Beds were amazing, a/c worked well. Parking no problem. No elevator. Hotel recently renovated. Didn't try the breakfast. Would stay again

Very impressed with how clean the property and building was. The room was very clean. Staff was so nice. I’d recommend them.

The room was renovated but the bath room door needed to be repaired because of chipped wood on the back of the door. Water pressure was great and almost instant hot water. The curtains had a stain on them above the air conditioner. The staff was very nice and helpful when needed.The hot breakfast was limited. I would stay there again because it is centrally located near Walmart and restaurants. Also, around 25 minutes to Gulf Shores. Next, time I would stay on the second floor due to hearing kids playing above us on the first floor.

I will be back, very nice front desk workers. Dee went beyond to help out with our reservation and Sandy made it very pleasant and easy when checking in. Breakfast was the ok, but everything else was fabulous

The room was nice, and the staff were friendly. The free breakfast was tasty: waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereals, coffee, and juice. It would have been nice to also have some fruit or yogurt options.

We stayed 3 nights here and would have booked another 2 had we not come back to our hotel room dirty. Our first night we were having issues with the toilet flushing on day three the toilet actually backed up & filled to rim in the middle of the night. We were in the area due to a death. We had to quickly leave in the morning to head out, so we ran by the desk and asked to have new sheets put on one bed due to a child having an accident & we needed a plunger that our toilet was having problems and we would take care of it when we got back later that day. When we came back, there was two white towels outside our door stained yellow, and when we opened our door, the whole floor was covered with paper towel pieces randomly. Inside the bathroom, the baseboards were covered with tissue and it was wet. It looks like they attempted to plunge it and it overflowed and they just left our room like that. The sheets were rough with peeling and the pillows were so flat. One of our pillows had a hole in the inside of it. And my child who had the accident it looked like they put the same sheets back on, but just dried them because the sheets had a yellow stain exactly where the accident was. Maybe it's a coincidence but it's just really odd. It just didn't feel clean and we decided to not book another two nights and went elsewhere. We did tell the front desk before we left and we took plenty of pictures. This place is okay if you can overlook cleanliness and just desperately need sleep.

I would stay there again.
