The only thing good was that there was a gate, but it was never closed or locked I didn't like the homeless I didn't like the addicts out in the middle of the night. I didn't like the way people were acting. I didn't like the lack of service we was getting there. I didn't like the non-continental breakfast. I didn't like a lot of other things, but the rooms were very dirty and nasty. The floors look like they haven't been mopped in months. It was horrible. The drains were full of hair gunk and all that so they wasn't even draining properly. I literally had to fix it myself and I sent the pictures just to have proof I cleaned all that out of the thing that goes inside of the drain just so the water could drain out for us to brush her teeth.

Staff was ok. Asked for none smoking, room was no smoking but it has been smoked in it. Tunned heat on it i smell like burn. Went back to front desk told them cancel reservation give me a refund. Apparently the girl at fromt told me is all set but booking cant get the refund. Hotel andcarea not worth it.

Was exhausted from Airlines Nightmare so the accommodations were average. Staff was pleasant at an odd time frame. Would recommend a quick stay

Lack of breakfast, over priced compared to online price, no coffee, total price does t reflect the experance. Priced it lower due to amenities or rather lack of. 89 a night was over priced when it was advertised on line for 45.. no breakfast but advertised as having breakfast and no coffee avilable in hot pot at 30 mins before removeal...total unhappy with the experience and.lack of manager to work with correct pricing especially since we only had room for 6 hrs.

Nothing I booked this hotel for My parents, sister and 9 month old niece because this hotel near the Atlanta airport. They had missed a connecting flight due to weather and there were very limited affordable options available at the time. Everything else was sold out or over $400 for a less than 6 hour stay — but I genuinely wish I had booked the $400 option instead. On booking .com this was the best of the worst options The experience was unsettling from the moment they arrived. A man carrying a duffle bag that was clearly packed with bricks of marijuana walked openly into one of the rooms. Throughout the night, they heard people yelling, arguing, and having loud sex in nearby rooms. It didn’t feel safe or remotely restful. The room itself was filthy. The sheets were visibly stained, the floors had dead bugs crawling, and the bathtub was so grimy. Nothing about the room felt clean or maintained. If you’re looking for a safe, quiet, or remotely hygienic place to stay near the airport — THIS IS NOT IT! I understand being in a pinch with limited options, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, under any circumstances. Spend the extra money elsewhere or wait at the airport. You’ll thank yourself.

Yes a man staying next to my room 110, think his room was 111, he kept coming out looking Everytime I pulled up or someone came to room. He came outside and stared. We felt lil creeped out.

Unfortunately double non-smoking are only upstairs so getting to the room was a bit on an issue. But we get back tired and sore and our beds were made! Clean towels! Trash emptied! First time getting housekeeping since before covid! The towels and sheets were soft, bed was firm. As quiet as one would expect, no bugs, good water pressure. We'll definitely stay again.

It was so bad we did not stay. Not safe and not clean or tidy. Manager said they would refund our money but we have to go through Expedia. This place should not even show up on your website.

We stayed at this Travelodge for 1 night and it was very comfortable. I really liked having the table with 2 chairs so we could eat. There was also a desk with a computer chair. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was very clean and the staff were very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is in a bad part of town. Big sign as you check in saying if you get COVID they are not responsible. Not worth the price by a long shot. Carpet in front of sink was wet. Man who checked me in was abrupt and not friendly at all. If you a woman traveling alone I would not recommend this hotel. The bedspread had a huge burn hole in it. Very old looking with a terrible paint job. Toilet lid looked like some had burned it. Overall not a nice place. More like a rent by the hour place. The man at the front desk was very nice and check in was fast. However the room was dirty, it reeked of cigarettes, and there were holes in my sheet. It was extremely noisy with traffic and other guests. I hardly slept at all.

Spent only one night due to cancelled flight, if I had choice I wouldn’t have!!! When we checked in, the guy was rude and yelled at my sister for ringing the bell that says “ring bell for assistance”. Place was dusty, and had bugs. This place was a nightmare!!

First time in Atlanta so I didn’t know this area and from what I’ve seen it’s not good. Room wasn’t clean and condition was bad. The worst was seeing cockroach in the ceiling and hair in the folded towel. I pay the same price as the hotel I stayed in Decatur and there’s no comparison.

When I missed my connecting flight in Atlanta and the next flight to Peru wasn't until the following evening, I went in search of a local hotel to spend the night. In addition to the numerous weather delays at the Atlanta airport, there was also a convention in town. There were no hotels available at any of the major chains I am used to staying at, so I went to Orbitz who showed a number of hotels about a half hour out of the city with "Only 1 room remaining." I chose this Travelodge thinking I was booking a non-smoking room. When I arrived via a half hour taxi ride, I was told the room was smoking. Since I didn't have a car and it was after 10 pm, I checked in. The room stunk. The bedspreads had stains on them. There was a hole burned through one of the bedspreads by a cigarette. The grout on the bathroom tiles was stained. The toilet paper holder was rusty. The towels were thin and stained. The frig and microwave were stained. I sat in a chair and the leg broke. The concrete walkways and stair were stained and filthy. In short, I would have been better off sleeping on a bench at the airport.

Front desk clerk was very friendly, courteous and helpful in getting us ground floor rooms close together and even a handicapped room for my 86 y/o mother. The continental breakfast was a little austere but adequate. Good parking close to rooms.

I had missed my connecting flight in due to delays and was stuck the night in Atlanta.The woman who helped me check in was nice, but that doesn't make up for how disgusting the room was. I refused to walk barefoot on the carpet. As the title states, it was better than sleeping at the airport....but not by much.

I always book my hotel rooms through Hotels.com. My family and I stayed here on the spur of the moment. Most hotels that I stay at have a check out time of 12pm. At 11am on the dot, Travelodge cut the power to the AC unit. Then they proceeded to call me repeatedly, demanding that I leave the room. Since we were traveling by taxi, I could not accommodate the staff to be out within 15 minutes (three small kids with us). The next thing I knew, the police were at the door. Since I was not out of the room at 11am on the dot I was now guilty of criminal trespass. I was threatened to be arrested and my children carted off to DFACS. This was the most unbelievable, horrific experience I've EVER encountered. DON'T STAY HERE!!!

I chose this hotel as it was listed 5 mikes from the airport but it took us about 20 minutes to get there. I mentioned that when I checked in. She confirmed they're about 5 miles but really takes long to get there. The staff I encountered were all very nice. I just needed a place to sleep so I wasn't too picky. The breakfast was a few generic cereals and packaged muffins which really was fine with me.

It wasn't a bad stay for the cheaper price. The hotel was a little rundown, you could definitely see the wallpaper peeling, bathtub chipped, much older style in the room. But it was clean and the front desk staff was friendly and gave us extra towels without a problem.
