Beds were clean, bathroom floors not so much. AC worked well. Breakfast was lacking: waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal and muffins. Juices tasted off, maybe they were generic. Did taste fresh like it normally does.

The room was well furnished. The microwave was of a better standard. The fridge was actually larger than the typical one you find at this room rate. The ac was well functioning as always. The door entry was upgraded to the more modern scan style too. Breakfast consisted for hard boil eggs and waffle mix to make fresh waffles. Days Inn has a standard I have not seen in probably ever.

The mattress’s were filthy. They had stains everywhere on them. The vents had black mold. It’s a shame because days inn used to be exceptionally well maintained. Hopefully they can meet those standards again in the future.

Rooms were not the cleanest, and our refrigerator leaked. Staff was pleasant, but property could have been managed better.

Room size was good, location was good, general cleaniness. None of the outlets worked. Couldn't even charge my phone. The dryer did not work. There was mold in the bathroom on the shower curtain and by the vents. The women working check in was not very friendlly.

I must say, we travel ALOT, and this is by far one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Mold in the bathroom, blood on the trim, dirty walls, dirty bed sheets, no toilet paper in the bathroom. We left at 3am as my wife was so disgusted she couldn't sleep. I would like a refund

Easy check in 5:30am wake up call that I did not request. Guests in the room beside me banging and screaming until 2am. I usually have no issues at either Florence Days Inn but that stay was absolutely terrible!!!

I agreed to call back if it continued. I called back and insisted for her to call them. Later, I realized her hesitation was due to this guest being more of a permanent nature. While the hotel itself deserved a better rating, this incident soured my night.

Location Property can use some extra cleaning in the rooms. Baseboards need to be wiped down and rooms need to be sprayed regularly for bugs. (Roaches)

Broom is not clean debris located behind the bathroom door. Looks like somebody just swiffer and didn’t bother to pick up the residue microwave. Oven was dirty.

216 room. The room had a very bad smell. We arrived late at night, and the lady at the front desk had a very rude attitude, so we didn’t argue and just stayed the night and left as quickly as possible. Two out of the four pillows had a very unpleasant odor—we had to push them aside just to be able to sleep. The kids were really bothered and uncomfortable because of the smell, but since it was very late and we had traveled a long distance, we had no choice but to stay. We will never use this place again.

Room was dirty and needed repairs. The walkway was clean, but areas under the desk and beds had not been cleaned in weeks. The bathroom area was acceptably clean, but needed lots of repairs and paint. The tub creaked when anyone got into it. Stayed at 2 other hotels this weekend and this was the worst, by far. The exterior area was messy, and the brekfast was limited.

TV remote did not respond to commands, told the girl at the front desk and she said you must not be doing it right. I booked the room for two nights but left after the first night.'

I reserved a king bed and I feel like he knowingly put me in a double I returned to the front desk to get it fixed the lady had to call someone else on the phone to figure it out 30 minutes later I get another room it's the correct bed but then the bathroom was filthy I didn't even shower since I was only staying for one night I will not be returning this was not a good experience

The front desk person was nice and that area was very clean and modern. It was after dark when we arrived, unfamiliar area and we were given a room in the back of the lot. That felt unsafe. The room smelled like covered up smoke, a dead bug on top the comforter and another in bathroom, spilled cola on the walls hadn’t been wiped, cobwebs hanging from ceiling. If I wasn’t so tired or if it hadn’t been so late I would have complained and asked for a new room. My son and I slept a few hours and got out of there. I will not return.

To make matters worse, the room service phone was not working, forcing me to walk to the front desk multiple times. Although the reservation was for 4 people, the room had amenities for only 2 guests, including towels. I had to personally go to the front desk to request additional towels. The breakfast experience was also disappointing. Breakfast items were already finished, the pancake batter was not refilled, and no cutlery was available. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and service at this property were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made.

Nope not the case, you are at a drive through window, where the staff at the time didn’t make eye contact with you, nor did she care that it was cold and there was a line. She was warm inside a building. Then they gave out a room where another weary tired traveler thought he was going to rest but to his surprise when he opened the door to the room he was given, he was greeted by a barking dog. Then the toilet had issues, they give you different rates when you get there then that are on line. Unless you are checking in during the daytime or you don’t mind a drive through experience, avoid this hotel. There are way better establishments in the area. If I wasn’t so tired I would have drove the extra 5 miles down the road to the other location.

He had his lock on the door so it didn’t open. We had to drive back to the front desk and get another room. It was late at night and all we wanted was to sleep. The guy from the room we were originally given was outside of his room pacing near the staircase wearing a ski mask. I guess ready to attack whoever was at his door. Not sure if he saw our faces but that mistake by the front clerk could have cost us our lives. We were then given a room two doors down from that guy. Didn’t get much sleep thinking he was gonna do something to us or our car. The room had only one working lamp and the light by the bathroom. There were two roaches just hanging out by the bathroom counter. We killed them and then used plastic cups to cover the sink drain and the tub drain in case they were coming in thru there. I immediately wanted my money back and would have preferred to sleep in my car. But I didn’t choose the refundable option. The cheap rate is NOT worth it. Splurge on a better hotel. Also we only had two towels for a family of four. Overall, NOT worth it. We gladly checked out by 7:15am and got outta there.

We found toalet paper with paper holder on the floor in the bathroom and old dirty sucks with 2 cigarettes buts on top of the AC/heater. This was not somoking Room. In general room was clean and warm. Breakfast was OK. We only stayed for one night.

Rooms was somewhat clean, and the breakfast was not good.

The door barely locked, but the worst part was it was clear our floor had not been washed, you could see spills on it, There bathroom floor was nasty and something not washed off the commode. The coffee maker was missing the tray to hold the coffee filter. Luckily the bed and pillows did appear fresh and clean.

Noisy check-in with other staff talking and laughing. Had to ask check-in clerk to repeat several times. Front glass door was really dirty so we felt that would carry over to breakfast cleanliness so we ate our breakfast elsewhere.

I see some small bugs in the bathroom and the mirror frame is very dirty.

The property was old and needs a refresh.

Bed bugs nasty ghetto receptionist threatened to call cops because I requested a refund then called loe 7 guys I noticed outside

Not a good area, homeless out front, guests yelling and screaming at each other, smell of pot, dirty rooms… microwave, phone, and tv remote did not work, over all just not a good experience!

Filthy room, smell was horrible. No remote. No shower curtain. Long term residents. But it was a race weekend, no where else available.

Just not a nice hotel. Old ran down and staff was anything but friendly.

STAY AWAY, RUN AWAY! There are no words to express how filthy this place is. I'm a 15 yr recovering addict and haven't seen the conditions I witnessed in my hotel room. Old and outdated is one thing, but this room was almost unlivable. Mold, blood, bugs and snot are just a few things I seen in this room. If there is a health department that governs this hotel, they will be contacted.

They gave us a second room that was better but no smoke detector. The electric outlets didn’t work I would like a nights stay reimbursed to me. Please work with Wyndam to get this. I plan to take this further and have this place investigated by the health department, fire department and OSHA

Every thing was great the young lady who checked me in was excellent

Friday night was scare. People hanging over the balcony drinking and smoking dope. Hang out in the parking lot and looking at me. how dare I drive to my room. Ladies hanging out, look like prostitutes. All this was on the right side of the property. As i drove towards the back and turned left, it eas quite. Until, i arrived at my room. The neighbors on my left, laughing and slamming doors, tv turned up very loud. If you like to party and sleep, this is the place. The rooms need a coat of paint and entry door locks ate not secure and needs weather stripping.

If you have standards, like even a little, about the cleanliness of your hotels, skip this one.

Also after finally reading the reviews it seems the owner has been very responsive to the bad reviews promising they are making repairs and improvements but it obviously hasn’t happened yet.

The room smell like cigarettes and there was food left in the fridge and the room was dirty and people were very loud

The room smelled musty and we spotted a bug. The air conditioner wasn't working at first and there were no other rooms available. The floor was sticky. Thankfully we only stayed one night.

Staff and house keeping are exceptional. Sheets, pillows are awesome, Quiet and safe feeling.

I will be in touch with the manager, I have pictures of 6 things that I couldn't believe that they would rent this room to a customer. I'm a Whydam owner and I was ashamed to stay at this property.

Not very clean and the pool was not open

The room was adequate and clean, but it lacked adequate lighting, exacerbated by a missing bulb in one of the three lamps. Had a few issues in the bathroom. The bar on the toilet paper holder was missing. The tub/shower really needs safety bars, especially since the tub floor is smooth. Was a disappointing breakfast buffet.

Dated… but clean… could use a DEEP clean.. hair dryer must have been dropped and had a big piece missing. Someone could get hurt. Full breakfast was a joke… boiled eggs waffles…. But no water to drink… I felt safe so that’s a plus!

Here is a great location for a traveler. I set up my base camp here and I am spending five nights over the Fourth of July weekend. Everywhere I’m looking to go is nearby. Even Savannah, Georgia is about an hour and a half away.

Not all staff was friendly, 1 roll of toilet paper in room, no kleenex, toilet seat was loose, no coffee with coffee maker, 1 bed wasn't made when we arrived. They do offer free continental breakfast & they had the best in room coffee!

It smelled like smoke even though I selected a non smoking room.

I was walking around the room and when i sat down, I noticed the bottom of my feet were black. I took a towel and wiped the floor…it was filthy!!

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Staff ignored us every time we were around, found drugs in hotel, there were big groups of people all over the building with staff and were super sketchy. Fire alarms were pulled, there was liquor bottles and glass by the pools. I was terrified for my kids lives.

This hotel is truly a dump. The room was filthy, there were roaches and fruit flies inside, and the smell of weed smoke was constant. Spend the extra money and check into the Hampton Inn across the street.

At least they gave us a refund since there were dirty towels on the floor, unmade bed, trash in the trash cans, and a long hair on the towel on the dresser. We left and I would not recommend.

I reserved this online without seeing the property, assuming that anything I reserved through Expedia and a Wyndham hotel would be acceptable. I was terribly wrong. I don’t think will ever reserve through Expedia again. The property looked unsafe on so many levels. We didn’t checked in.

The check in was not easy. It was hard to hear the lady through the glass and she wasn’t friendly. The lock on the room door didn’t work so I put a chair in front of it. The bath tub looked like it was about to give way. I had a hard time sleeping with a door that didn’t lock properly.

I really can't give a review, because I never got the chance to make it to the hotel and that's why I gave you all threes. Maybe next time and thank you for your time.

When we checked in there was no one at the front desk.We did not get the room I had requested. The room smelled of cigarettes. There was no ice bucket. When you closed the door you could still see the outside.when we went to check out again there was no one at the front desk. I had to go find her.I have stayed at your hotels before and was very satisfied.

The room had a horrible smell of smoke. Affected my sister as she has asthma, we did not stay there,would like a refund as this was a 3rd party on line reservation. Management was good in understanding the situation but could not release a refund as paid by 3rd party.

The room wall had coffee/soda on them. For a non-smoking room it smelled of smoke. The guest next door smoked outside the non-smoking rooms.

The room was comfortable, clean, and I intend to stay here on my way back to Florida in September.

The pool was closed often while the weather was good. Stairwells could be cleaner. One of the 2 ice machines was down numerous days. The maids, front counter personnel were always AMAZING, the guy who walked around the property with a broom and hand held dustpan definitely should be looking for a new job. This seems to be too difficult or he is not supervised enough. I stayed numerous days and the place will always be my first choice for lodging

Okay for one night. Floor was sticky. Toilet seat was loose and toilet paper holder was missing the roller. Staff could be friendlier.

The first room I got locked in because the door was broke and the v serving room was not cleaned from previous customer and the third room didn’t have toilet tissue and housekeeping did not clean the room I was in neither did they bring any towels I had to go to the front desk to get tissue and towels. There was no iron available in the room then I got a broken iron and had to ask for another one and the worker had an attitude

Great stay except the shady characters staying here. Must rent week to week to locals. Had one man ask me twice for a cigarette and both times told him I don’t smoke. Also one couple came out of there room and the smoke came out behind them. Definitely get high.

In order to have clean linen you have to request that 3 days in advance I had to make my own beds and clean my own room I say was from a Wednesday through Sunday horrible never again

It was gross and dirty. The lobby smelled like marijuana, the service was very slow. There was a cockroach on the wall when I opened the door, it was dirty and smelled musty. There were drink stains (I hope) on the floor, the sheets were not clean. The bathroom floor was visibly dirty, sink had strains of hair in it. We slept on top of the blankets and left as early in the morning as we could.

Very shabby room and conditioners. Cars with teenagers and adults up all night and partying all hours outside our ground level room in the parking lots. Lots of drinking and smoking pot . Couldn’t sleep. Leaving hotel

The room was dirty. The beds were clean. The floors were disgusting. My flip flops were sticking to the floor. My dad walked around the bed and his feet were black! The AC wasn’t working right, it stayed at 80, outside felt better. We were in town for a funeral and were too exhausted to find a different hotel. We will never stay there again. Do NOT stay there. It’s horrible. No bugs. But not clean at all.

The positive is the proximity to the highway and local restaurants. The room was clean and the staff was very polite. The negative would be that noise and activity around the hotel. It did not feel safe or relaxed.

We stayed 2 nights & that room was ok, the floor was extremely dirty though. The 3rd night we stayed in a different room. There was what appeared to be vomit on the bed skirt, bathroom (including the tub with soap stuck on it) was not clean (including pubic hair in the tub). The floor was extremely dirty.

Adequate is how I would rate this property. Glad I brought cleaning wipes for room. Did not feel unsafe. Breakfast was simple. The price was more than worth but it was a race weekend and prices get raised for that unfortunately.

The air conditioning didn't work. The beds were completely worn out. The property was filthy. The floors were not swept and the walls were stained. The staff refused to supply me with an extra tile. My sheets were dirty. One of the worst hotels I have ever visited.

The property is old and the rooms could use a deep cleaning, a good painting and some work.

Place was clean and had some nice amenities in the room. Breakfast was decent! Price for pet stay was fair.

I was disappointed that I could not get any heat in the room. As well some person parked his vehicle outside our room and started it up about 20 minutes before he was going to leave. It was very noisy and disturbed our sleep.

Was told 3 different ways to exchange our soiled towels and being be little because we did not do it correctly. The only bright spot in the whole trip was one of the cleaning lady help us get clean towels. We have been using your Hotel for many years and this was not acceptable. We will be looking to go to a different place on our next trip, which is a shame we have used Days Inns across this nation. This is/was the worst place we have experienced. I would only use this place if there wasn't any room left in all of Florence and my car was TRASHED!

It’s kind of what you expect for an inexpensive motel close to I95. The hair dryer didn’t work and “they weren’t able to get maintenance to fix it that day.” Breakfast buffet was minimal but fine. No hot items except waffles.

Staff was accomodating. Room was smelly but overall clean enough. Bed was comfy.

We were supposed to receive a continental Breakfast. They only food available was boiled eggs and a Belgian waffle with out butter and the only syrup was lite syrup.
