The breakfast was the best part of the stay. The location was very convenient for the activities we were there for. Free all day coffee is a real plus. The room was quiet most of the time. Parking was never a problem. Free Wi-Fi is nice to have. It was hard to control the thermostat in the room. There was a dog whining and barking for a few hours one day.

The water didn't get as hot as i like it

The eggs, sausage, and potatoes were cold. The tv wifi signal was not good

Check in clerk was slow and took phone calls while waiting on me. The before was horrible, hard and the sheets were scratchy.

Our room was comfortable. Breakfast wasn't what we were used to at Hampton Inn. The fruit was not good and they didn't have a very good selection of muffins/danish, etc. The shower in our room needed some repairs. Water not hot and pressure not good.

Loved the indoor pool, the breakfast, and the quiet of the hotel. They didn’t clean our room at all, the toilet in our room sounded like pipes were bursting in the wall every time we flushed the toilet, the indoor pool area was dirty.

The property and customer service was good the only thing we disliked was the beds, they were so uncomfortable (they were very hard)

My first room smelled of a chemical as if thwy recently painted. Gave me a migraine headache. They move me to another room. In the new room i tried adjusting the room temperature and the air conditioning would not turn on. I just dealt with it in case they wanted to move me to another room again. Spoke to the front desk about a refund and they informed me that since i paid in full through Expedia that was not an option. I was extremely disappointed. I will never recommend anyone to stay there or book through Expedia just because no option for a refund do to poor accommodations on-site.

Everything is perfect at this location. The pool, the breakfast & the staff are all exceptional. N/A - Everything was exceptional.

Nice and clean. Great breakfast and very nice outside and inside gathering spots There were 3 of us and we only had 1 small bar of soap. Also there were no liners in the trash cans and we had messy leftovers. A roll of paper towels in the kitchen would have been nice.

Breakfast ..Usually a bowl of cut of fruit is offered , not here .both days the main meal was fried potatoes and sausage.patties. No eggs , no biscuit and gravy .

Had a walk in shower,a great bed and close to son's house

Very nicely appointed property. Rooms are comfortable! Large screen smart tv. The pool was pretty big! The breakfast gave you multiple choices-from waffles and eggs, to yogurt and oatmeal! Something for everyone. They have 24 hr coffee, tea, and cocoa too. Situated right by I-985, getting to and from is easy. Lots of restaurants, gas, donuts, etc are close by. It was a great location and we would stay again.

Very clean but no bathroom fan and one outlet was not working. Pleasant employees and the breakfast was very good.

Whenever I come to Georgia I only stay here. My grandkids love the pool and it is always very clean.

Check in time was 4:00. We arrived 4:40pm and waited in the empty lobby for 10 minutes before a desk clerk showed up. Even called the front desk with my phone and it rang 30 times without anyone answering it as I stood right there in front of it. Claimed he was in the back putting things away that should have been done by someone else. I couldn’t believe that a Front desk would be unattended at a hotel of this caliber, especially during check-in times.Otherwise, our stay was great and the hotel was clean and beautiful.

Hotel and area was great. The front desk staff were not friendly. Was handed keys at checkin and not even told the normal simple directions like room number, where elevator was etc. walked away shocked as I thought the south was known for their hospitality. Not so with the person at the front desk upon check in. When I checked out the front desk staff although a different person was extremely unfriendly too! Honestly shocking I can see one person having an off day but got the same unfriendly experience from both. Was weird. my daughter thought the same. The hotel itself was perfect. Great location, clean perfect. Front desk staff may need a refresher on hospitality

Good service and clean property ( maintenance issue with room AC but front desk handled - would suggest they do proactive room AC checking though as noisy AC issue made sleeping tough)

One complaint is that last night the room next door had music the whole night really loud. Nobody came over to quiet them down

The suites were spacious and the facility was convenient to BOTH the interstate and shopping. The kids had a blast in the indoor pool. Surprisingly with so many guests, I was able to turn in early without being bothered by noise. We will definitely enjoy this hotel again.

Clean rooms and very nice and helpful staff

Everything worked out as expected we wanted to stay somewhere close to a church and family in there area since we arent from around here and will be planning on staying here again in the future but I may plan on doing the reservation differently because I was charged twice for one day thru the app I used to make my recent reservation

The in room refrigerator did not work. Didn't notice until i took items out. Floor in room was dirty. Walking around room in white socks made the bottom of socks black. Breakfast was not very good. Was not hot and potatoes were cooked to death and sausage was like eating rubber. The hot stuff was not hot and the cold stuff was room temperature. Did not expect a gourmet breakfast, but this was disappointing.

The air conditioner fan was so loud we had to sleep with it off therefore the room was very warm. Not prodctve for a good nights sleep.

It was difficult to find the hotel it’s tucked in behind other buildings. There was no hot water and parking was limited. I would not stay here again.

When I come to Georgia I always stay here. It is very clean, friendly and breakfast is always good. Coffee whenever I want it. Love it here!!!!

Property was clean, the rims were extremely large, the property was basically new. Hampton Inn, never disappoints!

We loved the indoor pool and the fact that we had access to a fitness room close by. We always love the breakfast and the spacious rooms.

What I liked is that the hotel was within walking distance of Burger King, Publix and a Gas Station. Additionally, across the street was a shopping center.

Great location

Unfortunately our stay was pretty crummy. We arrived to find that the pool was actually shut down for construction and my family was super bummed out. It was the main reason we booked the property. The rooms looked nice on the outside, but upon further viewing the fridge didn’t work, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, bedding was scratchy, and to top it off, our toilet just stopped flushing at about 11:30 at night. The front desk people were so nice and accommodating when I called for help and we were able to get another room, but it was kind of just one thing after another and made our stay more stressful than enjoyable. We don’t stay in many hotels, but this was the first time there were so many issues. My husband did say the breakfast choices were very good though so there’s a plus.

Property was what I expected.

The room was horribly designed and didn't at all feel like a suite. The pool was dirty and wasn't cleaned, the gym was in ramshackle condition, the day staff couldn't care less that there was a fly in my orange juice, the breakfast food was nasty and had plastic cups and paper plates. The hotel was supposed to be a Hampton Inn, not Motel 6!

The only dislike I had was the pipes broke because of the winter weather and got some of the room wet and they moved me to the 5th floor and I didn’t have hot water from 10am to 4pm.

Our room was clean and comfortable with a variety of choices for breakfast. We had a little trouble adjusting our heat which was frustrating, but overall it was fine for one night.

Great property near Lake Lanier. This will be my spot for the summer. Staff was nice and everything was clean and it good condition.

Convenient to the Highway, fair price and consistent with other Hampton Inn, which I frequent.

Water-leak stain and BLACK MOLD on shower ceiling. Could help explain musty odor in room. Only 4 tiny pillows (we'll bring our own from now on). "Scrambled" eggs at brkfst were apparently instant (Yuk!). Heavy comforter too hot; unable to compensate due to lowest thermostat setting not cold enough. Def. NOT worth $176+ tax or worthy of the Hilton name.

The hotel was extremely clean, the staff friendly and a great breakfast every morning.

Very good for business travel where the area is known to be growing for. So many places to shop or eat within walking distance. They also had the best breakfasts starting at 6am... even on weekends

Arrived a little early so we decided to see if we could check in early. We were unable, which was ok; however, she tried to say we couldn’t check in until 4. Showed confirmation that 3pm check in. Arrived a little after 3, room not ready. Finally we were able to check in. Only thing provided to us was our room keys. No other information. This worker could clearly not handle stress as more guests started to arrive for check in. Room was fine. Definitely needs updating in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. However, when we returned to our room after being gone our keys no longer worked. According to the staff, we never checked in. They had us marked as no shows. Clearly we checked in and had slept in the room. Our stuff was still there. No apology or anything from the staff. We checked out early. Wouldn’t recommend staying here again.

The rooms had a funky odor, possibly covering smoke smell. The pool was so cloudy you could not see the bottom. The fitness center needed cleaned badly. The breakfast was decent at best with very little to offer. I had to ask three times for coffee to be refilled at breakfast time.

Everything clean, check-in fast and smooth. Bed comfortable. That’s all we need. Best experience we’ve had since Plandemic hit.

I only stayed at this property for two nights. There was rarely anyone behind the front desk. The room didn’t feel fresh or even look clean and the bathroom floors looked like they weren’t cleaned in a while. The shower doors were hard to open and close. Not a property I would stay out in the future. A lot of money for a below par hotel

This place was great! I’ll stay here again next time I visit friends.

Its what i wanted with no surprises

Friendly staff and clean room, but once checked in we were on our own. We took out the trash, went to desk for towels and NEVER ONCE in 4 days was our room tidied up. I understand that there is a workers shortage because of the government giving out so much unemployment, but we still paid the same amount for our room $800 for 4 nights. The beds were hard and cheap. The breakfast was a waste with fake eggs and all carbs. We only stayed there because of a wedding that we were attending.
