First off, the room we booked, a 2 bedroom suite was not available even though I booked it months before the trip. Ended up getting 2 rooms across the hall from each other. Rooms were clean, the lady at check in was a bit overwhelmed, was a bit stressed over our room being given away. Breakfast was okay. It was nice having the full kitchen since my daughter had to wash bottles and her pumping equipment.

All great other than room was only cleaned one time when we asked for it during the five day stay

Lots of anemities. Pool, office, outdoor patio sitting, and complimentary breakfast. The staff was so nice.

Location Hotel is tired with multiple features inoperative. We eventually changed rooms and accepted a small courtesy rebate as compensation for multiple accessory malfunctions.

- 5/5
As always, the room itself and breakfast were great, and pool was adequate (though a little cold). "Gym" is quite the overstatement, but it's Colorado, so there's plenty to do outside for legitimate recreation!
- 5/5
Nice two bedroom suite and reasonably priced
- 3/5
Was good enough. Over priced do what they actually offer.
- 3/5
Everything else was great. Bed, bathroom, and breakfast were all comfortable and delicious. If they just fixed the stuff above this would be a five.
- 1/5
The television wasn't working and showed "No Signal". Staff looked at it and said they couldn't fix it but would get someone in to look at it in the next few days. None of my 4 devices would connect to their wi-fi. Was again told it would be looked at in the next few days. I asked about moving to another room as I need to be connected and have access to broadcast news for my work. Was told other rooms had same problems. Funally went to Starbucks to work. Room was not entirely clean - dirty towels in the tub and a dirty washcloth that hsd blood on it. I moved to a different hotel late at night.

Fabulous hotel!
- 1/5
Very disappointed for a Marriott property. The heater was so loud we couldn’t even hear each other speak so we asked to move which they moved us across the hall. There were only four channels that worked in the TV and to top it all off there was no head board to the bed. I will not be staying at this property again.
- 5/5
Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was ready and very nice. Breakfast was yummy.
- 3/5
Breakfast was good -- standard. Size of room was good, though not as nicely appointed as other Residence Inns we've stayed at. The pull-out sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. The TV selection was limited, and no guide function was available. You had to cycle through channels to find anything, and the channels were pretty limited.

- 4/5
It was an enjoyable stay. The pool was not conducive to swimming, it was cold according to my wife. There were no hooks on bathroom door or anywhere to hang dop kits or towels. We stayed at a Fairfield Inn in Coralville IA that had multiple hooks on bathroom door and shower wall.
- 4/5
Staff wonderful. Breakfast delicious.
- 4/5
The room was clean and comfortable. The TV needed to be replaced. It seemed that more than half the channels didn't work and any black or dark color was bad Breakfast and coffee were good.
- 5/5
We were in town for Thanksgiving and chose this hotel because the rooms are bigger and they are pet friendly. It was wonderful. Room was in good condition and clean. We had no issues during our stay.
- 5/5
Very comfortable.
- 5/5
Nice room
- 5/5
Yes our room was indeed spotless. However the heating was inconsistent . Would have liked more towels. Lighting was poor.
- 4/5
Not a good day to stay. They were working on the water system so it was unavailable for several hours
- 5/5
I really liked McKenzie at the front desk. And quiet and clean with cooked breakfast! Thank you!
- 4/5
Comfortable room and nice staff. Perfect for a tall person.
- 5/5
Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Very clean and extremely quiet. Enjoyed our stay!!
- 5/5
Very clean facility. Excellent friendly staff. This is an older property. Has had a recent renovation. Kitchen could use a cupboard redo. No noise from other rooms. No door slamming noise.
- 5/5
The breakfast is the star of the show for sure, great selection of items. The only issue we had was the internet would have intermittent issues connecting.
- 5/5
The staff was extremely kind and helpful parking is a slight issue but it is what it is when there isn’t assigned parking spots.
- 5/5
Great place. Nice breakfast bar and pool. Clean and well-managed.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly. The room had issues. WiFi was terrible and the tv was old and kept losing internet.
- 5/5
The room was basic but there were accommodations that would allow you to stay comfortably over several days-the king size bed was comfortable and we got a kick out of how the large screen tv was situated at the end of the bed for comfortable tv watching-location in a quiet neighborhood with a great pizza restaurant close by were two additional pluses!!
- 2/5
The cleaning staff was lacking. On check-in the bedding was dirty and I had dried blood on one of my pillows. One of the other customers was actually yelling outside the building to get someone’s attention. Then he came inside the building I was staying in and continued yelling. I informed him that there were other residents in the building that did not appreciate his yelling. Then the elevator door closed and I didn’t know what happened. That was my check-in experience.
- 3/5
The place was clean, very outdated. Needs a drastic remodel.
- 5/5
Excellent value and overall experience
- 5/5
Clean room, quiet and great breakfast with good attendants keeping food area clean & stocked.
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly. The room had a full kitchen which was nice, the air condition worked really well. Beds were comfortable. I’m not sure if room was cleaned after last guests, food crumbs in kitchen drawers, soap containers in shower empty. Extra blanket in closet was dirty. Breakfast buffet offered every morning was not bad. . When we return to Fort Collins in the future, I don’t think this property would be on my list

- 5/5
Friendly staff. Very clean.
- 5/5
Great location. It was a $15 uber ride to downtown. Easy access to get on and off the freeway. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was fine. It was a pretty typical hotel breakfast, but the breakfast area was also kept clean.
- 4/5
Great location and wonderful staff. However the rooms are tired and need major updating.
- 4/5
The night shift gal was great. I arrived late and was tired and she gave me some water. The first room I was given was at the end of the hall, small and looked like no one had stayed there in a long time. The phone was unplugged and there was a dead roach n the bathroom. I called down and was offered the option to have the roach cleaned up or move rooms. I moved rooms. The second room was much better but had no hangers. The temperature of the room was a little difficult to keep at a constant temperature. I also had to hold down the handle of the toilet in order for it to flush.. The TV channels had static on some of them.
- 4/5
All good
- 2/5
No parking ended up parking on the street... Office is not well designated , no were to park to check in when I found the office ... For the price I should have chosen a holiday inn or another ... Plus the room was filthy ... I have pictures to prove it
- 5/5
Super friendly staff. Great location, some electric outlets didn’t work in the room but overall fabulous.
- 5/5
Thanks so much for your hospitality, our family stayed in a few rooms here last weekend and we were comfortable and enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and a grocery store. Staff was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed Patty sitting and chatting with us in the lobby. Thanks so much, having options like this with kitchenettes are very helpful when traveling with families.
- 4/5
It was very roomy and breakfast was great. Close to anything you need and lots of places to dine. Disliked that the pool was closed for renovation and there was no communication of this prior to check in and apparently has been closed for almost a year. I was told it would be open in February.
- 5/5
Nice folks, a bit disorganized but responsive
- 2/5
Mattresses are terrible hotel say’s renovated but only limited face lift
- 1/5
Marijuana. Was too tired to change rooms just wanted to go to beds woke up and no water pressure in shower either. Would Not stay again.
- 5/5
Nice stay.
- 3/5
A little dated and rooms are quite dark with old bedding and pillows.
- 5/5
Located just off a main street, making it convenient to access multiple routes around town
- 5/5
I loved that the breakfast was very good. Loved the Cold brew and the spinach feta crustless quiches
- 2/5
Room wasn’t clean (floors weren’t vacuumed and pull out bed was covered in food). Asked them to come clean it, didn’t vacuum everywhere and didn’t touch the pull out bed. Smell in the hallway was horrible. Was given 2 keys and only one worked
- 5/5
The front desk staff were very friendly
- 5/5
The check in and out people were nice as can be. Felt very welcomed. The room was spacious and quiet, had everything I could have wanted, and they fed me breakfast in the morning. Free parking, too, (as opposed to the Hilton where I stayed the night prior). Would stay there again in a heartbeat
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful.
- 2/5
If the elevator didn’t break and the pool was open for the kids it would’ve been worth the $200 a night for the 2 bedroom suite. Other than that the hotel was nice.
- 4/5
The room was out dated carpet was stained. The kids wanted to go swim and the pool was closed! Who does renovations on a pool in the middle of the summer? Pulled out the sleeper sofa and the sheets were soiled had dirt and CANDY stuck to them. Had to go to the front desk and all for another set of sheets. I asked for a blanket and was told there should be one in the room if not I need to come back because he would have to go find one. Breakfast person was rude. Overall not the best experience. I love Residence Inn I stay at one anytime I am traveling. I will not stay at this one again. Very disappointed.
- 4/5
The room was nice, bug and clean. They are remodeling the property Would stay again
- 2/5
We also learned the swimming pool was being renovated so we couldn’t swim… in July. Another huge disappointment! We had no access to the internet until the third day. I complained to the front desk and miraculously about 30 minutes later we suddenly had internet. Then we were told the room would be cleaned every third day. We were there four nights and there was no evidence our room was cleaned EVER. Our trash was not taken out or anything. We cleaned for ourselves. I would not recommend this hotel at all. We spent over $1100 for nothing but disappointment.
- 4/5
Disappointing covers it. The room was average. Didn't realize until ready for bed that we had no glasses for water to brush teeth. At check-in we were advised re parking. When we returned from the event we went to in Ft. Collins we discovered there was NO PARKING at the inn. We were told to parallel park on the street (this was at 11:30 at night). We didn't want to do this because we weren't familiar with the area and have a new car we didn't want damaged or stolen. The breakfast fare the next morning looked less than appetizing, so we went elsewhere for breakfast. Not happy.
- 5/5
Clean and the staff was very friendly.
- 1/5
Pool was closed the entire week we were there. We understand things happen, but hotel staff was rude and offer zero compensation! 7 days in the heat w no pool!
- 3/5
The first disappointing thing was that the pool was closed and we were not aware until we arrived to the hotel. Second, the hotel kept running out of bath towels We were there for a whole week and to use the same towels for a week is ridiculous. Third, I was told that my room would be cleaned on a Thursday and it was not cleaned. I went to ask if it was going to be cleaned and the lady at the front desk was not very courteous and went to clean my room but did not vacuum or change the linens or took out all the trash. Overall I wish they were a little more prepared.
- 4/5
The lobby was undergoing renovations so breakfast in the morning was a little cramped. We ate elsewhere. Overall though, the property and rooms were very nice.
- 5/5
Facility was in refurb.
- 3/5
Not so good: No POOL- been closed since January for renovations, didn't look to be opening anytime soon either. Went to use grill to cook burgers - no grill - unusable because of pool renovations. Since January. Went to cook burgers in Suite, no frying pan. Staff had to go find one. The whole kitchen was not properly set up. No small spoons.....etc. And then, not to sound like too much of a nitpicker, but we kept finding black hairs all over the bathroom areas. Gross. My wife and I are both blondes. Kept having trouble w/keycards too. Had to keep having them reset. Could have been us on those, don't know. But it was aggravating.
- 4/5
Room was clean the staff was friendly and helpful. Pretty sure when they are back to normal it will be back to 5 star
- 3/5
This was a good stay but was not told the pool was closed for renovations, and the bed was not a king size even though they said it was, and we purchased a room for the kind size bed.
- 4/5
Cups in cupboard all stained and needed replaced. Also a keurig would have been nice. But very minor in way of complaints.
- 5/5
The staff was so very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have encountered. Location to all areas in Fort Collins was fine. My wife and I agree that we will book at this location the next time we travel to Fort Collins.
- 3/5
The place is nice, and the customer service is nice. However, the mattress was horrible with dips on both sides and we did not get much sleep. The pool and hot tub were out of commission, seems there should be a discount automatically in that case.
- 4/5
Pet friendly
- 3/5
The hotel did inform visitors that major upgrades to the items above are underway. Once completed, the hotel will be more four star and less average.
- 2/5
The property was under renovation and I was not advised. The pool and workout room were closed. The hallways were a mess. Not a Marriott stay I am use to.
- 3/5
The room and wing of was completely remodeled except for the mattresses and bedding. The sheets were stretched oversized, pilled and would not stay on the mattress. I’ve stayed at this hotel once before, before it was remodeled and anticipated it to be fully remodeled. The bed is one of the most important considerations and Marriott seemingly overlooked it.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
Nice place to stay
- 4/5
Booked a king room but received a queen. One light fixture was broken but they did fix it.
- 3/5
The hot tub was out of order. They were painting and putting in new carpeting downstairs. We stayed in a newly remodeled roo on the second floor, which was very nice. Breakfast was nice. When we arrived the evening before, there was complimentary coffee and tea. Staff were friendly and helpful.
- 2/5
We were trapped in an elevator for 30 minutes. We attempted to call the front desk via the emergency phone 3-4 times before we finally convinced the woman at the desk not to hang up on us. Once the elevator was able to get us to the nearest floor, nobody checked to see if we were ok. I went to the front desk and all the woman would do is offer us free snacks. They have now simply apologized for not checking on us, but are unwilling to compensate us in anyway. We will not be returning.
- 2/5
Under remodeling construction. Hallways smelled.
- 4/5
Nice little spot and great price. We got a studio which had a lot of amenities and was very spacious. There are restaurants off of Harmony and Oakridge nearby. It is easy to get an Uber/Lyft to Old Town as well!
- 4/5
Clean and quiet
- 4/5
It was a little loud at times due the the remodeling...
- 4/5
Very clean and comfortable room. Staff was very nice at check in/check out. Food options nearby were great and varied.
- 5/5
Loved the area
- 3/5
Not sure how this place is getting rave reviews. It was average at best. It is going through a renovation which it needs. The sink in our kitchen smelled moldy. We would not stay again.
- 5/5
The Residence Inn By Marriott in Fort Collins is a great place to stay. Large and clean rooms, good breakfast, and very friendly staff.
- 4/5
The key cards were not working well. Not sure if it was due to the cold or something with the cares but the staff quickly got us new ones.
- 4/5
Front desk staff cheerful and friendly. Room had multiple issues, some of which wete attempted to be fixed while we were there (kitchen light not working, desk lamp not working, faucet leaking in bathroom. ) all minor, only slightly annoying. More annoying was the not hot shower the morning we were getting ready for daughter's wedding. Couldn't wash my hair. Worst issue was covers on queen bed clearly for a double, not hanging over sides of bed. Manager voided last night's stay, without my asking. Oh, and we were in handicapped room,, but no automatic opener on hotel front door. Good location, we didn't sample breakfast, so I can't comment on that.
- 5/5
The room was big and the bed was comfy, and after a long day of driving it was great to discover an actual kitchen, so that we could eat dinner off plates instead of passing a tupperware back and forth. Good breakfast too!
- 5/5
We arrived for Thanksgiving week. Before our arrival we asked for a ground floor room near an exit door due to some pulmonary issues and only able to walk short distances. Kaeleigh made sure that it was noted in our reservation and when we checked-in, our room was perfect. Only problem was that our room didn’t have an oven and we decided we wanted to cook Thanksgiving dinner in our room. Went to the front desk and spoke with Christopher who not only changed our room but upgraded our 1 bedroom suite to a 2 bedroom suit right next to our original room. The service here is one that I would expect from a 5-star hotel. Everyone has been helpful, professional and kind. Thank you for making our stay better than we imagined!
- 5/5
Room was nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Only down side was the hot tub was not open, but we took a quick swim instead.
- 5/5
Easy check in and very quiet
- 4/5
It was clean and the staff was nice!
- 5/5
I was thrilled to find this hotel for about $40 less per night than the ones in Ft Collins or even the other Marriott lines like Springfield and Fairfield. I’m fairly certain it is because the cabinets have not been updated. So what! They are in good condition and perfectly functional. I would rather save money than have fancier cabinets. The bathroom was modern and the bed comfortable, and the area was very nice. Also every employee we encountered was friendly and welcoming. What a great place!
- 5/5
The negative I would comment on is (1) the couch is not comfortable (I realize it's a pull out sofa, but was very uncomfortable to sit on), (2) there were no condiments left by the in-room coffee maker, and (3) there was no soap left by any of the sinks. I would definitely stay here again when needing separate bedrooms, but would know to bring my own soap and condiments.
- 5/5
Quiet room, comfortable bed, good coffee in the morning.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and comfortable rooms.
- 5/5
What a great place to take our dog. The staff was so kind and caring!
- 3/5
Michaela came back on phone and she said they have another room and she'll meet me. Jackie was there when i checked in, after that call, she was rude and didn't greet or acknowledge me after that. How unpleasant she made my experience there.
- 4/5
Quiet felt safe clean
- 5/5
The beds are like sleeping on the floor, they were way to hard.
- 5/5
Bed was comfortable, I liked having a kitchen. Coffee in the morning was nice.
- 2/5
The king bed was really hard and my husband and I woke up sore every morning.
- 3/5
Not enough parking for the number of rooms
- 5/5
Room is clean and bed is very comfortable. Front office staff was very helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
The room is clean, comfortable and spacious. The king bed is super comfortable for my back.
- 3/5
There was a toe nail on the coffee table when we arrived. Which tells me no one really cleaned the place. Beds were ok. Needs an update bad as the halls smell like an old folks home
- 4/5
The parking is very tight and I drive a midsize car. The bed in our suite frankly sucked it was creaky and was low on the head side so i woke up stuffed up every day. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. I never felt uneasy in the area.
- 5/5
Nice facility. The hot tub was out of order, so far that’s the only disappointment we’ve experienced.
- 5/5
Great place to stay, I booked myself and my puppy one night and it was great! A little outdated but my room was super clean and that is always the main thing for me. The staff was very nice and helpful, everyone seemed happy to work there. I would definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
They did not have any extra pillows so I know that I will have to start bringing my own as I have to sleep upright due to medical side effects.
- 5/5
Stayed in a 2-bedroom suite. The layout that has a bathroom for each bedroom. Kitchen has a full size fridge and freezer is really appreciated.
- 4/5
My stay was quite nice. It is very quiet there. Breakfast was good. It was nice to have a laundramat there. Personnel were friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Clean. Nice staff
- 3/5
The Hot Tub was broken and there were large pot holes in the parking lot especially near handicapped parking spaces which is potentially unsafe for folks that have difficulty ambulateing. Only one of our key cards worked and the other took a few slides before it would open the door. The kitchen only had 1 glass, then upon check out while cleaning found 3 more in dishwasher, this should be a basic housekeeping check. Every staff memeber we encountered was extremely nice and polite.
- 4/5
Lovely little inn in Fort Collins. The hot tub/pool could use a bit of an update, but overall, very comfortable.
- 5/5
Good location; nice grounds, great room size.
- 5/5
Perfect cozy, clean, spacious room. I stayed with my husband and son and the king studio worked perfect. Great price. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, not excellent, expected waffles. But the rest of the options tasted great. I will definitely being staying everytime i visit family there. I highly recommend.
- 1/5
Very old and worn out hotel. Bathroom had chipped tile and mold. Staff at check in was far from welcoming with no greeting at check in.
- 4/5
Nice and quiet
- 3/5
Very dark and small parking lot
