Check in was friendly and helpful, AC worked well, shower was hot with plenty of pressure, bed was comfortable and the breakfast lady was very a time with her cellphone.

The entire property appeared to be well maintained. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good

The breakfast was very good with healthy choices. The waffle Iron was available. The drink assortment was in a common place away from the food service area. The room dining are was spacious, well lite. The staff was helpful. I can think of nothing.

Traveling alone with a small service dog. Front desk staff extremely helpful. Friendly. Room very clean. Bed so comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Plenty of towels. Awesome breakfast choices. Absolutely everything I needed for a comfortable, restful night’s stay. I’ll stay here again!

The fact that we were offered a $50 gift certificate for a 4 night stay, but they rescinded that offer as we left ?.

Really comfortable stay. Great ammenities. However, I completely overatand if the cloud smoke would be tomuchfor some in terms of the aroma. Great overallammenities inside and out.

Nice spacious clean room . Easily can sleep like 5-6 people. very accommodating with check-in as I arrived earlier than regular check in. didn’t get to breakfast but nice addition to the stay. Had 24 hour juice water tea and coffee. Bed was softer than I would have liked but stol slept well. Very close to the university. Will definitely book again if in the area.

Location was fine. Staff very helpful and kind. The breakfast was good for most tastes. I would like to see greener options like re-usable or recyclable silverware, instead of plastic. It would also be great to see whole grain options and some plain yogurt instead of all with sugar. One morning there was a cow's milk alternative. Thank you for that !

Good location to campus. Spacious rooms. Appreciated evening cookies. Areas to improve: Don’t allow housekeeping to knock on the door at 9 AM when you haven’t checked out, provide shampoo and conditioner that is more than one time use for one guest, breakfast could be improved upon, but glad they at least provided it.

Very clean everything thing was a great

The staff once again was very friendly and accommodating. I stayed there multiple times now and they are always great! I think it's Ella if I'm remembering right at front desk. Young blonde girl that has helped me with loaning me a couple things I forgot and needed. She's always very friendly and professional. The rooms are always clean. Never any noise. Just a nice relaxing stay. Thank you! Nothing really I didn't like.

Pool was out of service, shower didn’t drain, alerted we would be without water on morning of check out. Many of basics we expected in a hotel stay.

The decor and vanities were older. They were still functional though and in good condition. Not a complaint at all.

The bed was super comfortable both nights, and the bedding and comforter appeared to be brand new. The room was very quiet as well.

Not near any walking trails

Hair including what looked like pubic hair all over the bath tub and inside sink. Did not notice until morning when we went to take showers. Also old three old fries were on the floor and a used bottle of hotel lotion was between the bed and the end table. It was pretty obvious so not like it was hidden.

I will say the hot tub turned my army green bathing suit a blue gray.

It's a perfect location for me and my ohana my son is a in coming freshmen at pacific university and the hotel is close to the college stores food and gas stations my ohana will be staying at the best western university for the next for years infact I'll be back on October 25 2025 for my son's home coming football home game at university see you guys soon. Acceptable for the price. Clean and comfortable. Needs some updates for the furnishings, and the parking lot is in need of repair. Mostly outdated appliances.

The bathrooms are really small and the rooms are very dated.

Breakfast was good. Served hot and plenty to eat. Stayed in the ADA compliant room and it was great except for the shower curtain hung out over the floor tile (past the edge of the shower pan) so all the water dripped onto the tile floor making it extremely wet and slippery.

Had to make an emergency trip to Forest Grove and booked the hotel at the last minute. Check in was a breeze, the employee at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating. When I got to the room everything was clean and comfortable. Didn't hear a single noise all night and was impressed all around.

Great free breakfast! Enjoyed the hot tub being open 24hours. We ended every night with a nice soak in the hot tub before heading to sleep.

Could use an update, very basic rooms and amenities. Didn’t love the homeless man in his car outside our room window the whole stay. Pool was freezing cold, two other guests came to try and swim while we were there and touched the water and immediately left. Hot tub jets wouldn’t turn on either.

The pool is available 24/7 to adults but kids aren't allowed in past 10pm. The hot tub was nice and hot with powerful jets. The breakfast was outstanding and tasty. The beds are absolutely soft and comfortable and the rooms were cold to sleep in which is everything to us.

Lovely property. The breakfast included had many options that were replenished throughout the morning. Rooms and hotel was clean and in a convenient part of town.

The breakfast is as you would expect for free breakfast they have a good mix of items! They also carry GF oatmeal and muffins! That was a plus!

Convenient location for activities at Pacific University. They had a great hot breakfast bar. It was wonderful having coffee and juice always available.

The staff that we interacted with were very kind. We did wait around 20 minutes at the front desk for any staff to be available to check in. The room and facility was pretty dated, and our room's door had a hard time actually latching closed.

It was nice but the hot tub and pool are closed. And front office desk is never available.

My girlfriend and I got a room for a few nights, just to "get away" and she was able to get some fantastic sleep. The only downside was that housekeeping was a bit noisy.

Clean property with hospitable staff. Convenient location. A bit noisy from traffic but otherwise excellent. Good “real” breakfast options and comfy beds. Staff were supportive and helpful.

Nice hotel, pet friendly. Just be aware if you take your pet out after 10PM they lock the front door and there is no option to get back in with your key. I was able to get back in using my key in a side door.

My friend was very impressed when she spilled water on the carpet and used a washcloth to dab it up and the washcloth stayed white, which means your carpet was not dirty. That is amazing.

We got a king room. The bed was VERY firm. A bit too much. Both pool and hot tub need cleaned. A lot of debris and unknown stuff in the water. Breakfast was abundant, so that made up for things. Staff was very polite.

The breakfast was just ok nothing special but not the worst I have had. The locations is pretty good. Plenty of places near by to eat. All in all would have rather paid a little more and stayed at Mcminamins next door.

They ran out of a few other items were at the end of the breakfast on day 2. The orange juice and apple juice was watered down. Or the machine was broken. The people were very friendly.

Property was clean, room was nice and the staff was great; breakfast was pretty darn good and love the self-serve water and juice dispenser and coffee. The only downside is that the hot tub and sauna are inoperable, probably forever.

The lobby and breakfast rooms were clean. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The only drawback was that the bathroom sink drained slowly. I reported that to the front desk on checkout and it was noted to be addressed.

The only complaint is that the aisle around the pool was always wet & slippery. I suggest a mat or rug to absorb all the water from foot traffic out of the pool into the hotel area.

The pool is open 24 hours which is awesome! However, when we arrived we used a guest bathroom because our room wasn’t ready. The bathroom had no toilet paper and the soap was so disgusting and old that I didn’t want to use it to wash my hands. The drink vending machine didn’t work and took several dollars from us. This was said loudly in front of the front desk receptionist, but she pretended not yo hear us. Overall the stay was good, but the front desk receptionists were definitely lacking a friendly smile and customer service skills.
