Location is very easy to find

Really liked the breakfast which can be ordered ahead. The staff were exceptional & so welcoming especially Doug who checked us in. There are restaurants & a grocery are across the street which is very handy. Loved the coffee machine in the rooms. The breakfast is a separate charge but has items that you can choose that are priced differently & the cost of the room was so reasonable that it was still a good deal. The $10 daily parking fee is not warranted considering it is not a resort property. A microwave would be nice.

The property was fine overall. Beds are soft, if that is your preference. Don’t opt for the breakfast, essentially the same free breakfast you get at any hotel breakfast buffet. I just checked out of a Best Western & their free breakfast was better.

Room was clean. Seemed recently updated. It was quiet. No microwave in room . Had to ask staff to warm food. Breakfast was restaurant style.

Nice small hotel, very modern. Area is ok and no problem parking. Didn't need breakfast, which has to be paid for, so can't comment on the food.

This hotel was a great find. After the disappointment of the previous evening, this hotel punched above its weight. Clean, modern, comfortable rooms and ample parking. The staff were awesome. It's well located accross the road from a shopping centre which includes a Walmart and several dining options. The breakfast needs to be advertised that it's NOT a buffet breakfast. The included breakfast allows for the choice of two options from a fixed menu. If you order anything other than the filter coffee, that's included as one of your items.

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean and comfortable. Walkable to groceries and food. Exceptional for the price! Not at all a deal breaker for me, but I actually thought the window was open when I heard the sound of the road

It was a cheap price in an expensive area. Had a modern feel. Our sheets had rips in them. I requested new ones and they solved the problem. The hotel is older, so it looks like it's been renovated to try to look newer.

The front desk staff are generally helpful the room is clean and comfortable and I like the setup of it with the little bench and round table to be able to sit at or eat and it's more comfortable than a desk chair Staying there twice I have been charged a $10 parking fee which is not mentioned at check in. I'm sure it's probably on some paperwork somewhere but it's not brought up verbally and ends up as a surprise charge on your credit card.

The room was very well designed, with the exception of the lighting, the bedside lamps were at awkward angles and entirely too bright, the light above the little table was very dim, and the room lights had 2 settings, the sun and barely on. Other than this inconvenience, it was a great room and a great stay, especially for the price.

The check in process was quick and easy, and the staff was very friendly and informative. The room and the hotel lobby was very cute and clean! My partner and I also liked the style and the location of the hotel. None that we can think of.

Rooms are modern and clean. The huge con to this place is parking. There are usually no spots near the doors and rooms that are available due to limited space. The hotel and Expedia do not mention a $10 parking fee for each vehicle you have. I was charged $20 after my stay and found out it was for parking 2 vehicles which again is not mentioned by the front desk staff or Expedia.

This is a gem! . It’s an older unit that has been refurbished and it is great. We had a suite. The furnishings are gorgeous. The bed and the pillows were extremely comfortable. The lobby was inviting and fresh and clean. Then on-site restaurant and bar. The staff was so helpful and kind. I wish we could’ve stayed more than one night.

Nice interior, renovated, water pressure of shower, clean. Poorly soundproofed door which allows to hear everything from the corridor (noisy guests), traffic from highway you can hear as well.

Staff was excellent and helped us find the right way to the Grand Canyon. Assisted in printing a document I needed. Ashley is gem she is friendly and helpful. Very good at her job. The beds were comfortable. Location was easy to get to. The breakfast area is congested with people leaving and walking through the area.

There were rogue hairs (not mine nor my partner’s) on the bed linens and in the bathroom. There was streaking on the glass shower door. There were also visible fingerprints (sunscreen?) on the bathroom door. Overall, it felt far less clean than I would like.

Our stay was fantastic! The conveniently located hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the overall feel was comfortable. I loved that we had a server for breakfast and not another buffet.

Although the room was clean, my stay overall was subpar. First, the Internet was not very fast, I disconnected and used my phone’s data plan instead. My biggest issue, however, was that my room sat directly above the lobby. Whenever thr automatic doors to the lobby opened and closed, it not only made a noise, but it shook the room. My boyfriend and I slept poorly because we kept waking up to the shaking and sound. The lobby also played music until 11pm or so, which also kept us up. Thankfully the staff did turn it off upon request, but the doors were fairly constant.

Property was next to a highway, so good access. They provided ear plugs. Had a good recommendation for where to eat dinner and it was close. They charge ala-carte for breakfast. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Disappointed since this is an IHG property. We stayed two nights. Would not want to spend any more time than that.

Machine was quirky, though. No microwave ☹️ Couldn't get the TV connected to the wifi so no tv or streaming 🤷‍♀️ PROS: Very clean. The shower was amazing. Hot water and serious water pressure. This hotel was a wonderful pleasant stay. The room was super clean, the staff was extremely helpful, cheerful, and welcoming! The bed was so comfortable! I would highly recommended this hotel. We will definitely stay again when visiting out college student.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, and would stay again! The staff is friendly, the rooms are well-designed, and the beds are very comfy. I loved the espresso machine! However, there were several drawbacks while staying here: * No microwave in room * They didn't have a Keurig, but a phony-like copycat. You needed to stand near the coffee brewer in the room and continue to push the brewing button until your cup is full, which took about 5 minutes per cup. * No ready-made coffee available in the lobby * Paid $10 for breakfast at check-in. It's $20 thereafter if not prepaid upon check-in. Drinks are very expensive! I paid over $50 for 2 double shots during happy hour, which was 20% off. Paid over $66 after happy hour for the same drinks, not including gratuity. Silly me for returning for more. To boot, upon check-out, we found out they charged $10 per day for parking, which midnight must be the cut-off time, and so they added an extra $10 charge. That is, we stayed 1 night and were charged $20 for parking. Unbelievable. So when we are seeing "free parking" listed on a hotel's amenities, there truly is a reason. We will not use this hotel a second time.

The ONLY THING that made it not five star was the nasty attitude of the mask wearing Native American handling breakfast service. I have worked in hospitality for over 20 years and have never seen someone so irate and unpleasant-especially so early in the morning! He should NOT work in hospitality. He only does damage to the brand.

The room details through this website need to be updated, i was happy they didn't actually have down comforters because I'm allergic. They were very responsive when i asked about it. I just wish the black out curtains advertised were more blackout, i could see thrift them in the morning. Everything else was great.

Super cute remodeled property. Staff was incredibly friendly. Rooms were well appointed. There is a bar and small food menu in the hotel as well. Would definitely come back.

The property and room were modern and attractive. Everything was immaculately clean and in good condition. The room had abundant horizontal surfaces for storage/work (though no drawers). The pillows were all fiber-fill, which I don't prefer, but they were in good condition and the mattress was very comfortable. There were ample hooks and rods in the bathroom for hanging towels/etc, and the shower was very nice. Parking was inexpensive, and the location was a very short drive from the airport. Would stay again.

Don’t buy the breakfast. Hotel recently restored and they did a stellar job. First class. Only problem they need a TV channel guide in the room. I spent an hour just trying to find channels i use, then you have to write down the channels so you can find them again.

Beds are very high if you have mobility issues, i had to use a stool to get in and out of it. Late night staff didn’t want to give me. Soda and charge it to my room but the morning manager was very accommodating and sent me and my mom home with a free drink. I wold stay again just be prepared for the 100 $ pending charge for a deposit on the room

We stopped in Flagstaff on our way to Albuquerque for the week. We loved how tidy and clean the facilities were. We had a great nights sleep after a long drive. The location was great because they had a bunch of food options across the street as well as Rivian chargers nearby for electric car charging.

Every staff member has been amazing. Front desk, bar/restaurant, and housekeeping personnel have been very friendly and responsive. Beds are comfortable and our room was very clean and well stocked. The decor is a little dated but our stay overall has been great. No complaints!

I paid a pretty penny for the room and on top of that I was charged for parking!

I booked a room to get out of the heat for the weekend. Check in was great and the lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful. However, the next morning we were consistently being rushed out of the suite we booked. We put up the do not disturb sign and were awoken in a panic to someone trying to open the door at 7 am. We told housekeeping nicely that we would be leaving at check out and an hour later at 8 they were back trying to open the door without even knocking with the do not disturb sign still up. We had a late night and were looking forward to being able to sleep in a little more on our weekend getaway. And then we’re further disturbed by someone trying to open the door while we’re getting dressed. We informed them again we would like to be checking out on time . They then sat outside our room door until we had to call the front desk to ask them to leave us alone. It was a terrible ending to what started as a great stay.

Hotel was nice enough. Was not thrilled with the speed of the check in and the last minute announcement of a $10 charge to park. It’s not like the hotel is in the center of town and parking is a premium.

Just stayed one night while traveling, loved the location close to the highway but not right on it. Very nice clean modern room and bathroom. Fabulous bed :)

Room was very clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is new in that it just opened a couple of months ago. We would stay here again.

Stayed in room that was for handicapped people but with very limited handrails in the restroom. Needs a walk in shower not a tub. No handicap rails by the toilet my mother to pull herself up. I had to help her. Restroom was too small for walker or wheelchair

Great Staff, good room service and bar

The hotel is nice and the staff were very responsive and caring. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The walls are a bit thin as we could hear people walking in the hallways and around us but nothing too bad to keep us from sleeping.

I stayed here on a visit to the Grand Canyon. I really enjoyed my stay. The check in process was very fast and easy. The front desk clerk was very friendly and answered all my questions. The room was very spacious and very comfortable and clean. There are plenty of food options and stores all around, great location. If I’m ever in town again I’d definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The lobby was very modern and welcoming. The room was updated, cozy, and comfortable with plenty of room our family of four. The only disappointment for my popcorn eating son, was that there was not a microwave in the room. However the staff accommodated us by popping it in the kitchen microwave.

Very clean and updated!

Spacious Room, and very comfortable beds and pillows. No train noise! Quality personal care products as well. The coffee machines in the rooms are the only thing I would change. The look cool, but are pretty worthless.

This hotel is cute, classy, very clean. Breakfast was good, with 1 egg, 1 sausage and 1 bacon, a toast and coffee. There were a lot of pillows but were not fluffy and not too comfortable. But overall we love it there. People were friendly and attentive.

This is one of our favorite finds. Highly recommended. New, comfortable and great service.
