I have stayed here, sometimes long term, almost a month. I have always had a pleasant experience. It is close to freeways, if going to Sedona or Grand Canyon. There are plenty of good restaurants, gas stations, Walmart 5 minute drive. Flagstaff is beautiful any time of the year.

This motel is in horrible shape and should be torn down and never rebuilt. The lobby smelled like microwaved food. The clerk had a sloppy appearance. Short of the flooring being newer, nothing else in the room was updated. The curtains were torn and hanging down, the ceilings in the bathroom and above the vanity had what appeared to be fixed leaks from the floor above and were shoddily done! There was mildew in the seams of the shower! The bedding was prob left over from the last century; worn, discolored and has holes. I am getting real disappointed in hotels that you, Expedia, still have on your lists! You might want to start sending out people to vet the properties!!!!!

Nothing. The bed was poor quality. No shampoo or conditioner. I usually bring my own this time I did not. The TV and remote didnt work. The staff had poor customer service. One was on his personal cell while I was checking in. Complementary breakfast would have been nice with such a large waiting area.

Room had not been clean. Dirty sheets, hair and stains on them. Bed cover had many holes in them. Sent pictures to my google review. I did not stay after 1 hour of checking in and the hotel kept part of my money even though I am sure the manager would not have stayed with his wife and two kids in a room like I was offered. Dirty. Stained. Damaged.

The TV did not work! They never fixed it while I was there. Horrible smell of rotting food coming from the bathroom sink. Very difficult to use the bathroom and shower handles. In need of a desperate deep cleaning. Full trash bags are sitting in the main areas, and trash cans are overflowing. It felt like a crack house. Do not recommend.

The stay ended up "OK' but, dinfately not my first, or fifth, choice to stay when in Flag. not sure if I would stay there again or recommened doing so but, if I did, definately get a room towards the front of the place.

The air conditioning didn’t work the maintenance man was rude and even turned on the heat and claimed the air conditioning worked. When I corrected him he became very rude. they would not give me another room. The pool don’t look like it’s been used in a decade. I have reported them

The bed was horrible. A 4 inch mattress on a metal plate. There was no box springs. Kind of like a camp bed, only queen size. It was kind of like sleeping on a board with a sheet over it. The desk chair had one arm broken. When leaned on it sunk about a foot. Getting up you could only put weight on one arm. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely nothing The cleaners never came to service the room during my stay. With two days still remaining on my reservation, I was told it was past checkout, and law enforcement was called. The officers themselves confirmed that I still had two days left on my stay. I will not be returning. Had I known my stay would end this way, I would not have spent $600 at this property.

The didn’t look clean and the bed was uncomfortably hard, we didn’t have all the hygiene essentials and price was too high

There were people above us that kept dropping things on the floor and walking around. We heard them laughing and talking till 2 am.

Bathroom and shower were not clean. There was stuff under the sink and shower/tub was black. There was someone who seemed to be stabbed on the staircase and it wasn't even clean off

Location They only gave us 2 towels, I asked 3 times for more towels and was denied. There was no cover on the bed, just the sheet and blanket

The price was outrageous for the room. I booked last minute so maybe that was why but the facility was not worth the price. The bathtub facet leaked the whole time. The remote was not working. You had to turn the volume and power on yourself. You had to hold the toilet down lever the whole time while it flushed. We were only given 2 towels. And they were dirty and very worn out. When we asked for 1 more towel they said they didn't have anymore towel. The microwave was missing a turntable inside The said they would have their maintain take a look at the microwave when we asked if they had another microwave we can use. It should have been removed from the room in the beginning. It is a fire hazard. It was not safe to use. There were burnt spot inside the microwave. It is sad how they think this is okay and still run a business like this. They are wasting lots of water with that faucet running 24/7.

Well first of all when i got to the motel there was suspicious activity s going on in the parking lot.when i told the.person at the front counter,who was on the phone talking to what sounded like a friend or someone close to them l.je just nodded his head and said to not worry about it.when.i checked into the room the person behind the counter was still on there phon.the room was aess and when i asked if house keeping can come and clean it up the person behind that i talked to on the phone was very rude.

Room wasn’t properly stocked and maintained at check-in 3pm. Called front desk, asked for the issues to be fixed, we left at 3:30pm and returned 9:30pm, issues not fixed. Called front desk again, was informed that maintenance wouldn’t enter because of dog in room, we don’t own/have any pets! When maintenance man showed up to room, he was intoxicated, rude, pointing his finger in my face. I closed the door and called front desk once again, he they would check on the maintenance man. The End! I won’t be staying ever again!!!!

Extremely dirty room. Used towels still present. Old hair found in various locations. We basically didn’t want to touch anything and the floor was grimy. No hot water night of arrival. Lukewarm water upon day of departure.

It was dirty, there was possible mold in the shower and the complimentary shampoo was half used but still on the counter. The towels had stains and there was a dirty napkin in the bed sheet. The guests next to me were up most of the night being loud and smoking pot outside on the balcony. The room smelled bad and the mini fridge wouldn't seal properly so it ran all night and didn't keep the items I put in it cold. The front desk clerk was very passive like I was interrupting him by being there. He wasn't rude but he wasn't friendly either. Overall I wouldn't book a room here again.

I love how the staff at the front desk was so attentive, engaging, understanding and accommodating. The room that was given to us was perfect and convenient especially because we arrived late and only used it to sleep for 5hra due to a long drive. All in all, it was great.

I didn't like anything about the place. The guy at the front counter when you check in was on the phone talking some different language and totally not paying attention to me as I was trying to check in.then when I finally got checked in and went to our room it was dirty and the bathroom looked like someone covered in mid took a shower the. Floor was dirty with all sorts of stuff all around it was a very bad stay and I will never go back to that place again

Poor staff - gave us a room that was occupied. Once when the room key got deactivated they weren’t sure if they had given the room to another guest and had to do a whole play of having to call the room, check through the windows and slowly open the door. Honestly unacceptable from any hotel.

If I hadn’t been so tired, there’s no way I would stay here again unless they were to show me the room first because it was absolutely filthy.. The fire detectors were covered over. There was stains everywhere. The door didn’t even close fully and the hairdryer was ripped off the wall. It’s a good thing. It was cheaper, but I was very very nervous.

Had to step over a person laying across the walkway smoking a cigarette enroute to my first room. He never even looked at me. Smokers were outside of many rooms requiring I keep windows closed. Room was damaged and disgusting in more ways than I can list, so I requested second room. The second room was marginally better. At the desk when I requested a second room the couple who had checked in just before me was doing the same! They told me later that the 2nd room was worse, so they kept the first room they did not want. I Cancelled my 5-night stay and left the next morning. Staff was helpful and understanding throughout.

Should probably be torn down. Not super notably dirty as far as the surface level stuff. The building its self is almost decrepit. A lot of water damage, the light switch didnt work next to the door. The floor had bubbling. Felt yucky. No complains to the hard working people on location

I stayed in the king room, it was so small, fiance and i were cramped for paying almost 100.00. Breakfast was okish. Doughnuts and coffee being the best. The bed was so uncomfortable, I woke up sore. The air conditioning didn't work either, so i was hot all night.

This is a permanent residence for people.

The room was dirty, air conditioner was old and very dirty. Bedding had cigarette burns, the floor was not clean and there were old snot on the walls. Certainly not living up to their name “Quality Inn”.

This place was disgusting, i would not ever stay here again. I am surprised you promote this establishment.

Broken mirror and tile in bathroom. Mold around bathtub, shower. Dirty floor. Guest dryer didn’t dry clothes after 46 minutes on high. Green pool. Manager said swimming was out of season. August in Arizona??? I think not. Upstairs guests very loud after 10 pm. Front desk never answered phone. Front desk restroom out of order. Stay away at all costs.

One day went to work and came back to my room and it was clean. I had clothes on thw bed and it was nicely folded.

Good things: pleasant staff, lots of hot water and good water pressure in the shower, A/C was cold, convenient to the highway.

The place is rundown. The restroom needed painting in some places. There was a hole in the restroom wall as if there used to be a painting there and somebody tore it down. The pool's water was filthy. There were guests with their children there, trying to clean the pool. I went out to eat, and when I came back to my room, my key was deactivated, so I had to carry my stuff to the front office to get it activated again, and the person didn't even offer an apology. Almost like it was a natural occurrence.

The sign said ultimate hot breakfast, there was only a waffle machine, and cereal and muffins, the pool was not heated and had chips of cement coming of the floor of the pool and sides of the pool. The bed was so uncomfortable. We will not stay here again.

Took an hour to find suitable room. Hot and cold reversed. Mold around tub. Walls and ceiling in disrepair. AC not working in first unit. Falling apart in second.

The bed was very comfortable, however the bathroom was vile. Holes in ceiling, bathroom door knob busted. All things that should be fixed. Bathtub makes me wish i would have brought shower shoes. Overall it was an alright stay.

The room had many items broken. Neighbor's sound traveled thru walls though not too loud. Water faucets were broken, the walls had peeling surface. Many bad things. Breakfast had the waffles as the only acceptable food.

The room was very outdated and super dirty. Walls were not white anymore. Bathroom was disgusting. If our stay was for more than 1 night then i would have rather have lost my money and paid for a different room at a different location. Quality Inn has really lowered their standards!!

The location did not feel safe. There were homeless people hanging around outside, and I did not feel like my car was safe. Thw sleeping arrangements was fine, but the bathroom and bedroom was old and rundown.

The pictures and false and nothing like the pictures in person and when I got there after paying I went to my room and it was nothing like the advertisement so I went to cancel and never fully got a refund after calling for a month after my reservation.

I would never ever recommend someone staying at this hotel. The area is very sketchy and the people around were sketchy as well.

When I showed up and went in to check in the guy was EXTREMELY friendly, super nice, then I went and looked for my room. Parked the truck and got set in the room. The first thing I noticed was the amount of semi trucks in the parking lot. Which is okay until they take up all the spots, we leave and go get dinner, I come back and the entire row I was parked in before was taken up by a semi truck and trailer, long ways. I didn’t want to park on the backside of the parking lot because for 1 it was far from the room, and 2 there were groups of people standing there I presume smoking weed, which I don’t have a big problem with, but they seemed a little too curious on what I was doing which made me worry-some of leaving my truck unattended. Everything ended up okay with that. the beds were clean, ac units were extremely old with the front vents gone, so if my youngins were to put their hand in there they could have touched the blower on the the AC, not cool. Breakfast was good, had cereal, waffle makers, coffee, apple juice, orange juice, muffins, yogurt. There isn’t anyone maintaining the food court type area so you’ll have to clean a table yourself if someone happens to leave stuff behind. The waffle makers sticks really bad so bring your own spray

Advertised fasr internet and hot breakfast. The internet waa not working 90% of the 2 days we were there. Couldnt look up restaurants or information about our trip while at the room. Breakfast: I drink 50/50 in my coffee. About 7 out of 10 creamers were either frozen or contaminated...wouldnt dissolve in the coffee...gross. The waffle makers were caked with waffle they couldnt remove. The orange juice was 80% water..came out a light yellow color..the cranberry waa just water..crystal clear. Borh days were the same for the creamer and waffles..just today for the juice. Ive stayed at budget places before and wasnt grossed out like i was here. Sorry I didnt take photos..but really this is your problem..not mine anymore.

No phone in the room. No coffee or hot breakfast. Shower didn't work right. We had two room both room were bad. Service in front lobby was none caring about the things that was wrong. Would not recommend to anyone.

Check in was smooth and polite. When we walked through the door my husband and I both looked at each other in disgust. The baseboards were filthy, the paint was flaking off the walls, and in the bathroom the painted over wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The coffee pot didn’t have all the parts to make coffee and the microwave had the carousel but no tray. One of our dogs got sick on the bed and when we changed the sheets the mattress was disgusting. I don’t know if it’s the kind of room they give to pet owners, but even still no one deserves that filthy of a room. The shower was the only decent thing. Two nights, $300 total, and will never stay there again.

The floors were filthy when we arrived (grimy with random hairs and debris in corners) and the walls had random small stains (could have easily been wiped down)— we did not go barefoot at all in our room. The “deluxe” breakfast they offer makes me think I’ve been using the word deluxe wrong my whole life (you’re better off grabbing snacks at a nearby gas station/grocery shop). The front desk was unattended in the morning, so we had to just hope someone would receive our keys that we left at the front desk. To be fair, the water pressure in the shower was great.

The beds are a little too firm. This is a place to spend the night. The hotel itself could use some touch up’s. Breakfast was minimal more a grab and go. Check in was easy. I’ve traveled to flagstaff many times, I got what I paid for a place to spend the night. Thank you

The room wasn’t terrible condition. Graffiti on the wall, mildew throughout the entire bathroom, toilet and tub. The sheets were ripped and had dryer burns. The mattress was super thin and you could feel the springs. The sides chair was broken and unable to sit on, the window did not lock or close completely. The walls were filthy and there was a water leak. They only patched and not repainted and you can tell it was a while ago. It was a horrible hotel room should be condemned.

Everything was okay. We had to leave before the free breakfast, but the guy who was setting it up allowed us to grab a coffee and tea, along with some quick pastries.

Good location off I-40 and just east of downtown Flagstaff. However, filthy pool is an eyesore and stairwells and paths are dirty and sticky. “Deluxe” hot breakfast was not exactly deluxe - waffles were the only hot item, apples were mealy, coffee was burnt tasting.

Terrible. The grounds are terrible, the parking lot is torn up and just doesn't look like the photos on the website. The room, holes in walls, ripped bed pads covering stains on the mattress and the beds are cheap and flimsy. And did I mention mold in the shower/bath. No way I'd stay, in fact we didn't.

Dirty bathroom

The room was dirty. We took pictures and sent them to hotels.com. The front door looked like it had been kicked in. The curtain had black marks on it. The air conditioner was in awful condition and had dirt on it. The bathroom was moldy and dirty. They agreed to let us change hotels and the hotel did agree to refund our money.

The pictures for the rooms are extremely misleading. Upon arrival. The staff was friendly but my room was extremely dirty with the floor not appearing to have ever been cleaned. Graffiti on the walls along with the walls chipping away. The light switches didn't work and the door barely latched. The air was extremely thick and pungent in the room as well

One of the rooms had a funny smell.

We arrived early to let the Hotel know we were in town. Went site-seeing for 3 hours and returned at 4pm. Our room was not ready. waited another 40 minutes. The shower did not work and reported it but they said the knob was hard to pull on. tried it again and it still didn't work.

customer service classes would be beneficial for a more favorable review

The building and rooms needed major upgrades and remodels. The locks weren't screwed all the way into the doors and frames. We never made it down to breakfast but for the price we paid $50 a night we enjoyed our stay. No crazy noise despite being right off the highway so the rooms are insulated well.

Cleanliness was NOT their main priority. Bed was hard and bumpy. Floors were still dirty, read the reviews but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Nope, not returning at all.
