We would definitely stay here again!

Proximity to airport for early morning flight. Provided a ride to the airport & left car at the property. The staff was wonderful! We weren’t told there would be no housekeeping. It’s ok but would have liked to have known

Pool is closed. Seems like good reason though.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Asheville Airport and would absolutely stay here again. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day. The complimentary breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts we’ve had, with plenty of options and a great start to the day. The airport shuttle service was incredibly convenient, and the staff went above and beyond to make our travel day easier. After checkout, they happily held our bags until it was time for our scheduled shuttle to the airport, which made a huge difference for us. One thing that especially stood out was their willingness to freeze my breast milk for me during our stay. As a breastfeeding mom traveling with pumped milk, this was a huge relief and took away a lot of stress. A special thank you to Kevin at the front desk. He was kind, accommodating, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. His excellent customer service was a highlight of our visit and helped make an already great experience even better. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone flying through Asheville!

Pool and hot tub with fire pit was awesome! The breakfast selection is way better than most hotels are offering these days. It still is lame sysco food, but atleast they’re trying!!

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the past years when we visit the Asheville area, so we had high expectations for this visit as well. We were not disappointed! Yet another wonderful stsy at the Hampton Inn.

Very noisy AC unit in room 411. It cycled on and off all night long. I also wonder how often 2 queen beds are necessary, and why if there is room for 4 to sleep (or even 2 to sleep) is there only one chair???

The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. The dining area is peaceful. The king suite was roomy and comfortable. Service to the rooms was timely and adequate. Overall highly recommend.

Hotel rooms were clean but one shower did not work - staff was very helpful. Also the hotel had one of the rooms booked incorrectly. Again staff was helpful.

Wonderful location for the Biltmore. The town was easy to navigate and pretty. Our room was very clean. The breakfast area was tidy and food good. Sit around the pool during the day it was quite lovely. Would stay again.

Even though we stayed for 1 night, the hotel and property is just what we asked for.

Very clean and well maintained. The room I was in was also very quiet. Staff were professional and you got ok breakfast in the morning.

The room is clean, the furniture is appropriate and functional. The air conditioning was great. I was able to adjust the temperature exactly to my needs. Coffee is available 24X7 in the dining area, which was a pleasant surprise to me. Breakfast is included and is served between 6 and 10 AM.

This was a busy time in Asheville, with a concert and a repticon happening at the same time. However, the staff was friendly, relaxed, efficient, and helpful. The property was nice and clean.

Overall, this property looked run down and sad. The room hadn’t been cleaned very well and the TV did not work. Had to call the manager to come fix it. Also, the barn doors are a complete no-no which I understand are now standard on all Hilton properties. I will not be staying at Hilton properties anymore.

The shuttle service picked us up promptly. This is one of the cleanest, most well run Hampton Inns I’ve stayed in. All staff were very friendly and professional.

Hotel called and asked why I was booking because I lived within 50 miles of the hotel and then asked for flight details. Confirmed by me and the booking.com agent, not listed that they have a policy against locals.

They exceeded all expectations. Arranged for a shuttle to the airport, long-term parking in their lot, and a shuttle pick up late at night. All for no charge on shuttle and minor charge for parking. Room was large and comfortable, TVs were sensational. Will be back. Recommend highly for you readers.

Our trip was good. There were a few small issues like the pool was closed for maintenance and stuff left in our room but the customer service made up for all of that. Nick at the front desk had amazing energy and made our trip awesome.

Clean Nice staff One of the MAIN reasons I picked this particular hotel was that it had a hot tub listed as an amenity. However, the hot tub was out of service and it was too cool for the swimming pool. The outage didn't show up on the website.

We were met by a cheerful desk person who checked us in quickly and pointed out need to know info. Our room was spacious and clean with nice touches like a rose shaped wash cloth and flower shaped Kleenex in the box. Bed was comfortable and loved the ceiling fan in the bedroom. Hotel was extremely quiet and great location.

This has been a nice stay. The Hampton Inn is tucked in off the highway so there is no highway noise. This is one of the nicer Hampton Inns I have stayed in.

The beds were comfortable . The rooms were clean. The only draw back was the barn door on the bathroom, my grandson wanted to be able to lock the door. Really nice stay, waffles were delicious at breakfast nice toppings.

What I realized was that the towels are really old. Not for this class of hotels. The breakfast was nice and the hotel was clean.

I will always use this location. Staff was amazing even took us to the airport at 4am in the morning with a happy face. Eddie is awesome.

I booked expecting a hot tub. There were other hotels that were $100 cheaper but I booked this one bc they advertised a hot tub. So I’m angry.

I think the pictures are deceiving. The lobby actually is renovated and quite beautiful. The location is not very nice. The room is definitely a bit expensive for the location. We got a larger room and while it was spacious, and the bed was comfortable, the hallways, the room itself and the low ceilings throughout, and especially the bathroom, are all very very dated.

Stinks the pool was not open while we were there. Otherwise the stay was perfect. It would be nice if the curtains closed completely since the outside lights stay on all night. The pool is broken, so you might take that off your website until it gets fixed.

We chose this property because it is a minute from Asheville Regional Airport. The staff were professional and friendly. The Air Conditioner worked GREAT!!!

I got in late and entered my room and it absolutely reeked of something like a wet dog and the humidity was very high. It was pretty awful. Went to the front desk to get a new room and they didn't have anything. I asked for some air fresher and they gave me a bottle that was pretty much empty. It didn't help at all. I didn't get much sleep so I got up early to hit the road. The continental breakfast was pretty bad too. It was the absolute bare minimum they could get away with. Then when I went to do once last check of my room I noticed that there were a couple of bugs that were in the bed. I just got out of there as quick as possible.

Extremely well run. We stay any time we have an early or late flight and their free shuttle to the airport is a plus. They also have a park and fly program that is a great value and easier than finding a parking place at the Asheville airport.

It was very clean and the breakfast was very good for a a buffet hotel breakfast. Enjoyed our stay!

The staff was very friendly, The room was clean, however toilet paper was still in the toilet, which made us question how clean it was. The shower was slightly broken making a loud noise and dripping. Also the pool was closed because there was recently broken. This is not the fault of the staff, however it was a big bummer for our kid.

After a delayed flight and not being able to get a rental car at 2 am, Nancy at the front desk was a welcome sight and offered a morning shuttle. The room was clean and quiet and staff were cleaning the parking lot. We love this desk staff.

Hotel was clean and across the street from airport, which was convenient location for us. Apparently they ran out of the luggage dollies so we had to haul multiple bags in by hand, which turned out to be OK. Otherwise, hotel and room were clean, and staff was friendly.

Overnight stay in Asheville for a show at Sierra Nevada Brewing Company. The close proximity to the venue was a factor in choosing the Hampton. Friendly staff and guests. Breakfast was served and was good.
