Overall this was a very nice place, the only reason I gave it a 4/5 stars is because the walls were paper thin. You could hear people walking above you and people just having a normal conversation next door. Also, the bathroom door doesn’t actually close or lock and there’s about a half inch gap that anyone can see in. Whoever designed that needs to find a new career.

We like having the bedroom separate from the TV/sitting area, and the kitchen. So much more relaxing than a traditional 2 bed and /TV in one room

Breakfast service again was great on the weekdays, but the weekends were not as clean and efficent. Sometimes they didn’t even turn the lights on over your area. Pool… was dirty. The white sides had built up, scum on it. Very disappointing for the amount of money and the reputation they have. Maintenance came to my room 3 times to fix didn’t stuff. Cleanliness in the room was awesome. Maid service was very efficient. Wan’t able to use my electronic access to areas on my phone. Staff told me there was nothing they could do. Why offer it?

We had to get on the road by 8:45am, so I had only wished the pool was open at 7am. I used the bicycle instead.

The staff was excellent, the front desk was enthusiastic, kind, and helpful. But the property is in desperate need of refurbishment. It is cavernous, with dimly lit hallways, worn carpets, bedsheets so thin and worn that it was difficult to tell if they were clean. The place feels institutional and devoid of character, in stark contrast to the Hampton Inn (another Hilton property) where we stayed the next night in Denver.

We stay here almost every time we visit our daughter. The staff is always friendly and helpful, although, I was sad that Lamar is no longer there. However, was happy to hear he is still with Hilton, just moved to an upper management position, which is well deserved. The rooms are clean, the housekeeping staff is wonderful, the amenities are good. My only criticism would be the laundry amenities. One of the washers wouldn't dissolve the detergent pods, and one of the dryers took forever to dry. I think they've upgraded them since one of our first stays 4 years ago, but it would be nice if they could have more than 2 of each and if they were the ones that you can connect to an app so you know when your laundry is done. Overall, as I said, we stay here almost every time we visit and always enjoy our stay.

The walls at this hotel are very thin, and the noise was a major issue. The people in the room next to me had their kids staying in a separate room, and starting around 7 a.m., the kids kept going in and out, slamming the door repeatedly, yelling, and screaming in the hallway. I called the front desk and asked them to intervene, but nothing was done. It made the stay very frustrating and not restful at all.

This was a great stay for us. The room was clean and provided everything that I needed. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The only way it could have been better was to have had a better pillow.

The person working the front desk in the afternoon was super rude and this happened on 4/826 my wife ask him were can she get water and the first question was are you staying with us tell me what is your room number and you have to buy the water she was just asking were can she get it the person make my wife like she was going to still something from there or like we didn’t belong to be in the place, I did talk to some staff cleaning, and kitchen lady’s and super nice really helpful

I only stayed for two nights, but I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The room was clean, the neighborhood seemed safe, and there are a lot of shops and restaurants within a short driving distance.

This is a great place to stay if you are having medical treatment at UCHEALTH. The campus is located across the street from the hotel. The staff are awesome. The rooms are clean.

The hotel is exceptionally clean. Breakfast area is quite organized and clean. Good food for a hotel “included” breakfast.

Room coffee machine would not work second day. And room had a color identity issue. Is it a blue green room, an orange purple room or a brown and red room. Not all these colors go together. Staff was amazing.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The property is very clean and has a modern feel throughout, which made it both comfortable and easy to relax after a long day. It’s especially well-suited for business travel—everything felt efficient and well-maintained. The location is also a big plus, situated in a safe and convenient area. I’d definitely stay here again on future trips.

The staff are great! The location is across from the UCHealth campus, so for us it is easy to get to my doctor appointments. There are several options for dining just a quick walk from the hotel.. This hotel is our favorite for staying in Fort Collins.

Need treadmill, a basic fitness machine. Shower drained slowly. Bathroom door trolley system was noisy due to loose and missing hardware. Need simple green tea. Need more gluten free and dairy free options at breakfast. Sign said major allergens, but no labels elsewhere. No hardboiled eggs in stock. Keycard was annoying for elevator, but maybe a necessity. if so, volunteer more than 2 keycards for family. Tree branch had fallen in parking lot, other trees looked to be cracking, so need tree maintenance or cones to block those parking spaces off.

I had a Doctors appointment at UCHealth the next morning. This was an ideal place to stay for this. There is a restaurant next door. The staff were helpful and friendly. Will stay here again.

Both beds said we’re supposed to be queen sized and there is no way they were queen. Also one of the beds had a crack in the frame so every time you moved it acted like it was going to collapse. Past that all of the amenities were great and the staff was amazing.

Staff was very courteous, hotel was clean and breakfast was good. I love the 24-hour coffee. The only thing I wish I had known in advance was that I couldn't leave my dog in the room unattended for any amount of time. We were in Fort Collins for a visit to the Veterinary School and I probably would have chosen a different hotel so I wouldn't have had to leave her in my car during my dinner.

Bathroom tiles were broken and lifted up, very dangerous... got moved to a smaller room and was not compensated in any way or charged less for a smaller room. Was told next time I stay there to talk to them and they would upgrade my stay or make it right. I got there and they treated me like I was an idiot and refused everything even after showing them the photos, receipts, and business card the manger gave me with his note... Plus the breakfast food quality has gone way down hill, expensive hotel for such quality

It's a nice hotel and the staff is great. The beds are squeaky but comfortable. The walls are thin, so you hear people in other rooms and in the hallway.

Liked the breakfast but my wife (vegetarian) didn't like the fact that the same tongs were used for bacon and eggs.

Front desk was great. Arrived late and he was great! Was dissatisfied-pinged in breakfast and that there was no carts available to move our holiday luggage. There was one at 1 am when we checked in, but in the morning another guest had it in their room. And was not polite about sharing.

No fruit or yogurt. "plastic" egg discs tasted synthetic and unpalatable. Limited beverages. Mystery meat sausage. Pillows were hard and lumpy. Mattresses were hard and sagged toward center. Furnishings cold and uninviting.

The room was very nice, very clean, but the front desk staff was what made my stay outstanding. I believe it was Amber that I spoke with on the night of 12/2 and she was excellent in helping me with an issue I was having. Then Lamar at the front desk also helped me with several things, both had a positive attitude that I very much appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel, very comfortable and great people that are super helpful!

We discovered the TV is set so the volume would not go above 25. We asked about it at the desk and we told them had complaints. Well our complaint is we couldn't heat due to crying and screaming kids and dogs. They were racing cars down the hall outside our door. Great place for families but not for old people just trying to hear their TV.

This was a very high-end hotel, very close to the same price of others in the area that I have stayed at. I got this free stay from using my points and it was definitely worth it and I will surely be staying Hilton honors hotels again, everything was excellent. What can I say more

I feel like I should be refunded something, the sleep was terrible because the bed was so small. I feel like that was a terrible response from the hotel. If they didn't have enough Queen beds they shouldn't represent that they have them to book. I haven't slept in a bed that small for 30+ years and wouldn't have chosen this place had I known that was what was going to be provided. I also found three bugs in the room. They were alive and walking around, I do not know what kind of bugs they were, but either way, the bugs were found in different locations on different days.

This was our first stay at a Home2 Suites location. The room was wonderful! Lots of space and extremely clean. All hotel employees we met were very helpful, and a big shout out to Calvin at the front desk for his help on questions we had.

Breakfast was pretty good, a number of hot options plus a few different breads, cereals. It would have been nice to have a few more fruit options.The room itself was clean, but the bathroom particularly the shower could have been cleaner and a better fan would have helped with ventilation.

Home2Suites is my "go to". The value for the money cannot be beat!

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. We did have cracked tiles in the bathroom floor that made it feel like we might cut our feet on it, so we laid towels on the floor to step on safely.

Fantastic staff! Every interaction with staff members - from the front desk to housekeeping - was pleasant and professional. Big shout out to Calvin and Isabel who were the best! They truly made us feel like valued guests. Our spacious room was spotless and the amenities were fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the linens were soft and cozy. Our week-long stay was wonderful.

Our stay was ok. Just average. From the reviews I was expecting a little more. The bed was uncomfortable and it’s located in a shopping center and 100 ft away from a Texas Roadhouse, so if you are hungry that’s great, but it was loud and noisy.

I enjoyed our stay

Everything was great from the moment we checked in. The receptionist was super friendly and the room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately the guest above must’ve had kids and they kept running around so it was kinda loud. My only complaint is the house keeping manager I’m assuming came to the door and said you know checkout was 11 it was 11:15. I had booked with Expedia and on the booking it said 11:30 check out so I apologized and said mine said 11:30 I’m just finishing up sorry she seemed a little bothered. Other than that it was a great experience I’d book again

The hotel is located in a shopping area with a Texas Roadhouse on one side and a movie theater on the other side. There are also several other eating and shopping establishments within a very short walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always good and the coffee was always hot. This is my second time to stay there.

This is the second time we've stayed at Home2 Suites in Ft. Collins. It's very comfortable, clean and the staff is always very friendly. The pool is a good temperature and the gym is convenient. The breakfast is also quite good. I also like where it's located. Not to close to downtown yet not to far. Plus, my favorite shop is very close, The Cozy Cottage. The Texas Roadhouse is right next to the hotel too.

My room was very spacious, with lots of counter space, a lounging area, and a kitchenette that included essential cooking & serveware. Special thanks to Jill, who was replenishing breakfast and offered me a tray so I could take food to my room and get on a scheduled call. I recommend this hotel as a good value for those visiting Fort Collins.

Last minute surgery scheduled at UCHealth. Stayed here overnight since we live in Eastern CO and had to be at the hospital at 5:30 am. Everything was great - Had a BIG FFA group there, so the breakfast was scarce.

The weather was not good during our stay and it was wonderful to have the Texas Roadhouse on one side and the movie theater on the other. What a great location! And, the hotel was just a quick 15 drive from our CSU daughter's apartment. Very friendly staff as well!

Perfect accommodations for a quick trip to visit CSU. No outside noise, comfortable beds, spacious room for 3 people. Lots of clean surfaces for unpacking luggage, places to charge electronics, and the small kitchen in the room was great. Breakfast was yummy. I would be happy to stay here again.

We had to extend our stay and it was not communicated throughly and almost had to leave during the death of a family member. Michael did get it corrected but it was stressful during a very difficult time.

The only thing that we did not like about the property was the lack of a cart to load our belongings onto so that we could get them to our room. They said they had one but didn't know where it was. We are older and have a lot of extra items that must travel with us besides our suitcases. We do not plan to stay at this location again.

Had to chase expedia for 2 hours on the phone to try to get a refund and then list 60 bucks in points on top of it, that they can't refund. What a fiasco. Do not stay here!

Overall nice property. It’s in the same parking lot with a couple restaurants, convenience store and a theater. I didn’t check out the pool, so I can’t speak to that, but everything seemed to be in good condition and clean. Breakfast was good with quite a few options. The staff were friendly and made a pot of coffee for us when we asked. The only complaint we would have is the bed. It was creaky and not the most comfortable. Would stay again.

Home2 Suites is one of my favorite places to stay in general. We were here for my daughter's volleyball tournament. Was amazingly quiet for it to be so many people staying. My bed had a broken slat so it made noise every time I moved around and I didn't feel like changing rooms so I just dealt with it. Love that Cinemark is next door, Texas Roadhouse next door, and Old Chicago is across the parking lot. Just wish I was staying longer so I could enjoy the restaurants.

The kitchen staff came in early and had breakfast ready before they were suppose to because of a volleyball tournament. That was nice!

Would recommend everyone to stay here if you get the chance! Great price, great breakfast, and great atmosphere 😃 Outside propane grill for small family gatherings/ cookouts.. 10/10

Visit to Fort Collins for a tour to the college. Although it was not as close to the college and old town as we would like, we would definitely stay there again. Nice big, comfortable room, good service and breakfast.

NOT impressed. Getting housekeeping daily was RIDICULOUS. You can do better.

Pros: - very clean - very comfortable (if somewhat firm) bed - softer than heaven sheets, other bedding very nice and cozy - loved curtain between bedroom area and sitting room - I didn't have to make my bed when I had guests - bathroom and shower was nice and well-appointed - I actually loved the shampoo and the body wash was good. - Good light-activated nightlight made finding my way to the bathroom at night very easy without causing too much light disturbance in the room. - Mostly quite, but for a small amount of dog barking in a nearby room (really wasn't bad, as the owners took him out as soon as he got riled up). - comfortable sitting area with couch (hideabed I didn't use) and ottoman plus desk chair. Made for a nice gathering area for 3 people. - pool was lovely and not heavily used (max people in the pool was 6, and my party was 3 of those) - decent breakfast. Good waffles, standard selection otherwise. I didn't prefer the eggs for the most part. The oatmeal with all the fixings was my go-to. Coffee was good. The only day the breakfast area was really busy was when the All State High School Orchestra was in town on Saturday. Otherwise there were plenty of people but they didn't make the area feel busy. - Did I mention friendly, helpful staff? Really A++ Cons: - not the best TP. Not the worst, but less than average.

The heating system blew cold air. The master switch had to be on for the bathroom light to come on. The master switch turned on lights in the room and entry.

Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, clean facility. Pool water was chilly but pool was clean.

Met with 5 siblings over a parent's funeral. Accomodations were great, efficient, clean, plentiful breakfast, & excellent location.

Great place to stay and feels like there are all the comforts of home.

The beds were not comfortable. Bed frames were flimsy and made noise when you moved.

Security was good, requiring a room.key to access floors

This was a nice property and the room was huge but the bed and pillows were so hard and creaky that our stay wasn’t good.

I would stay there again.

The most beautiful view when you walk outside, the staff was really alert and attentive. Everyone was extremely kind. Food was delicious at breakfast. They accommodated everything I needed, and I will be returning. Hilton always does it right. ♥️

One thing make sure the maids do not put salt and pepper bags in the shakers. Maybe a miss understanding. It was very difficult to take out the little bags to use.

We love this property! So close to CSU and nice!

Nice location, the suite was big and perfect for our family and the dog. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was yummy. We’d stay here again and highly recommend it.
