The room was within walking distance to the beach. The room is roomy, clean and well stocked with kitchenware if cooking . There is a great little breakfast place and neighborhood store two blocks away. We loved the the pool option, since the ocean had red and purple flags during our stay. Was quite, peaceful, and laid back. Owners have several properties beside each other which was nice we could find which pool had kids so my little could be around others. The washer and dryer were well maintained and easy to use. Can buy detergent pods in the office. My family slept well. The bed was a tad firm for my body but I snoozed. After the initial SANFU of being told I was assigned to another property, called Ms. Angela and she cleared it up promtly and assigned me to the right hotel. The customer service was top-notch so really wasn't a dislike just stressed me out for the first few minutes until so.

Great location in Fort Laudardale, 5min walk from the beach, main beach street. Room was clean, cable tv with great quality. There were available utensils in the kitchen. Good price Fantastic hostess who allowed us to check out few hours later on the last day of our visit in the USA. There was no shampoo.

The staff was very nice, the lady let us stay 1 hour after check out, to dry out (we got soaking wet in out way back to the motel before checkout), it had everything we needed.

Absolutely delighted with our brief stay. Low rise, local village feel to the neighborhood and just a couple of mini blocks from seafront. Wander past local bakery/coffee shop/juice bars to miles of gloriously empty sands. Want crowds and buzz? Just head right.. It's a precious old style resort motel. But make no mistake the room was gorgeously decorated (seaside vibe) and bed super comfy with top quality bedding. Pool area just delightful. An absolute steal for this lovely peaceful location comfortable walking distance into FL. 2 nights way too short a visit

Location. Good communication with Angela. Free parking. Internet reception was very weak and slow on room 219. No good isolation so you hear your neighbor. Old shower.

Location was close to the beach and a few cafe restaurants. The room was perfect for a beach weekend getaway. We had plenty of space and the kitchen was nice.

The location was excellent, the room was big, comfortable, and clean, and the staff was very hospitable and friendly. You can't beat the value for the price. We are very happy with our stay and will definitely stay there again. A big thanks to Angela whose family owns the property, she was wonderful to us!

I loved the location, very close and convenient to the beach. And the woman at the front desk, Angela I think her name was, was beyond kind and accommodating.

The location to the beach, restaurants and the airport. The bathroom had a big issue. There were little brown bugs on the bath mat and wings on floor. By the end of the night there were lots more. We had 2 in the bed with us. They had crawled onto our feet and hitched a ride. I’m pretty sure they were termites as I looked them up. Also, the mattresses were not that good.

Mattresses are very cheap, hotel is too cheap to provide shampoo and conditioner. Need bigger tvs. Rooms are very dated.

I stayed at this location based on pure luck at the last moment & I am so beyond thankful that I did! Every time Im back in Fort Lauderdale this will be my go to! Check in was a breeze, we felt welcomed from the moment we walked in & very much loved the property. Thank you for hosting us!
