The fire pit was nice but the cushions were dirty… had bird poop on them. The walls were SUPER THIN - I could hear someone snoring in the room next door. Plus someone had a large dog that was barking. The pillows were flat & not a comfortable bed.

Clean, safe, close to everything, had a wonderful fire pit. The beds and pillows are awful. The beds are hard and small. There are only 3 pillows on the bed and each pillow has absolutely no loft. Your head goes right through to the mattress.

I loved the room, looking at the courtyard, it was comfortable, big, with nice lighting and heat options. Beds were amazing. Staff was really friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast burrito was super tasty ! The pool is too small to swim and too cold to just spa. Price is expensive for not including breakfast and parking, was but we were so comfortable that it was good investment.

The hours of the fitness room should be extended. 6 am is too late for some travelers to get in a workout.

The room, lobby, and grounds around the hotel were so nice that I wish I had more time to enjoy them. The bench in the shower, the showerhead, and the choice and size of the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were nice additions. The swimming pool was nice and warm. We had dinner both nights next to the firepit. After a long day hiking a soak in a hot tub would've been nice as well as a microwave in the room.

Only a Starbucks "Wanna be" in the lobby. (Wanna be = offers Starbucks at Starbucks prices, but does not accept Starbucks cards) It used to be that Coffee, Tea, and water were always available in the Lobby.

Hello, I’m writing to share concerns about my recent stay at Courtyard by Marriott Flagstaff. My reservation was for check-in on February 14 and check-out on February 16. Unfortunately, the experience was not acceptable: Late-night disruption: During the night, there was a false alarm for about five minutes, and after the alarm ended there was continued disruption and loud activity in/around the lobby for close to an hour. It was around 2:30–3:00 a.m., and it made it very difficult to rest. Impact on my family: My wife is 6.5 months pregnant, and the alarm and the continued movement/noise in the lobby really upset her. She became scared and nervous and was unable to sleep for the entire night. If needed, I can provide proof of pregnancy. Housekeeping issue: The next day, housekeeping did not service my room, and the room was left in a very messy condition. Checkout interaction: At checkout, I spoke with a front desk associate named Brandon to request compensation for the issues above. He immediately said I could not be compensated because I’m “not a Bonvoy member,” which is incorrect. I am a Bonvoy member and asked him to verify my account (email: basit4472@gmail.com). His tone and response were rude and dismissive, and the conversation ended with him handing me a card and saying he did not want to talk further. I’m not writing to escalate unnecessarily, but the combination of the overnight disturbance, the housekeeping failure, and the way this was handled at checkout was extremely disappointing—especially since my family/cousins who were also staying at the property were offered compensation for similar issues. Request: I would like to request a refund/compensation for at least one night due to the disruption and lack of service, and I’d appreciate your review of how the checkout interaction was handled. Please let me know the best next step and what information you need from me (reservation number, dates, etc.). Thank you for your time

We usually stay here when we visit Flagstaff, as it's in a very convenient location, and it's pretty much everything we need in
- 4/5
The only thing I would say they could improve on is probably the pet potty area should be fixed. It's basically a side of the hillside with gravel, dirt, rocks and other vegetation. They should upgrade it to be more clean and put some fake grass or something.
- 4/5
It was very clean and relaxing, I loved the courtyard view with the beautiful trees and pine trees. Also they had a fire pit going. Our room was very comfortable and relaxing. This would be a good hotel to stay at during winter with all the snow and Pine trees. The only thing I would say they could improve on is probably the pet potty area should be fixed. It's basically a side of the hillside with gravel, dirt, rocks and other vegetation. They should upgrade it to be more clean and put some fake grass or something.

The hotel does have a pool, but no hot tub, and the gym area is fairly basic. The front desk member told me the only complimentary water was in the gym from a filtered fountain, and unfortunately the filter indicator was red during our stay. Food, drinks, and snacks on-site were quite overpriced for what was offered. We also stayed on the first floor and could clearly hear the guests above us throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the hotel is decent for a short stay, but nothing stood out enough to make us want to return.

My go-to hotel in Flagstaff....good location .... clean rooms....great staff.
- 5/5
Great property. This our third dive to this specific property and it again did not disappoint. We stay here when we go to The Grand Canyon and Sedona. The staff was amazing, the parking is easy, and they tried to help accommodate my family and I to the best of their abilities. It was clean and well maintained. The parking is easy. There are lot of good restaurants and shopping areas around. We will be staying here again.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, nice lobby, friendly staff
- 5/5
Celia was phenomenal. She was so helpful and quick to respond to any issues we had. We would definitely go back to this hotel.
- 5/5
Loved it! Perfect location and the Tesla charger is clutch.
- 5/5
I give it a five star because I enjoyed my stay very peaceful. I will highly recommend staying here again
- 5/5
The room was clean and the staff was excellent
- 3/5
Hotel was nice! No lighting in the parking lot at night was concerning because its winter and Flagstaff tends to get freezing cold and harsh weather conditions. Unexpected pet cleaning fee of $75 and parking fee of $8/day. Was only there for 10 hours. Nice hotel, friendly staff.
- 5/5
The staff was very polite. The facility is quite clean.
- 5/5
Clean room. Convenient location. On-site laundry and fitness center. Access to Tesla supercharger a huge plus for EV owners.
- 5/5
We have stayed at this particular hotel several times. We keep coming back!! Staff is wonderful, very clean rooms and lobby! Great location, close to restaurants/ stores. Feels like a home away from home!! 100% coming back!!
- 5/5

Location was perfect, the driveway was one entrance and off a busy road area so we didn’t have to worry about our things being vandalized. The outdoor fire patio was perfect on a cool evening. The pool was cold but eh what do you expect.
- 4/5
Location was great
- 5/5
Comfortable!
- 2/5
Clean room and convenient facilities Not good for longer stays. You have to pay for parking. I checked out a day early and notified the hotel well in advance of my changes. I did not receive a refund for that extra night. I paid for something I did not use. I won’t stay at a Marriott again.
- 5/5

It was clean and close to where we needed to be No issues with the property just one of the ladies at the front desk had an attitude with me
- 5/5
Property is nice, clean, close to everything No issues with the property. Just a girl at the front desk had a little bit of an attitude with me.
- 1/5
I want a full refund here. I have videos to prove how bad the stay was. Firstly the staff there is great. However the fire alarms kept ringing and scaring people awake. There was a ton of noise from maintenance throughout the night. I kept seeing angry guests leaving in droves. Please I beg you to refund me. I have never had a worse stay at a hotel in my entire life…
- 4/5
Rooms are perfect wish I could have enjoyed breakfast but must’ve been down for a reason.
- 5/5
Front desk guy was great. Room and facilities quite nice
- 5/5

- 2/5
Pillows and beds are not supportive. Bar service is horrible
- 3/5
Clean room but very small, was tight for two adults with young kids. No microwave and restaurant at hotel was a disappointment. At least had Bashas across street for breakfast & other items to get and Olive Garden, Freddy's & Red Lobster next door.

Courteous staff, great little bistro and bar with great service, clean rooms!
- 5/5
Easy checkin. Room, including bathroom, spacious and clean. Convenient bistro restaurant inhouse.
- 3/5
The room was clean and spacious. We just were very unfortunate to have guests above us who were very loud and another guest next to us who was smoking cigarettes and it smelt. We didn’t visit the bar or restaurant because of the amount of people in it during their hours.

Yes
- 5/5
Great experience!
- 1/5
It's a 3 star hotel and they don't even have a complementary breakfast, if you want some food you have to purchase it from a Starbucks inside the hotel, for a 3 star hotel it doesn't work the price. Take your business somewhere else so you don't have to pay for extra fees and you can have at least something to eat and hit the road again
- 5/5
It was good. nice staff. unfortunitly pool was being maintenanced.
- 5/5
It was a nice property with lots of things to do around it
- 5/5
Beautiful property.
- 4/5
Very nice lobby, & staff, & very clean. Wish they offered free coffee in lobby since they dont offer free continental breakfast
- 5/5
Friendly staff, checked in and out with ease.
- 3/5
Convenient stay while passing through Flagstaff. Well appointed rooms. $75 pet fee is RIDICULOUS.
- 5/5
Brandon was fantastic in every area. Friendly, knowledgeable and super accommodating. The facility was great! Loved my stay and will stay again. Everything was clean, modern, good location.
- 5/5
Great stay, love the tesla charger
- 5/5

- 5/5
Very clean, nice view
- 5/5
Great location and a Starbucks in the lobby is always a plus!
- 5/5
I recommend covering on mattress to help prevent the spread of bedbugs. I look at mattress every where I stay. This mattress was coming apart
- 5/5
Beautiful place will go back again
- 5/5
The TV.. was half dark ….not that we’re there to watch tv but!!!!! Ac unit was on the whole time . I turn it offf
- 5/5
The rooms were great! We arrived a day early and they were able to accommodate us.
- 3/5
The staff told me flat out that Marriott does not pay attention and will not honor early check in request coming from third party companies such as Hotel.com!! So you'd better have a Bonvoy membership on hand if you want to get some attention from these folks.
- 3/5
Outside and lobby is a lot nicer than the dates and unloved rooms. And $8 for parking is a shakedown that I and others shouldn’t forget.
- 5/5
If you are heading here because of the EV Superchargers, make sure to send a note ahead of time and ask for one of the rooms on the lower level. You end up with direct access to your vehicle without having to walk through the entire hotel. it's a great game changer. If I had to only comment on one thing - we do wish they had a hot-tub/jacuzzi as an added amenity. but it hasn't been enough to make us look elsewhere.
- 5/5
Excellent customer service.
- 5/5
Convenient location to freeway, shopping center, Olive Garden (walkable). Nothing complimentary, not even water. Bring a reusable water bottle and fill up in fitness center.
- 5/5
We love staying here. Nice quick walk to Walmart or Olive Garden. Beautiful lobby, nice inside pool! Tesla charging is a plus
- 5/5
Very nice parking area
- 3/5
However, there were 2 incidents during my 1-night stay that served to drop the score to 3 stars. While sitting outside smoking my cigar and chatting with the other folks there, we all noticed the gas in the fire-pit flaring explosively several times and then spreading from the center of the pit toward the wall where the gas line entered the pit, indicating a leaking gas line, so they turned the gas off. Sitting around a fireless firepit was a bit of a bummer, but ultimately it was less about the experience than the overall sketchy impression. The second thing was that a toaster in the kitchen set off a fire alarm around 5 am, only the fire alarms was linked into EVERY alarm in the entire hotel, so even though the kitchen was isolated and the smoke alarm dealt with fairly rapidly, the strident klaxons & strobe lights in Every. Single. Room. And. Hallway. rudely roused every occupant in the hotel out of their slumbers at that early hour. I understand the preventative approach to a worst-case-scenario that was behind linking all the fire alarms together, but I still find it frankly absurd that a toaster in a hotel kitchen can set off a fire alarm in a separate wing.
- 5/5
Great stay. Perfect for what we needed. Close to restaurants, bars and other stuff.
- 5/5
Stunning property, location was perfectly in the middle of everything (if you're a hiker and nature lover). Conveniently near supermarkets and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and cozy. Would highly recommend.
- 5/5
Great Stay at this beautiful hotel. We will stay here again.
- 3/5
This property charges for parking! Also they don’t offer any grace to people who book through a third party.
- 5/5
Great front desk staff
- 5/5
Great staff, always helpful
- 3/5
They allow dogs and clearly dont keep them to one area of rooms as there was hair from a dog on my couch and I was allergic too it! Also dogs barking through out the night. Such a shame for such a nice property
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Had car issues and they worked with me to stay an additional night.
- 5/5
It was clean, check in was quick and painless. Great weekend stay in a nice hotel. I would recommend this location.
- 3/5
Nothing unique, it is a 3.5 star property and not 4 star.
- 5/5
Enjoyed the restaurant
- 4/5
We were told to park at the Olive Garden parking area which was off sight. Not safe The only reason there was no parking spaces at the hotel is because there were many cars and trailers that were taking 5 to 6 parking spaces and we saw that five times that night and we were told to park outside the hotel which we were paying for and had to walk a block to even go to our hotel room
- 3/5
Service was great and clean room but the bed was absolutely uncomfortable and I got zero sleep. Also, the bathroom could use an upgrade.
- 3/5
Forced to pay a parking fee. Treated with suspicion. Mini fridge with annoying buzz all night. Didn't feel welcome.
- 4/5
Just to sleep and rest for the next day.
- 3/5
A million kids running around unattended and no free coffee in the lobby.
- 4/5
The property was very nice and I felt very safe there. staff were very helpful! I did NOT like the fact that they charged $8 per day for parking. Additional charges were excessive.
- 3/5
Staff was excellent, but not worth the money. The only food on site was extremely over priced and not worth the price.
- 1/5
Hotel charges $8 a day to park but you don’t this till you get the bill. Some water or coffee in the lobby would be appropriate given the cost of the rooms. The grill was not working so there was limited food service. The rooms were nice and the court yard was pleasant.
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 5/5
Great staff and service
- 5/5

I was disappointed at the Beginning … checking in .. Our Room wasn’t ready after 6pm .. Thought all The Hotels Check-in was 3 pm .. But They Gave us another Room and they Upgraded with a balcony … We were happy .. All in all it was a Very Nice Hotel.. No Free Breakfast .. for the Price I paid we should’ve got a Free Breakfast..
- 5/5
Indoor swimming pool
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay
- 5/5
Absolutely loved it
- 3/5
I really like this hotel but I was quite disappointed that they tacked on a parking fee without telling us. DISCLOSE.
- 5/5
Nice, spacious and comfortable room.
- 5/5
Nice location
- 3/5
Very disappointing; not what I'd expect from a Marriott.
- 5/5
Loved it!!!
- 5/5
We had a room on ground level with courtyard access, very nice. Can't wait to visit during summer.
- 3/5
We arrived and hoped to change from a king room to a 2 bed room. The desk clerk said no changes could be made to our reservation because it was booked on a 2nd party site. We also wanted to get points and weren’t aware that we couldn’t. Very disappointing
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
Great place. Would stay again.
- 3/5
Need to pay for parking is not good
- 5/5
The hotel was very nice and located in the center of town.
- 5/5
Loved everything about it except for having to pay for parking. Seems that should just be included in the hotel stay.
- 5/5
Good service. Clean comfortable room
- 5/5
No thank you
- 5/5
They over booked but compensated us well.
- 5/5
This was my first time visiting and could not have been more pleased with our stay! Pet friendly, clean rooms, friendly staff and a quite nights sleep! Highly recommend!
- 3/5
The shower water would not get hot.
- 5/5
Front desk staff (Daniel) was particularly helpful.
- 4/5
Hidden fees, they charged me $6.00 for parking. Was not told there was a parking fee.
- 5/5
Our bed was extremely comfortable! We were there for one night and it was nice to be able to order a coffee at the Starbucks inside the lobby. Very friendly staff. Would definitely return.
- 3/5
No microwave in the room. No coffee/tea station in the lobby
- 3/5
The staff was very friendly.
- 3/5
Very clean and well maintained, however it was very disappointing that you charge $6 a day for parking. No complementary breakfast or coffee available except in individual rooms. For those reasons I probably won’t stay there again
- 5/5
great plce
- 5/5
Very nice and well maintained property in a good location
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
The pool was very small. There was a Starbucks but the espresso machine was broken and they only served coffee. That should have been fixed considering it was New Years Eve. We could here kids on the floor above us running around.
- 5/5
Great stay. Comfortable and clean. Room layout nice.
- 5/5

- 4/5

- 3/5

- 5/5
Nice hotel.
- 4/5
Great staff!
- 5/5
Place is closed to everything. Its very convenient for all your needs, shopping, restaurant and even Walmart.
- 3/5
Was ok some were and tear on the hotel. Some room doors had laminate chipped off.
- 3/5
Need to refresh and clean the rooms better
- 5/5
The staff were friendly and polite. The room was quiet, clean, modern and comfortable. I recommend this hotel to anyone interested in visiting Flagstaff.
- 4/5
We've stayed here before and always feel comfortable.
- 5/5
The hotel was very stylish and pleasant
- 1/5
Never again. Tried to clip us for every single thing that nicer hotels at HALF the cost included. UNBELIEVABLE. From the moment you get there. Parking, WiFi, pets at $75 for ONE NIGHT. No breakfast, not even a F-ing cup of coffee in the morning. Over and over the staff just says "thats available for purchase." F them!!! This was the MOST expensive hotel this trip and the LOUSIEST experience of five.
- 5/5
Great place to stay - it has everything you’d need. Staff is friendly, helpful and very professional.
- 5/5
The management and employees at this property are top notch, they are efficient, helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
We always stay here when in Flagstaff
- 5/5
Wonderful place to stay.
- 1/5
This hotel is way over priced for what you get. I've stayed at way better $100 hotels than this hotel for $371 a night. After charging $371 for one night, they also charged me $6 to park outside there hotel. No microwave, and frig that was so small couldn't fit anything in it. Small swimming pool, and no hot tub. No free coffee, cost me $7. This place is way over priced in my opinion.
- 5/5
I was only staying for one night and had learned just before checking in of the passing of my mom. The woman who checked me in at the front desk, was extremely compassionate and assisted me by putting me in a room that was away from noise or distractions, I was very grateful.
- 5/5
.
- 1/5
This hotel is a complete rip off for how much you pay for the room at $371 a night. Then you find out at checkout they charge $6 to park outside hotel. I have stayed at way better hotels for $100 a night and free parking. The room did not have a microwave. Had a tiny frig that was to small to put anything in it. Coffee was $6.50 a cup. Lousy pool and no hot tub.
