.

It was a relaxing stay
- 5/5
It was a very safe and secure property. The staff were very kind and respectful and the place was clean. They had a very nice pool, but no gym. It's a very nice place to take a good walk and go shopping as well.
- 4/5
I always stay at this hotel when i am visiting Fort Lauderdale..... everything including shops and restaurants are in close proximity

Also worth noting the shuttle is not wheelchair friendly. ... . We loved. Our stay here. And we I'll be returning. Next year. Just this time will probably have to. Arrange separate wheel chair. Transport .

The rooms
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was great. Had so much fun in the pool. Thank you so much. Would recommend renting a room here. 😊🏝️
- 5/5
Standard Days Inn room. I would stay here again.
- 2/5
Dangerous area, lots of people sitting in cars and coming/going at all hours. Comfortable bed so was okay for a place to sleep but not a good area.
- 3/5
The kitchen area was recently caught on fire so no breakfast offered at the time. It all could use some sprucing up. However it’s a lower priced motel. But it was a good, quiet nights sleep before getting on the cruise ship.
- 3/5
I booked this last minute and chose the property because it said airport. It is nowhere near the FLL airport. I couldn’t find the shuttle bus and grabbed a cab which cost nearly $50!
- 3/5
You get what u pay for.
- 3/5
The hotel is an older property. I only stayed one night or for a few hours as i had an early flight so everything was ok. I would stay again in the same circumstances but not for an extended period.
- 1/5
Not worth it , noisy at night , train rail very near
- 3/5
There was no regular shuttle to and from the airport. You had to call an Uber during off hours. There was no free breakfast and no restaurant. The staff was hit or miss. Some were very nice and some not so much! Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Pool was closed part of the time.
- 1/5
The first room i got had two big dead roaches on the floor had to get a change of room
- 4/5
Quiet and clean. Easy check in and out. Well lit parking and adequate space.
- 2/5
I didn't like anything about this property, the room was filthy I refused to take a shower.
- 2/5
This is not a decent hotel. Rooms on the outside, smelling musty. Nothing nearby, area looks a little seede. Hotel needs many upgrades
- 4/5
This was a decent hotel for the price with a great location near I-95. It was also close to fast food and gas stations. There were no issues with our stay.
- 2/5
This property was dirty and unkept. It was dated and disheveled. The cars were very loud. Check-in was easy.

Horrible experience
- 4/5
Nice place, no good location
- 1/5
We were there for six days and had a long list of issues the entire time. We asked for room service every day and were ignored until we practically begged. When someone finally came, all they gave us was one towel. The bed was never made, the floors were never swept, and basic cleanliness was clearly not a priority. To make things worse, there were ants all over our room. When we brought it up to the staff, they just laughed and did nothing to fix it. The TV didn’t work, and even the phone in our room was broken, so we couldn’t even call the front desk for help. We’ve never experienced anything like this before—it was truly unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and we definitely won’t be coming back.
- 3/5
Very noisy. Room was dirty, not close to restaurants etc.
- 5/5
I stay here all the time and never have a complaint
- 1/5
This hotel is right by a very busy road and train track. The noise kept us up all night. The bedspreads were stained, and the floors were dirty. The shelf in the bathroom was being help up with tape. Not a good place ESPECIALLY for the ridiculous price.
- 4/5
Good location
- 5/5
Great Stay
- 1/5
Cockroach in bathroom and very run down. Restaurant with breakfast was closed for repairs. Free airport shuttle was a plus.
- 5/5

- 5/5
It was freshly painted. Had a great restaurant across the street

- 5/5
Very clean, friendly staff.

Expedia should not list this on their site. It is a drug den and trap hotel for pimps and prostitution. I did not stay here there was drugs in the parking lot with needles when I arrived. I was very scared I would get sex trafficked. Immediately went to cancel my registration. Expedia did a poor job helping me with my concerns. This hotel does not need to be our site.
- 1/5
Terrible experience… will never be back!
- 2/5
Small crowded well used rooms.
- 1/5
The wall, the bathroom , the ceiling are very dirty and disgusting. Is need tonclean and paint. The curtain aren’t never washed…
- 5/5
There wasn’t any problems at all with property. Staff and management were very helpful and I would recommend this property
- 1/5
Never again. Garbage all over outside, “office” is nothing more than the size of the bathroom. The girl that helped us, was very friendly, trying to calm down my irritated behind. Major issues with their “ free shuttle “.
- 4/5
Stayed in room 504. In front of the hotel. Heard highway noise all night. Room needs upgrades. But the staff made up for it. The young lady at the front desk was professional, kind, and beautiful. Other staff members were polite.
- 3/5
Food truck in lot was great. Breakfast, Pool, etc not available
- 1/5
looked mopped in days. The whole room was just gritty and felt dirty. I will just say the pictures on the expedia website did not match what the grounds or rooms looked like. Maybe these need to be updated.Did we stay , yes because it was late and there was not much option at the time and we had just disembarked from a long cruise. We will not be returning to the property.
- 1/5
I won’t even let my dog sleep there
- 3/5
Not the best Wyndham Days Inn we’ve ever stayed in. Staff courteous. Area and food availability not great. No food on site.Excellent price.
- 4/5
As a solo female traveler i would rethink this property when solo.
- 4/5
I really enjoyed the pool
- 1/5
For be honest you pay and i don't like it
- 4/5
Outdated room decor
- 4/5
The hotel is older but the room was modern & clean. The shuttle to the hotel was a long wait so we were given the option of hiring a cab and were reimbursed up to $35! The view from the room at the back was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. We did not realize there was an onsite restaurant and there were only limited fast food options in the neighbourhood. The staff at reception were excellent
- 5/5
Girl at the front desk was friendly with a smile and very quick with my check in
- 2/5
Bottom of tub black with dirt. Old used soap bars. Drug use in parking lot. One hour check in at 1am
- 1/5
There was no restaurant as advertise. The end was up under construction. Our room was on the third floor. The conditions were horrible. The refrigerator was replaced three times. The tub was filthy. We even saw a roach. We were supposed to come back to the end after our cruise I canceled the last two nights stay we stayed elsewhere.
- 4/5
Front desk gal was very helpful
- 3/5
A lot of Traffic noise and floors in room not that clean, phone was not working in the room but maintenance came promptly and fixed it

- 5/5
Always a great stay when i book a room. From the fast check-in service, convenient parking, and accessible rooms, to the peace and quite at night, comfort of the beds, and fast refund of deposit, its always a pleasure when i stay.

- 4/5
Good stay, for my time there...Quiet...Friendly & helpful staff...
- 5/5
Great stay thank you friendly service real clean room
- 2/5
The hotel itself was adequate for a one night stay. However, there was no free breakfast as described in the Hotels.com website. The floor was dirty but the bed was comfortable. The staff that checked us in were very pleasant and helpful but the lady who checked us out in the morning was rude and unhelpful. We were not informed that in order to get an airport shuttle to the airport we needed to let them know the night before. Since that didn’t happen, the clerk told us we had to wait 20 to thirty minutes for the shuttle which would make us late for our flight. When asked if we could order an Uber she said we would not be reimbursed for it since we didn’t let them know the night before. Bad customer service!!!
- 2/5
Would not recommend
- 1/5
Room and shower terrible
- 4/5
Staff was nice enough during what seems to be a huge renovation. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable though.
- 1/5
Needed a night to catch early morning flight,
- 3/5
This hotel is a good place to stay for one night before you go on a cruise out of Fort Lauderdale. The staff is friendly, but it is a no-frills experience. My main complaint is the smell of marijuana on the property, as well as the noise coming from the street and train if your room faces Oakland Park Blvd. If your room is at the back, it's a more pleasant experience. It's adequate.

Dirty cockroaches
- 1/5
We found cockroaches in our room. There were homeless people hanging around. The elevator wasn’t working on one side and the other was dirty.
- 3/5
Did not restock the room with toiletries, Had the police tell us to stay in the room due to a man walking around with a gun.
- 1/5
Don’t stay in roach infested and noisy at night with people there slamming doors..
- 5/5
Nice stay
- 3/5
This Days Inn had an airport shuttle, and advertised an on-site restaurant. We were there overnight before a cruise, so the shuttle was helpful. Unfortunately, the restaurant no longer exists, and it is not a very walkable area for other food options. The hot chicken place across the street was very good!
- 2/5
After booking on Expedia cost us $30 to get to Property. Was told at 11:30pm hours for Shuttle was 5 am. to 11pm. Property felt very much past it’s useful life and unsafe and sketchy as my Wife put it??
- 3/5
You get what you pay for
- 2/5
The staff there was amazing. They were the best part.Good people working for ya.Keep 'em happy.
- 2/5
Needs a Major upgrade on the property
- 3/5
Needs a good clean. No Restaurant, no shuttle from the Air port. Had to use a. Taxi. But hotel refunded themoney
- 3/5
The property was ok
- 4/5
They are remodeling the hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. With a little work on the property, it will be a strong brand ambassador.
- 1/5
One main reason for choosing this place was the convenience of the free shuttle. Yah no shuttle wasn’t operating that day. Then someone canceled our reservation without any notice, was able to get a room for more money than my original reservation. And only had a smoking room left being 2 non smokers the room was pleasant. Wasn’t the cleanest room either. Needless to say won’t be back
- 1/5
Selected property as it was advertised to provide transfers from airport. Was told when I called to request pickup-no driver-“call Uber”. No restaurant or food nearby. So noisy-impossible to sleep. Room smelled very bad. A/C unit noisy and inefficient. Requested a different room-“unavailable”. Bed uncomfortable. Horrible experience.
- 5/5
Love it
- 3/5
It’s a bit noisy if you are near the road. You can hear all the cars passing by the highways.
- 4/5
It was good the room was very clean and it had coffee, microwave and fridge. only two choices for food but the chicken place across the street was excellent
- 5/5
Hotel staff was friendly and wonderful to work with. Parking lot was well lit and easily accessible from the major roads. Room was clean sheets were pure white and looking very nice. The bathroom was clean all the essentials worked well. Great shower pressure. Really enjoyed the use of the microwave and refrigerator. Being so close to Wawa with able to get food and enjoy some late night programming on the nice high quality Samsung TV. There were more pillows than expected on the beds and it allowed me to get the most comfortable sleep I've had lately.
- 5/5
Very nice staff and clean rooms
- 1/5
Room smelled musty. There was a dead roach in the bathroom. The photos are misrepresenting. Staff was friendly for the most part. Check in area was in an emptied out room. The shuttle was late taking us to the airport. Not the best experience at all.
- 5/5
This is the second time in a couple weeks that we stayed there. The rooms were nice. Everything was nice. The only thing that I did not like was both times the floors were filthy. Our socks were black. I should have taken a picture. They mustn’t have been clean for a long time, but everything else was good. They need to mop those floors!!!
- 4/5
We had trouble being transferred from airport to hotel. Were given incorrect direction to meet Uber. Staff was helpful in this situation, but it was a mistake on their part to begin with. Hotel does not give a great impression from the outside. Room was clean and he ad decent amenities. There is no restaurant, just a take out truck in parking lot. We don’t need luxury, but this was too humble for us.
