The king size bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Enjoyed the pet area for my dog to relieve herself along with the availability of scoop and poop bags.

The front desk staff was very helpful and polite. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was okay. My only real complaint was the hotel was noisy, alot of door slamming and loud talking all night.

Took 27 minutes to get checked in. I was the 8th person in line. Pool was closed. No hair dryer in the room, called front desk and they did not have any. Breakfast had eggs, biscuits and gravy but no meat.

I was placed in a Handicap room without my knowledge. The shower curtain was so messy and the tub felt lean and it was in a deplorable condition. I was very disturbed how grossed the shower was.

There was ample parking. Right off the interstate. Excellent night time Hibachi dining across the street (Hibachi & Wings). Because of the restaurant, we will be back.

At first the room looked very nice. After settling in, I spot a ball of dirt under the desk. The tub must have been painted over and was peeling and the wall was cracked. I was hoping to get a good night sleep. However, when you sat on either bed, they squeaked. I believe it was the base of the bed, not the mattress. I made the best of it, but will not use this location again. Since I couldn't sleep, I checked out at 3 am. Expensive stay for 11 hours. The staff at the front desk was very friendly.

Best thing is staff. Room clean but needs updating. Ceiling repairs were obvious and although bathroom floor was clean , it’s been a long time since a deep cleaning- edges and counters have long lasting dirt I like the property for its personnel and location.

The location, and the fact that it was pet friendly. - Check in experience was unfriendly -the room appeared clean superficially but was deeply dirty -no designated green space to walk the dogs

Booked a double queen room with a couch that was supposed to sleep 5. Did not get a room with a couch. Was told that we could get a "free upgrade" to a room with a couch & 1 king bed or pay for a 2nd queen room. Not helpful. No toilet paper in bathroom in our room...had to go to front desk to get a roll of toilet paper. (There also was no toilet paper in the restroom near lobby). Floor of our room was sticky in spots & so filthy the bottoms of our feet were black. Beds were comfortable. That was the only good thing about this hotel stay. We would not stay here again.

Handy stop on the way to destination. Was able to have cat. Stains on the blankets and sheets. We didn’t trust using them. Floors were dirty and there was still trash left behind on side of bed. We also didn’t shower because of what appeared to look like dark red stains… it was honestly uncomfortable.

Linens were clean. The floors were very dirty. The bathtub had a big hole in the enamel. The sink was separating from the wall. There was soap in the soap dish from prior customers.

Checking in before we arrived was very simple. The lady on the front desk was wonderful (April 14th). The room was clean and breakfast was adequate. Parking was wonderful.

Breakfast had alot of items and looked fresh, the hotel next to yours had cars revving their engines late, noisy, no fault of you. Needs updated, but worked.

The hallway carpet was disgusting on our floor. You could see there was remnants of trash and hairballs all over. Our room bedsheets had hair intertwined into the sheets of the beds and the pullout sofa. The underside of the pullout sofa mattress had stains all over it. The breakfast that next morning was average, but the best thing about the place.

We were interrupted multiple times past 10:20 at night by the staff due to a mistake on their end. The staff also went to the lengths of calling the police due to their error checking us in.

Great location, close to the highway, perfect for our needs headed to Florida, super pet friendly. Clean,comfortable and easy. Destiny at the front desk was amazing. We checked in online. She saw we had a dog and immediately switched our room to an available ground level. The rest of the staff were just as friendly and accommodating. Would stay again. Nothing I can think of, it was very good.

The breakfast was okay, but nothing standout. Overall, considering the price, the stay did not feel worth it and fell below the standard I usually associate with La Quinta.

The property itself is outdated and not well maintained . Our room was disgusting, there was a strong musty odor and cobwebs throughout, luckily no other room was available and we left and canceled our reservation. Never again will I stay at this franchise

Breakfast was appreciated and not bad. The hotel room needs a deep cleaning; floors and baseboards were filthy. Soap dispenser in the shower was empty; toilet seat was up when first entering; was it used before we were given the room? Sheets were pilled so much you felt them all night. There was a freight train in the middle of the night that activated their horn as it went by. (two separate trains at different times of night).

The property was not clean, Towels, sheets and beds were good. But the floors were very dirty, bathtub was dirty, no hairdryer, only shampoo was available but was in a dirty bottle with soap all down the side of it. Bathtub had hair in it and hair on the bathroom floor. The outside of building was nice, but that was it. None of the hall carpets looked like they had been vacuumed. The worst place we’ve stayed at so far.

The room contained 2 queen beds, both of which were lumpy and squeaked every time I moved. When I called reception to request a different room I was told the hotel was full (though the parking lot was certainly NOT full). The manager on duty said there was nothing she could do except cancel the reservation if I didn't want to stay in that room. I couldn't find another dog-friendly hotel nearby at that hour, and after an 11-hour drive, I decided to stay. I got very little sleep. The next morning, I saw that, in addition to worn-out beds, the room also had a wobbly toilet, soap scum in the shower, cobwebs and dust bunnies in the bathroom, under the desk and on the AC unit and dirty net curtains. The dog-walking area was just as disappointing, littered with trash, pallets and construction debris. Do better, La Quinta!

If no other hotels in the area, opt for your car over this establishment. If I hadn’t driven 14 hours and was dead on my feet, I would have kept going down the road.

No hot water. This is unacceptable. I realized that maintenance problems occur however, when it occurs in the whole hotel, I think it’s unreasonable for the hotel guest to get a cold shower without some sort of compensation.

Get to the hotel and the first thing they do is ask for my ID…..which they already had! Look at the ID, look at my face, do they match? YES! YOU DON’T NEED TO SEE THE ID THAT I ALREADY GAVE YOU!!!! Room: Bathroom door was severely beat up. Other than that the room was fine, but I’m still steaming over the check-in thing. Won’t be wasting my time with that ever again.

We missed breakfast because we were told it is only served from 6AM - 9AM even on the weekends. It was not worth getting up that early for continental breakfast. This was a last resort for me and will probably not stay here again unless desperate.

The staff was very friendly and polite. The room was clean, except the top of the toilet seat itself (not the lid) was dirty at the back. We cleaned it off ourselves because it wasn't worth having a staff member come to the room. The bathroom did not have any hand soap at the sink area, and the heating/AC unit was very noisy and rattled loudly.

We were impressed with the breakfast staff because she went above and beyond! One thing we didn’t like was being rushed and barked at by a large dog on the way to our room and hearing barking all hours. Understand you’re pet friendly, something we missed due to booking in a hurry…but please try to place people with pets away from people who didn’t bring any.

The property is older and has been nicely kept up. No funky smells and the its very clean. Great staff (all were super friendly and nice) and the breakfast was more than sufficient.

Nice rooms, clean bathrooms. The room location (first floor, near back door) was perfect. The floor in our room was a bit "sticky" and when got into the shower this morning, we noticed the bottom of our feet had gotten dirty just walking in the room.

Negatives: Unfortunately the hot water in our room did not work at night when we went to take showers. It worked in the morning when we woke up but we had to take cold showers. Also, the room had a bad odor/smell and there were hairs on several of the towels, along with the bathroom & shower. The cleaning department needs a serious revamp in my opinion. Every room should be clean thoroughly, no matter what “star” hotel you are

The front desk staff was wonderful. They reached out to us when they notciced one of our party booked the reservation in the wrong month. Very accommodating. Finished our stay with a great breakfast which was well stocked with fresh fixings and staffed with a great gal keeping it looking great.

There was a paper towel on the elevator floor when we checked in at 11pm and still there when we checked out the next morning. Hair on floor in the bathroom. Furniture was dusty and dated and corners of floors and fixtures were not cleaned properly. Bed linens were worn- and the mattress were very loud and shot. Could have been a really nice place ic more attention to detail was paid to on housekeeping’s part, as well as upgrades to mattresses/linens.

Room that we stayed in was pet friendly and it was filthy….I hope my indoor cat does not have any fleas from our stay…I moved the night stand to plug in the light and the dirt behind it was awful..curtain and furniture were in desperate need of cleaning….doors were all scratched…wasn’t sure if the bedding was cleaned..found hairs on the bed sheets…not a place I would recommend to anyone

After taking a shower I walked to the bed to put my socks on and in that short walk my feet got filthy with debris of hair, dirt, and the floor also felt slimy.

The room was not very clean, the sheets and pillow cases appeared to be used. I found hair in my bed. There was no body wash in the bathroom, the pool was locked and not opened. The staff said the pool was closed but they could open it for me, even though it was advertised to be opened year around. Breakfast ended very early, the time needs to be extended to atleast 11am. 9am is way too early to end breakfast.

Pet area was much better this time. The grass was nicely mower and poop bags were available. Keep it up.

The staff were very pleasant. I selected La Quinta because I was traveling with my two cats. The furniture in the room was beat up. The pillows were very hard. Maybe I was given this room because I had pets but it could definitely use a refresh.

Check in was wonderful! There always seems to be folks in and out of rooms and hanging in parking lot.

It would have been nice for my trash to be emptied in the room. I was there for the weekend and my trash was never emptied. I also never received clean towels and washcloths.

This hotel needs a total revamp. The furniture and the decorations were all damaged,, nicked or ripped. There were pictures missing off the walls, and the holes were not repaired. There were sticky areas in the bedrooms floor, there were sticky substances on the tables, there was trash tucked into the Kleenex boxes, and the tub in one of the rooms was not clean. The road noise at night was terrible. It was a subpar experience at best. I would never stay at this hotel again. It is a shame because I’ve had Good experiences at other La Quinta.

This place is ok. Needs some paint and cleaning but was ok for some sleep. Bed n pillows were fine. Found a dirty T-shirt on floor next to bed. They allowed my cat to stay for $25. Best price in area.

We booked a stay for two nights. We arrived late, at midnight and the gentleman checking people in seemed unsure on how to do his job or where things were at. 15 minutes later after getting checked in we walked to our room. We opened the door and you could smell the mildew and feel the humidity in the room. The floor and the beds felt wet. The bathroom and around the beds were not cleaned very well. I will not stay at this hotel again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else staying. Hopefully it was just our room and not everyone else’s. We are glad to be home now.

The room could have been cleaned better, and starting around 7 AM it became extremely noisy. Since we were located near the reception, we could hear everything—from staff conversations to guests walking by. Thankfully, it was just a one-night stay and the location was convenient for our trip

The property is in need of an update. Our room was a bit old and smelled of old cigarette smoke. The bathroom shower had a used wash cloth from the previous guests and the sheets looked slept in. No offer of any compensation for the lack of cleanliness. There was also trash behind the bed on the floor. Need better supervision of housekeeping.

I was pleasantly surprised at just how nice it was here at the Laquinta. The rooms were superb abd the beds were comfortable.

Food was ok biscuits and gravy and hard fried eggs, assortment of bread and yogurt. It was rather ordinary, but filling bed was comfortable room was clean. This is the second room I’ve had where the plunger for the bathtub did not work so I could not take a bath.

Convenient location, breakfast was ok-typical, staff was friendly, room could have been cleaner. Bathroom was clean, floors were filthy and there was old, nasty food in the fridge.

Only complaint is that you say that you are pet friendly but the area designated for walking is really far in the back

The property was nice for an I 95 hotel. The tile for in the room was dirty and felt most and sticky on my feet.

The only problem was we got the room for 7 days. Only cleaned it once. Other than that is was good

Sadly, we didn’t even stay the night here. When we arrived there was an unpleasant odor but thought it was just the humidity. When we got to our room, the air was off and the room was very stale. Our shower didn’t have a curtain and the phone didn’t work to call downstairs. The person at the front desk happily moved our room, but this one had a stained mattress and we just couldn’t do it. We have stayed here before years ago and it was doable but this time we had to check out. We were given a full refund.

Our room was in pretty rough shape. Beds were not comfortable and our bathtub leaked all over. This is not in the best neighbor hood as they have park at your own risk we are not responsible for theft in their parking lots. Which I don’t understand the park at your own risk because that’s the parking lot for the hotel I’m not sure where else you are suppose to park. Breakfast had very limited options

Place is super run down! Only stayed cause it has 8+ guest reviews although not sure how!! Sheets on the bed were so old they had pulling all over so much so it felt gross. The bathroom had stains everywhere and was dirty. The whole place just felt icky!! No one was there when I went to go check out :(

Not what we were expecting. The property needs repairs. Some things don’t look clean.

Bed was comfortable. Had problems with the key card working at our door as well as the back entrance. Had to get another at the desk. Had to go to the 3rd floor for ice machine because the 1st floor one was out of order. Continental Breakfast was wonderful! Close to I-95 too.

Nice restaurants close by. Easy access to the interstate.

Our room was very dirty, couch was full of stains. We didn’t have a comforter on the bed so called the front desk and they brought one up quickly. It was full of yellow stains and too small for the bed. We only stayed here because it was rated 8/10 on Expedia.

I gave the previous rating of 3 largely because of repeated trips here when there were no poop bags in the dog walk area, even after calling it to staff attention. There were poop bags this time which is essential for a pet friendly hotel. Keep it up.

We have stayed at this property many times in the 8 years back and forth from Florida to Virginia. When it was new, everything was fresh and clean. Now, our bathroom sink was cracked, the moulding is coming off corners, the bed linens had a musty odor, the paint was poorly patched, most of the appliances (doors) didn't close property, etc. We were too tired to complain or ask for a new room. The place just seems to need a deep cleaning and a little bit of love.

The room was FILTHY! I had to sweep the floor myself and we couldn’t shower because the tub was nasty!!! My children black socks were so dirty and there was spider webs everywhere!

The room was very gross and unclean. There was dirt in every corner. Dog paw prints on the one bed, and we didn’t bring a dog!!! The sheets were stained. It looked very old and rundown. Not worth the money. I could have and should have spent another night at the Disney resort for $150 instead of this place that was completely uncleaned at $179 a night!!!! Shame on Wyndam. This place is awful I do not recommend it at all.

Checking in and out was a breeze. The room was comfortable however the bathtub needs to be replaced. Not sure if the finishes coming off of the tub it was dirty.

This was not a nice hotel. It was dated and unclean. We were exhausted and didn’t check in until 10:30pm- or I would have gone elsewhere. The walls were dirty and the room smelled like cigarettes. Just not a nice place to be.

Never again! Right at check we were welcomed with an employee who wreaked of marijuana. Filthy, stinky room. We got a room that was supposed to accommodate 6 but we couldn't use the pullout mattress because the sheets had nasty yellow stains and it was covered in dirt. We were only able to use 2 beds. Floors were dirty, bathroom was nasty, train was loud, and other occupants were loud. I dont need people yelling outside my door and slamming the same door over over at 3 in the morning. Horrible experience. Complete nightmare.

Great friendly place to stay

The overall property was decent. Breakfast was good. The hotel next door was rowdy and noisy. The floor we were on smelled like weed and smoke and there was piles of towels outside the room next to ours. There were people in and out, yelling and slamming doors so it was not quiet and peaceful. There was dust and dirt throughout the room. Overall it provided the place to sleep we needed but would not want to stay there for more than the night. Breakfast was good. The room slept 7 (3 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids)

Easy access off 95 so we could continue on our trip! Room very clean and comfortable. Bathroom needs updating. Breakfast selection was great and very good!

This is an older property and needs a little maintenance. The room itself was clean. So i was very comfortable with staying there. It's a great single night stay.

The hotel is on a busy road and I worried it would be noisy during the night, but it quieted down and was fine. It's conveniently located right off I-95 and near a number of restaurants and other services.
