    Nothing I would give a better rating but the fact that these people are rude mean not friendly and the worse customer service my recommendation is don’t stay here there are several others on the same strip. The general manager was the only nice person and was definitely disappointed in his staff and the facility

    The way the breakfast/ bar was set up didn't make any sense either the time it was open was not accommodating towards guests at all. Pool is outdoors and only open 8a to 8p be really nice for a lot of ppl if it was open till 10p. Most hotels I've stayed at have coffee and tea available all day for guests this hotel only has it during breakfast hours. Cheap is what several things scream about this property and well I understand you get what you pay for but whoever is in charge could upgrade the small things to accommodate a little more.

    The room was good and the staff was helpful. The hotel was clean, however, the room had a musty scent right before you turn on the AC. The kitchen staff was very friendly, however some of the food was not to my liking. Also, the room wasnt clean up after 3 days.

    I've stayed at this hotel for years and it's GREAT!!! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Clean and modern. Oh - and the homemade muffins are great!!!!! I recommend this hotel if you're joining a cruise.

    The staff working the check in desk were extremely rude. When I asked for a crib (as advertised being family friendly when booking) I was told that they would need to find it and didn’t know how to put it together. After an hour of not hearing anything, we went up to the desk where they huffed and puffed about putting it together and eventually it got brought to our room. It was a simple pack and play which is fine! But not sure what the fit was over. Everyone checking in had the same experience as us, being dismissed and ignored and terrible customer service.

    The pictures on the website are misleading. This place is dated and not very well maintained. The room had a musty smell, everything was old. It didn’t feel very clean. Would I stay here again? Probably. It’s an affordable option as a night before our cruise stay & the room was spacious enough for my family of 4. The staff were also excellent. Very friendly! Especially Dominique.

    The room was clean and comfortable. A/C and refrigerator worked. Didn't use the coffee machine. Ice was available. Staff was friendly. I always have a good stay at the Cambria. I only put a 3 for amenities because I never use the pool, fitness center or business office. But the food and drinks are good at the restaurant/ bar the pool and surrounding areas always look clean.

    Stayed for airport shuttle and access to port shuttle as i was going on a cruise. Perfect for that. I planned on staying a few extra days to go shopping and see some sights but this hotel is not close to any good shopping and a long way from sights.

    The front desk employee greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and knowledgeable from the moment we arrived. Our room had a king bed with a nice partition separating the sitting area, which included a sofa and second TV. It made the room feel spacious and comfortable instead of just a standard hotel room. The bathroom and shower area were very clean and roomy. The bed was firm with just the right amount of softness, and the sheets felt crisp and fresh. We also had a really nice view to wake up to in the morning. We enjoyed our stay so much that I already saved this location for future concert date nights at Hard Rock Live. Thank you for such a comfortable and enjoyable experience!

    The property is very nice. My car had its catalytic converter stolen while on its property. Staff treated it like it was nothing now I’m stuck paying all this money to get one put back on it. Security clearly wasn’t doing its job smh. No manager even had the decency to reach out to me.

    This is a typical airport hotel. It was fine, the staff was were very kind and the shuttle driver was excellent. Very helpful and informative about all the restaurants and such in the area. The only issue I had was there was a rather large set of stains on the bed's comforter that was immediately noticeable once you moved the throw off the end... I don't know how you miss it. I get these aren't often washed and the sheets were clean, but you'd think they'd at least replace or wash the comforter when something like that is quite obvious. Otherwise everything else was clean and I just removed that part from the whole situation. Things happen, things get missed, I'd still stay here again.

    Room is extremely dated. The air conditioning unit is sporadic and extremely loud. It’s impossible to sleep through it. Room size is adequate but everything is old. There isn’t enough lighting in the room. Location is good and mattress is good. Staff in the evening for check in was awful - not friendly or professional. They wouldn’t explain why it took so long to check into our room at 9pm. When asked why it was taking so long they didn’t explain and just said to wait. Would not recommend this place.

    I always love the pool and jacuzzi the most and how calm the area is. I walked into my first room 215 and was there 4/29/2026 check-in time walked over to check out the beds black spots on the sheets and covers also smelled a little like mild dew. Not very clean go down stairs to inform the lady ( black lady orange burnt like hair) she is not the skinny young black lady she is a little older wearing light blue dress top hair was in a pony tail . She was nice nasty Im bringing my concerns about the room she is looking at me like are you serious and eye rolling I ask for change of room she give me a accessibility room and that was a little better 225 but guess what cakes and sprinkled smeared in the pull out bed and looks like pubic hairs. She comes up and wanna have a talking battle about the room when it’s not up to par for the money I spent and on my special day truly gave me a bad vibe on my birthday until I made the most with family. I couldn’t believe that lady truly disappointed I can be a better employee than that!

    The hallway was a bit smelly as well as the rooms. When I visited this hotel before it was awesome. I had no problem with the staff. I also can’t believe that this hotel doesn’t come with USB outlets 😟. This day and time . I had to literally purchase a block to charge my devices. I hope this will change. You have to spend a little to accommodate the visitors.

    For the money this is a great place to stay near the airport for the casino or cruise port. Room had a desk as well as a couch which opened to a sleeper for my buddy when he didn't feel like driving home after hitting the casino. I also like that it's a short walk to restaurants and stores and McD's delivers in like 15 minutes because it's a block away!

    The stand up shower was built with just one side shielding the floor so we had to be careful not to splash water outside onto the floor. Also, the wooden floor in the living room floor appeared clean to the eye but when I wiped up a spill, the clean tissue paper I used was extremely dirty from the floor. So it made me wonder if housekeeping only sweeps the floor and not mop/swifter wet jet cleans it.

    Place was great - very clean and new looking. We ate at the restaurant there and really enjoyed our food. We asked the desk person to put us on the shuttle list for 6am the next day and when we got down there at 6am, she hadn't put us on the list. Thankfully we were not too late but that was really irritating because it wasn't busy.

They put us in a room next to the gym and apparently a utility room because it was so loud at 7 AM. The staff was very unfriendly. I did talk to the sales rep after our first night. She was kind. But our second night there was pretty much the same.

    No It was almost impossible to find pickup point at airport. Talked with hotel shift manager, she was not clear where the pickup point was. Was left waiting for pickup service for almost 2 hrs.     Front desk staff were very nice and super accommodating. The airport shuttle guy was very prompt and also very nice and helpful. Our room was quite large and comfortable. I just wished there were some wall hooks in the room for us to hang out jackets and hats - there were not enough places to hang up stuff. The bathroom was large and seems to be newly renovated. The breakfast and dinner are not free, but there's a large dining area in the lobby to hang out in.

    Also, our daughter's best friend's flight was cancelled and she had to return to our room. The staff treated her well when she arrived in the middle of the night and thankfully it worked out that she could continue her stay in our room the next night, until she was able to get a flight out.     The bar lady took our breakfast order knowing we had to leave in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later our food still had not arrived so we left. Our port shuttle was there. The shower would not get hot water. We told the desk person and (only then) did she tell us we had to run the bathroom sink on hot water to get the shower to give us hot water. The bathroom wallpaper is peeling behind the mirror. For the price I paid for this room it should come with a complimentary continental breakfast! During Spring Break the hot tub should be in working order!

    While the room itself was clean and the bed very comfortable, the hallway leading to the room had a stained rug, which detracted from the overall impression of the property. I was also surprised that bottled water was not complimentary unless you have a special membership. In most hotels I’ve stayed at, bottled water is provided for all guests, so this felt like an unnecessary limitation. The staff was pleasant, which I appreciate, but this felt like the expected standard rather than something exceptional.

    While waiting on our room to be ready for check-in, we sat in the lobby, and it was filthy. Food and debris on the floor that looked like it had been there for a while. I took an ice cold shower, then when the shower floor was wet, I noticed a large amount of hair, that wasn't mine, on the shower floor. Had I booked direct instead of thru hotels.com and prepaid, I would've walked out. Very disappointed to pay $383 for the night for that. Thankfully, it was one night only pre-cruise. Will not be a repeat customer.

    The check in was very frustrating. We checked in shortly after 3:00 and were told that our room wasnt ready and they couldn't give us an estimation of how long the wait would be. It seemed as if there were people in the room who were not leaving and then it needed to be cleaned. I got the impression that they were double booking the room.     Overall, we were very happy with the rooms we stayed in. We stayed two different nights and two different rooms. The first room with the king bed we liked better. It seemed newer and it was on the first floor. The second room was on the fifth floor with two queen beds and did not seem as new or clean and the air-conditioning smell smelled like mildew. We enjoyed using the pool, shuttle service to the airport and it was very convenient to have food on site even though you had to pay for it.

    We only stayed one night, but was highly impressed. We disembarked from our cruise vacation early and we arrived to the hotel way before check-in. They were able to accommodate us with complementary early check-in. My family and I are so grateful as we were just looking to relax for the last leg of our trip.     We (group of 8) called for the offered airport transportation and was left standing outside for 1.5 hours in very cold weather. Each time I called to check the status of the driver, the staff told me he was a few minutes away or just down the street. When they just could have been honest and said they didn't have a driver available and we would have waited inside the airport. I had my elderly mom and children. I'm VERY disappointed in this treatment.

    We were supposed to have shuttle service from the airport but the front desk person was not answering the phone. We tried for 30 minutes, then took a taxi for $30. The lobby was full of loud drunks. The elevator was trashed. HOWEVER, in the morning the manager credited us $20 for the taxi ride. And the beds were nice.

    Poor communication in general. The shuttle service was TERRIBLE!! We called as we were told to do and we were told that they were on their way. 30 mins later the shuttle guy called and told me he was pulling in. I was told by hotel staff that it would say Cambria on the side. It didn’t. An hour later we call the hotel and they say he is on his way and they have no clue what we need to look for van wise. We waited almost 2 hours total to get shuttled back to the hotel from the airport. We get inside to check in and there is a huge line. One person on the computer and one checking people in. Worst experience in my life after a long day of flying!

    The room and elevator could have been cleaner. The floors look like they hadn't been mopped/cleaned in a while and there was paper trash in the elevator. The bathtub had some mildew stains that I feel could have been cleaned up fairly easily. We didn't utilize any of the food options as the menu seemed expensive for the product. We left too early to try out breakfast the next morning. I would stay here again but not at the price we paid. I don't think it's worth that price.

    Stayed at this hotel in 2023 and everything was great. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were cleaned properly. Booked a handicap room by mistake and it really was not an issue until we check in. Room was not cleaned properly, smelled like mold/musky. Desk chair was ripped and pealing, the table used in to hold the fridge/ microwave was had water damages and big black stain. We had to clean our bathroom over because or the tub not being cleaned properly. The front desk clerk was not helpful with assisting us with another room. Definitely won't be booking this hotel again. Management needs to really look into checking rooms properly. Was not happy about thid stay with cambria.

    Hotel appears nice, but details in the furniture is unsettling. Lampshades were dirty, not dusty, but dirty. There were burn holes in headboard and the furniture is old, scratched up and outdated. The bathroom was nice, the room layout was wonderful, the bedroom was nice also. No updated outlets near bed to charge electronics. The Jacuzzi was closed, and the front desk staff was friendly. Note: shuttle only picks up from airport, not the tri rail, which one station is close to hotel. Took train from Miami, expecting to get off at stop by hotel, no! Had to get an Lyft still to take us 5min away.

    Overall a good place to stay. Room was large and clean. Front desk staff needs to learn how to interact with the public(smile, say hi, etc.)during checkin. If you come without a vehicle then food options are limited and what is served in the hotel restaurant is overpriced for what you get.

    Staff did not greet us at all. They were not engaging, informative, welcoming, lacked professionalism. The hotel lobby was unkept, elevator was dirty and smelly, hallway was HOT, stinky & in disrepair. The room door had clear signs of being tampered with. Bed room had a musty smell. The room as dated; unclean and just underwhelming, to say the least! WORST experience with a hotel in a very long time. Family & I had to quickly seek alternative stay elsewhere.

    Cambria was a nice property. My service at check in was TERRIBLE w/ Daphney who was not at all helpful or nice! I finally got the manger Alejandra to the rescue but it was not good with Daphney. She was counting money the whole time I was trying to get help from her. She was definitely not who Cambria wants at their c/i experience! I should have known when I had to greet her first at the desk that she was not going to be helpful, but she was beyond not helpful! On the other hand there is a girl name Cassandra on the night shift and she was so very helpful and courteous. Two big complaints are that I had a very difficult time getting a cart on c/i AND c/o. Very unhappy about that part! The pool was lovely, too hot for the hot tub but it was a very pleasant area to relax and the sun shone all day at the pool which is not always the case. The room was nice and comfortable but the bathroom door was awful from water damage. Towels were nice and plush and parking was pretty good most of the time. I would definitely stay again and hope that Daphney gets some guidance on how not to behave with guests. Cassandra could train her how to do it the right way!

    The hotel advertises that the rooms are renovated, but that was far from the truth. Everything still felt outdated. There were no USB charging ports, which are a basic convenience in most hotels now. The office chair was also unstable—my husband nearly fell just sitting in it because it leaned and wobbled dangerously. It wasn’t just our room either. My parents stayed in a separate room and had similar complaints. Their closet door had visible water damage—the bottom was puckered and stayed wet for all four nights of our stay. That’s not just inconvenient, it's a serious maintenance and health concern. We were aware there was no complimentary breakfast, but we hoped the restaurant would make up for it. Unfortunately, the food was far from impressive—definitely not worth the price. Overall, this hotel fell short on cleanliness, safety, comfort, and value. It was a disappointing experience from beginning to end.

    Staff rude and inconsiderate of customers needs. Spent 6 hours on a plane arrives 2 hours early to hotel was told couldnt check in until 3 i said i have a meeting at 3 and why cant you let me in the ropm to just freshin up but NO she stated cant let you check in till 3. Calls my phone at 259 to tell me the room was ready. Had already left for my meeting. Got back at 11pm and checked in and ask about a discount since was going to only be in the room for a matter of hours....she stated they didnt give discounts. Place was a real dump will never book again and if it was the last place to stay i would rather sleep in the car. If i hadnt already paid i would have.

    Went to use the hot tub but it was cold and extremely dirty. The same gal that moved us the first night was at the desk when I told her about the hot tub. All she said was it is broken. This is the hospitality industry, she would be better suited not working with people! And the ac in the bedroom in the room they moved us to was leaking. The carpet was wet.

    2. Check in process took longer than expected. Although we were checking in after 5pm, the room was not ready and needed to be checked for cleanliness before we received access. Additionally, we were not initially the same greeting and summary as other patrons (who checked in at same time). I had to ask the guy who nearby restaurant info directly. 3. Room was much larger than expected, with separate sitting area which included a pull out coach and all the minimum amenities. No complaints over comfort in room, though floors were somewhat "sticky". 4. Nice sized pool area and quiet most of the time. 5. Small gym with limited equipment but more than adequate for a vacation workout. Would not recommend drinking the water from the cooler - it was empty the first day but then filled partially the next, and it was clear that it was not a new water refill. 6. Excellent service in the area's restaurant/lobby area. The lobby photos are what drew me to the property, but the service here (1 lady for all these customers!) was amazing. 7. Quite a walk (15-20 minutes) to any decent restaurant. I don't mind walking, but think you should be prepared. Nowhere near the beach - you'll have to rideshare or drive.

    This stay was a little different. Requested room cleaning at 1pm since this was day 3 of my stay. Told last clean happens around 3pm. Plenty of time, right!? Came back that evening to same untouched room. Had to take out the trash myself, go get towels etc. Not happy about that. On top of that, person at desk was very nonchalant when I addressed the issue. She definitely wasnt like the usual pleasant desk personnel. May need to find a new go to for my quick getaways.
