The room was awesome because the bedroom and living room were separated by the bathroom. The kicker part was finding out I had a balcony; I had a great view of the Flagstaff mountains. The food was great, I would recommend the Drury Inn to others.

We had such a wonderful experience here. We’d never stayed at Drury before but it definitely won’t be the last time. The hotel was cozy and charming, yet still modern. The parking garage is connected to the hotel via walkway on the second floor which is very convenient for getting luggage to the car. We were also very impressed with the breakfast selection, we stay at Courtyard and Hampton pretty often and their breakfast doesn’t compare to Drury. They offered a full southern breakfast spread which included homemade biscuits, fluffy pancakes and country gravy. There was also a cook scrambling eggs out in the buffet area, so they weren’t your typical rubbery hotel eggs. Overall, we were very impressed by the value in what you get for the budget price.

Third time staying here and will be back for 4th soon. Great location, love the breakfasts and night time snacks .

This hotel was across the street from NAU. We visited to explore the campus for our son as a college option. All of the staff here were amazing! So, kind and very helpful! Offered great suggestions for local restaurants and places to visit. We used the pool every night too! Great visit - love the Drury Inn!

So we love this Drury in Flagstaff everyone that we’ve been in contact with who works here have been awesome. Parking is a little rough if you get here to late you have to park around the corner in a garage.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! We loved having a balcony. Our view was gorgeous. Fresh coffee and free sodas throughout the day were greatly appreciated. The seating areas for eating and lounging were all clean and comfortable. We visit Flagstaff 3-4 times a year and have stayed at other hotels. The Drury Inn will now be our "go to" accommodations!

Everything was great! The staff, the parking, dinner and breakfast was all excellent! Did find a couple hairs in some of our towels but wasn’t a big deal since there were plenty in the room.

The only Hotel I have ever stayed out that offers Breakfast, a free Happy Hour with a menu of Cocktails, and Dinner (‘heavy hors d’ourrves’). Clean, great management. Highly recommended!

Stay for the first time in this hotel chain with my family. I really like their concept of kickback drinks and snack/dinner in the evening. The hotel was very conveniently located. Breakfast was decent while evening snack/dinner was even better at least on the Wednesday when it was pasta looking forward to staying again, but they don’t seem to be in the northeast or West Coast area of the United States.

Amazing amenity is with amazing staff who are kind and do everything they can to make sure your accommodations are well kept and easily fixed. Good breakfast and kickback is a lot of fun. Highly recommend staying at any Drury when traveling.

Very classy. Huge room. We enjoyed snacks and drinks in the evening-they call them snacks, I called it a meal! Breakfast was more of the same. Great selection, clean, kind and helpful staff. I can’t say enough positive things about this location. We also took advantage of the laundry. Again everything was so clean. I would highly recommend this Drury.

Drury Inn has now become our favorite hotel in Flagstaff. The staff, amenities, the breakfast, the 5:30pm kickback, the gym, pool, the family game area, etc...all was very much appreciated. We found this hotel to be centrally located for our needs. We intend to return!

When we checked in our room was in the corner of the building. We asked to be moved to another room. Heather at that font desk was so helpful and full of smiles. She put us in a suite with a great view. Her kindness went a long way making our stay even better.

This property is well located and has great amenities. They have a complimentary happy hour, fresh popcorn, and a substantial breakfast buffet. The room was very large and clean and came equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. The parking garage was very convenient. Overall, a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this property.

It was a great locations near Northern Arizona University. The room was well furnished, fairly large, and clean. The "happy hour" 5:30 was very nice and very appreciated. The bites were very nice and tasty as were the beverages. All staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was well presented. The only disappointment was that the steam table items were not hot enough. The outside grounds were quite nice.

This place was the best. The room was huge, clean and practically brand new. They had a complimentary 'evening snack' that was a taco buffet and fed my family of four for the night. This alone saved us a hundred dollars or so, and the breakfast was just as good. It was a wonderful place to land at the end of a long week on the road. I wish there were more Drury's around!

This was the most outstanding hotel we stayed at during our week-long cross-country trip. Every person at the hotel was pleasant and helpful and we had never experienced a free evening dinner with drinks setup at any hotel until this one. We will definitely come back again.

Great spot and we will be back many times now that our daughter goes to NAU. Staff is very friendly and the rooms and property are excellent. The hot breakfast was great too!

We booked no really knowing where this hotel was located. It is right adjacent to NAU campus. The happy hour hors d'oeuvre were beyond anything we could have imagined. Breakfast was the same. Room very clean, comfortable pillows and bed. Definitely will stay again.

A huge shoutout to Andrea, who was absolutely amazing with us and especially with our kids — she went above and beyond and made the stay feel personal. The entire staff was incredible from check-in onward. The Kickback was an unexpected highlight and a lifesaver with kids — having a hot meal and drinks included at the end of a long travel day was huge. We stayed in the king room with the separate bedroom door, which was perfect for a family (kids asleep, parents not stuck whispering in the dark). Location in Flagstaff was perfect, and we loved the town itself. Will absolutely be back. It's not a big deal but the parking in front of the hotel has limited spots. They do have an adjacent lot with direct access to the hotel.

The ac wasn't working!!!

Room 211 needs new mattresses and AC; the AC does not work and makes an awful noise all day and night. There was no other rooms available so we just put up with it. Everything was clean, staff was nice, pool was good; didn’t try the food. Great location.

For the amount of money the Drury charge, I expected to not sweat all night and have to ask for a fan. Flagstaff isn’t even hot this time of year!

We missed dinner due to plans but the breakfast was great- biscuits and gravy, sausage patties, eggs, pancakes, fruit salad, waffle machine, various breads, hardboiled eggs, yogurt. I really appreciate the sugar free syrup option. The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was huge. My husband used the gym and said the machines were high quality, even counted your reps. Parking lot is limited but attached garage with ample room.

Only concerns were that the bed sheet on one bed had a yellow stain upon arrival but was fixed quickly and kindly by staff. Elevator could also use a safety check. Almost closed on my kids multiple times! Others wise 10/10 would recommend

Breakfast and a light dinner (more than enough for me) were included. The property is in excellent shape.The staff was courteous and helpful. This is on the North Arizona University campus, very close to Lowell Observatory.

We reserved a room for five guests; however, the staff only provided us with three face towels and four bath towels. Are we expected to share towels? When we asked for additional towels, we were informed that they could not be provided due to a shortage at that time. This situation is unacceptable.

Stayed four nights: Great location - parking is odd, but we were able to find a spot near the hotel each day. Breakfast was not great one morning, but fine the rest of the days.

The hotel and rooms are fine. Pretty typical of Drury's all over the country. Nice but nothing special. The front desk staff was outstanding, but the breakfast staff was not. They honestly acted like they didn't even want to be there. They were unfriendly, slow, and not putting much effort into keeping up with replenishing the food and drink.

Happy hour buffet is a dinner buffet. Complimentary beer/wine/cocktails too. Breakfast buffet has plenty of choices. You basically get two meals each day with your room. Parking garage (free) is great for keeping your car out of the hot sun or other elements. Great location next to No. Ariz Univ. Easy walk to downtown and train station. Friendly staff.

I had stayed in the Drury in another location and loved it then. Decided to try this when visiting a friend. The staff was so polite and they can take your luggage if you are early. Room was clean and breakfast selection was a good variety. Having the parking garage is nice because since you are near the university, parking spots are limited elsewhere. Will be returning when visiting again.

Been many times there. We like it. This time they were remodeling and they have this “ FEATURE “. advertised. It was kind off noisy after 9 oclock in the morning. They let us know about that. Our room was on second floor right above the working area. I don’t understand how can you offer a noisy room!!! The clerk wasn’t very happy that we wanted another room. Finally we were able to switch to another room, but it was just to floor higher! So we could still hear the noise. I didn’t get it, and im saying this cose the hotel was at 40% occupancy

One of the best places to stay in Flagstaff. An older building, but they’re maintaining it well and are making nice upgrades. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The covered parking garage is a huge plus especially in the winter. The free breakfast and evening happy hour are a nice perk for some if you’re not picky on food selection, I didn’t find that they had very many healthy or nutritious options so it wasn’t for me.

Great room very clean, one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had, will definitely be staying here again!!

Clean room, friendly staff and location was great. Plenty of dining options. Hotel had kickback bar 530-7pm that was very much helpful specially as we checked in hotel on Christmas Day almost all restaurants around were close so that was nice surprise to not worry about food that evening.

The staff was amazing!!

We stayed in an accessible room. Beds were comfortable and a good height. Bathtub had grab bars but toliet was a bit low. Overall, a hotel I would choose again and the perfect location for visiting my Lumberjack.

This was a brand new remodeled property and they had dinner and breakfast and the staff was really friendly and accommodating and it made my wife happy very happy to spend Christmas there.

We loved our time at the Drury Inn in Flaggstaff! Close to town, you can just walk from hotel! They offer breakfast and an evening light meal and free parking all included with your room rate. So quiet at night, you couldn’t hear people from other rooms or slamming doors at all. We slept great! Very clean and family friendly!

Pull out bed is terrible. Breakfast was ok, and rooms were clean Suite was large.

Beds were comfortable For a suite, and staying in many other hotels in flag these were the items that made my stay just average: - no real glass cups to rinse mouth or drink water/wine with - soap in dispensers was not nice smelling and not desirable, esp to my kids - I could hear moments of passion from the room next to us at 4:30 am, which limited and interrupted our sleep. - breakfast on a Sunday started at 7am which isn’t ideal for early risers, esp when awoken by another room. - location was great—- I was super excited to stay yet disappointed.

Staff was courteous. Room was nice. Reason for 1 star is major construction at hotel. Jack hammers were very loud. We were on the 4th floor and the noise was ridiculous. Had we known ahead of time, would of stayed elsewhere. This should have been mentioned.

I think this was the best hotel stay I have had in a few years. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable. We will be staying again.

We saved a considerable amount of money not having to go out to eat, the food was good better than a lot of restaurants and not fast food. Not a negative and they’re remodeling the hotel in Flagstaff. No cooking, no dishes, friendly staff who are attentive to the customers not their phone, clean, and just great place to stay.

I loved the little amenities it had, I really wanted to get in the pool since it’s inside but didn’t get the chance too… but aside from that I loved the experience actually, the free dinner, the 3 free drinks, that was a vibe. The popcorn machine, I never really see that anywhere else so I thought that was cool for this hotel 🏨 I had a good experience here and would stay here again.

What stood out was the customer service experience. Vonnie , she made us feel welcome and made sure she answered our questions. She was very informative with our stay. The room was very nice and clean. The view from our window was beautiful. I will be back again. The breakfast and dinner was delicious. They even had cocktail night which was very nice after a long day of outing.

When I finally went there, I solved the mystery of why the rating was so insanely high.

We love Drury Inn’s. We’d like the pool, hot tub, free breakfast, and happy hours. This particular Drury in was undergoing construction. They put us on the floor with all families as far as we could tell. The construction literally started at 8 AM each morning. It was a loud drill noise not far away from our room. It was also not possible to rest or take a nap during the day until 4:30 PM when the construction stopped. possible to take a rest or nap, because of the loud

Great...very convenient location, we walked to city center abou 10 min...felt safe....all staff at the hotel was super friendly and helpful....definitely one of my favorites...i did not like the toiletries left my skin dry..but walgrens was very close. The girls at the front desk were lovely and very informative. It was a very nice stay.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hallways had been renovated and looked very clean. The room was a bit dated, but it was spacious enough, the bed was large, and overall it was very comfortable. The shower had strong water pressure, which was great. Unfortunately, the coffee machine in the room was broken and couldn’t be used, but since coffee was available in the lobby, it wasn’t a big problem. The breakfast was always monitored by staff, the selection was good, and I was very satisfied.

The hotel was conveniently located on the NAU campus. Parking was easy on the street or in the adjacent garage. The room was quiet. Breakfast had hot and cold options.

Clean and Efficient Stay

We stay here when hiking in Flagstaff. We like how close it is to our favorite hiking trails and nightlife.

Putting that aside, Dinner Snacks were great, breakfast was nice too, there was 3 free drinks in the evening but none non alcoholic for us tee total individuals to enjoy. Lots of seating areas around the hotel and some board games to enjoy too. Not sure we would stay again until renovations are complete.

It was a very clean and well laid out hotel. We have stayed twice now and would come back the next time we visit our son at NAU. The proximity to everything we want to do as well as ease of parking are an added bonus. Everyone on staff is very friendly and have even given us tips for how we can best utilize the campus during our stay

Only issue with my stay here was the price. The hotel is great but the asking price is a bit much for what you’re getting.

The afternoon snacks were okay, and breakfast was good — both are included. The location is great for walking to downtown Flagstaff. The pool and hot tub are clean, and the room has a nice view from the balcony.

We really enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved the newly renovated room.

Incredible service and happy hour food

Such a great place. I will be looking for these in the future. The heavy appetizers and three free drinks each evening is amazing! You really don’t need to eat dinner. The heavy appetizers are enough! The staff was great!

We enjoyed our stay at the Drury Inn. Hotel is clean, room was spacious and clean, bed super comfortable. The staff was always willing to help us and make our stay the best ever. We used secure parking attached to the building, and even EV charging. They are renovating the rooms, so I cannot wait to be back.

Hotel is an excellent, well run facility. Located next to campus that is nice place to take a morning walk. The evening social offered a free hot meal and 3 alcoholic drinks. Buffet breakfast was also excellent. The adjacent parking garage was very convenient. Rooms were very quiet. Great value! Highly recommend!

Exceeded our expectations except the noise of the construction during our afternoon quiet time.

The hotel was very clean and the staff exceptionally friendly. The included breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was kept well stocked. The nightly kickback with 3 free cocktails, sodas, popcorn and food was such a fun time to gather in the dining area with other guests. Being at such a high elevation and needing to stay hydrated, being able to fill up a water bottle with ice and water in the dining room at any time was priceless!!! The hotel is within short walking distance of the Old Town Shops and it's nice to walk down there to eat, shop, listen to a live band or just hang out and people watch. I highly recommend this hotel!

Love the convenience of the location to NAU but the noise of the renovation while trying to sleep in, was not convenience

We loved everything about this property from Jordan and everyone of his fellow employees! They always had a smile and made you feel welcome. Breakfast was always great and the happy hour every evening was incredible. They are currently under a renovation but you couldn’t tell it. The hotel was well kept and clean. I wish I could thank each person who helped us during our visit. You guys were amazing. Definitely will stay here and any other Drury’s Inn again.

Enjoyed my stay here. Staff was great, room was clean and larger than expected. Just a few minutes walk to downtown. I knew about the included breakfast, but there was also some food available in the evening. While very basic, it was good and the included 3 free drinks was welcome also. The only fault I can really think of is the shower pressure wasn't quite as high as I like and the shower head wasn't adjustable.

This was our second stay at Drury Inn in Flagstaff. The hotel was great and well kept with a very friendly staff. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Loved the food for breakfast buffet and dinner buffet and free drinks! Great variety of food and food was delicious. We stayed here because it had a breakfast buffet but the dinner hot food and free drinks were just icing on the cake!! Will recommend to all my family and friends

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was lovely and very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the location is unbeatable. It's a very short walk to the downtown area with all the shopping and dining options and an equally easy stroll to the University.

I especially enjoyed the location of the property and the courtesy of all staff. I didn’t like the road construction going on in the surrounding neighborhood but understand the time constraints, weather, student population, etc.

Walking to downtown from the hotel at night was not well lit. However, our stay was excellent, the staff were amazingly kind, and the breakfast in the morning was one of the best continental breakfasts I’ve had.

Great place to say in Flagstaff

The only critique I have is since we had to eat on the patio, it would be nice if there was a sun shade or umbrellas out there. Once the sun hit the patio, it was uncomfortable.

The hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly. I'm not real sure but it seems like the room thermostat self adjusted to a slightly warmer temperature in the middle of the night. We take our dogs with us and the staff again was very dig friendly! I'll keep going back!

First time staying here and it was by accident, I normally stay across the street. I will be staying here from now on.

Drurys do a great job and air conditioner worked, so i was happy. Love the breakfast, happy hour and dinner.

2nd time here at this location, we stay with 2 boys. The Drury is great for a family looking to escape to Flag. Andrew the GM is great, as well as all the other hard working staff.

Slept horribly because ac wouldn't cool the room down enough to get a comfortable sleep and it was the same for our friends in the room next to us

Absolutely no sound insulation in rooms. Heard neighbors being loud, children running around and yelling and doors slamming all night, both nights I was there. Never have I paid a premium price for the actual product to be bare minimum. Rooms are alright, toilet was not cleaned upon check in. I would expect this quality to be less than $80 a night not $250. Was very excited to stay here at first but left feeling entirely ripped off.

The air conditioner did not work in our bedroom. We were upgraded to a Suite upon arrival so there were two separate rooms in our suite. The living area, the air conditioner worked fine, but the bedroom area, there was no air coming out of the air conditioning vent. We spoke to the front desk and had maintenance come look at it. We were told that the air conditioning is motion detected so when it sensed movement it would turn on. IT WAS JULY IN ARIZONA!!! It was extremely hot in our room and all we got was a box fan! VERY disappointed and sleep deprived

Super friendly and attentive staff!

Heidi was amazing she was able to get us an early check in(1 hour early!) The room was great and the bed was soo comfortable! The pillows were a little too smushy and the breakfast lacked fresh fruit options!
