So if you’re just looking for a not so firm bed And a bagel, this hotel works.

This time they charged me twice as much for the pet fee because they multiplied by 2 dogs, but every time I have stayed here in very recent history it was one fee for both dogs (which only weigh 7 lbs each). I tried to get the staff person to check on my previouse stay bill and she would not confirm .

My check in was perfect!!! My room was very clean. I was exhausted from an 8 hour drive. I was awakened by young people in the next room about 1:30am. Laughing talking loudly. I had received a text from the hotel office stating that if there was anything I needed to text them. So I did immediately to express my issues with next room. Nothing. I texted again nothing happened. The party continued I banged on the wall and yelled to quiet down. All I got was laughter. I gathered my belongings and left at 3am. While the kids continued. The person at the desk never asked if anything was wrong no thank you for staying nothing. I continued on my drive exhausted I am very very disappointed and frustrated. I will be looking for a different hotel on my way back next month

We checked in late just before midnight. The lady behind the counter seemed put out, and was grumpy about us pulling in the lot with our RV. The first room we were given was right next to someone having a loud party and smoking something smelly. We went back to the desk and were given another room a floor up. The carpet had holes and it all around looked like a cheap DIY remodel was done. The included breakfast had options for almost anyone. Not the worst place I have ever stayed, but not even close to the best.

Great location- It was graduation day so traffic getting to the hotel was rough. (We had to go around the Center where the graduations were being held)

We checked in at 9pm and the lady was so sweet. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved the pillows. I was quite surprised by the free breakfast; fresh, hot scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns. Not the usual cold cereal, even though they did have all of that. I definitely recommend this hotel.

am writing to recognize the exceptional customer service I received from Danny on 5-17-26 He/the entire staff were incredibly, helpful, efficient while assisting me with my stay @ Park Inn. Because of their rockstar service, I am a very satisfied customer.

Our bathroom was also large, with plenty of white towels and on demand toiletries. ☺️ The shower, however, was difficult to get going and had a very meager flow. 🙄 There was no rubber mat for use underfoot and as a result it was too slippery for me to stand safely. 😵‍💫 This morning we were woken early by a loud altercation in a nearby room between a parent and young child who was quite distraught. It lasted about 20 minutes and I was concerned that it was not investigated by a manager. 🤔 The wheels of the laundry bins and housekeeping trolleys traveling along the halls were extremely noisy, 😖distracting from the otherwise calm ambience of the hotel itself. Some of the seating in the breakfast area is considerably shabby but the food 😋choices are adequate and satisfying. The public areas of the building were impressively modern in decor with very attractive gray ceramic tile in a Chevron pattern, contrasting with colourful wallpaper on tall walls. 🤗 We were booked for one night only.

The room we stayed in has a very noisy AC. I asked about it and was told all the units were noisy.

The hotel at the time of the booking had a 9.2 rating. It’s more like a 7. The walls were dirty in my room, the furniture was worn, the shower cleanness was questionable because the light was so poor in the bathroom. I did sleep very well, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was normal, but the furniture in the area was very worn.

We were provided with pathetic uncomfortable rollaway. My kid preferred to sleep on the carpet

Gave motel vibes.need higher standards for cleaning. I was extremely tired from the road and just chucked it up. It sucks because hotel has a lot of potential but cleanliness is not something to slack especially with bed and bath.

The hotel is okay for a one-night stay. It is close to I-95, has a large parking lot, and breakfast is included, although it is very basic. The carpet was very dirty. The shower floor was unacceptably dirty as well, covered with gray stains that looked like it had not been properly cleaned in a long time. I would not be eager to return to this place.

The Park Inn is a perfectly acceptable place to overnight while on an I95 trip. The room was clean, the parking lot was safe and breakfast buffet was the familiar offering of eggs and waffles. The only drawback is the hotel feels dated and due for a renovation.

The property was clean and well-maintained, but there was a sort of stinky shoes smell in one part of the room. Other than that, everything was good. Good breakfast and helpful staff.

Wasn't there long enough to like anything? The room was not super clean, and there was an incident with another hotel guest, pounding on walls, doors, and cussing and yelling. And nothing was done by staff and we didn't feel safe so we left early.

We stayed for a one night as we traveled back home. The hotel was very nice. The rooms were large. The king bed very comfortable. The two person shower was very good.The full breakfast was very good. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Truly floored by how nice this hotel is! The front desk was quite possibly the most genuinely friendly I have interacted with in a decade. The room was silent and comfortable. I slept better than I do at home , and that never happens for me. I will absolutely plan my routine travel up & down the east coast to include staying here for my quick overnight stays.

It was a quick overnight and everything was clean and nice

The bathroom could use some new caulking around tub and there were holes in wallpaper where a picture probably hung at one point but everything else was very good. Sheets were very comfortable and of good quality. Breakfast had several options including a waffle station.

Park Inn is right off I-95 in Florence SC - perfect for overnight travel to and from Florida. Lots of restaurants nearby (Monarcas Authentic Mexican was excellent). Staff were great - friendly, accommodating and check-in very quick. The room had everything you need, including a very comfortable mattress. Breakfast - clean and well supplied with the usual self-serve items. Eggs could be stepped up but otherwise fine. Coffee good.

We always make our reservation in advance and I would highly recommend you do that. When we arrived at 7 pm the hotel was full with no more vacancies. That gives you an idea of all aspects of the hotel-excellent! PS: The breakfast buffet has something for everyone including make-your-own waffles. There are hot foods, cold foods, oatmeal w toppings, bagels w cream cheese, muffins and much more. There is an attendant to insure visitors they have everything they need. The coffee bar is complete w everything coffee, teas and hot chocolate packets. Gee, I’m hungry just telling you about the Park Inn breakfast! Go check it out!

Our stay was very short but excellent! I (a woman) came to the hotel at 12AM with two small children and felt very safe, even at that time of night. The front desk staff was very kind and patient. The room was very clean! We left in the early morning as we were just passing through while traveling. The hotel is just off I-95 so very convenient as well!

Our room, while comfortable, was actually pretty shabby. There was damage to the one wall, the carpet was coming up at the threshold under the door, and the cabinetry on the room was really beat up and not well kept. While The furniture on the lobby was pretty neat up too, the breakfast provided was excellent!

This property is grossly misleading in description. It was dirty, there was mold and mildew on the ceiling tiles. There is no arcade. It’s an old broken pool table. The bathroom had smears of human waste on the wall. If it had not been 2 am when we arrived we would have not stayed. We left first thing this morning without showering due to the condition of the bathroom. It was beyond disappointing and very frustrating that we paid as much for this unsanitary hotel as if we had stayed at another chain. Please let me send the pics of this property to help others from making this mistake

Let me begin by saying we tried 3 different rooms as given by manager that check us in. Every single room was unkept and dirty, after driving 10 hrs and just wanting a warm shower, not a change room# 1 had a dirty shower, hairs all over shower floor and stall, floors has white product all over along with food crumbs on floors. #2, had mold in tub surrounding along with a lifted floor in tub, which was filled With a brown substance and not clean again. As well as no toilet paper or clean towels #3 we were given keys to a room that already had sleep guest in it. So basically we open door and found a gentleman and lady sleeping. # 4 we kept and slept in our clothes, not able to to shower or freshen up do to again tub. So yes never again. We were not given any compensation nor any other option except to cancel our reservation which at midnight after driving is really not an option. Oh yes the manager said as a comp you are welcome to some chips (really not acceptable) You have lost a frequent customer due to your lack of service and cleanliness. Disgusting.

Very clean and cheerful place to stay. The beds were very comfortable. A very delicious hot breakfast, you could choose from scrambled eggs, home fries, and sausage or make your own hot waffles. My favorite was banana nut waffles. It was very welcoming to stay there.

The room was not good. No heat and shower was duty. Staff that check me in was nice. Staff I asked for housekeeping to take out my trash totally ignored my request. I stayed at this hotel when it first opened however the quality and cleanliness declined significantly I won’t stay her again no matter the price.

There was a bedbug in the bed where my daughter was sleeping. Also the heat wasn’t working so the room was very cold.

The check in was fine but who gave this place 9.0??? I was fine for a place just off 95 but the carpets had stains, the bathroom 2 of 3 lightbulbs were burnt out, the paint in the room was chipped, the shower pan should be cleaned .

Check-in was super great. Front desk was helpful, friendly, and personable. Room was just what we needed and were able to travel with cat for the 30 dollars. No bugs that I observed.

I cannot stress it enough and I’ve left numerous comments about the odor of a dog in the room. Please Please Please designate rooms for dogs only so everyone else does not have to suffer with their horrible odor. I am very sympathetic about how people feel about their dogs but it’s not fair to everyone else who has to deal with this problem.

My room was very decent, cleaned and well supplied. The check in process was quick and easy. Location pretty decent and extremely close to the highway. Actually, enjoyed my stay, even if it was for only one night. Breakfast was pretty decent as well.

Room was rundown. We had no towels upon arrival after a long and late travel day with 2 children. It was quick overnight trip on our way south but expected more for the cost of the room. The front desk staff apologized and mentioned the cleaning staff get busy and forget..

We've stayed in a number of places over the past few years, and this hotel was a cleanest. Even the A/C filters were clean, and the towels were folded nicely, and bathroom amenities all set out nicely. So many hotels now just have some liquid dispensers, but these were actual wrapped soaps, lotion, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Easy off of 95, and Front Desk clerk was friendly and helpful.

We arrived after midnight and the bed was very comfortable overall and the room seemed to be cleaned. We sanitized the room and before going to sleep we spotted a roach in the bathroom. So we let it slide. The next morning at 7am me and my family went down to get breakfast and went back to eat comfortably in our room and we spotted 3 nice, decent size roaches by the desk area. Opened the refrigerator and 1 more came out !! Notified front desk and she was very unprofessional!! She told us there was no housekeeping until 11am (it’s 8am btw) and we would have to wait for the manager to come in. We then walked down stairs to show her pictures and She insisted that we brought the infestation and had to wait for the manager to file a dispute because there was still no housekeeping there (it’s 9:30). We go run a few errands to give them time and came back and a hour and a half later for us to overhear her conversation amongst her coworkers about our situation. She never stood to her feet to once greet us or to say her apologies, which was non customer service like . But then she mumbles “ I don’t know why yall standing there”. Despite her comment we stood there calmly and patiently waiting.The manager, who was quick and prompt to settle the matter/ dispute, checked us out and refunded our money. Very disappointed in the stay for this to be 9.0 rating ! Definitely on my do not stay list!! Be sure to check and sanitize your room to make sure your stay is up to part.

I always stay here when I am in town. The staff go above and beyond for every request. The hotel is very very clean. Some of the surrounding area is a bit "rough" but it's also on a main busy area. Lots of restaurants and other hotels close by, so it's expected for the area not to look fancy.

We had a king room. It was small with very odd shelves and placement of shelves. Breakfast was typical; scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, etc.

Overall the property looks great. Front desk guy was courteous and fast. Unfortunately, when I got to the room and grabbed the tv remote a cockroach hiding beneath it ran to the back of the dresser and disappeared. I sealed my luggage and slept in my clothes.

We stayed at the Park Inn in Florence, South Carolina after being on the road for half the day, and honestly, it was just what we needed. The lobby was clean and welcoming, and the room was large, spotless, and smelled amazing — not that stale hotel smell you sometimes get. Everything was neat, fresh, and comfortable. The TV was huge, the Wi-Fi worked great, and we could finally just relax. Breakfast was way better than expected — waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, plenty of coffee — everything hot and fresh. For the price, it was more than fair and definitely better than what we’ve had at other places lately. But what really stood out was Daniel at the front desk. That man was an absolute gem — friendly, funny, and just easy to talk to. The kind of person you instantly like and could sit down and laugh with. People like him are rare these days, and I truly believe he made our whole stay better!

Nice, clean, quiet place. Very helpful night staff, we were towing a trailer and arrived late after a long day of driving; they quickly checked me in and gave direction on the best & easiest place to park the truck and trailer. Also, grass areas all along the property to walk our dog.

The staff was very nice. Breakfast was very good with a make your own waffle. They also offered eggs, potatoes, bacon, smoked sausage, muffins, cereal, juices and coffee. 24 hr coffee station. Room was clean, bathroom was clean except bottom of shower (shower pan) needed a good scrubbing or maybe just stain remover. Also needed mildew remover on the caulking area around shower pan. The rest of the bathroom was very clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Heavy rain prevented us from getting soaked. hotel should have larger overhang over front door. Walls inside our room had rain water leaking inside from roof. Hotel had very comfortable beds and very quiet location.

The curtains were missing hooks for the rods. The air conditioner made continuous grinding noises interfering with sleep. Worst of all, the curtains were made to prevent closing all the way, and extremely bright security lights made it look like daylight in the room all night.

Not a bad budget hotel for a quick overnight stay, however the experience was ruined after finding a bed bug crawling on my sheet when I woke up. I took a pic, went to the front desk, and the manager promptly apologized and no charged our room. Breakfast offered was plentiful.

Several positives: convenient to I-95; attendant booked us away from elevators; clean bed; adequate internet; plenty of hot water; good shower. Negatives: room not vacuumed; food/crumbs from previous guests left in floor; observable mold around shower caulk; hairs in shower; breakfast so so. Would stay again for the price but not stellar condition.

I don’t usually comment, but this is a gem of you like a nice, clean place to rest your head. It’s super close to I-95 but yet it is quiet. Great find!

I received a text shortly afterwards asking me to let them know if anything was not ok to which I replied with concerns about the fitness center. I received no reply to my text. The fitness center was in poor shape. A bike that didn’t work (you could not adjust resistance) that was missing straps for the pedals. There was only one other piece of cardio equipment. A non working clock. A water dispenser that had run out of cups. A broken piece of furniture for towels to sit on. A poor selection of hand weights. Pretty pitiful as these things go. Apparently there is also a pool but it wasn’t available to be used for some reason.

Arrived to stay over night for work, walked in to a very clean modern hotel. Receptionist were very friendly, informative and helpful. Rooms were very clean, and the bed slept amazing. Spacious room, and bathroom. Delicious breakfast! We will be staying here as often as we can when we have to stay over for work.

We arrived late after driving all day. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and got us checked in quickly. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The shower floor has mold in the corners but everything else was very clean. Breakfast was good too.

Location is so convenient to 95, so it's a perfect stop on the way to Florida. The price was very good. However, the painted surfaces in the room are a but beat up, and the cleanliness in the bathroom left something to be desired. In particular, the shower floor is dirty, where the shower meets the floor is dirty. The toilet and sink are very clean, except for around the drain in the sink. It needs a good scrub, or a steam cleaning.

Stopped for an overnight in our travels. Disappointed in the condition and cleanliness of the hotel since it is advertised as newer. The room smelled of stinky feet, it was humid and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The shower was not the cleanest either. The lady at check in was very nice which was the only positive thing about the stay.

The hotel is very clean and good space in the room and the bathroom. Included breakfast had a couple of hot items and other continental breakfast items. The staff was very helpful as we encountered a non functioning air conditioner in the room where the night staff got the air conditioner to function again.

Right off 95, which was convenient to get off and on the road quickly. As soon as you opened the door to the room the smell of mildew and urine hit you. Took down the sheets and the sheets looked so dirty and had crumbs on it. Bed was somewhat comfortable. It was disgusting and was exhausted from the long trip we had rested for a couple of hours, showered and checked out. Only thing I enjoyed was the coffee.

Had a issue with the pillows they were half the size and there was only three on the bed and I asked for more pillows and she told me that when they get a chance, she would go into the laundry facility to see if there was any more and never did and she never did Joan Newbern

This was the worst experience with a hotel I have ever had. Upon entering the room, we were overcome by a strong odor of some sort of chemical perhaps used when cleaning. We immediately left the room and requested another room from the front desk clerk Susan. She agreed to complete our change of rooms while we left the hotel to get dinner. Upon our return, she informed me that she had spoken to her general manager Patel and we would not be relocated and would not be receiving any refund, citing her lack of housekeeping staff as an element of the decision. She was rude and disrespectful, refusing to answer any questions and only provided some proof of our cancellation after we insisted she do so. Upon further review, my account was charged for the room even though AARP had already secured funds during the booking process. This experience was unacceptable and should be considered before booking a room at this hotel.

The only issue I would say is the beds are a little hard but it was a nice stay. Breakfast is small but okay for a quick over night trip!

Carpet was soiled. Elevator smelled of wet dog. My key card opened a room across the hall from my room. I unlocked room and realized someone was occupying it. I misunderstood what room I was in. My card had correct room# . Just heard a different #. Later staff tried to enter my room thinking it was empty. Huge mixup! Kinda freaked me out.

We booked this hotel at the last minute just as a quick overnight stop for our road trip. The night employee was very courteous, and the room was nice and clean. We did not sit down and eat breakfast the next morning, but the breakfast bar had a lot of options and looked delicious. We will use this location again.

There was a problem with laptops connecting to the Hotel wifi. They knew about the problem before I checked in but didn't bother to tell me. I would not have gotten a room at Park Inn Suites by Radisson if I had known there wouldn't be wifi to connect my laptop to in advance. They informed me someone was coming later in the week to fix it, like I care. The front desk staff completely dismissed my concerns and gave me a "too bad" attitude after suggesting I was free to use the public computer in the "Business Center" My files are all on my laptop and I can't do work conference calls from a public computer in a public space in a hotel. Then they had the nerve to tell me if I sat in a certain spot of the hotel lobby I might be able to connect to Howard Johnson's free wifi next door. In addition to that, the front desk attendent had friends visiting he was chatting with that were hanging out in the lobby and you could tell he didn't want to be bothered. The whole lobby smelled like a cross between thick must and body odor. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had and I have stayed in some lower end motels. I definitely expected more from a Radisson. I probably won't stay at one again after this. I had to catch up on an extra 4 hours of work the following day. The only good thing I will say is that the bed was comfortable.

The pictures are very deceiving!! my carpet was coming up in my room. My sister‘s carpet was coming up. The shower floor was black. The walls were missing paint… holes in the wall. The Front Desk reception was absolutely rude and inconsiderate. She cared more about the dog that was on the floor than she did about the six of us standing in front of her. And it was our fault that they had no cleaning people for that night!! We’ve already called the hotel. No management has called us back!!

We arrived late in the evening as we were driving from south Florida. I followed the check in instructions and the woman working was huffing and slamming items because she had to stop making coffee to check us in. The room was dirty, smelled horrible, and had broken pieces of furniture and wall mounted items were broken as well. The ac controls didn’t work so we couldnt control the temperature and there were no extra blankets. Fortunately I had my kids pack sweaters. The bathroom had brown streaks in the tub. And the tv didn’t work. The only reason we didn’t leave was because no other hotel had availability for that late of a check in and we were a 10 hour drive from home. We didn’t stay for the breakfast that was included because I wasn’t going to let my children eat from such a filthy establishment. The security is a joke, the side door doesn’t close correctly so there’s no reason for a card swipe to get in. Absolutely disgusted in the way this hotel is handled and staffed.

You can tell the hotel is on the newer side, but what impressed me most was how well-maintained everything appeared to be. It’s obvious they stay on top of upkeep rather than letting things slide. The front desk staff were genuinely pleasant to deal with, which always makes a difference when you’re dealing with unexpected travel changes. Location-wise, we couldn’t have asked for better. Easy highway access made getting around simple, and having shopping and dining options nearby was incredibly convenient. The hotel had everything we needed during our stay, which is all you can really ask for. Sometimes the best experiences come from the places you stumble into by chance. Would definitely consider staying here again if we’re in the area.
