It is very noisy. No insulation. You will hear everyone else in the hotel... walking, showering, talking, etc. The bar downstairs had a band blasting it until 2am. No sleep. I won't be back.

The location downtown with open spacious renovated rooms and Big Bad Breakfast downstairs you just can’t beat this hotel when you’re in Florence.

Upon arrival we saw that the amenities game room bowling alley and bar were all closed for renovations. This was never mentioned anywhere when booking the hotel. You should not be charging the same price on rooms when all of your amenities are closed. The rooms have very little sound proof. The lighting from outside comes thru at night along with the sounds from outside. It was a rough night of no sleep.

Great location but room wasn’t worth what I paid dent in the wall found a pill in the bathroom floor the shower was just for show because there was no way to switch it from the faucet no microwave no phone you can hear people talking in the other rooms just not worth what I paid

My biggest problem is parking. There is no hotel designated parking so parking on the street is a little bit of a nuisance.

The value is in the prime location, but not the room. We paid far too much for a windowless room with stained carpet, no lamp on far bedside table, noisy environment (music from bars, clear conversations from other rooms, footsteps and furniture being moved overhead at 2:30am) and worst of all, variable shower water temp and ultimately a hot water fail.

Perfect location, clean and tidy, parking available though not part of the hotel. Staff was terrific.

Noise is unbelievable from the Florbama and every person talking on the street or car driving by.

The building is quite old which is charming but the the old wood floors let you know when the people in the room above you are moving about.
