Although a little aged and in need of update this hotel is very convenient to the airport and has a free shuttle back and forth. Room was clean and well appointed. Had plenty of water in the fridge. I would stay here again.

The rooms were amazing, bed was super comfy, I could use my streaming apps to watch whatever I wanted, and the entire property was just new-looking. Nothing.

The hotel was nice yet there was a strong mildew smell in the lobby and we could not find a room that smelled okay on the 4th floor. The staff was very nice and let me smell different rooms. I ended up with a 5th floor room right next to the elevator, but it was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was good, but we did not feel we could use the pool because of the strong odor.

The location, cleanliness and being modern is excellent. The room setup and size is not! There are 5 of us in the room (said to sleep 7) and to have the closet and sink/mirror in the bathroom is just not convenient. The walk room at the end of the beds was so small, that the ability to roll the suitcase was near impossible. The layout is just very inconvenient!

We did go down and request more towels because there were only 3 in the room. Our only real complaint was that there were wet spots on the carpet when we arrived. They were spread out and we "found" them as we walked around the room in our socks. All in all a good stay.

The staff were extremely polite and attentive. Loved their positive welcoming attitudes after a 2 hour drive. The property was clean, easy parking and it’s surrounded by a number of places to eat and a Walmart about less than half a mile up the road. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the room smelled like dirty, smelly feet. Specifically the couch. I only stayed 1 night, we were with 2 under 10 and a teenager. and I didn’t want to go through the trouble of asking for another room - not even sure of that was an option. I ended up covering the sofa with a blanket I travel with, to cover up the smell. It was also a learning listening to bring Lysol spray with me from now on. Also, I wanted to mention that the sofa was not a pull out mattress, nor was it a trundle as the room flyers stated, so that was also disappointing. Again, the staff was absolutely amazing and would probably be the only reason why I would return..

Stayed for a night on our way to Phoenix. Overall a good stay; clean, close to the highway and not far from restaurants and shopping. The only caveat was that the pool was closed.

Room looked nice at first, but extremely unfunctional. Very crammed. The bathroom door housed the toilet and shower, sink/vanity, ans closet... so only one persoon could use any of the rooms at once. Only place to put luggage was the closet, so you couldn't access it if someone else waa in the shower or bathroom. Very inconvenient for a family. Shower head was very short... barely fit me at 5'6" and was way too short for my 6'1" husband. The shower curtain also didn't fit the entire length of the shower for some reason, so ot let a ton of cold air in. Very awkward layout. Breakfast was good. Staff was very attentive and quick... we needed more pillows and towels since the room wasn't stocked for more than 3 people.

I stayed at SpringHill Suites Flagstaff primarily for work - I was there to shoot both photo and video - but it also turned into a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel itself feels modern and well-maintained. The lobby and common areas look fresh, clean, and recently updated, which creates a very good first impression. Our room was spacious and functional. We had two queen beds and a sofa bed, a decent-sized TV, a microwave, and a small fridge. One minor issue was that the TV screen had some color distortion in the center (slightly bluish), as if it had been impacted, but it didn’t really affect our stay. I appreciated the blackout curtains and the climate control system, which was easy to manage. The bathroom included a full bathtub with a shower, which was convenient. Housekeeping was done every other day, and I really liked that they respected how I arranged my bed - they didn’t redo it in a way I wouldn’t like. That attention to detail stood out. Breakfast was surprisingly good for a continental setup. There were hot options like eggs and sausage, as well as oatmeal, cereals, yogurt, fruits, waffles, toast, and bagels. The only thing I would improve is the coffee - it looked like coffee, but the flavor and aroma were quite weak. The staff was very friendly and welcoming at check-in, which set the tone for the whole stay. Also, when we needed extra towels, it was easy to get them quickly. One thing that was unexpected was the parking fee. I don’t recall seeing that clearly when booking, but fortunately, it was waived due to membership. Overall, a very solid experience. Would have been nice to know the pool closed after I had booked. Kids wanted to swim and they couldn't. Staff was very good at the front desk.

The thing I didn't like was that we found out when we got there that we had to pay for parking. Now that probably wouldn't have been an issue if the parking lot was enclosed instead of just an open parking lot. Why are you paying $10 for parking overnight when there's no kind of protection for your vehicle? The other thing that was a disappointment was that the pool was closed it would have been nice to be notified in advance that the pool would not be available. I'm assuming that they're doing some kind of restoration on it, no information on that.

Location was great and staff was friendly. I did appreciate the size/space in the room The A/C & heat unit was so extremely loud and rattled all night. The bed pillows were also weirdly small-almost like a couch pillow. The room was extremely dark and worn out looking (especially the bathroom), very underwhelming for the price. There were even pieces off of the bed missing which just left a big wood hole. The pool wasn’t in service and there was a $10.00 parking fee-both which I wasn’t really aware of when booking. Lastly the breakfast was very dull.

The breakfast had many options including hot eggs and sausage. We chose this hotel because of the pool. But it is clear the pool has not been open for a while. We would have chosen a different hotel if we knew it was closed. The hotel also charged me for parking which seemed unnecessary.

Low-wattage bulbs in the lamps provided. Hotel illegally charged us for hotel parking, neglecting to inform us of the parking charge in advance. Refunded the charge when we confronted them about it.

The room was for three and had a king bed and pull out couch bed. Unfortunately the pull out bed mattress was quite lacking and pretty uncomfortable. Ended up sleeping on the couch instead. Besides that, really enjoyed our stay here!

I love staying this property! This was our second stay. My only recommendation would be the breakfast to be more tasteful and a new brand of coffee(tasted like water). I was disappointed with this meal.

I’m sure there is something buried in the paperwork about the charge, but nothing obvious. The charge seems excessive for Flagstaff, and makes the room price less competitive. We had a great 2 nights stay to enjoy the Grand Canyon. Traveling with kids. Good breakfast however the kids missed hot chocolate option. Staff very friendly and willing to help all the time. Lindsey at the front desk was very kind and helped me every time we needed something (laundry, printing, extra key card). We will definitely come back to this hotel.

This place is getting updated, however, the couch/trundle bed in our room was stained and dirty feeling. The carpet on the stairs was all tattered. The rooms are tight and not a lot of room for a family of 4 or 5. They allow people to bring pets to this hotel but people bring their dogs and such to breakfast and that grossed us out. In our opinion there should be NO pets allowed near food.

I am not one that likes to leave a harsh comment but the room that was given was very poorly cleaned due to hair belonging to others being left and the couch being unable to sit and/or sleep on due to it being extremely unclean.

Great stay. Hotel was nice & warm, breakfast was good, & overall, front desk staff were awesome! Self parking available as well! Hotel is located near to a lot of places including grocery stores, restaurants, & gas stations. Not too close, not too far.

It was great and breakfast was great but there are other charges that they charge that you don’t know about till you look at you emailed receipt my room was 139 and after the hidden frees I paid 180 I think they should include the free in the price give and they shouldn’t charge you the park in a open parking lot

The free breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly. Check in was easy. We slept great and there were a lot of restaurant options near by.

The free breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly. Check in was easy. We slept great and there were a lot of restaurant options near by.

It was all good, would highly recommend.

Great location for doing the North Pole Experience. Easy to find, easy access to getting around. The staff was very nice making checking in and out easy. Nice breakfast is included in the morning with options of eggs, bacon, waffles, bagels, and much more.

The hotel was worth for what I paid.

We really liked this place

Last month when I was there the chair in the room was broken. It was exchanged for one in another room. This visit chair again broken. Didn’t have it exchanged because the counter/desk it was by where was dried crusty something on it.

Did not care for the layout of the room. Too small and tight. Private WiFi required a hotel membership.

Property was a great place to stay , food was great, amenities nice , i just had a problem with pet hair on the bedding. But front desk had house keeping change it out promptly with no problems.

The name is confusing. We assume there would be a kitchen because you call yourselved SUITES.

The staff was great. They were very accommodating. It was several of us together. We were able to check in early. They got us rooms all on the same floor. The breakfast was delicious the next morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel suites are a bit tight but maybe bacause it lacks an open floorplan, carpet in need of replacing and I was surprised in didn't have a spa/jacuzzi next to the pool. But overall good hotel but was surprised at the extra $75 pet fee.

We liked that the customer service was very good and that the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and comfortable. Everything was working correctly. We will definitely go there another time.

Absolutely amazing experience, super helpful employees and beautiful hotel. Beds were too soft but still beautiful. Really well designed to offer ample space for lots of people to stay in a single room. Breakfast was okay, nothing super splendid but the kids loved the whole experience.

Great Place

Nice a quiet, the room had a great place to get work done. Unique restaurants are within walking distance.

Carlos is very warm and inviting. All the morning breakfast staff worked hard to bring a wonderful experience.

The staff were friendly and attentive to my family needs. The breakfast buffet was average, nothing over the top. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I did not realize that the Hotel was pet friendly. The Hotel lobby had a strong chemical smell. I am not sure why. The location was close to restaurants and grocery stores. The swimming pool was dirty and I was disappointed that it was not clean. End of review.

It's a very nice hotel, clean, kind and helpful staff. Close to tons of shops and restaurants. The best breakfast service I've had in quite some time when traveling, lots of choices. My only complaint is that the beds are INCREDIBLY uncomfortable. Maybe I just got unlucky for the room I was in, but it was the worst 2 nights of sleep or lack there of I've had in a hotel ever. I am home now, and I am dealing with some serious neck and shoulder pain that's going to take a few chiropractor visits to address. I also didn't appreciate paying to park on the premises, that is just BS considering the price paid for a 2 nights stay, which was nearly as much as I pay for my monthly mortgage. But sadly a lot of hotels charge for parking, it's the most insane and stupid thing to impose on your guests.

Overall, good we had a good stay. When I asked about checking in early, I was asked if I was okay to have a first floor room. I confirmed that was okay. The room we were given was a two double bed room, instead of a king bed room. We made the room work but was not what I reserved.

Everything was wonderful

The room smelled of urine and old cigarettes. We couldn’t sleep. Asked to be moved but they had no other rooms available.

The only thing I didn't like is that we had a staff member on Saturday who didn't want to give me a late checkout for my 3 rooms. I am a platinum member and the hotel wasn't even close to capacity so I am baffled why she told me she could only give me one room until 2:00. She eventually gave in until 3:00 but I have been platinum for a long time - it's one of the reasons i always stay in a Marriott - so I know I should have had all 3 rooms until 4:00. The rest of the staff was great!

It was great to find that we could sleep out whole family in a single room. While there were enough beds, the space between beds and walls were very tight and it felt cramped. Almost unsafe.

A few things that made the stay a bit uncomfortable: no daily housekeeping, the only mirror was in the dimly lit bathroom, window shade was broken, one light didn’t work at all, and the bathroom was in need of a deep cleaning. Also didn’t like that there was a charge for self parking on the property and wasn’t charged through Expedia, I had to pay for it at the hotel.
