    A special thank you to Juan at Takato for his incredible service. The gin lychee martini and sushi were outstanding. Alex and Dominique were also fantastic, and Iris by the pool delivered such attentive, top notch service. Everything was seamless, warm, and luxurious. I can’t wait to come back.

    Our toilet in the room did not work imagine staying in the room with floating around in your toilet. We asked front desk three times they sent somebody once he was there for two minutes and left and again the toilet did not work. All they did was tell us we understand your frustration would not move us to another room. It was like talking to a wall then every time we called for Service they told us we’re in a different room than we really were. The hotel went downhill big time. The hallways are filthy. Everything needs to be repainted. I definitely will never stay there again.

    The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Housekeeping did a great job and cleaned the room every time we left, which we really appreciated. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable. The only minor issue we had was that the televisions were not working properly at times. Other than that, we had a great stay overall.

    we had an ocean front suite which was excellent. A major problem however that I reported to the staff on checkout that both sets of sliders to the balcony were so rusted and corroded at the base track that the door was almost impossible to open and close. It took quite an effort to open them from the outside and children or older people could really have a safety problem in not being able to get back in. This if true in the other units needs to be taken care of quickly as it is a serious safety issue. parking at $60 per day is also quite exhorbitant.

    The amenities offered were great with awesome views of the beach. I was disappointed when discovering this property does not offer car service, as this is a common amenity in 5 star hotels. Overall a great property in a prime location. Just need a few more additions/ polishes to make this a true 5 star hotel.

    Really bad stay. Room wasn't available till 530p. Elevator was broken (and there's only one in the east tower.) There was no sign that it was broken - we stood there for 10 min to figure it out. Then you had to get someone at the front desk to unlock the staircase EVERY TIME which we needed during the entire stay. Just not a great experience for a five star hotel.

    Parking $80/day, no self-parking, only on streets. Noisy loud music outside till 11 pm every day, does not allow to fall asleep. End of March-begining April - very stormy strong wind every day, you have to hold your cap with a hand, ocean with 10 ft waves, not swimmable at all. Like the bathrobes, soft and nice, slippers are included.

    We found the staff very nice. One morning we sat with our coffee over at the restaurant lover looking the water and were kicked out because we weren't eating there! They said we had to leave and that they were not affiliated with the hotel! Nonsense and we told the hotel manager this. For almost $700 a night, I'd expect quite a bit more!!!

    - Surprisingly small pool for such a large and supposedly 5 star hotel. - surprisingly small lobby for such a large and supposedly 5 star hotel. No areas at all for anyone to hang out other than pool bar area. Coffee shop also surprisingly small. Not sure where all these areas went when they were designing the property. - Beach area is nice - Restaurants on site Takato and Vitollo are absolutely amazing for food. Delicious and some of the best in the area.

    Excellent Hotel / Resort! This is my 5th stay here over the past 5 years & its always amazing!! The staff is super friendly & accommodating! I would highly recommend! A terrific location as well; a beachfront property & 2 complimentary lounge chairs, 1 umbrella and beach towels and a lounge chair cover too!! Full service food & beverages to your chair!!

    The proximity to the beach to the hotel (just across the street), the presence of dedicated beachside lounge chairs, towels, and umbrellas for individuals staying at the hotel were all standouts. Also, the beachside food service was very good. The room we booked and paid for through Booking.com (one-bed room residence) and what we were assigned by the hotel (standard one-bedroom suite) were different. Despite paying a premium, our room was on a lower floor (and therefore louder) and not as nicely appointed as what we thought we were purchasing.

The pool area is really nice and both on-site restaurants were fantastic. The staff were also really accommodating and we were upgraded to a nicer suite upon check-in. The only downside is that the beach is across a busy street. The pool is also next to the building and is shaded part of the day.

    This is a resort. So one should expect decent quality service. While the staff was friendly, they seem to be restricted to make any sort of accommodations. I booked this hotel for my wife’s birthday, we arrived early around 2pm and was told there was no chance for an early check in but that they could hold our bags. 4 o’clock rolls around - we check in, we have dinner plans - well we missed those because after an hour of waiting for our bags to be delivered we went down to see what was going on - no one could find our bags - now I understand things happen, that part I’m okay with. My problem was with how it was handled, the bellhops simply made excuses and said they didn’t know they didn’t take them - the manager was accusatory and basically said I must have done something to lose them but that he would check security and walked away? Finally after speaking with 4 staff members, I found a nice front desk lady who was at least WILLING to assist in a solution, she brought me to 3 different rooms in the back where the bag may be and ended up finding them (the ballroom?). 1/5 staff members exercising hospitality. Simply frustrating to deal with for what’s supposed to be a “luxury” hotel. Aside from that - I was told we could get a high floor room after calling ahead of time and informing them of my wife’s birthday - well we were put on the second floor, alright nbd. Still a vibe. The rooms are nice, the Marble was stunning, but the tub did not drain… not um sanitary or luxurious

    No breakfasts eaten at property. Only coffee shop with quick warmed precooked items. Units have top brand appliances such as subzero refrigerator and waterworks fixtures, however property should give attention to major appliances such as refrigerator freezer that did not work. Window shades in some units were ragged.

    Location of Conrad is great and beach is nice. Overall Hotel facilities are nice It's my second time at this Conrad. I stayed in May and service was ok although there was big water leak and had to move rooms then. This time was over New Years week and service was awful in all areas. At the beach was totally full and only had 1 guy there. Valet, room service, cleaning etc. the place was full and they didn't have enough staff to deal with things. At front desk etc. really they were overloaded so weren't nice or polite at all. For luxury hotel at maybe 1500 or so per night I think service was very bad and we won't stay again ever. Overall it was a bad feeling when we left and experience for our holiday. Disappointing. Even cleaning there soap in shower was empty two days and things badly cleaned.

    Nice rooms, pleasant staff. Good stay overall. The rooms for me are the real and only draw. Everything else is fairly standard for such a property. Parking is $60! Try one of the garages nearby. No free coffee other than the lousy typical room coffee. TV in the bedroom didn’t work. I let them know the first day but nothing was done about it. Didn’t bother us too much. Little flies in the room. Nice stay overall.

    It’s a nice property. We enjoyed our stay. But we got in late and ordered room service which was absolutely horrible.     The hotel is very nice and clean. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff are very nice and helpful. I like the beach and the pool. Also, I had 2 hour free bikes per day. That was fun. I stayed for 6 days with my child. The only downside is the pots and pans are giving upon request and they aren't in good condition. They are really scratched so I had to buy some. I didn't have a dishwasher but that is probably due to the type of room I choose. The last day of my stay I had to request for the maid to come and empty the garbage and give me fresh towels.

    It’s always a pleasure to stay at this Ft Lauderdale beach landmark luxury resort. Large spacious rooms with superb oceanfront views. Very clean. Steps from the beach. Two excellent restaurants onsite. The most wonderful thing about this place is the superb staff, from the front desk to the concierge to the wonderful housekeepers and restaurant staff, who are all highly trained, efficient and friendly.

    The hotel is very quiet and located in a nice area. You can walk to several restaurants with ease. I also enjoyed that beach service, with the free chairs, umbrella, and towels. Within a couple of minutes of us visiting the booth on the beach, we were setup and ready to go. My only callout would be the valet fee. The valets are very professional and quick to respond, however, they do charge $60 per day. I’m not saying it’s not justified, just calling it out for those who may not be aware.

    The staff were so helpful and friendly. Really seemed interested in my enjoying myself.     Everything was great, but the accounting atrocious. My card was charged in front of me $2485. Then, over the next 4 days , 8k in authorizations were obtained on 2 cards. My total bill was $2689.     The check in attendant l, who I wish I remembered her name because she deserves to be named, was the best check in I have experienced, and I travel many times a year for the last 24yrs was impecable the attention 2nd to none and the effort to make sure I left that counter with all questions answered. Whoever she is she deserves to have a managerial position or be head of training for the hotel chain.

    It's an expensive place to stay. They don't have 24 hour guest services but they don't tell you on the recording, you gather it yourself after listening to the recorded message on the guest services phone. So if you get in a little later in the day (I called around 9:45 pm), you will have to go down to the main desk for anything your room might be missing (ours was missing sheets and a blanket for the second bed). I did tell them the next day after we borrowed the items from a neighbors spare but they didn't seem too concerned. I'm guessing for most people who aren't sleeping more than 2 it's a great hotel. I was just disappointed in the cost/service aspect.

    This is my second time staying at this property. Its a perfect location!! Right on the beach with amazing beach front drink, food & chair/umbrella service! The poolside service is just a superb & the food is truly outstanding!! You will not be disappointed at all! Its just a short walk (about 1/2 to 3/4 mile) to the busier downtown area, but many restaurants & food options are within a 1/4 mile or less! Every single meal we enjoyed was 5 star I honestly can't say enough good things about this property! I look forward to staying here again when traveling to Fort Lauderdale! Thank you for another amazing experience!

    Beautiful hotel. We got unlucky and the cleaning service forgot to wash the bathtub prior to our stay. It had many dark hairs all over it and was unusable our first night as we got in late from the airport. We wanted to use it. The next day we called the front desk at 9am and went to the beach. When we came back at noon it still wasn't clean and we had to call again. Finally when we came in at 3 again it had been cleaned but a long and obvious hair was still there. I gave up and cleaned it myself with a tissue. I would expect more from a hotel that calls itself 4 star. Aside from that the suite was really an amazing room, the hotel very nice and a great beach. The balcony is rediculously small though...and no chairs, however the room is large and roomy. We dined in both onsite restaurants and they are both very good. Parking at $55/night is highway robbery. I can afford it but I don't care. Not cool Conrad

    Great place to stay especially on the pool level. It’s just getting a little dated and could use a little more upkeep. It still very nice and the service is excellent.

    Staff was nice. But slow. Ordered extra champagne flutes to my suite and took over an hour. Had to call multiple times. 6th floor by spa is incredibly loud with doors slamming all morning and day. Also any pool view room your “balcony” opens up to the pool floor so you’ll be staring at people all day and are directly behind their lounge chairs. Pillows suck. Left my own personal pillow there called multiple times and no one picked up but they also have my phone number and should have called me to tell me I left something

    The location is perfect, right on the beach, but far enough away from the Spring Break crowd. Room was very spacious and the service was top notch. Amenities were also great!

    First, while this hotel markets itself as a premium property, the state of disrepair throughout is hard to ignore. Broken Pelotons in the gym, non-functioning handicap buttons on pool doors, peeling wallpaper near elevators, cracked walkways with standing puddles, and soap dispensers hanging off the walls are just a few examples of the glaring neglect. For a luxury hotel, this is unacceptable. These issues, while minor individually, collectively paint a picture of a property that isn’t being properly maintained. This alone would have dropped my rating from five stars to four. But the real reason for this review is the appalling way the staff handled our request to extend our stay by a single night due to a flight issue. I went to the front desk and was assured—after the staff member consulted with her manager—that our extension was confirmed. “Same room, same rate, you’re all set,” I was told. We went to dinner relieved, only to receive a late-night call stating the exact opposite. Suddenly, the hotel was “at 100% capacity,” and we were told we couldn’t stay after all. To make matters worse, their email apology—while polite—offered no solutions and no meaningful assistance. While they claimed to be fully booked, a quick search online revealed rooms available for booking at the same hotel.

    Requested and paid for a poolside "jr suite." It wasn't ready when I checked in at 2.30p. Downhill from there. Asked me: Did I want to wait? No. Then said, I may be able to get another jr suite but i need a manager's approval. Like i needed to criss my fingers and click my heels 3x. Made the call in front of me. Approved. What if manager had said no? A flawed operation

    Beautiful property as well as beautiful suite. Pleasant experience with all staff members. Location is convenient to a plethora of things. My family enjoyed our beach Christmas from GA. A opportunity is the communication regarding the incidental fee per room needs to be clearer.

    Quick check in which was much appreciated especially after a long day of travel. Room was spacious but smelled moldy. The pullout mattress had a yellow stain on it. Needed to call housekeeping for blankets for pullout. That came promptly. The takeout food place in the lobby is convenient but expensive. Was happy to check out and make our way to our next destination.

    From the moment I checked in, ny stay was flawless. I am at hotels all the time for business and decided to try this one out when passing through, and EVERYTHING exceeded my expectations.
