I likes that I was able to make the best out of a terrible situation When I would leave my room upon arrival a girl was standing with her ear to my door. Housekeeping sells weed & looks at you funny when you noticed what they are up to . Stayed for a week and couldn’t get my room cleaned , they didn’t want to give out towels you had to wait for the morning. Loud music at 6am . People fussing all day and night . I got my room for a week and ended up staying 4 days I just no longer felt comfortable

Friendly and helpful staff. But property was dirty and felt unsafe.

Avoid this Super 8 at all costs. Place is disgusting — bed bugs everywhere and the whole property feels unsafe. People openly selling drugs in the parking lot day and night like nobody cares. Couldn’t even relax or sleep without worrying about getting robbed or bitten up. Management does absolutely nothing. This place should honestly be shut down until they clean it up and fix the security.

Nothing Dirty inside and out. Parking lot full of trash. Had a nonsmoking room with cigarette holes in the bedspread. Floors dirty. Advertising coffee in the room there wasn’t any no breakfast also. The clerk said coffee in the lobby at 6 am however when I went to the lobby at 6:30 no coffee available.

I was to afraid to eat there breakfast due to how dirty the room was we got there the room was freezing there was no heat I had to go to the office for them to flip a switch to turn it on when we we leave they would turn the heat back off had to keep calling to have them turn it on there was pet food hair rubber bands and a whole fake nail on the floor and hair coming out of the filter on the hot tub and something sticky all over the headboard and the wall above the bed bedding looked nasty and the bathroom was dirty shower didn't work properly water came out spout and shower head and didnt drain properly so the tub filled while in the shower the floor in front of hot tub was so dirty it turned there white towel black posted a pic the room phone didn't work tv also didnt work we had to wait for someone to come fix it and after i asked for room to be recleaned they said it was and the same finger nail rubber bands sticky head board and wall still dirty we had to buy disinfectant and clean it ourselves the only nice thing I have to say is the older gentleman was very friendly

property in acceptable shape Staff first claimed there's no room left after I showed him my reservation for $89 a night. He canceled my reservation and then offered that we could stay for $140 a night. Left with no option, we stayed for the jacked up price. Nevertheless, Booking still charged me $89. Also, the advertised breakfast doesn't exist. FALSE ADVERTISING! Stay away from this property if you could.

I liked the location and the staff I had provisionaly booked for 13-15 January and cancelled a day before but was still charged for the 2 nights instead of 1night and I could not get a receipt/ proof of payment for the cancelled nights and was refered to booking.com but the deductions are clearly documented as Super 8.

The front desk double charged everyone ahead of me and me. In the midst of a winter storm they took advantage of everyone. They should be shut down. Plus it was filthy.

They had a room available. Check-in was agonizing; they seemed to be scamming some guests "Your reservation was cancelled, but you can pay us cash and the booking company will refund the amount they charged you. Room smelled terrible.

The beds were comfortable, the shower had a good water pression, and the bathroom had a good plumbing system. The fridge and the microwave were working perfectly as well as the heat. When I booked this property, it said that the breakfast was included, but the only thing they had was coffee or tea, nothing else, which was definitely not what was promised. I've stayed in this chain before, and I like the kind of breakfast they have, so this was a disappointment.

The room was clean. Very disappointing. The location was inconvenient to get to from I85. The advertised breakfast on the boking site was nonexistent. When asked the morning desk clerk responded "we have coffee". The phone in the room did not work and there was no signal on the tv.

First, room that I reserved was non smoking, they gave a smoking room, then I told them, they changed my room, 2nd room was not clean and had some bed bugs, they changed the room again, finally the last room, the carpet was dirty, bathroom toilet has pee and floor too, bathtub was dirty plus had hair, microwave was super dirty inside and outside. They told me that is the last room that they can change, the housekeeping was a old man working with short and flippers. Not very professional. Please do not go to this hotel is very bad.

We were stuck in Atlanta for the night with the masses and there was limited availability for any rooms close to the airport. The chair and bed spreads were stained along with some of the walls. The sheets appeared clean, but the towels were thin. It was our only option close to the airport.

The area was not safe addicts walking in and around parking lot; non-smoking rooms had oders and bathrooms were not clean all floors needed mop & sweeping, bath tubs were dirty with live spider in first one, bed sheets had spots on them. I was given another room that was almost as bad as the first room. I will not use or recomend this motel.

In the first four hours we saw OPEN drug dealing, customers cruising the property and a shooting on the property which caused one person to go to the hospital and/or morgue. There were at least 15 officers, a fire truck and an ambulance. The property was cordoned off so no one could get in or out. The police came to us and told us we should leave the property and that this area was not safe. In my opinion this was the most unsafe place I have ever rented in my life. This is a True Account!

The hotel rooms are horrible, there was some weird smell, dirty bed sheets with holes, the only toiletries provided is just a soap, AC is very noisy, the walls are so narrow you can clearly hear arguments from next door. Incident 1: while walking towards the room, there were some arguments going on, all of a sudden a bag was thrown out of the room and the door closed. After a tiring day, I ignored it, hoping it was just some fight between the couple. Incident 2: Around 12-1 AM at night, there were some arguments/yelling that started next door, that went on for a while then all of a sudden there was banging on my room door, shouting, and cursing. It went on for a while. It's a pretty scary experience. I wasn't sure if I should answer the door or say something. Was so uncomfortable just wanted to leave from there. Not sure, what to do called 911, explained the situation. Patrol Cop mentioned it's a very bad hotel and he will be around for a bit to make sure nothing is going on. Left the hotel at the middle of the night. I called the hotel multiple times to report the incident, and finally after 3rd attempt able to reach the manager SAM. Explained the situation to him, and he did mention their GM would reach out the next day to resolve the issue. Haven't heard from anyone yet.

This motel made us set a new minimum rating that we’ll stay at in the future for our travel.

I decide i will stay extra night for my job next day.. i waa told to re bood stay on Expedia just to reserve the same room .. i thought that was werid but i did it.. the reserce a king size bed only to find out reserve the wrong room instead of property calln stating booking was a erra the book me n to 113 the wrong was terrible nothing what hade the night before! The beds were super small (Queensize)look like full, rust n the bsth room. Doors was chip,tv didntwirk correctly "very small " etc it alot didnt like on my second stay..i want return again...

Place was kinda of dirty, a/c didn’t work right, bathroom was partially demolished, ceiling was caving in, shower head was not attached to wall, and it was spiders and bugs. Not sure how to EXPLAIN what they call onsite laundry area so ill just LOL. Bathroom very small good hot water pressure...Lobby areas at time of my visit was not open to guest so no morning coffee. Convenient to highway

This was a one star motel for a 3 star price. Even the nonsmoking room aggravated my son’s asthma that had been dormant for years.

I am just not sure how this place has even gotten a star. Singular. To start. Our rooms number was taped on with a piece of paper and sharpie. Before our room were 5 garbage Toilets piled outside our room. Inside. Looks outdated. Didn’t seem horrendous. We could manage. I go to the washroom. It’s not clean. Bugs inside the tub. While in the washroom a roach fell on my back. No toilet paper. No Kleenex. Not even an area you might keep a toilet paper roll. The top layer of sheet seemed clean - the under layers dirty. The hard wood floors turned your socks black. If we could have left and went somewhere else we would have, but we had a few hours before our next flight, and you couldnt get a room. It was so next level, we laid on the bed with our clothes on. I covered the pillows with the towel…which seemed to be the only clean item in the room. No one slept. Had to kill a few roaches upon getting up. We were happy to finally be able to head to the airport. When we arrive to our final destination - none of our luggage in, everything went straight into the wash for fear be brought friends. I can’t describe the level of filth in this place, bugs, it was like something out of a bad movie. Expedia should not be affiliated with a place like this on their site. It truly was next level. Knowing what I know now, We would have slept on the airport floor.

While in the washroom a roach fell on my back. No toilet paper. No Kleenex. Not even an area you might keep a toilet paper roll. The top layer of sheet seemed clean - the under layers dirty. The hard wood floors turned your socks black. If we could have left and went somewhere else we would have, but we had a few hours before our next flight, and you couldnt get a room. It was so next level, we laid on the bed with our clothes on. I covered the pillows with the towel…which seemed to be the only clean item in the room. No one slept. Had to kill a few roaches upon getting up. We were happy to finally be able to head to the airport. When we arrive to our final destination - none of our luggage in, everything went straight into the wash for fear be brought friends. I can’t describe the level of filth in this place, bugs, it was like something out of a bad movie. Expedia should not be affiliated with a place like this on their site. It truly was next level. Knowing what I know now, We would have slept on the airport floor.

Not only did they charge my card but they charged us cash as well had to double pay for a room that wasn't worth half of what we paid

1st given was disgusting; toilet with urine stains on the seat, stained linen, air conditioner COVERED with dust and the diverter for the shower was broken. I complained to the desk clerk and he swiftly switched the rooms. Second room was ALOT cleaner... all except the mold/mildew on the bathroom ceiling.

The suite i rented with Jacuzzi tube waa 205$ and the room smelled like weed and eas just nasty

This was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at there was burn marks everywhere the sheets was raggedy and dirty and nasty and soiled I have pictures of everything the hotel charged me $100 and it was disgusting there. they didn't have no breakfast talking about covid everybody know coverd is over I paid all that money and did not get anything that I paid for it was disgusting. me and my daughter didn't even sleep on the bed we went and bought blankets and our own pillows and slept on top of that cuz the sheets was so nasty towels stained up just a very nasty hotel. When you book with hotels.com the hotel don't give you a nice room they give you the worst rooms they have. The Indian man and lady up at the front desk was just rude they didn't care about nothing oh yeah the microwave was disgusting the refrigerator was disgusting the whole room was sickening. There was no hot water for me and my family to shower but the front desk gave us another room to use with no charge. Which was fair in that case and then the refrigerator was leaking in the room and nothing was done about it. We were so ready to go and we were only staying there to rest up to get back on the road.

This motel is so overpriced for what they offer. It is in a suspect part of town, the parking lot is horribly designed, and the beds are about as comfortable as sleeping on bricks. I would never stay here again, even if I was paid too. The walls are paper thin, and with people walking around at all hours, I did not get very good sleep at all. The only good thing is that the shower was hot.

the location was a dump. no restaurants in the area, right beside a very busy road with nowhere safe to walk my dog. room was extremely old, and the heater didnt work which I told them about but no compensation offered.

terrible. hidden from road couldnt find it, heater wasnt working in room. but late arrival so I didnt want to switch rooms......crappy location......nowhere to walk. owner couldnt give me directions. address was the same as the major road except a court instead of drive.....

Stayed there in the "king suite". Paid $162 a night at a super 8 not even have a coffee maker in the room. Too expensive. Would not do it again.

No sleep, bed very uncomfortable, pillow so thin i have to fold it, requested extra pillow but no extra, the room smell, rugged carpet, check out at 5 am

At first, I thought it was a great find but then after considering the people noise all night, no ice, and limited breakfast the price did not fit the place. There were people up all night and I thought I heard a bathtub draining all the time. The heater in the room cuts in and out about every 15 min. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The breakfast was pretty much cereal, boiled eggs, and reheated waffles. No fruit or yogurt. The area seemed safe.

Not all but a certain staff member that works at the front desk maybe in there commenting fraud by predating reciepts, so that he may get a chance to look into a customers personal property while they are away from their rooms. Needs to be investigated, ASAP

Hotels.com arranged this at last minute when another motel would not honor a reservation. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. The only down side was the parking area because I was pulling a trailer. A neighbor business solved this
