Convenient to the highway for a quick stop, lots of food choices near by, clean room. Our tv was in Spanish- like all the menus for the tv. And certain channels were narrated about the movie/show. This limited the choices greatly for viewing.

Conveniently located next to I-95. It was quiet, fair price. The carpet looked like it could do with a replace and bathroom needed updated but otherwise was clean and presentable.

Friendly staff and clean

For the price, the room was a good deal. The woman that checked us in was super friendly and helpful. Somehow we managed to accidentally lock the bathroom door from the outside, locking ourselves out of the bathroom. We called the desk and she came with a key and helped us get the bathroom door open. Very helpful and nice person. It is right off of Interstate 95, but far enough away that you didn't hear the freeway sounds. It also was an easy walk to several restaurants both sit down (Ruby Tuesday's and Cracker Barrel) and also fast food places. There were also several gas stations nearby. The only thing we didn't like was a kind of funny smell in the room, maybe from cleaning chemicals. Other than that everything was great and we would recommend this place for sure.

It was a little hard to find my room. The toilet regulator needed to be replaced (I just turned off the intake valve to silence the noise). All else was very nice.

Staff was friendly but rooms smelled horrible, mattress on the pull out couch looked like someone bled to death on it. Lots of very sketchy people wandering around asking for money, did not feel comfortable leaving my vehicle there. Would not recommend at all. Ended up staying down the road at a Comfort Suites, which was very nice.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room could use a refresh with some new carpet, toilet, etc. We felt safe at this hotel compared to others we’ve stayed at in the Florence area. The morning staff person at check out was pleasant. Check in staff person was all business. Breakfast was adequate with a few hot options as well as cereals, bagels, mini muffins and yogurt. We appreciate the hotel being pet friendly. We would stay here again on our way back from Florida.

Room was clean and comfortable. It was nice we could park right outside our door. Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet. only issue was that whoever used the microwave in our room previously cooked something nasty. It smelled like very bad, rancid cheese. We even cleaned it out but nothing helped. So it was useless to us. The breakfast was very good. Eggs, sausage, waffles etc. Plenty of food and everything was hot that was supposed to be hot. Good choices. Staff was very friendly. We only stayed one night on our way back to FL from NY.

For an I95 travel motel this is just right. Rooms are clean and well kept. Breakfast is decent. Area seems safe and is just a minute from I95. Pet friendly. And there is a Ruby Tuesday’s right next door. Stayed here half a dozen times and will stay again.

I thought it was excellent. I thought the price was terrific. The bed was comfortable. The room was extremely clean the bathroom. I thought the front end staff was expedient. I wish I could’ve stayed longer actually and I was only just stopping in for a place to stay I absolutely would recommend Best Western and I’m not a paid spokesperson lol

Everything was nice as far as the property itself. However, when booking there was absolutely no warning or indication of any sorts, letting you know that there is a $300.00 hold put on your debit/credit card. Supposedly, according to the overly exuberant (sarcasm) desk clerk, it's only $300.00 for SC residents. That would have been VERY valuable information beforehand. Shameful that when your home is in repair and you need a simple overnight stay locally you're thanked with $300.00 being held for 72 hours! Thanks for making life easier!

While it may not look as exciting as other properties, the hotel was easy off/easy on for the highway. There are plenty of food options within walking distance and gas nearby as well. The room was quiet and safe.

We were driving to Virginia and this hotel was situated conveniently off I-95 and mid-point to our destination. It properly provided a resting point; centralized with several gas stations and restaurants around to select from. The beds were comfortable, plenty of parking space and a decent morning breakfast on-site.

Hotel definitely served its purpose and was convenient to everything and everywhere. However, the Incidental charge ($300.00) for in-state folks checking in was absolutely outrageous, while the out-of-state rate was only $30.00.

The room was clean and good for one night after a nascar race. The hotel is definitely old and the room and even water smelled kind of musky. The staff were kind and overall the hotel was clean, I would stay there again.

Beds were somewhat comfortable. Pillows sucked. Expectations were low to begin with and they were confirmed. Stayed one night on our drive back home. Wouldn’t stay longer.

This is a Motor Lodge/Motel with room doors outside in parking lot. The photos or description did not clarify this. The outside area at entrances was very dirty. The rooms ( we asked to be moved from first room) smelled like deodorant spray to cover smoke smell.

Ok, but felt unsafe

We were traveling from Florida and were very tired. The hotel room was clean and it was very quiet. We got a good night’s sleep and drove the rest of the way home the next day. Breakfast was good too!

It’s an old hotel with some attempts at updating.

The stay was fine. The checkin was disappointing, but no fault to Best Western apparently. I booked through Hotel.com and requested a first floor room because my mom uses a walker. When I arrived the checkin person said there were no first floor rooms available. I was quite surprised. I had to try and get her to walk up the steps. There of course are no refunds as I would have never stayed here due to no first floor or elevators. There is some disconnect somewhere when the motel/third party apps don’t accommodate handicap people.

Just about everything was very good. Convenient location, pet-friendly, reasonable rates. One staff member was not promptly available/helpful on late night check-in.

Place was nice and clean and quiet. Only disappointment was jumping in the shower at 5 am only to find the body wash and shampoo dispenser were completely empty. On the bright side, the conditioner dispenser was full:)

My husband and I usually always read reviews before we book any rooms and this hotel had a 7.2 rating. We took a chance and we're so happy we did! We definitely give it a 10 out of 10 from cleanliness to professionalism staff was amazing.

Our favorite inexpensive pet nice stop between Florida and our home in Virginia.

I really didn't like the fact that there was a $200 deposit which is NOT stated anywhere suring the booking. I have had to pay a deposit at other establishments no where near $200 and it was noted during booking.

My day was excellent here. The staff was very helpful. The room was very clean. I had everything I need. I didn’t need to ask for anything and they give you an option whether you want someone to come in to clean the room or not they do offer the service if you’d like it, but if you’re somebody like me who would rather just Take care of myself and not have anyone come in my room you also have that option which I really liked. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would definitely recommend.

The hotel was clean and surprisingly well appointed. Quality fixtures, very clean, and good breakfast. The evening staff person was exceptionally efficient. In and out in 3 minutes! So grateful after 10 hrs on the road.

It's like a motel at the price of a hotel

The accommodations were to my liking. It wasn't the property's fault that some guests were noisy. I was lucky enough to get the same parking space every time I needed to move my car.
