Fue una experiencia bastante mala, la atención en la recepción fue bastante básica, nada sobresaliente, claro no podemos esperar tanto con el precio menor de $90.00 sin embargo he estado en hoteles de menor costo y con una atención profesional. El olor en recepción era desagradable, al parecer no tienen buena limpieza, pensamos y justamente fue lo que encontramos en la habitación, no era tanto la mala limpieza, que no era impecable, pero lo más terrible es que habían cucarachas por todos lados, lamentablemente era una emergencia el tener que quedarnos cerca del aeropuerto y pues no lo recomiendo como una opción a menos que se quiera lidiar con cucarachas, el hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto, pero estoy seguro que hay mejores opciones.

Nothing When I got to the room I was given it was smelling of weed ??and I cannot stand the smell of it, not only that. I went to take a shower as someone who had been travelling all day long and the bath tub was DIIIRRTTYT all around the edges as if someone just had a long ass bath in it and just drained the water and didn’t the clean the tub. To make matters worse my toilet was BLOCKED!! nothing worked properly in that room and it was such a huge disappointment and only for me to check my card that I used to pay with now to find out that the money being deducted in my account is not the money I “signed” for at the accommodation.. how did it increase $16 more dollars for!??? For what!?

Shower had good water pressure WiFi was pretty fast in they had nice size tv’s there was a bed bug and ants in my bed I only seen one but I don’t know when there’s 1 it my be more.

My room was fairly clean, the room services ladies were friendly and accommodating I had no issue with them whatsoever however the front desk middle eastern lady had an attitude.

The room was clean and spacious. The housekeeper was amazing. It was quiet for the most part; however, our car was vandalized. Someone poured oil all over our car. After two car washes and multiple wipe downs, oil is still coming out of places on our car. The property manager did not offer to compensate us for the damages. We paid $30 for a car wash and were only reimbursed for $20 of it. The fact that there were cameras in view of our car and third shift did not prevent this from happening (after this individual caused damages to the property) raises concerns for this property. If a nightshift person is on duty, why did this happen? I saw the cameras and my car was in plain view of it. It’s very upsetting that the company did not try to make things right with our car.

Room was not clean. A piece of a cigar was floating in the shower when i turned it on. The chair in the room was dirty. There was hair on the bedd. Inside the fridge had rust.

I didn’t like how I went to put my drink in the fridge and seen roaches and also the bed was caved in on one side made it uncomfortable .

I was horrible experience.. lots of roaches and water bugs. I couldn't rest because I didn't want to be sleeping with insects. I was moved twice, the front desk was very unprofessional. The front desk even had the nerve to call me and tell me what time check out was. The bedding was very nasty. I ask for a refund and was denied. I will not be using this site or hotel ever again Nothing! It was to late in the day to change my reservation.

Location is great, but that's it. We were there for four days. Not ONCE did housekeep come to the room. Not ONCE! No towels, to bed change. Nothing!! One night, some guy started pounding on our door. I think he got the message when a large white man (me) answered the door with a gun!!

Nothing Room was infested with roaches, roaches were coming from under the mattress. Checked out after 3 hours, was told I couldn’t get a refund.

Our flight from Cancun landed late and we were too tired to drive. Red Roof was close to the airport, so we went. Check-in went smooth however when we turned back the sheets, a ROACH ran out. The pillow cases were dirty and the bathroom floor had hair on it.

-There was moldy tea left in the kettle -shower did not drain -hair and debris in sink, shower, on floor -missing pillowcases -the under bed area was entirely metal ai it clanked with every movement. -room was non smoking but reeked of cigarettes

This was one of the worst motel/hotel experiences we have had. Left after 1 hour trying to make it work after a long night with cancelled flights...had to leave it was so bad.

They had great amenities hand soap and lotion in a dispenser near the sink. Shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. The towels were clean white. The ice maker worked and was.very clean because the melted ice water tasted clean. I would highly recommend this location of the red roof inn.

My first time experiencing a unclean room here. The floor wasnt swept, there was roaches in the room, and the water didnt get too hot. Overall i was safe and i did get a good nights rest.

As soon as you enter, you can see the out dates room with old bed, lamp and carpet. Then as you take a closer look, you see how everything is dirty. The property overall was clean but noisy due to being close to the interstate so understandable. The heat/ac unit had a noisy fan and seemed to be stuck blowing hot air no matter how low the thermostat was set, also the desk chair was in tatters. Overall good place to stay while in Conley/Airport area of Atlanta.

It was ok..no real complaints about the room. Ofcourse it's old it needs an upgrade. I think people live on the property as their home rather a place to stay for vacation.

Room was comfortable, staff was nice. Hotel was clean. Not located close to restaurants etc but door dash delivered. Rooms are accessible from outdoors. Quiet hotel. Close to airport so hear planes occasionally if no sound in room but otherwise its fine. Booked an accessible room and it was easy to access.

I have not stayed at a budget motel for some time but the room was in keeping with what you would expect. However, it was pretty filthy, Strong strong smell of smoke. Dead bugs around burn marks and hair on the comforter. I understand no fripps for low cost but at least care enough to clean your property well.

Advertised on Expedia as having continental breakfast. Only has coffee, nothing else. Killed 3 roaches and a spider in my room. Couch had weird unknown stains and the bathroom was stained and dirty. They also, charged my card an additional amount without consulting with me first.

They had me go to three different rooms all stank like cigarettes and weed. Sketchy area and the reception table has glass protecting the worker from customers. Very sketchy area. The host took 30 minutes to check me in. I got a full refund and left.

There was dead dried up insects on the floor by the lamp. Stained up bedding and towels. The ice bucket was plastic cracked as well as dry rotted. There were cigarette burns all over the bedding as well as other places and surfaces. The A/C unit barely worked and was making a loud mechanical squealing noise nonstop. I am sorry I wasted my time here and should have just saved my money and slept in my truck.

Can't believe that business is still running. Go ahead and keep my money, but everyone should know these people are violating your privacy while scamming from you, and while doing that, they are failing hygiene standards and regulations, while putting the customer at risk, if they do complain.

We reserved 2 night stay. Second day we left early in the morning and when returned back to the hotel late night there were no towels nor bedsheets and pillowcases, just bare mattress. When I contacted the hotel they refused provide anything until the manager comes in the morning.

I can truly say the other reviews giving this location 1 star isn’t at all what I found. The room was very clean, neat and everything worked. I was also able to check in a little earlier as it was already available, which I appreciated greatly. The parking is easy and it was quiet (outside of the normal hearing other doors close at times). No complaints. Thanks again

If you’re a commercial truck driver & for whatever reason need to stay longer than 5 days this is NOT the place for us. They lie about being willing to make accommodations for us truck drivers especially if you’re Black.. Stayed 9 nights (originally booked 6 nights they called after receiving my RSVP from Expedia, complaining they not an extended stay I explained that I’m a truck driver & will be putting my truck in the shop they said they make exceptions for driver that changed after they saw I was black . I rebooked for an additional 5 nights bc truck still in the shop & they canceled my booking after 3 nights) bc my truck in the shop at Richard Kerns. Paid for every night thru Expedia, never caused any issues or problems, respectful anything I encountered staff.

The pet relief area is small and not very accommodating for people who use wheelchairs or other mobility devices. The floor was sticky, but the rest of the room was pretty clean. The man who checked us in was friendly and helpful.

Because of this, we decided to lift the beds, and there were bed bugs everywhere under the bed. Babies as well, meaning they've likely been there a while. We immediately left this room. We decided to go to our second room that I ordered for my grandparents that had also joined us in our trip. The minute we walk in the room, there are about 4 dead cockroaches sitting on the floor. Then they tried to only partially refund my money. And they thought this was ok because we already checked in. Yet, we were literally there for 9 minutes. Stating that this was a disgusting experience is putting it way too nicely. This has made hotels in general seem disgusting to me. I will not be returning ever again.

Room was clean and cozy. the mini fridge leaked water on the tile floor, so we had to keep a towel down. The bathroom door handle would not open the door if shut so we made sure to not close all the way. The bed was very noisy, every time you move you would hear the springs. It was a nice stay compared to the prices and distance of the other hotels. I would come back if we’re in the area again.

Very happy overall! Keep in mind this is an affordable hotel so it’s not the Ritz but as an affordable option that’s quite nice! I ended up leaving my previous hotel to stay here and wish I stayed here instead. The room was neat and the lady at the desk let us choose where we wanted to room and we were able to pick a room at ground level so it was very convenient to walk only about 15 ft to our vehicle. The area is quite nice and quiet. The bed was pretty comfortable however the sheets had a few small stains and holes in them and looked a little old, but they were still comfortable. Would definitely go back!

Non smoking hotel reaked of smoke. Found a roach as soon as I walked in. Had to kill it

This property is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Filthy room, 4 pillows on king bed, 3 of 4 pillowcases very stained & dirty, hair & other dirt on sheets. Towels inadequate & stained. Rusty water for tub/ shower. Night desk check in & checkout staff were very slow & inefficient taking 15+ minutes to check a prepaid reservation. Lobby closed indefinitely due to Covid 19…first hotel I’ve stayed at in the last full year with a closed lobby. We will report this property to Econolodge

9 nights stay do to my commercial vehicle being repaired.. Nothing special about this property, staff is cool, UberEats best option for food.. Nights 1-7 were cool, rooms were clean but nights 8 & 9 rooms (136 & 311) were horrible.

I loved that the property was off the road, well landscaped, felt very safe, and was quiet. The only thing that could possibly be complained about is that the location is not really convenient to other Atlanta spots. It was worth the drive, though, for the quiet stay and ample parking.

I booked my room at 11:00pm and the employee Micheal gave me the hardest time ever about a card when I paid through Expedia he told me Expedia was the reason but he was just being a headache I wasn’t able to check in until 2:30am after he said it was his fault and something was wrong with his system the next morning I asked to speak to the manger and she was no help at all she didn’t care and told me there is nothing she could do it was cold out that night and I couldn’t check in until 2:30am wow

easy to get to work but did not like the big roaches in my room and under the bed was very filthy

there was roaches in the hotel and then the sheets were not clean had blood stains that I had to run out and buy sheets for the beds.
