We liked pretty much everything except the toilets were very low for tall people! The breakfast was exceptional. The staff were great! The toilets were too low for tall people with long legs!

Great breakfast, didn’t get to enjoy the pool, but there is one and a jacuzzi as well Was super disappointed to discover that guest laundry has hours. 8:30-21:30. It should be in a private room where guests can do their laundry 24/7

This hotel was in a great location. We are a 5 person family and lots of other families that were staying here (so very family friendly) and made things a lot funner for the kids at the pool. The pool and hot tub were great and clean. Breakfast was great-can get a little crowded based on the time.

The staff was so kind, helpful and accommodating! The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. They had a microwave, fridge and room safe. I didn't have the breakfast as I was in a hurry to get on the road but it smelled delicious and looked like a great variety of choices! It was right next to a Jack in the Box and a Chevron. The hotel looks really run down. I know that isn't the staff's fault, and like I say it was clean. The vending machine charged $3 for a bottle of water!!! That's why it's nice to have the Chevron next door.

We had a pleasant stay, staff was pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. After a long day exploring and hiking the pool and hot tub were a blessing, very relaxing. In the morning there was a nice selection to choose from for breakfast. Again we were there for only one day but it was a pleasant stay, would do it again.

I had booked 2 rooms, and they were both clean and right next to each other, which I appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful with anything I needed. The breakfast was well stocked. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed for graduation weekend. When we arrived the staff was helpful and assisted us in a quick check-in process. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would like to highlight though, I stayed during the evening of 5/7 while waiting for a peer to arrive and the hotel, the evening front desk staff took a phone call from a potential customer. Hearing the front desk staff member make racist remarks and saying "learn how to speak english" was disgusting behavior towards the the individual on the phone. Witnessing this was disturbing and having the same staff members get rude with a peer because she has a small beverage in her hand to leave the area because no drinks allowed. We told him we would gladly leave the space to let him be. Just from that alone, I would not return to space like this.

We arrived at 1:00 in the morning to a booked hotel for graduation weekend. The night check-in staff was very helpful and quick. They were ready for our late arrival and helped us find parking for 2 cars.

This hotel is well placed near restaurants and shopping, plus the beds were comfortable and clean in and outside too. We also really enjoyed the indoor spa and pool, which were heated and the free breakfast was good too.

The breakfast foods were good except the hot water for drinks was more warm than hot. The hot tub was great. The room was clean and a nice roomy size and nicely furnished. We were very pleased with our stay.

Only real issue was when the HVAC unit ran -especially just the fan- there was a rather musty smell. Not a huge issue, but bit of a shocker when you walked back into room after being gone for awhile.

We came as a group and they were able to get us rooms next to each other. They check-in was very easy and they were even able to let us check-in a little early. We only stayed one night, but I know we would have been happy to stay longer. The manager was so nice and gave recommendations for our travel to and from the Canyon as well as a great place to eat on our way back.

The hot tub was really like a lukewarm tub, but it was clean so acceptable, my biggest issues was there was only one ice machine for the entire building on the first floor at the complete opposite end from the lobby.

Our room did not have a functioning heater and my granddaughter was in the pool. Flagstaff weather was cold that night. It took about 2 1/2 hours before it was replaced.

Train runs all night very close to hotel and the train horns run for 30 seconds with every one. It was like an all night alarm clock.

This was the nicest Days Inn I have ever stayed in. The hotel was kept very clean (room and common areas). The breakfast was great (and a big factor in choosing this hotel over another just down the road). It was great having a room big enough for a family with three children. We met the manager, and she was great. She was friendly and very hands on - pitching in to refill coffee or tidy tables as needed. We will plan to stay here again the next time we visit.

Enjoyed our 2 nights here. We used the pool and hot tub, they were clean. The first night there was a rowdy bunch of kids in the pool and not following the rules very well. Made it hard to swim, but the hot tub was nice. The room/bed was good. The trains are pretty loud in our room on the west side of the building but fine on the east side our second stay. Breakfast is great and appreciated!

I reserved a one night stay with my family. The place is easy to get to, quiet, and close to amenities. The staff were friendly and check in was easy. The hot breakfast was good and had lots of variety. The pool area was a fun for the kids. For me the hot tub was super hot. I almost couldn’t get in. My only issue with the room was the bedding. All you get is a sheet and a comforter that is basically two sheets sewn together. I didn’t think much about it until the middle night when I needed a blanket. I think it’s a matter of what you are use to. All in all it was a nice stay and I would go back.

We had just come from a Days Inn property that we were very disappointed in, so we were skeptical. We were very pleased with the property. It was clean, the rooms were spacious, the staff was friendly, the jacuzzi was great, and the breakfast was very good. We loved the hotel. You should be aware, however, there is a train that passes by just a block away. We could hardly hear it, but it was noticeable.

This was a convenient place to stay on the way to Sedona. It was very basic. Our dog friendly room was clean with an overwhelming scent of cleaning solution. Breakfast was better than expected. If you are planning to stay a few nights in Flagstaff, consider staying near downtown.

I would have liked if there was more dining options

The room above us woke us up at 6 am and continued to make noise. We mentioned it at checkout and she said it's a standard room but would have taken care of it if we had called to complain. So, if you're on the bottom floor, be prepared for rude people above you. Other than that, the stay was good and breakfast was filling.

Rooms were sizeable with a mini frig and microwave. Clean but a little aged. Staff was responsive to requests. Everyone found something to eat at the breakfast spread. Reasonable parking. Good pizza across the street and a gas station next door.

Water pressure at sink was weak but in bath was good. Broken tile in bathroom and tub stained. Can't close blinds to block out light and sound. Heard train whistle and noise. We wish they had an ice machine on each floor and drinking water available. However, the staff was wonderful. Very kind and helpful. The pool and hot tub were refreshing. And the breakfast was great. The place badly needs updating but truly the service made up for a lot.

Front desk was rude! Asking me if I have ever traveled or used a hotel was very rude. Been to numerous hotels and all were very understanding. Along the way I lost a card. But everything else was very nice! And raising her eyebrows at me and scolding me.

Awful. The room was musty/moldy smelling, the a/c had been turned off, and the staff told us it was just fresh paint. They refunded us for our second night because we checked out after the first night (and would've checked out the first night but there was no where else we could go. The refund was only $118, even though the cost for two nights would've been $400+. They offered us two rooms, which was kind, but we would've had to split up our family of 6, and that couldn't happen.

A great hotel for the traveler. Spacious and clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Looking forward to the breakfast in the morning after seeing the area.

Nice property good close proximity to the freeway and close to shopping and dining options. Team was responsive and courteous.

Great for orice

It was a great setup for my family of six. Breakfast was wonderful each day, the kids loved the pool, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, the price per night was exceptional- we would definitely stay here again.

Great breakfast!

Good, affordable place to stay with a family of 6 near the Grand Canyon. Excellent breakfast. Only drawback was a men’s locker room like smell in our room.

The staff that helped when i got there was very polite and answered all my questions.

Everything great!

This was a super clean and comfortable stay. Not a big room but fit us well. The bathroom was small, but nice with zero mold and great water pressure. The breakfast had all the items we needed for various food issues. Very nice stay if you don’t need fancy but expect clean and kind.

Room was nice size. Breakfast was meh. Pool and spa was very nice. Overall a clean hotel.

Decent accommodation. A little musty smell but thats to be expected with an older hotel in a ski town. Clean room and the staff were very friendly. Pool and spa were good.

Great landing spot for our family’s trip to Grand Canyon. Clean and comfortable room, good breakfast options in the morning set us up for a great day of adventures. Kids loved the pool and hot tub - both very nice and warm!
