The room was great, clean, organized. The only thing we dealt with that wasn’t really even that bad, just hard to get used to, was the bed frame being metal. There was four adults and a baby and every time anyone got out of bed we all knew. But that wouldn’t keep us from booking again. The shower was amazing and clean. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family. Staff was kind and helpful. Top of our list for staying at again in the future

Clean place, friendly staff, and the shower was nicer than most basic hotels.

Great value for the stay!

I pulled up to this hotel in the middle of the afternoon. It was totally ramshackle. Lots of doors were standing wide open. There was trash, homeless, and broken down cars in the parking lot. I had to leave and find a different hotel. No way in a million years I would stay there.

Very nice for the price, newly rennovated. Very clean. Great shower. Ken at the front desk was very nice even when we rolled in at about 11 pm from Oklahoma. Highly recommend. For as nice as the rooms are, the towels could be a little nicer.
- 5/5
Nicely remodeled , clean and the shower was amazing! Will be back!
- 4.5/5
Very quiet location despite being right on Route 66 and the train track. Clearly they have added sound-proofing with the remodeling. Clean and modern decor. An excellent bargain. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is very convenient. The only thing I would say could be upgraded is the towels.

When I first drove in I was a little unsure of the motel, the outside needs a little love. When I got to my room I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. I also love there is no carpet, smart renovation for sure. The room was clean and felt new. I was a little concerned it may be loud since its right on Route 66 but it wasn't at all. When I was walking to the office to check out the gentlemen met me and asked how my stay was and said they just bought this motel a year or so ago and renovated it. You can tell he takes pride in this. I will stay here again for sure! Also amazing price. Maybe the outside a little love or plants something.

For a basic hotel it was clean and the people were helpful and friendly. If you just need a place to crash for the night it was more than adequate - large rooms, clean, nice shower. Had obviously been recently remodeled. Kitchen would have been adequate but no utensils, pots, pans, so unless you had your own, useless. Not much else!
- 3/5
Bed a little too soft, but comfortable. Very tired upon arrival. Was hoping for a night at Lowell, but it was overcast.

I just loved the location. Beautiful town Grea5 room spacious comfortable type combo.! Staff that do it all stay dotting the "i's" and crossing the "t".! All around great experience.! Definitely will be back Being
- 4/5
The room was big, really nice, modern, and clean. It included a microwave, mini-fridge, and a full-length mirror. The hosts were attentive and friendly. My only complaint is that the booking platform didn't display the pet fee; the hotel sent an email detailing all the charges, but it was the confirmation after reservation, so I couldn't do anything about it at that point. I think it would be helpful if the platform displayed pet fees upfront.

The room was nice and clean. The bathroom and sink area was a little small for getting ready but other than that it was perfect for 2.

I was actually in Flagstaff for surgery, My husband and I have made The Inn on 66 our favorite destination for all upcoming business in Flagstaff. As always I wish the Inn had a smoking room , being a smoker it would be more convenient..

Very clean and comfortable. You can tell they take pride in their facility.

Air conditioning worked well, room was completely clean. Convenient location, many places within walking distance. Very helpful staff.

Location& price.
- 5/5
When I was looking online for a motel the price was $49/night and when I booked it was $53. Not really a big deal but I do not like it when the price change just seconds.
- 5/5
Clean room and easy checkin. Gas stations and food places nearby. Close to I40
- 3/5
It was okay, but the bed isn’t uncomfortable enough
- 5/5
Location was on Route 66 (perfect ). Walked across the street to Texas Roadhouse ( that was a bonus)
- 5/5
It’s very clean, the shower head is amazing, and the guy at the front was very helpful. The only thing was we have a child with autism and she likes to wonder. The hotel door doesn’t have the latch at the top of the door to prevent the door from opening. We used the couch to prevent my daughter from leaving the room. Other than that, this room was great.
- 4/5
The staff were very nice and the location was good. Beds were comfortable. The Inn On 66 is very basic, but that is just what we were looking for.
- 4.5/5
It was pet friendly
- 4.5/5
The owner was very nice ans helped full
- 4.5/5
I liked that there was some cooking space, a nice stove, and a good sized mini-fridge. There is still construction being done on the property, but it did not affect our stay.
- 2/5
I read reviews that thought it was great for the price so booked it, but I wouldn't recommend. The toilet WAS NOT clean and the person who used it was obviously ill. The room is otherwise clean, nice tv. Bed is so so. Train noise, highway noise, ac is loud. Some rooms still under contruction so ends of the hallway weree filled with supplies and broken furniture.
- 4.5/5
The new renovations made this place better. Keep up the great work.
- 5/5
great stay
- 1/5
This place was a dump, not as advertised. There were toilets (literally toilets) on the walkways and balconies outside.
- 5/5
Stuff was friendly and pleasant, rooms were spotless, clean. They are currently remodeling but I would for sure stay here again next time.
- 3/5
The room itself was in great condition. The shower is amazing! The downside is that there are apparently some transients there that were a bit noisy (one pacing in floor above) and perhaps some people are unstable to stay there independently. Maybe be transparent that you are accepting housing vouchers for those guests.
- 2/5
Under construction. Dirty. No coffee. In the morning there was no lights in the stairway and rather dark. Not a place I’d stay again.
- 4/5
Was good for one night

value for the price, clean but slighly outdated, nice comfy bed
- 5/5
Very nice motel. Very clean. Staff was really nice. Enjoyed watching the trains go by across the street!
- 4/5
It’s convenient and staff is helpful. Large space to stay in. Facilities is a little older but still comfortable.
- 4/5
Rooms are very spacious for this price range. This will be our go-to place in Flagstaff.
- 4/5
Basic cheap hotel - nothing special but good shower water pressure and temp, comfy bed. Lots of kitchen room but only fridge and microwave - coffee only in lobby at 7am
- 4/5
Very clean and the room was large and the bed great
- 5/5
Very nice rooms and prices office people vary helpful and friendly staff will definitely be back
- 1/5
The room felt unsanitary. The bathroom had a runny faucet and smelled heavily of bleach.
- 1/5
So the policy changed in the span of a week. Deposits shot up, the staff was rude. We were there tk take my mother inlaw for a surgery the next morning and they made her bring her id. Then continued to watch us like we were criminals. We were told that we were to deal with the new face tatted unprofessional from now on. The lady that helped us last week was on vacation this week. Then that changed to vacation for a week after I said I'd call her next week.
- 5/5
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely be coming back
- 4/5
The room was clean, and had just the right amount of towels. Lighting is a bit bright, and the outside could use some upgrading, but otherwise, very comfortable for my two nights. Walking distance to several places to shop and eat.
- 1/5
The check in lady charged me $15 to have a ground floor room. The elder father/grandfather was creative, efficient and diligent in sealing asphalt cracks. The tricycle mounted security officer was a delight. Other quests appeared to be long term guests although I may be mistaken. The adjacent and residential properties seemed a magnet for people taking a short cut alongside the hotel property. Made me feel uncomfortable. Proper hotel/motel breakfast should be improved.
- 4/5
Everything you need is close by!

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean a quiet place and the staff were very friendly. I enjoyed being there
- 4/5
The bathroom window doesn’t have a shade so the sun comes in. Train runs all day. Fortunately, not at night.
- 5/5
We had stayed here awhile back. The upgrades to the rooms are phenomenal. Shower was absolutely to die for. Rain heads from the ceiling. The new kitchenette is also a full on awesome addition. Biggest TV youll get in a hotel that i have seen...
- 3/5
Great Motel for the value, older, but remodeled.
- 5/5
Nice people
- 4/5
Not bad for price remodel and have extra things in room that make it comfortable for a family. The only issues we had was beds were little hard but I can’t complain I’ve been in worse. Everyone was nice and everything was clean. I would definitely stay there again if need be.
- 4/5
Clean and cheap. The only complaint were the tiny pillows. I would recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Amazing, accommodating, nicest staff ever
- 3/5
We only stayed cause there was a pharmacy near by to get medicine filled . Room was okay , dirty bath mat towel left in floor . The beds were very noisy couldn't roll over without it making loud noise and beds were very uncomfortable. Got up with back and hip pain . Dint sleep good at all
- 2/5
Dirty floors, the door jam was loose from the door rendering the chain lock useless. Bed uncomfy and made weird noises? Nice TV, nice frige/freezer and bedding was clean, so that's good. It's super cheap, you get what you pay for. The staff attending were kind.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and clean rooms.
- 3/5
The lady in the office was very nice and helpful.
- 4/5
Property owners are cleaning and remodeling it and have done a great job. Rooms were clean, comfy and can see the pride they are putting in. Great location to food, Walmart and autozone if you need car care needs. Would stay again and recommend.
- 4/5
This was a great value. It's not the newest hotel, but the person who I interacted with was great, I slept well, and the shower was great. It was convenient and inexpensive.
- 3/5
Not the hotels fault but hotels.com advertised the king room with a pull out couch. So we had to switch and got up charged. The beds were not comfortable but did the job. It did not feel clean but not sure if that’s because of the age of the motel or if it wasn’t clean. She did not like that we had 4 kids instead of 1 but if I put all my kids in, it automatically puts them in 2 rooms which they are to little to be in a separate room and they sleep with us or on an air mattress that we bring. There was no breakfast so it’s not like we were higher for that cost. We stayed one night, got in late and left early.
- 3/5
booked this room for my husband, looked okay online. He told me there were homeless hanging around the property and the room’s bathroom had holes in the wall. I guess it provided shelter for the night but didn’t expect that type of motel
- 1/5
We had trouble sleeping in this place because the people next to us were screaming all night. They may have been on something. Eventually it stopped after hours. In the morning someone had pissed off the balcony onto our car, and we told the staff about it. We asked for a credit on our bill at least for a car wash but nothing was done at all. Very disappointing experience.
- 2/5
Place was clean, but terrible night sleep. Both queen beds creaked very loud every time we moved. Not slight creaking. Very loud. Also room above us sounded like the floor was caving in when someone walked up there.
- 3/5
the mattresses were bulky and not comfortable. It needs up updating. We got up in the middle of the night and left.
- 5/5
The second floor occupants were noisy and woke us up for an hour at 3AM with their stomping feet. Recommend getting a second floor room to avoid the noise from having people over you.
- 2/5
Discount offering, not the cleanest, noisy people late into night.
- 2/5
Room was fine, we were on the 2nd floor. The floor of the bathroom was sagging and I was afraid the floor would fall through to the 1st floor.
- 1/5
I checked the bed to make sure we had enough blankets because it was cold, and I noticed that the white blanket was not clean. So, I called the front desk, and when the front desk lady came, she was very polite and offered to change the blanket and linens. When she was removing the sheets, we both noticed that the mattress protector had blood stains. She removed the mattress protector and told me that she was short-staffed and apologized. She brought clean linens, and since it was pretty late and we were tired from playing in the snow, we decided to stay. However, it was a horrible stay. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and the heater was very noisy. The shower had some mold, and we didn’t shower in the morning.
- 5/5
This is a nice and very clean place to stay. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. It's a basic motel and a good place to stay for the price.
- 3/5
I liked the price and felt that for a traveler passing through it is great for a rest. However it was noisy due to the trains passing through all night and people are allowed when leaving early anymore and forget there are other travelers trying to rest as well. Guest etiquette I feel is not that good anywhere anymore though. Thank you
- 3/5
Definitely needing updates
- 4/5
Easy access off the highway.
- 5/5
Comfortable room. Great shower. Very friendly service.
- 1/5
I booked a non refundable room and when I got to the hotel the room was not available and charged me an additional $24 for a room that was available. Since my room was not available I had to either pay the $24 or loose my $$’s already spent on the room. Totally bait and switch.
- 5/5
It was great
- 4/5
Good room for the price.
- 4/5
Short over-night stay. It was decent enough. Convenient right on Route 66.
- 3/5
The staff are very nice. Every thing in the room was new and clean. The only problem was that there were many stains on the towels and sheets. Luckily we brought our own towels and sheets to use.
- 2/5
The rooms were in pretty bad shape. Paint peeling off walls and ceilings. The bathroom was not clean and poor condition as well. They clearly do not take care of the property. The towels did not look clean at all. I would NOT stay here again.
- 4/5
Just need a desk in room
- 4/5
Very good place to spend the night & very cheap! The staff were very friendly.
- 4/5
This was an okay place to stay while traveling. There was only one chair and no table in the room. Things were clean but a little old and worn.
- 4/5
Not too bad of a room. The bed wasn’t the most comfy, the room does stay warm though! One major con is if you are in the first floor you could hear the footsteps from the top floor & extra people & bed NOISES at 4 am lol. Parking isn’t the most convenient as well, it’s a bit tight. if you aren’t there for the hotel experience it’s a better choice than others.
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
Needs updating. Flooring is laminate and very worn. Walls need painting. Very limited on parking. Got ice bucket, no cups. Towels were stained. Front office staff were very nice.
- 5/5
Good location and decent rooms
- 4/5
Excellent stay.
- 5/5
I really find the staff courteous and easy to have a conversation. I definitely will return in the future traveling plans.
- 1/5
This property is well worn. The electricity, including heat, went out at 4:00 am and was still not on at 6:30am. We left without showers. No top sheet, just a thin duvet. Hopefully it had been laundered. The young man who checked us in was friendly and helpful, but was not available at checkout.
- 5/5
Nice place.
- 4/5
Not great bedding - bring blankets!
- 4/5
I enjoy staying here and the low price.
- 4/5
Room was nice. Only think, they required a deposit in addition to my room pmt. I do not think it said that on the listing. I got it back no issues. I'd stay there again.
- 5/5
It was Clean, Quiet, Comfortable in a location that accommodated need’s. Such as Restaurants, Stores, Auto store and more.
- 5/5
Super friendly staff and clean facility
- 5/5
Great pricecfor last minute stay
- 2/5
Water damage evident on ceiling, walls, floor and furniture. General maintenance of the room was lacking throughout. Too close to the highway and train. Perpetually noisy.
- 4/5
The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The hotel is old with some minor wear but updated. The shower was unique as the shower head rained down from the ceiling. It was actually like being under a waterfall
- 4/5
We had a quick stay and it was comfortable
- 3/5
The 9.2 rating is way off base. It was old & small. The bathroom had a musty smell. Really wasn’t worth the the price.
- 2/5
Wont be back.
- 4/5
Always enjoy staying here but disappointed ice machine didn't work.
- 4/5
Check in was good. Not crazy about having to wait until 7am to get coffee. Coffee should 24/7. Also, they need a good sitting area to sit and relax.
- 2/5
Bed was clean was about the only positive thing about the actual room floors were coming apart mold in the window seal refrigerator wouldn’t stay cold not clean very well sticky floors
- 5/5
If you are looking for clean and affordable lodging in Flagstaff, this is it. Its an older property and it shows. There are new owners as of last month, who are making the necessary repairs. They are great people and im sure they will make you feel as comfortable as we did.
- 3/5
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had a faint unpleasant odor. Beds were exceptionally squeaky. The bathroom was clean but in need of repairs to both the sink and shower faucets. I rely on ratings when selecting a room. I did not feel this was an 8 point something room.
- 5/5
Very good king bed and large flat screen TV. In today’s economy, this was well worth the money. Very reasonable.I would definitely stay there again.
- 3/5
It was nice.
- 4/5
Smaller hotel on Route 66. Flooring was not carpet which felt a little cleaner but also made me want to wear socks and not be barefoot. We were on the bottom floor and the people above us made a lot of noise when walking. The check-in clerk was very nice
- 4/5
Spontaneous trip 3 adults and one medium dog. We met family for a visit to Grand Canyon.
- 5/5
Staff very friendly. Nice spacious king bed. Rain head shower was nice and larger frig was helpful too.
- 5/5
Place was nice and quiet. Staff was nice and helpful. Prices were very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
I stayed for one night, it’s budget friendly, the room was clean, well lighted which helped when I was coming back in the evening. Coffee in the office not in the room but the office was open at 6:30 am so that was nice. It’s right next to the railroad tracks but all I heard was a small rumble. The bed could be upgraded since I heard springs popping back and forth. I mostly sat in the nice chair w/ottoman. That was comfortable….lol. All in all it’s ok if you are spending a night or two.
