We booked our room through Expedia and specifically chose this property based on a search for a pool/hot tub and breakfast included. We checked in to our room and it was serviceable but had not been deep cleaned in some time— the sofa was badly stained, large cigar sized burn holes on the carpets and what appeared to be blood spatters on the wallpaper above the bathroom sink. We went to the pool with our children only to see a sign that the pool was closed for the Season— Summer in AZ?! The pool closure is not listed on the Expedia site or the Hilton site. The front desk blamed Expedia for the omission and Expedia blamed the hotel for the omission. We had to explain to our kids that there would be no swimming and they were obviously disappointed. We were not offered any compensation for this by Expedia or hotel staff. Also the breakfast bar is terribly understaffed and omelets were served soggy, scrambled eggs were in a pool of water and they ran out of waffle mix both days. Neither the bar nor the breakfast fountain had Diet Coke either day we stayed. Overall overpriced and a dingy property. I’m not pleased with Expedia or Embassy Suites and won’t be doing future business with either company based on this stay.

Very outdated and not well maintained….. Needs A SERIOUS Remodel! The Hilton Brand is definitely tarnished.

The staff were all great. However the hotel is very old, and needs new furnishings, carpets, beds, etc. Felt like it was from the 70's

DO NOT STAY HERE! I was so excited to find an Embassy Suites as my family loves staying at them. I would have felt more comfortable staying in my car. This hotel is run down, dirty, and I only encountered 1 staff member that was nice and helpful. We had to move to a different room due to the fridge and phones not working. The new room had a headband from the previous guest on the floor, blood stains on the towels, loose tiles in the bathroom the cut my child, lights didn't all work, missing grout, a broken bathroom faucet I had to fix, a missing TV remote, and at least a 1/4 inch of dust on everything! Not to mention extremely outdated! The pool wasn't open, the manager reception was pitiful, and breakfast was a joke! Stay anywhere else but here! This may have ruined me forever on Embassy Suites!
- 3/5
Staff at the front desk and at dinner were nice and helpful. Rooms need more power outlets and the AC did not cool the room down. Good location but the hotel itself did not live up to what we expect from an Embassy Suites.
- 3/5
Good breakfast. Room was okay and Beds were not done for new check in.
- 1/5
The room was dirty, under the bed was trash and a burn mark from what I think was a cigarette. There was a stain on the couch that was large and gross, mold all on the side and roof of the bathroom and there was a hair on the bed. Apparently there were kids/ people above us that were in some kind of running race because the thumping was LOUD all night . We did call the front desk but they said there wasn’t anything they could do. Our room was hot as well and maybe they haven’t kicked the AC back on for the summer but I was so hot at night . The pool was out of season in MAY, so we had nothing to do when it was 95 outside all day. All in all it was a bust and we checked out a day early after my son’s tournament and I chose to bite the bullet and drive 5 hours home rather than stay another night miserable.
- 2/5
The room had been cleaned but there were stains on the carpet and couch. The art on the bedroom wall was dirty with writing on it. The lobby men’s room wasn’t cleaned for two days. The garage in the men’s room was overflowing and there was toilet paper everywhere.

I was at a work meeting and left early but told my twin daughters to go and have breakfast. My daughters were being harassed by a much older man who shouldn't have been near them. They were eating breakfast and he was hitting on my daughter who is a young adult but she said he was bothering her. They left because she felt uncomfortable. It was cold in Flagstaff and the heater was not on and the room was cold.

Locations was easy to find Looks old and runner down unlike other Embassy Suites properties I have been to. The hallway carpet needs to be replaced. Looks dated and dirty. Room door paint was chipped and scratch throughout my hallway. Property inside needs more plants to creat an inviting feel.

The check-in was good. The ladies that checked us in were very nice. The room was hideous. The bathroom toilet did not work and it had black mold inside the tank and black mold around the bathtub and was just a very beat up dirty looking room they did give us a new room and it was a step above that but the hotel in general is embarrassing to be called an Embassy suites it is not what you think you’re going to get when you reserve a room at an Embassy suites it’s old and dirty and needs remodeling badly. I would not stay there again.

We left the hotel room at various times, and the room was not serviced. I went to the front desk to ask for servicing, and they stated they would, but it was never serviced. They just stated they were short-staffed. First person was nice 2nd was rude.

No one wanted to use that shower.. the room was not clean. There were awful stains on the pull out couch.. just change it out! The breakfast was probably the best part bcuz they had a grill.. other than that, the front desk staff had very little to no personality.

Disappointing
- 2/5
Because I paid a premium the room was a bit bigger, breakfast provided was ok, location was ok. The staff was nonchalant, the room was not properly cleaned and dilapidated. Dirty and worn furniture, air conditioning worked on and off, carpet was filthy. You get black feet. No cleaning staff seen or available. The WORST embassy I've ever stayed in. All through the hotel you can see disrepair. I don't know how hilton is not embarrassed by the state of this hotel.

Worn out and several things in need of repair.

Overall, the hotel was nice and a good value. The property itself could use some repairs and updates. But the staff were kind/helpful and the location was ideal. I would stay again if we come back to the area.
- 3/5
The room was clean, but there was some unrepaired damage, namely, the door between the bedroom and bathroom.
- 1.5/5
The breakfast and quality of shampoo and hand soap. Beds were ok. Where to begin? This is the 2nd time I've stayed this week. The room wasn't cleaned properly with a dirty towel and trashcans. I paid for upgraded room; was still dilapidated. The carpets are dirty as is the furniture, with frozen mini fridge. The maintenance entirely is nonexistent. The hotel is just run down. Pick somewhereelse to stay. I don't know how Hilton company isn't embarrassed on the condition of the hotel.

Great breakfast with omelets made to order and belgian waffles. Cleanish room but the pullout sleeper was not sleepworthy. That person had a painful nights sleep.
- 3.5/5
First, it is in process of renovation, the fitness center is very nice, managers reception and breakfast were good. Short staffed but the team that was there were friendly… if not a bit rushed. AC was very loud, mattress was sagging in areas.. ( glad this is being renovated) but the room was very clean, as was the property, landscape could use some care.
- 1/5
This hotel is extremely dated. Our shower leaked all over everything in the bathroom and soaked our clothes. It’s not clean nor did it smell nice
- 2/5
Unfortunately, this property appeared to be run down and in the middle of transitions, and it showed in both the condition of the hotel and the overall guest experience. It felt like the staff was not fully aligned or up to speed on operations. We encountered several issues during our stay: Our room key repeatedly did not work, and the side door key access was also unreliable. On multiple occasions, the door was propped open, which felt like a safety concern. The pool was closed without any prior notice. Breakfast was unexpectedly closed on our first morning, forcing us to purchase breakfast elsewhere before our planned day trip to the Grand Canyon. The air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly—it reached 79 degrees and continued rising by checkout. The ice machine was out of order. The hallway had a strong, unpleasant mothball odor. To make matters worse, when I contacted the manager by phone, the interaction was disappointing. The response was rude and lacked understanding or concern for the issues we experienced. Overall, this stay did not meet the standards we’ve come to expect from Embassy Suites. I hope improvements are made, as the brand has delivered much better experiences for our family in the past.
- 2/5
We’ve stayed at other Embassy suits around the country and this was the absolute worst one. Room was old and ran down, happy hour wasn’t like all the others, breakfast was not that great either. Embassy really dropped the ball in Flagstaff, Az.
- 3/5
The manager’s happy hour was nice, but the breakfast was a bit of a bust as the water/ice machine was broken and the paper plates were cheap/floppy that didn’t support the weight of the food. The eating area tables were also a bit messy. I think this Embassy Suites is due for an upgrade.
- 4/5
Bartender was very polite and professional
- 5/5
Friendly staffs, comfortable room and Good full breakfast and we got complimentary drink and snack in the evening (not sure if its there for all seasons) Ample parking space with easy access door to the rooms. Looks and feels outdated. you got to upgrade the rooms.
- 2/5
Air conditioning did not work. Pool was not open. Not enough room for people and ran out of breakfast foods in the breakfast area. Room had horrible carpeting - did not take our shoes off except to sleep. Staff was friendly but could not help with air conditioning situation or offer refund.
- 2/5
hotel is old, tired, and not in good repair. for example the A/C did not work in the room. the advice was to open the window! cannot do that on the first floor when the room sits next to a sketchy parking lot and there are no screens or bars on the windows. did not want to walk bare footed on the carpeting. too dirty and raged. stay awya from this hotel. most embassy suites are great. this one is terrible.
- 3/5
The check-in was fast and easy. All staff I encountered were friendly and hard working. The breakfast area has about 14 tables with four chairs each. This is a bit small for a hotel with 119 rooms. The food was good with a decent selection. Waffles were not available due to no batter. My omelets both days were very good. Room furniture is showing its age in design and wear. The room did not have any USB outlets of any type. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom needs more than one towel rack on the door. This hotel has tons of potential if corporate would invest in an overdue renovation. The staff are working wonders to make this property work.

After i was booked, desk clerk said the AC doesnt work so well, just open window. ??? We were on ground level. NO AC at all. When we asked desk about AC, they said "sorry". We were charged $10 a nite for parking. Plenty of parking. Not happy with that. Breakfast was better than most places however they were overwhelmed. Had to wait for eggs coffee oj utensils napkins. No place to sit. Ate breakfast in the bar. 2 comp drinks each day was nice. Room was fine
- 3/5
It was so easy to check in and out, it was clean and the complimentary drink for my husband and I was nice. The A/C didn't work in our room so it got really warm. The carpeting and pull out couch need updating.
- 4/5
The room is kept clean even if you can see that the carpet and structure has seen better days. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I do wish the facility could keep the noise down, although I understand that it may be something that they cannot fully control. We would wake up from footsteps above our room ( I assume kids running around ). All in all the bed was comfortable and the location of the property is close to everything that you need.

Matresses were awful air conditioning did not work. Our room was 88 in the morning. Broken towel rack holes on the ceiling by the sprinklers. Will never stay there again. Two towels for six people. Booked a suite and terribly disappointed.

We chose this hotel because of the hot tub and mafe to order breakfast.however the hot tub was closed because its cold out and there was no made to ordwr breakfast due to something. The room was very neglected. The carpeting was stained and torn. The couch was so filthy that I wouldn't even sit on it. The furniture in general was worn and needs to be replaced. The AC didn't seem to work, but the windows did open. The room cooled down pretty quickly after opening windows. I really feel that I should receive a partial reimbursement due to how bad this Hilton property was. Oh, lets not forget the pool was closed and all the cigarette buds in the courtyard. I'm sure the staff is doing their job, but the room needs to be refurbished... demolished and then refurbished.

The room was fine, plenty of space. The breakfast was good. The staff we communicated with were nice. The only issue we had was the room did not get made up during our stay. WE had to ask for extra towels and we had to ask that room be cleaned. They did give us extra towels and emptied garbage cans but that was it. They never made bed and never vacuumed

Location, comfy beds, suite, 2tvs, average breakfast, No heat, called maintenance, they said boiler was off so they turned it on. Got a little bit warmer up to 70 but never the 7 it was set to. Then the room went down to 67 during the night again. Bathroom fan was very noisy thrashing sound. Low water pressure in shower.
- 4.5/5
Free parking, complementary happy hour, fridge and microwave in the room. Two tvs in each room. I think it depends on the room. Many dressers and closets for storage. Breakfast in the morning was a variety and it was excellent. Secured entry. The heater seemed to run all night. The fan was separate so make sure it is on low. Literally on the main road. Two beds pushed together for a king.
- 3/5
Room was average. Heater was noisy. I was charged $10.00 to park. It was not part of the price. I wanted a copy of the Invoice and was told it was sent to my email. I still don't have my Invoice for my refund for my company. I doubt that I will stay there again. Better places to stay in Flagstaff that include parking and ask if I want a copy of my invoice.

The breakfast area had no seating room because a bus full of college students. The food was disgusting, potatoes had long strand of brown hair hanging out of the warmer, eggs were water down, they had no sausages, pancakes were stale, waffle maker was not cooking the batter completely and the juice machine was broken. I was very disappointed with our stay.

He couldn’t fix the thermostat so they moved us to another room but was unable to make key cards so had to wait to get escorted to our new room. The hotel overall was okay. It is an older property showing signs of wear and tear. One big negative, given how many guests stay there, the breakfast eating area is too small, resulting in many guests having to wait for a table for a table. Additionally, tables are set fo only 4, larger families need two tables or split up. On a nice positive the staff did keep everything on the food side of breakfast well plentiful and the hot egg omelet were done well.

Stayed on the first floor and the ice machine was on the second. Room was a little dark lighting wise and the bed was one of the hardest I have ever stayed on at any hotel.

Check in was quick and smooth. Shower had good pressure and got warm quickly. Decor is very dated. We had a reservation for 4 and only 3 towels in the room and the front desk told me they were all out for the night. Lots of dogs on the property, one of which left droppings on the walkway. Very close to train tracks and heard train horns throughout the night. Skipped the breakfast. I will choose another hotel next time I'm in Flagstaff.

By 9am there wasn’t almost any food left, only bagels and bread and when we ask for at least cream cheese they told us there was no more (only what they took out at the beginning) this behavior is unnecessary and unacceptable, also the lady at the front desk on christmas was very rude and disrespectful, there was a sign to get a free beverage from the grab n go and she made me and my dad and kids put back the bottles of water we got claiming it was ONE per ROOM, when it clearly stated for guests (every guest at the hotel) displayed right in front of her, she acted like she didn’t even know what I was talking about and didn’t care to read the sign when I pointed that part at her, it was humiliating, I hope you put her in her place as I won’t be coming back to your hotel JUST FOR HER.

The room was okay. The sofa bed was horrible to sleep on. The breakfast was terrible. They had no forks (literally out of forks). Had to ask multiple times to refill coffee and various foods. The omelet station had no cheese and the cook was very rude. The person working the desk was just as rude and unconcerned. Will never stay there again.

The room was not good quality and the restroom the water for the slanted shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and we almost slipped. The breakfast was the only thing that was redeemable. We stayed at the Best Western the next night and it was $75.00 less a night and a far supr3ior room and bathroom

The beds were so bad, I woke up at 1 AM hurting so bad that I went and slept on the couch and this was a supposed premier suite. It felt like I was sleeping on cardboard on top of a spring. If I wasn't so tired I would have changed rooms but we drove 900+ miles that day so I curled up on the small couch.

Quite possibly the most dirtiest embassy suites we’ve ever stayed in. It literally felt like a second rate motel at best couch. Cushions were soiled stains in the carpet ripped cushions. It was absolutely deplorable and embarrassing for the brand. It was so dirty that we opted to not eat at the breakfast buffet , I can only imagine the cleanliness level of the food if that’s how they take care of the rooms. Never again.

Outdated and unkept. The cook to order breakfast was lacking morning 1 and was completely closed morning 2. First time staying at this location, it was WAY off brand for what we've ever experienced at Embassy Suites in the past. Very dissapointed.

And no shower mat, I’m 8 pregnant traveling alone with my babies. After shampooing the tub got slippery I fell on my knees… on top of that I tryed getting awhile of the front desk numerous time 5,6 time with the room phone & figured mayb it’s my room phone. Then I tryed with my personal phone @ 11:44pm & 11:59pm like 4,5 times. Room was cold when arrived we turned furnace on too 81 degree & think it we’ll warm quick. By the time I was getting my babies ready for bed at 12:30 mins you I’m traveling with my 1 yr old, 2 yrs & 3 yr old. Still wasn’t warming up. Being up all day traveling I decided to just go hoping it we’ll get warm up. By 4:30 am I woke up it’s squeeching cold again. Turn up furnace too 95 still no heat…. Then by the time breakfast came around I notified the front desk. All she said she can do is wave my parking fee $10 & I would have too call hotel.com to get some kind of discount—- refund…. Our stay was very freezing I had to keep my babies bundle up wasn’t comfortable at all. I just couldn’t wait to check out. I requested late check out but it being cold. We had to leave soon. As we got ready. I couldn’t even bath my babies before bed cause it being so cause of being so cold.

I shared all this info. with the front desk mid-afternoon (after my first night), and I returned late that night and was informed then that Maintenance had already left for the day BEFORE I initially spoke to the front desk mid- afternoon. Therefore, nothing had been done regarding my room. I was offered another room for the 2nd night of my 2-night stay but when I saw that room, the tub was running water (weakly) and could not be shut off so I stayed in my initially assigned room. The room with the tub running water is on the first floor. Hotel has a very worn and old appearance. I was told the hotel in in the process of transition (new ownership coming in and renovations forthcoming). I was not happy with the conditions of the hotel and would not return unless I knew the conditions had improved dramatically.

The room was full of black mold, the ac was inoperable, absolutely unacceptable
- 3/5
Is old and could use an update . The carpet was disgusting . I wouldn’t book this hotel again .
- 3/5
We waited for a cart to carry our luggage to the room 30 minutes , the check in girl from the front desk had to go hunt for one !
- 2/5
Condition of room was not good - leak out of toilet, the sliding bedroom door wouldn't close because the 'pull' handle structure actually pulled out of door (problem because I had early meeting and family trying to sleep), and dripping tub faucet. I'd stayed here several years ago and it was ok but now appears degraded.
- 4/5
Family friendly and good breakfast choices.
- 2/5
The thermostat didn't work. The room was freezing. It was very dark and seemed very small compared to other Embassy Suite rooms we've stayed in. They didn't input our Hilton Honors number and we had to do all kinds of work arounds to get wifi. They said our room was near a door, but that door didn't unlock from the outside. The reception was disappointing. Few chairs and tables, very meager food offered.
- 3/5

Quick and easy check in. Friendly staff, very clean rooms
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and excellent at their job. The hotel was very clean. The only issue was that it is very rundown. My room was like staying inside of a thrift store. All the furniture is extremely worn and stained. All the walls have marks and chips and even splatters on them. The ceiling in the bathroom has a rust spots on it. The wallpaper is peeling. Actual hole in the carpet. The outside landscaping is neglected, broken boards on surrounds. The fire lane curb hasn’t been scraped or painted in many years. All these issues just show there has been no money put into this hotel and it needs to be remodeled in its entirety. I did like the mattress and I slept very good in the bed.
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 3/5
The property is in ,need of remodeling or cleaning or something better... to start with the bad , sofa in the loby was felty ,, so are the carpeting , the building is neglected , paint peeling off , some parts you can see the frame , some of the wood damaged by termites , broken window eand door and window frame weathered , the grounds looked unatended for months , doog poop and fencing around the a/c units damaged , in the room the fridge was frozen solid, had to clean up the ice in order to use it , under the fridge was nasty , one of the drawer fell off as i was pulling it , it was fix with silicone and glue everithing was dated except the TVs , lost of silicone used in the bathroom , the courtain rod support almost falling off , the bottom line the rating should be 2.5 stars rather then 3.5 , the good things i can mantion the beds were comfy and clean , could use some new bedding , i liked the tvs that was the only thing looking good or updated in the room, the breakfast was a nice touch, but thats not enough, to earn those stars posted , sorry i didn't mantion one day did not have water for 7 hours ,

Breakfast options
- 3/5
On the bright side, the breakfast was plentiful and decent. Even had an omelet bar and fountain coke products (yay!) Would I do it again? Maybe. I was only there to sleep in anticipation of hiking Mt. Humphreys the next morning - which I did.
- 1/5
I will never go to this hotel again solely on their lack of consistency.
- 3/5
Told us we had room decide by side then didn't get it even close
- 5/5
The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I was in town for a medical procedure and they were able to check me in a little early so I could get some rest. The room was very nice and well laid out!
- 2/5
When we checked in, the toilet in the room was flooding all the way out towards the room and carpet. We had to request a different room. The new room was very dirty, the sofas were ripped, the carpet area felt like the floor underneath had big bubbles, and as we stepped in certain areas, it would sink in. Overall, dirty, and kept, therefore it created for a very uncomfortable and horrible experience. We do not recommend this place at all.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good too. We enjoyed our stay.
- 3/5
Our coffee pot did not work multiple attempts at replacing never happened our bathroom sink was plugged and we reported it the only thing they did was remove the drain opener and left it on our sink very unsightly there was a mixup at front desk with the room we paid for and was not given to us I would not stay here again
- 3/5
Nice hotel
- 3/5
The staff here were friendly and helpful. The hotel is not in good condition. It was ok for one night but I wouldn’t go back for a long stay.
- 3/5
The hotel needs a serious update. Furniture and furnishings old and dirty, some broken. Doors stick....odd odors in the hallways. It's just not what it used to be. The only thing that made it, at least okay, was the staff who are doing their jobs despite what they have ro work with.
- 3/5
There was no microwave in the room! That’s a problem, we couldn’t reheat any food.
- 2/5
The carpet was old, the chair in living room was dirty
- 3/5
This Embassy Suites is definitely an older model. It was comfortable and clean but you can tell it needs a major facelift. For some reason, there is a towel in the bathroom vent and there is a rip in the sofa. We came here to work and it served its purpose. Also, the price was indicative of the age.
- 1/5
Looks like this property is on its last legs. No hand soap in the entire hotel. Room was filthy. Hair from previous guest all over the bathroom, sofa had stains and holes in it, carpet by sofa was damp and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in days. Thermostat didn't actually adjust anything, only turned A/C on or off, so it either ran constantly or not at all. Staff was nice, but kinda checked out.
- 4/5
Beds were comfy. Kids loved the pool and the breakfast!!
- 3/5
It’s a bit dated and needs upgrades. Recommend a deep clean of carpets and furniture.
- 5/5
Embassy Suites is a favorite hotel of ours. The location was great.
- 1/5
My family and I were very disappointed with the room. It was very dirty. From the stained furniture to the filthy carpet. The smell in the room was very unpleasant. We had to keep the air blasting to cover up the odor. The bathroom had very evident mold on the ceiling. It was black. The only positive was that the bedding was clean. We were all uncomfortable the entire time due to the unsanitary conditions. Thankfully we only stayed one night. The restaurant had a broken window on the outside with glass all over the ground and grassy area. It appeared that it had been left like that for some time. It is a hazard and danger for a child/dog. The pool area looked very unkept and dirty. The jacuzzi was discolored. The electrical box outside the pool was broken and hanging open. That cannot be safe. They really need to clean up the property. My husband called front desk and complained about the condition of the room and they told us that we could leave and go somewhere else if we didn’t like it. We really should have but we were too tired and just decided to stick it out for the night. We left first thing in the morning. I do not recommend. It was not cheap to stay at this hotel either. I can guarantee a motel on the side of the road would be cleaner and half the price. I do not recommend this property.
- 1/5
It was one of the dirtiest embassy suites properties I have ever been to
- 5/5
Convenient location close to NAU and historic downtown.
- 1/5
There was a leak in my bathroom, room needs to be upgraded. AC unit was not working properly.
- 3/5
But about the room was quite small , which was a given four hundred and fifty square feet. To be honest with the price that I paid. And the way it seemed to me or at least what hotels.com was trying to lay out to me.It seemed like it was a little much bigger suite and that's what I was hoping for. It was little disappointing. But I can honestly say that I do regret not browsing around for another hotel. Perhaps I got a little too excited on this one because believing hotels.com
- 3/5
Always enjoy embassy suites for the spacious rooms.
- 2/5
Room was not clean at all. Cheerios on the side of the bed and when we pulled out the sofa bed. Bed was the worst bed I’ve ever had in a hotel. Every footstep of the people above us shook the room and every word from neighbors on either side was clearly heard. A/c unit was outdated and ran non stop, provided great white noise but at volume 100.
- 2/5
Cooked to order now only applies to omelets.Waffles and pancakes are prepackaged. Night manager deal is stale snacks. We stayed June 29-July 1 and the breakfast cook was very rude. What a bad experience and a disappointment. The rooms in the small cove was extra loud when the next room started slamming door at midnight
- 5/5
I like the access into the building through additional side doors, that way if I need to park farther in the back I dont have to lug all my stuff around front. Very convenient. I was able to walk to dinner with many options.
- 1/5
Save your money and don’t stay here
- 5/5
Definitely a place my family and i will come visit again. We left some stuff in our room after we checked out. Luckily, the hotel was able to find anything we left and had it waiting for us at the front desk
- 3/5
Good: nice large TV in 2nd room of suite, beds comfortable. Would likely not stay at this location again.
- 4/5
There was not enough waste baskets in the room. There was only one near the bathroom. The shower faucet was not mounted properly. It moved when you tried to use it. Staff was nice and accommodating. We were expecting couch in the room but we a lounge chair for my grandson to sleep on.
- 3/5
The room was not up to expected standards. Insufficient privacy, broken door, faulty lighting. We had to transfer to another room.
- 3/5
It was ok. Lots of little things such as a hole at bottom of bathroom door, the shower faucet shot out of the tub!
- 1/5
The property was very dirty , sofas all stained with lots of things , breakfast was the worst ever. The cook didn't even know how to do egg whites , all burned eggs and the other staff attitude was not the best. Definitely worst experienced from Embassy I expected a lot more.
- 3/5
Our AC wasn’t working and the maintenance went into our room while we were away, even though the “do not disturb” sign was on the door. It gave us a scare when we got back to our room and the vent cage was down and a ladder was in our room. It would have been nice to be given the heads up. The pool was also murky and the jacuzzi water was lukewarm. We normally love staying at Embassy but this one left a bad taste in our mouths.
- 1/5
You would think an embassy suite hotel would be nice. This place was pathetic. It needs major renovations. And it was so dirty. The only things good were the omelettes & coffee.
- 3/5
- 3/5
The hotel is dated and not the usual Embassy Suites quality representation.
- 2/5
Room didn't get cleaned. No towels. Leaking water in tub/shower. Toilet ran constantly
- 3/5
The hotel is not clean, dirty carpets, small bathroom..
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay, and were looking forward to spending time at the pool. However, there were no pool towels and clerk at the front desk could only give us 3 towels for our party of 5. Said housekeeping staff was limited and couldn’t keep up with the demand for laundry service, therefore there was a shortage of towels. We did not use the pool for lack of towels.
- 1/5
It was very run down and in terrible condition. It shouldn’t be an Embassy Suites
- 5/5
Friendly staff, complimentary drinks, free breakfast, and very clean. My go-to hotel when I am staying in Flagstaff.
- 3/5
Convient to get to. Breakfast was fantastic, we loved the build your own omelette. The bed & pillows were comfortable. The front desk girl who checked us in was very sweet. Cons: Hotel doesn't seem to get deep cleaned. The sofas in the lobby had a bunch of stains. None of the corners in the hotel looked clean, it was a little gross. The microwave in our room had a big burned stain in the back of it which made us not want to use it. Their TVs were having issues during our stay. The sofa & sofa bed were VERY uncomfortable. The hotel "security" kicked two of my family members out of the hot tub shortly after 8pm staring that the "hot tub closed at 8pm" even though the sign right next to it said it was open until 10pm. When we asked about it he just said "too bad. Its posted somewhere else that it closes at 8pm". Fix your signs if that is the case. The parking lot was small in front so youll need to drive around to look for a spot to park. For how much they charged us for our room this stay could have been a lot better than it was.
- 5/5
nice location
- 1/5
We will never stay there again!! The couches were so dirty and stained I wouldn’t sit on them. The shower handle fell off and the water flooded the whole bathroom. The pool was so dirty and cold you couldn’t get in it. I complained a i got was a parking pass payment returned 😡
- 3/5
Room could use updating. Carpet was gross. Not enough towels at beginning of stay only 2 bath towels and we had 6 people in the room. One of the tvs didn’t work and the fridge was gross
- 5/5
Excellent!
- 3/5
The heat / air was VERY loud However, the bed was comfortable.
- 2/5
Room doen not fit family of 5. Bathroom too small, door almost hit toilet. Furniture not clean , sofa, chair, window cracked,
- 5/5
The property is very convent. It close to everything. The negative is it is very dated. It is in need of a major face lift. Hilton evidently bought Embassy suites so they will probably give the over haul it needs.
- 1/5
Our heat in room would only go above 62. Room was filthy, under construction, and mold in bathroom and living rooms ceiling. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
- 5/5
Great staff! Especially the morning shift person. Room was great! Definitely will stay here again.
- 2/5
On the possitive side, the front desk staff and the bar tender were freindly and helpful.

I feel like the room could use an upgrade. I know its a hotel and sees a lot of people so I get it will get beat up a bit. They have the nightly managers receiption in the bar. Willie the bartender was great, but I wish they had more lightning in there. The snacks they put out get cleaned out in less than 15 mins of the opening. They charge $11 per day to park there which is sort of an odd money grab. There is a gas station across the street if you want to save a dollar or two on snacks. There are also restaurants in walking distance of the hotel Bun Huggers has great burgers, but is a bit pricey. In all, I would say its a good value with the breakfast and drinks in the evening. The staff are attentative as well.

Great place for families with a decent breakfast. On the Main Street in flagstaff so it was a little noisy. Rooms are small but clean

Very old facility, heating not enough, space for breakfast tight.

Clean nice and welcoming

Perfect space to spend time with grandkids. We had room to play games in living space to relax and enjoy after a day of exploring and shopping.

The beds were horrible!!! They had dips in them. Barely got any sleep.

I liked that there were different doors to get inside besides the main entrance, so I could bring my stuff in closer to where my room was located. Also, I liked that those doors were only accessible with your key card. Friendly staff

Well I reported last night . Had to use our towels to clear water from shower as the are was flooded. Did advise the staff and came back to my room and they cleaned, but left NO TOWELS . Explained that the shower leaks, he said he would get maintenance and never did, Mold in shower. Felt like the staff didn’t care. Well some of them. Breakfast people were unprepared and unpleasant.

This is not a reflection of the property but a reflection on Expedia. We purchased the travel insurance. My wife is having chest pains and we cancel the day we were to arrive at the hotel due to this and have been denied reimbursement! Its unacceptable and a shame that Expedia cares so little for their customers.

When I arrived at the time I was supposed to check in I had to wait 3 hours in the reception area because my room was not ready, when I finally got the room with 2 beds 2 rooms, the armchairs in the living room were so dirty that it was disgusting to sit, the bed sheets with yellow stains, the walls of the shower dirty. The time they give you for the included breakfast is so short that people are crowded and you have nowhere to sit.

excellent breakfast

First of all, I do want to note that the staff was friendly and kind and were doing the best they could. The facilities definitely need some renovation as the overall experience was much less than what I expect from an Embassy Suites. They ran out of towels, the fridge didn't work, the heating system would keep blowing hot air even when it shouldn't, etc. There were several issues that made for it to be an experience that was below my expectations, especially for the price point. The breakfast was solid, however, there was not enough seating to serve the guests.

The hotel is ok the room is kind of outdated with an old carpet that was smelly on top of that the room service didnt clean the bathroom during a 3 night stay and didn't replace dirty towels, we have to go and ask the room service once we were back for the clean ones

The carpet is old/dirrty/ripped. The mattress is old/sunk in the middle. Housekeeping doesn’t clean for the second day stay! Took out the dirty towels but not replace them! We have to go to front desk to ask for towels/toilet paper etc. We reported the light not working as soon as we arrived, was told that it’s too late to have a new bulb, but the next night it’s still not replaced!!!
