Nice property. Modern. Only potential negative is that it is amongst quite a few hotels that have continental breakfasts. This one charges. I don't care much for the continentals but interesting when the brand doesn't fit the mold.

The property is very and quiet. The property has a bistro inside. It does not serve a continental breakfast and this was the 2nd time we have stayed there and the first time we couldn’t order any food because it was closed and this time they had no lettuce or tomatoes. Management needs to make some changes.

The staff here was some of the most friendliest, professional staff I’ve experienced in a very long time when traveling. They were all so positive and happy and nice. It was just a very pleasant experience.

Did not like the many additional taxes charged. Also a parking was on the bill but removed after discussion with staff. The cost was much more than the lower fee on the internet, Breakfast as a part of the room charge without paying additional breakfast fee. Do not let dogs in the hotel feces on hallway.

Everything was great and as expected from a Courtyard.

A wonderful experience in every way! We have been on many road trips and stayed in over 30 hotels across the country. Not resorts, just regular hotels. Everyone at the Holiday Inn Express in Vilano

& I really wish they had a hot tub!!!!

LOCATION WAS GREAT FRONT DESK WAS RUDE THE BATH ROOM WASNT CLEAN AND IT SMELLED SOUR. FRESH COFFEE IN THE MORNING WAS FILLED WITH COFFEE GROUNDS AND THEY BLAMED IT ON THE NIGHT SHIFT THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS BAD

We checked in at approximately 9 PM on Saturday, December 13th and the woman who assisted me was very kind, courteous, and friendly. As we had our two Chihuahuas with us, we appreciated the room she gave us on the first floor. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name; however, we wanted to thank her for her hospitality!! We had a lovely overnight stay!

Love the overall site and location along with the convenience to resturant's The site desperately needs upgrades such as new bathroom fixtures, more modern cleaner fixtures in rooms. Both tub and sink were clogged

Unfortunately this hotel was a disappointment. Not only did the hotel staff not ask for ID, they said “I don’t care” when I tired to give them my ID at check-in. The rooms were disgusting - moldy carpet, cracked and holes in sink and tub, mosquitos, smelled awful. Standards even for pet friendly should be high especially for a Marriott. The staff perked up when they saw my dog, which gave me some peace of mind. The parking lot was well lit but there were some questionable loitering and activity going on in the parking lot late at night.

Amazing hotel,very pet friendly they have a nice area dedicated behind the hotel for the dogs.Its very clean and reasonable,I recommend 100% for people with pets or family.The staffs were very friendly and they have very good selection of food as well.

Nice hotel! We needed a place to stay for one night on the drive from FL to NY. We have a small dog with us so it limits the choices. But they're pet friendly, reasonable rate, and close to lots of stuff. The hotel staff were great! The room was perfect and clean. The bathroom shower area could use an update and the shower fan cover was hanging out, which we told them about, but it was fine. Only disappointment was the pool wasnt working the night we were there. But we would definitely stay here again.

People screaming and fighting outside when we went to bed or tried to go to bed. Eventually they stopped, was not a restful night's sleep. Otherwise the hotel was nice.

One "con" to note was while running the shower, the tub did not drain well, so the tub was full by the end of my shower. Would absolutely stay here again though, they have a bistro in the lobby, I did not eat, but it looked very good.

This hotel is one of very few in Florence which has a balcony. This is the reason we chose to stay at Courtyard this time. It just happened to snow the first night there so it was kind of awesome standing on the balcony enjoying the snow. The room was nice although, not quite as sound proof as one might expect as we heard the people beside our room talking.

But the drama and police showing up to control an off duty employee was ridiculous. Folks hanging out making a huge mess and not cleaning up afterwards. And tons of smoking in the hotel - but cigarettes Just overall nit great. Won’t stay here again. Room was okay but not super clean.

The room was next to the elevator engine room , could not sleep loud noise and vibration coming from there it was so loud all night , the balcony is full cigarettes buds

Single worst hotel experience of my life. Arrived tired at apx. 9 after a long drive, told hotel was "overbooked" and my reservation was gone - no room for me. Bonus - the hotel would not reimburse me or offer any compensation whatsoever. I made reservation and prepaid several weeks prior - I asked how it was that my property - the room I already paid for - was taken and given to someone else. I was told there were "priorities" and third-party reservations werent a priority. I waited and watched as three people arriving after me were greeted and given rooms. I asked the clerk and she told me maybe they were Marriott points members. I told her I was a member but made my booking through Orbitz since it was cheaper and easier. Inexplicably she said she had a room that needed to be cleaned but I could have it. I looked - large puddle on the floor that had soaked the carpet, the cabinet door was torn off the microwave, none of the floor/desk lamps worked, someone had already taken a shower in the room and the beds were dirty. Given I am 65 years old and was tired, I agreed. She then said I would need to pay for this wreck of a "room". I left. 4 more hours of driving tired. Note- during this ordeal several guests came to complain about dirty rooms. This place gives Courtyard a bad name. Suggest management reshuffle. Note also - clerk was very nice and courteous, just passing along what the manager told her over the phone.

Hotel was located very close to our entertainment venue. Appeared clean and well maintained for the most part. My issue was with our room. Upon entering, it had a musty smell. Once we turned the a/c down, we lesrned that it was draining into the room so 1/3 of the carpet was wet!

Property was great but the air went out in two of my rooms, and the water was cold when i went to shower. Other than that everything was great. We were offered the option of moving. But didnt want to move all of our things and we were leaving the next morning.

Towels were stained, supplies in bathroom didn’t work. We booked for 3 people - clearly we needed the sofa bed - it didn’t open and we had to ask for supplies for our daughter to sleep on the couch.

I got their late but what happen when i walked in i felt bad for the staff and the gentleman.. the hotel was overbooked and the ladies tried to control the situation. Neither ladies got out of character even thou the guest was upset.. than they had another guest come and complain as well.. i was very impressed with their attitudes. There are at least four other hotels lined up side by side on this street. We've now stayed at them all, as we travel up and down I95 on a regular basis, and we would choose some of the others again before we stay here again.

They are still renovating so this website picture from the entrance was totally different but nice!! Room has been completely re-done carpet smells new. Only thing I would change Marriott is to have pet friendly rooms excluded from your normal rooms. I seen couple doggy hairs left behind on the couch in the unit which lets me know a pet had been there, so that was a concerns for me. Bistro open for room service, pool but no spa tub.

It was extremely clean and the room was very nice and clean as well. Very modern look and well maintained. The staff was very nice and polite. Everything was happy to be of service.

Staff was friendly, easy check in and check out. Pool open until 11 pm was excellent. Walking distance to Florence Center

Very clean although the tub is old and has seen better days, modern room furnishings, new carpet; breakfast was not available when staff did not show up for work, yikes, but will stay here again because of the Marriott high grade for cleanliness.

The place was nice clean,I will stay again.

Friendly staff, clean room

I thought pet friendly hotels isolated pets to designated rooms. There is a small dog and a huge dog in room next to us. Third floor. Given new room. Room renovated but has old wall a/c. A/C on blast. Room just cool. The woman in front of us requested that she not be in first floor. Desk attendant clearly put out. We will be out early and in our way.

The upgrades you are making are terrific. The hotel is best looking hotel in this class that I've stayed at in decades. It has a crisp, cool, upbeat vibe. I like all the changes from the lobby and kiosk area to the hallway carpeting. nice job!

It was close to my event

There was no hot water and terrible water pressure. Our smoke detector was hanging out of the wall. And elevator was dirty and our blankets looked dingy. And no breakfast.

You overbooked and had no room available for me. Moved me to nearby Hilton.

The staff was super friendly and professional.

Breakfast was an expensive disappointment. About a year ago, I had the French Toast at the same hotel and it was terrific with nice thick pieces if toast, perfectly prepared. This time, the toast was just thin grocery store bread and it was overcooked -- too hard for the plastic utensils. I ate it with my hands. The coffee was good. With the tip, breakfast was $19.50 -- way too much.

Very nice and clean. Restaurant not open but food within walking. So no problem

The water pressure was not up to Marriott standards. I live in Florence and got the room because the plumbing at my residence was being worked. Imagine my surprise when there was very little water pressure to take a shower.

Could not get breakfast, the bistro cook called in sick and they had no backup.

The fire alarm goong off at 230 am! Cold showers, pool closed.. untrained staff.. in my opinion management dropped the ball! Dont know that id ever stay here again or reccomend to a friend..
